종합병원 종사자의 강인성, 대응행위 및 조직몰입과의 관계 (A Study of Relationships Hardiness, Coping Behaviors and Organizational Commitment of General Hospital Employees)

  • Purpose: This descriptive correlation study was done to identify the hardiness, coping behavior, and organizational commitment of general hospital employees and show how these variables affect increases in role performance and problem solving ability to have a positive influence on organizational harmony. Methods: A quantitative, descriptive research design was used with a sample of 368 employees working in general hospitals in M and C cities. A survey was used to collect the data. Results: The score for perception of hardiness of general hospital employees was 2.85, and coping behavior was 2.40, both out of a possible 4 points, and organizational commitment, 3.03 out of a possible 5 points. There were statistically significant positive correlations between hardiness and coping behavior (r=.33, p<.001), also between hardiness and organizational commitment (r=.51, p<.001), and also between coping behavior and organizational commitment (r=.22, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that hardiness, coping behavior, and organizational commitment in general hospital employees have positive correlations, and thus hospital administrators should explore ways of increase individual employee hardiness and coping behavior, and make efforts to harmonize their organizations by enhancing organizational commitment.

  • In this study, changes in the timing of puberty physicality and mentality and beauty characteristics of high school students were characterized for high school students and the general high school population in order to distinguish between interest and beauty and beauty products and beauty behavior for comparative analysis. First, for beauty characteristics of high school students and the general high school population, differences in beauty action and beauty characteristics of high school students were higher than this beauty behavior. Secondly, for the high school students and high school beauty characteristics of general high school population for beauty and beauty products, the difference between interest and multi-functional beauty products that characterize high school students has beauty and beauty products with multi-functional beauty products interest being high. Third, high school students and high school beauty characterize the general high school population of beauty is different from behaviors on its factors with common factors including the psychological gratification 'for reasons of appearance management looks for reasons that do not' have time to manage the response. Two groups of factors that characterize the differences in appearance and beauty as areason to manage high school students interested in the 'style' order, high school students do not manage reasons for lack of interest in the 'general' as a response. Beauty characteristics of high school students in the beauty, beauty products, and products demonstrated a multi-functional information gathering with lots of attention, and much ability can have an active beauty behavior. The general high school population lacks the ability to gather information in accordance with interested beauty behavior being passive. The two groups and beauty behavior patterns of consumption could see that a difference occurred.

병원행정직 종사자들의 창의적 행동이 직무열정에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Creative Behavior on Passion about One's Job for Hospital Administrative Staff Members)

  • This study was undertaken to investigate the effectiveness of a hospital organization targeting both hospital administrative staff members and internal/external customers under a rapidly changing organizational environment, where the effect of creative behavior on passion about one's job was controlled with the participation of 55 people from two larger general hospitals, with 103 people from four general hospitals, with 51 people from eight regular hospitals. Thus, data from a total 209 people were collected. The creative behavior of hospital administrative staff members working for general hospitals and larger general hospitals significantly affected job engagement, showing that 'Relevant knowledge, maintaining status, and application appetite' were higher than the scores of 'new knowledge pursuit activities.' However, a weaker relationship between creative behavior and job engagement was found in medical institutions than for hospitals.

북한이탈여성의 자아존중감과 외모관리행동과의 관련성 (The Relationship between Self Esteem and Appearance Management Behavior in North Korean Immigrant Women)

  • 본 연구는 북한이탈 여성의 자아존중감과 외모관리행동의 관련성 및 외모관리행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 연구이며, 2014년 12월부터 2015년 2월까지 북한이탈여성 총 201명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대상자의 자아존중감은 4점 만점에 2.40점으로 조사되었다. 외모관심도는 5점 만점에 3.20점이며, 외모관리 행동은 5점 만점에 2.67점으로, 대상자들은 메이크업과 의복관리 행동을 많이 하지만 운동, 섭식 행동은 평균보다 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 대상자의 자아존중감과 외모관심도는 연령, 체중조절의도 및 성형관심도에 따른 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 외모관리행동에서는 외모관리 하위 영역별 차이는 있으나, 연령, 성형관심도, 재북시 직업과 유의한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 대상자의 자아존중감은 외모관심도, 외모관리행동과 연령, 체중조절의도 및 성형관심도와 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 외모관심도는 외모관리행동, 연령, 체중조절의도 및 성형관심도와의 상관관계를 보였으며, 또한 외모관리행동은 연령, 체중조절의도 및 성형관심도와 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 넷째, 자아존중감과 외모관심도는 대상자의 외모관리행동을 44.7% 설명하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 한국사회의 중요한 구성원인 북한이탈여성들의 자아존중감 향상 및 외모관리 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 것이라 기대한다.

의료종사자, 환자, 일반인의 코로나19 사회적 거리두기 행동 지침에 대한 인식과 수행 비교 (A Comparison of the Perception of and Adherence to the COVID-19 Social Distancing Behavior Guidelines among Health Care Workers, Patients, and General Public)

  • Purpose: To identify the differences in perception of and adherence to the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guidelines among health care workers, patients, and the general public and to use them to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Methods: From October 16 2020 to November 30, 2020, a survey was conducted among 85 health care workers, 85 patients, and 82 general public regarding the perception of and adherence to the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guidelines. Results: Patients scored significantly higher than the general public in the adherence to the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guideline, and there was no difference between health care workers and general public, and patients and health care workers. In the multivariate analysis, the factors that influence the adherence of the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guide were found in women and the perception of the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guideline. Conclusion: In order to promote the implementation of the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guideline, it is necessary to increase the perception of the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guideline and provide additional education in men. It is necessary to investigate the reason behind why men have low adherence to the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guideline.

초등영재와 일반학생의 다중지능과 사회적 적응행동과의 관계연구 (The Relationship Between Multiple Intelligences and Social Adaptability of Gifted and General Students in Elementary School)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the discrete intelligences from multiple intelligence affecting the social adaptive behavior, help to understand their relation and draw educational implications to be used in supporting gifted students who have social and emotional difficulties by comparing and analyzing the relation between multiple intelligence and social adaptive behavior of gifted and general elementary students. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the levels of both multiple intelligence and social adaptive behavior were significantly higher in gifted elementary students compared to general ones on all sub-factores, indicating that the gifted elementary students are more adaptive in such constructs as self-efficacy, self-esteem, communicative skill, school life and interpersonal skill compared to general ones. Second, the association between multiple intelligence and social adaptive behavior was statistically significant both in gifted and general elementary students, indicating that the two constructs have close relation with each other. Third, for the gifted elementary students, the logical-mathematical and interpersonal intelligences had explanatory powers for self-efficacy, self-esteem, communicative skill, adaptation in school life, interpersonal skill while, for the general ones, intra- and inter-personal intelligences had explanatory powers for most domains of social adaptive behaviors, indicating that development of intelligences affecting the social adaptive behavior many have positive effects on social and emotional development of both gifted and general elementary students.

성분헌혈자의 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Health Promotion Behavior of Apheresis Blood-Donors)

  • This study was designed to provide a base for nursing intervention to help apheresis blood-donors to perform health promotion behavior effectively by surveying their health promotion behavior and by analyzing the critical factors. The study subjects were 468 participants in platelet donation at a university hospital apheresis unit in Seoul. The data for this study were collected between May and June. 2002. by questionnaire. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA. Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient. and stepwise multiple regression. The results were as follows. 1. The degree of performance of health promotion behavior of the subjects was a total average score of $152.9\pm21.5$ points and a mean score of 2.7 points. The highest score was 'I have a good relationship with others' in the factor of self-actualization and interpersonal support. The lowest score was 'I have my blood pressure checked regularly' in the factor of health responsibility. 2. Considering the classification according to the subjects' general characteristics. the health promotion behavior score was significantly higher for soldiers than high school students, for religious believers than atheists. and for high class economic status than mid and low class economic status. Also the health promotion behavior score was higher for those who had made more than five blood donations than those who had made zero or one donation. and for those who had made more than four blood donations than for those who had made less than four blood donations in the previous times of apheresis blood donation. The score was also higher for those not having a relationship with recipient than those having a relationship. 3. The self-efficacy related to donation. general self-efficacy and self-esteem had a significant correlation with the performance in health promotion behavior. 4. The critical factors that influenced the health promotion behavior were explained by $35.6\%$ of the general self-efficacy and by $40.2\%$ of the total of self-efficacy related to donation, and previous times of apheresis blood donation. The health promotion behavior score of apheresis blood-donors differed according to job, religion, economic status, previous times of whole blood donation, previous times of apheresis blood donation, and relationship with recipient. The health promotion behavior and self-efficacy related to donation, general self-efficacy, and self-esteem showed significant positive correlation with one another. The general self-efficacy, self-efficacy related to donation, and previous times of apheresis blood donation appeared to be the significant predictive factors of health promotion behavior. Therefore, from these study results, it is necessary to establish more effective and organized nursing intervention strategies for the health promotion behavior of apheresis blood-donors.

  • Objectives: This study identified a multicultural families and households youth targeting adolescents drinking behavior and sexual status, and alcohol problems and gender analyzes and the relevance of the cup and behavior. Methods: This study analysed drinking problem and sexual behavior among adolescents of multi-cultural and general families which is based on the primitive data from the Ninth Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey, 2013. All analysis were conducted using SPSS version 18. Results: Multicultural family adolescents showed significantly higher in lifetime's drinking experience, beginning age of drinking, binge drinking, CRAFFT and sex experience than general family adolescents. Conclusions: Therefore the result of this study suggests that families, schools and society should perceive and solve the problem concerning the drinking behavior and sex experience of the multicultural familiy adolescents.

도박이용자의 기본심리욕구 만족이 도박행동에 미치는 영향: 일반 동기와 대인존재감의 이중매개효과 (The Effect of the Gambler's Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction on Gambling Behavior: The Dual Mediating Effects of General Motivation and Mattering)

  • 본 연구는 자기결정성 이론을 기반으로 도박행동에 영향을 미치는 변인을 검증하고 도박행동에 대한 개입방안을 모색하기 위해 기본심리욕구 만족이 일반 동기 수준과 대인존재감을 통해 도박행동 심각도와 저수준 도박행동에 미치는 영향을 각각 살펴보았다. 이를 위해, 최근 3개월간 1회 이상 도박에 참여한 성인 402명의 설문 응답 자료를 사용하여 다중매개모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 기본심리욕구의 만족이 도박행동 심각도에 미치는 영향에서 일반 동기수준과 대인존재감의 이중매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로, 기본심리욕구의 만족은 일반 동기 수준을 매개로 하여 대인존재감에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 이러한 경로를 통한 대인존재감은 도박행동 심각도에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 기본심리욕구의 만족은 저수준 도박행동에 유의한 부적 영향을 미쳤으나 일반 동기 수준과 대인존재감의 이중매개효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 도박이용자의 일상에서 나타나는 동기와 대인존재감이 도박행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 논의하였으며, 제한점과 후속 연구를 위한 방향성을 제언하였다.
