In this paper we examines the relation between net purchase of foreign and institution investors and stock returns in Korean stock market. For this study, KOSPI returns are classified into three parts: close to close, close to open and open to close returns. Close to close returns is measured by the closing price of t-1 day and the closing price of t day. Close to open returns is measured by the closing price of t-1 day and the opening price of t day. Open to close returns is measured by the opening price of t day and the closing price of the day. Empirically major findings are as follows. First, the previous day both foreign and institution investors' behavior have an statistically significant negative effect on the close to close returns. However, the current day their behavior positively affect close to close returns. Second, the previous day both foreign and institution investors' net purchase have a significantly positive effect on the open to close returns. Finally, the previous day foreign behavior has little effect on open to close returns, but institution investors negatively affect open to close.

As mobile devices have developed, flash animations suitable for the existing web have solved part of the weakness caused by the image quality deterioration and the transmission capacity, but it is difficult to express 3D stereo-scopic images. Also, for the real time-randering of visual expressions for animation and the device technique for smartphone to accord with commercial demands, it is required to develop the 3D image processing technique. This paper studied on the image processing method for 3D animation capable of 3D graphic rendering with view system of android and OpenGL M3G in an embedded system device and OpenGL ES 2.0 library.

In this paper, we consider several domination parameters like perfect domination number, locating-domination number, open-locatingdomination number, etc. in the Mycielski graph M(G) of a graph G. We found upper bounds for locating-domination number of M(G) and computational formulae for perfect locating-domination number and open locating-domination number of M(G). We also showed that the perfect domination number of M(G) is at least that of G plus 1 and that for each positive integer n, there exists a graph G_n such that the perfect domination number of M(G_n) is equal to that of G_n plus n.

In this paper, we introduce the definition of sequentially g-connected components and sequentially locally g-connected by using sequentially g-closed sets. Moreover, we investigate some characterization of sequentially g-connected components and sequentially locally g-connected.

In this paper, we consider the Femtocell based enterprise wireless network using 2G/3G/4G cellular network technologies. And, we apply the open network service API which enable an easy development of ISP or enterprise services to P2P enterprise services. Based on the proposed scheme, enterprise services can be always connected at anywhere and anytime via heterogeneous devices. By using a qualitative analysis, we evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme and compare with that of the famous P2P service - Skype. Results show that the proposed scheme requests smaller servers and flows with enhanced service quality.

In this paper the concepts of somewhat fuzzy almost $\alpha$-irresolute functions and strongly somewhat fuzzy $\beta$-open functions are introduced and studied. Besides giving characterizations of these functions, some interesting properties of these functions are also given.

'Superjami', a new blackish purple pigmented rice cultivar was derived from a cross between 'CG2-3-5-1-6-1' (developed from a cross between 'Heugjinjubyeo' and 'Suweon 425') as high amount of C3G (Cyanidin 3-glucoside) and 'Daeribbyeo 1' with large seed size in 2003, and selected by pedigree breeding method until $F_7$ generation. As a result, a promising line, 'SR28721-7-9-3-1-2-1', was developed and designated as the name of 'KNOU 5' in 2008. This variety has about 125 days to heading after sowing and has 74.9 cm culm height. The ratio of fertility of 'Superjami' was about 89.6% and 1,000-grain weight was about 26.2 g. It was 1.5 times heavier than 'Heugjinjubyeo'. 'Superjami' has 10 times higher C3G content compared with 'Heugjinjubyeo'. The yield potential of 'Superjami' in brown rice was about 6.3 MT/ha at ordinary fertilizer level in local adaptability test.

The photosynthetic characteristics and primary production by phytoplankton in open waters of two wetlands (the Banwol and the Donghwa wetland) of Sihwa Constructed Wetland with different water chemistry were investigated to provide the information for the wetland management considering the water treatment efficiency. During the study period (from March to October, 2005) the primary productivity in open waters ranged from 481 to 11,275 mgC $m^{-2}$ $day^{-1}$, which is very high compared with the eutrophic level of 600mgC $m^{-2}$ $day^{-1}$. From the analysis of the photosynthesis-irradiance (P-I) model parameters, the photosynthetic characteristics may be affected by different concentration and ratio of nutrient (N and P) between two wetlands. Assimilation number (AN) was higher in the Donghwa wetland (average AN: 8.5gC $gChl^{-1}$ $hr^{-1}$) with high P and low N/P ratio than the Banwol wetland (average AN: 5.8gC $gChl^{-1}$ $hr^{-1}$) with high N and high N/P ratio. This result indicates that AN may be concerned with phosphorus than nitrogen and low NIP ratio. Positive correlation (R=0.81) was observed between the initial slope and AN, implying that AN was high in case of phytoplankton having more active photosynthesis ability under low light. On the other hand, maximum photosynthesis (Pmax) was related positively with chlorophyll a concentration showing correlation coefficient of 0.47. In this study, considering the high primary production through phytoplankton photosynthesis in open waters of Sihwa Constructed Wetland, the produced organic matter by phytoplankton may affect the water quality within wetland and its efficiency of water treatment. Also, the photosynthetic characteristics may be affected by different nutrient enrichment (especially phosphorus) of wetlands. This study suggests that the production by phytoplankton and its characteristics in open water of constructed wetland for water treatment should be considered to improve the removal efficiency of organic matter.

The process of conveying of soil with the open auger to cover the seed completly with less power was reviewed by theoretical analysis. The power efficiency, the reasonable range of RPM of the open auger and the velocity of soil conveying to the direction of the shaft are examined to establish the extent of characteristics of the open auger performance. The results of theoretical analysis and application of similitude are as follows: 1. It is possible to predict the power efficiency by the following equation; ${\eta}_p={\frac{P_n}{P_g}}=({\frac{{\omega}_s}{{\omega}_a}}){\cdot}tan{\gamma}{\frac{mg}{(F_mcos{\alpha}+F_scos{\gamma})}}$ 2. The reasonable range of the revolutions per minute of the open auger was presented as follow to cover completely with less power ; $$\frac{4d(L_a-L_i){\cdot}V_w}{{\pi}(D_o^2-D_s^2){\cdot}r{\cdot}{\frac{{\omega}_s}{{\omega}_a}}{\cdot}tan{\gamma}}{{\leq_-}}{\omega}_a{{\leq_-}}({\frac{{\omega}_a}{{\omega}_s}}){\sqrt{\frac{g}{r}}}$$ 3. The velocity of soil conveying to the direction of the auger shaft may be calculated by the equation; $V_h=({\frac{{\omega}_s}{{\omega}_s}})V_a{\cdot}tan{\gamma}$ 4. The factor of RPM was more important than other factors on the power efficiency.

The purpose of the present paper is towards working out a unified version of the study of certain weak forms of generalized open sets and their neighbouring forms, as are already available in the literature. In terms of an operation, as initiated by $\acute{A}$. Cs$\acute{a}$sz$\acute{a}$r, we introduce unified definitions of ${\wedge}_{\psi}$-sets, ${\vee}_{\psi}$-sets, $g{\cdot}{\wedge}_{\psi}$-sets and $g{\cdot}{\vee}_{\psi}$-sets and derive results concerning them.
