The results of the study are as follows: The participants of the study were composed of 139 males $(48.4\%)$ and 148 females $(51.6\%)$. 75 workers are 25 years old or younger $(26.1\%)$. Regarding the frequency of eating out, 211 workers $(73.6\%)$ answered that they had eating out ever once a week. Males ate out more frequently than females (p<0.001). The motives for eating out was mostly for meals. This response was more frequent for female than male. To the contrary, more males answered that they ate out for the purpose of social intercourse. As the level of average monthly income increases, the purpose of eating out changed from the purpose of meals to the purpose of social intercourse (p<0.001). For cost of eating out, the older workers and those who had higher monthly income spent significantly more expenditure. However gender difference didn't make any significant difference in the eating out expenses per person. The average monthly eating out expenses were significantly higher for female than male, for the order workers than the younger, for the married than the single, and for those who have higher monthly income than lower. However, the expenses were not significantly different in occupation. Regarding the types of restaurants that the workers preferred for eating out, the most workers preferred Korean restaurant. The types of restaurants that workers preferred significantly related to all the demographic characteristics (p<0.01). In general, participants had eating out with their family. However, younger, single, and low income workers seemed to more eat out with their friends. The most preferred menu was pork dishes. Male rather than female, the married rather than the single, and those who have a professional occupation appeared to like it more. It is necessary to research the major customers' demographic characteristics and their preferences, and then to develop new goods which fit to the customers before entering the restaurant business. It may be concluded that it should be important to develop nutritious, safe, and delicious foods.

The results of this study were as follows: First, participatory behavior positively influenced self-determination in the relationship between empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior. Second, altruism had a positive effect on job satisfaction in the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. Third, looking at the aspect of direct and indirect effects on job satisfaction, it was noticeable that the altruism of organizational citizenship behavior had a higher direct effect, and that participatory behavior had a higher figure of the indirect effect. On the other hand, self-determination and influence/meaning, which are factors of empowerment, showed a higher figure than organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, it is noticeable that empowerment is the most important factor in terms of affecting job satisfaction. that is, continuous monitoring of the effectiveness of the empowerment granted to members and improvement of the meaning and self-determination of the role at the workplace through training will increase the autonomy and it will contribute to the activation of the organization.

  • Purpose - As the US-China trade war intensifies and lasts long time, there is growing concern about its potential effects on the global economy. In particular, for the countries like Korea that have a large economic dependence on the economy of the two countries, the US-China trade war may have a great repercussion in many ways. The aim of this paper is to investigate the global productivity and market structure implications of the US-China trade war for Korea, as well as for other surrounding countries and regions. Design/methodology - In this paper, we develop a full multi-country/region multi-sector computable general equilibrium (CGE) model of global trade incorporating heterogeneous workers and firms in individual skill levels and used technologies. We then calibrate the model using a global Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) dataset extracted from the recently released GTAP 10 Database, and assess the potential effects of the US-China trade war on the aggregate real productivity and the market structure for Korea, as well as for other surrounding countries and regions. Findings - We show that the US-China trade war may largely affect the aggregate productivity in each sector in each country/region, as well as the global market structure through entry and exit of firms, which results finally in considerable changes in the industrial comparative advantage of each country/region. Though the effects are diverse sector by sector, the results show that Korea may also be affected significantly: concerning the real productivity implications, it is shown that the machinery industry may be affected the most negatively; on the other hand, it is shown that the number of exporting firms may decrease the most in the other transports industry. Originality/value - As the US-China trade war intensifies, many studies have tried to estimate the possible implications, and for this usually the CGE models have largely been used as the standard tool for evaluating the impacts of changes in trade policies. Standard CGE models, however, cannot be used to assess the global productivity and market structure implications due to the symmetric and simplified base assumptions. This paper is the first to analyze and quantify the possible impacts of the US-China trade war on the aggregate productivity and global market structure using a CGE model incorporating endogenous skill-technology assignment of heterogeneous workers and firms.

  • This study was conducted to identify the effects of interpersonal communication between health care providers after receiving supplementary education. The participants of this study were 433 health care providers who work at 29 general hospitals in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanamdo Province. Data were collected from June 8 to June 25, 2018 and evaluated by t-tests, dispersion analysis, correlation analysis and stepwise regression. The results were produced by investigating interpersonal communications according to socio-demographic and health-related characteristics including age, education level, bed size of the hospital at which the participant worked, job satisfaction, hospital location, personal health status, experience with health care management and experience with depression. There were significant differences in communication observed according to supplemental education awareness regarding age, bed size of hospital, occupation, wage, type of medical institution of employment, job satisfaction, work location, health status, health care education experience and chronic disease. There were positive correlations between supplemental education awareness in health workers and their interpersonal communication. The factors that had positive effects on interpersonal communication were level of education and health-related education experience, while age, hospital bed size and job dissatisfaction had negative effects. Finally, support environment, learning transfer and results were identified as sub-factors of supplemental education. Based on the results above, it was proposed that educational training to enhance results, provide a supportive environment and foster learning transfer be developed to increase communication between health workers and provide a safe health service for patients.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that affect the awareness of disabled in undergraduate students. A sample of 1,998 respondents was surveyed. Of these, a total of 1,957 questionnaires were analysed excluding the 41 questionnaires that did not agree with the survey or had a missing data. The questionnaire consists of the general characteristics, experience related to disability and disability awareness and we used a 4-point Likert scale. Collected data was analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 program and descriptive statistics, t-test, variance analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. According to the results of the study, the disability awareness score of our respondents was average 40.52. Second, female students had more positive about disability awareness than male ones, and senior students had more positive awareness than other grade students. Third, non-rehabilitation department students' disability awareness was more positive than rehabilitation students. Fourth, the disability awareness of people who have a acquaintance member with disability or health worker were significantly positive. Finally, the awareness of people who experienced at the disability related institution were significantly positive. Therefore, to improve the awareness of undergraduate students about disabilities, it is required to activate positive contact experiences with people with disabilities rather than theoretical learning.

  • This study aimed to explore the relationships between random item usage and gaming disorder tendency. A total of 413 adults participated and demographic and psychosocial variables were collected using Cloninger's Temperament and Character Inventory, Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, and Daily Hassles Scale for Korean Worker. The results are as follows. First, two-third of gamers used the random item games and women are more engaged than men in random item games. Second, there were significant differences of gaming disorder tendency, game use time, and game use money (both for general and random item) depending on the item use type. Third, predictors of gaming disorder tendency were found as game use money (general), game use time, maladaptive emotion regulation, stress, novelty seeking, and stress using multiple regression analysis. Proper intervention for gaming disorder tendency and the need of further research were discussed.
