  • An iterative lear-rung control scheme is newly designed in tile frequency domain. Purposing for batch process control, a generic form of feedback-assisted first-order learning is considered first, and the inverse model-based learning algorithm is derived through convergence analysis in the frequency domain. To enhance the robustness of the proposed scheme, a filtered version is also presented. Performance of the proposed scheme is evaluated through numerical simulations.

단체급식시설의 HACCP 시스템 적용을 위한 Generic HACCP Model 개발 (Development of Generic HACCP Model for Practical Application in Mass Catering Establishments)

  • 현재 우리나라의 급식산업체에서는 급식활동에 대한 위생관리를 철저히 하기 위하여 새로운 위생관리시스템을 모색하고 있으며, 일부 대기업이 운영하고 있는 급식산업체에서는 식품제조업체에서 이미 적용하고 있는 HACCP 시스템을 적용하기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 국내 중소기업이 운영하고 있는 급식장에서는 정보 및 전문가의 부족으로 HACCP Plan을 체계적으로 개발하는데 상당한 부담을 느끼고 있어 정부나 관련기관의 지원이 필요한 실정이며, 정부에서는 현재 급식장에 HACCP을 적용하기 위하여 시범사업을 실시하고 있는 등 이에 따른 노력을 기울이고 있다. 학계에서도 HACCP Plan에 대한 연구보고가 간혹 있어 왔으나 이러한 연구의 대부분이 몇 가지 메뉴에 치우쳐 있어 매일 다양한 수십가지의 메뉴가 제공되고 있는 급식장 전체에 대하여 HACCP을 적용하기 어려워 급식장에서 제공되는 전체 메뉴의 HACCP적용을 위한 통합적인 HACCP Plan이 절실히 필요하였다. 본 연구에서는 단체급식시설에서 HACCP 시스템을 적용하기 위하여 위해분석, 중요관리점의 설정, 관리기준 설정, 중요관리점을 관리하기 위한 모니터링 방법의 설정, 수정조치의 확립, 검증절차의 확립 및 기록유지시스템의 확립과 같은 HACCP 기본적인 7가지 원칙에 의거하여 HACCP Pln이 개발되었으며, 검수에서부터 배식까지 모든 작업단계에서 확인된 많은 위해요소가운데 12개의 위해요소가 중요관리점(CCP)로 설정이 되었고 검수단계에서 운송차량의 배송온도가 유일한 관리점 (CP)로 설정되었다. 급식장에서 일어날 수 있는 위해는 수없이 많으며 본 연구에서 제시한 Generic HACCP Model은 1, 2명의 영양사와 몇 명의 조리사가 작업을 하는 일반적인 급식장의 현실에 맞도록 급식장에서 실제적으로 사용할 수 있도록 비교적 간단하게 계획되어 급식장에서 일어날 수 있는 모든 위해를 통제할 수는 없으므로 각 급식장의 현실에 맞도록 재구성하여 적용하는 것이 필요하다. 무엇보다도 급식장의 조리종사자를 대상으로 작업 위생을 위한 교육ㆍ훈련 프로그램이 선행 또는 병행되어야 HACCP의 효과를 기대할 수 있으며, HACCP 시스템을 성공적으로 급식부문에 도입하기 위해서는 급식장 현실에 맞는 전문적인 교육ㆍ훈련 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. 또한 급식 경영자의 식품에 대한 안전성 의식 및 HACCP 시스템 실행 의지, 작업장 시설의 개선과 조리기계·기구의 위생 규격 강화와 철저한 유지ㆍ관리, 식재료 입고에서부터 배식까지 절차, 방법, 기준 등의 표준화, 특히 메뉴 레시피의 표준화 등은 HACCP 시스템을 급식장에 성공적으로 도입하기 위하여 필요한 요건들이라 할 수 있다.

Model based optimal FIR synthesis filter for a nosy filter bank system

  • In this paper, a new multirate optimal finite impulse response (FIR) filter is proposed for the signal reconstruction in the nosy filter bank systems. The multirate optimal FIR filter replaces the conventional synthesis filters and the Kalman synthesis filter. First, the generic linear model is derived from the multirate state space model for an autoregressive (AR)input signal. Second, the multirate optimal FIR filter is derived from the multirate generic linear model using the minimum variance criterion. This paper also provides numerical examples and results. The simulation results illustrate that the performance is improved compared with conventional synthesis filters and the proposed filter has advantages over the Kalman synthesis filter.

Computer Simulation: A Hybrid Model for Traffic Signal Optimisation

  • With the increasing number of vehicles in use in our daily life and the rise of traffic congestion problems, many methods and models have been developed for real time optimisation of traffic lights. Nevertheless, most methods which consider real time physical queue sizes of vehicles waiting for green lights overestimate the optimal cycle length for such real traffic control. This paper deals with the development of a generic hybrid model describing both physical traffic flows and control of signalised intersections. The firing times assigned to the transitions of the control part are considered dynamic and are calculated by a simplified optimisation method. This method is based on splitting green times proportionally to the predicted queue sizes through input links for each new cycle time. The proposed model can be easily translated into a control code for implementation in a real time control system.

임의의 얼굴 이미지를 이용한 3D 얼굴모델 생성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Creation of 3D Facial Model Using Facial Image)

  • 얼굴모델링과 애니메이션에 대한 기술은 컴퓨터 그래픽스 분야에서 오랫 동안 연구되어 오고 있는 분야 중 하나이다. 얼굴모델링 기술은 가상현실, MPEG-4 등의 연구목적과 영화, 광고, 게임 등의 산업 분야에서 많이 활용되고 있다. 따라서 좀 더 사실적인 인터페이스의 구현을 위하여 컴퓨터 의인화를 통해 인간과 상호작용 할 수 있는 3D 얼굴모델 개발은 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 임의의 정면 얼굴 이미지를 이용하여 간편한 조작으로 3D 얼굴모델을 생성하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 한국인 표준 얼굴모델을 이용하여 메쉬상의 조정점을 얼굴 부위와 윤곽에 맞게 정합한 다음 유동적이고 탄력적으로 조정하여 3D 얼굴모델을 생성하며, 그 결과인 3D 얼굴모델을 이동, 확대, 축소, 회전시켜 가며 실시간으로 확인 및 수정할 수 있다. 개발한 시스템의 유용성을 검증하기 위해 $630{\times}630$의 크기를 가지는 30개의 임의의 정면 얼굴이미지를 가지고 실험했다.

  • In this paper, the transonic aeroelastic behavior of the generic fighter model is investigated in the time domain. The simulation of flutter flight test using forced harmonic motion of control surfaces including inertial coupling effects is conducted at the various conditions. The nonlinear aerodynamic effects are considered using a transonic small disturbance equation. A modal model obtained by a free vibration analysis is used for the structural model. The relations between the computed flutter boundary and the simulation results of the responses using the harmonic motions of control surfaces at various conditions are investigated.

역공학 및 재공학 시스템엔지니어링 프로세스 적용을 통한 무인열차자동제어시스템 개발 (Automatic Train Control (ATC) System Development through Application of Reverse and Re-Systems Engineering Process)

  • The automatic train control (ATC) system development project for the Automated Guideway Transit (AGT) system has high technical risk because the system is unmanned train control system using wireless technology which was unprecedented in train control industry of Korea. To overcome the technical risk during concept design phase of the ATC system development project, the integrated product team(IPT) carried out a reverse and reengineering process using a systems engineering design model. The generic systems engineering process is incorporated in the both reverse and reengineering process. As a result of the systems engineering effort, the IPT has built top layer systems engineering design model of the ATC subsystem. The purpose of this paper is to deliver the reverse and reengineering process which was used to develop the systems engineering design model of ATC system using a computer aided systems engineering tool. This study also shows that the model based reverse and reengineering process can reduce the technical risk by identifying the differences of requirement, functional and physical architecture between a reference system and a target system.

지능형 IIR 필터 기반 다중 채널 ANC 시스템 (Intelligent IIR Filter based Multiple-Channel ANC Systems)

  • This paper proposes a novel active noise control (ANC) approach that uses an IIR filter and neural network techniques to effectively reduce interior noise. We construct a multiple-channel IIR filter module which is a linearly augmented framework with a generic IIR model to generate a primary control signal. A three-layer perceptron neural network is employed for establishing a secondary-path model to represent air channels among noise fields. Since the IIR module and neural network are connected in series, the output of an IIR filter is transferred forward to the neural model to generate a final ANC signal. A gradient descent optimization based learning algorithm is analytically derived for the optimal selection of the ANC parameter vectors. Moreover, re-estimation of partial parameter vectors in the ANC system is proposed for online learning. Lastly, we present the results of a numerical study to test our ANC methodology with realistic interior noise measurement obtained from Korean railway trains.

Identity-Based Ring Signature Schemes for Multiple Domains

  • A separable identity-based ring signature scheme has been constructed as a fundamental cryptographic primitive for protecting user privacy. Using the separability property, ring members can be selected from arbitrary domains, thereby, giving a signer a wide range of ways to control privacy. In this paper we propose a generic method to construct efficient identity-based ring signature schemes with various levels of separability. We first describe a method to efficiently construct an identity-based ring signature scheme for a single domain, in which a signer can select ring identities by choosing from identities defined only for the domain. Next, we present a generic method for linking ring signatures constructed for a single domain. Using this method, an identity-based ring signature scheme with a compact structure, supporting multiple arbitrary domains can be designed. We show that our method outperforms the best known schemes in terms of signature size and computational costs, and that the security model based on the separability of identity-based ring signatures, presented in this paper, is highly refined and effective by demonstrating the security of all of the proposed schemes, using a model with random oracles.

  • Nonlinear flow-induced vibration characteristics of a generic missile wing (or control surface) are investigated in this study. The wing model has freeplay structural nonlinearity at its pitch axis. Nonlinear aerodynamic flows with unsteady shock waves are considered in the transonic flow region. To practically consider the effects of freeplay structural nonlinearity, the fictitious mass method (FMM) is applied to structural vibration analysis based on a finite element method (FEM). A computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technique is used for computing the nonlinear unsteady aerodynamics of all-movable wings. The aerodynamic analysis is based on the efficient transonic small-disturbance aerodynamic equations of motion using the potential-flow theory. To solve the nonlinear aeroelastic governing equations including the freeplay effect, a modal-based computational structural dynamic (CSD) analysis technique based on fictitious mass method (FMM) is used in time-domain. In addition, CSD and unsteady CFD techniques are simultaneously coupled to give accurate computational results. Various aeroelastic computations have been performed for a generic missile wing model. Linear and nonlinear aeroelastic computations have been conducted and the characteristics of flow-induced vibration are introduced.
