Energy environment has been changing rapidly such as high oil prices and the effectuation of UNFCCC. Oil prices have continued to rise and Dubai crude prices recorded 60 or 70 dollars per barrel in 2006. In addition, the effectuation of UNFCCC will affect Korean economy and national energy security. Korea is the 9th $CO_2$ emissions country and takes the 1st place related to the increase rate of $CO_2$ emissions globally. Energy technology development is a key breakthrough and one of the optimal alternatives to cope with national energy security. In this study, we prioritize energy technologies in the sectors of high oil prices and UNFCCC related to ETRM for well focus R&D and efficiency of finite resources allocations. We applied to the extended method of AHP, fuzzy AHP reflecting the fuzziness of human thoughts and perception, for prioritizing the relative importance among energy technologies in ETRM for the first time as we make an energy policy in Korea.

Recently a multi-attribute structure analysis method is one of the evident areas of important points in the decision support system analysis. This research developed an internet/intranet-based solution builder for a three-step decision support system using fuzzy-AHP in the view of 1) brainstorming far the idea generation, 2) fuzzy-AHP (fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) as a multi-attribute structured analysis method and 3) aggregation logic model to integrate the results of individual analysis. We applied this decision support system to the make-or-buy decision problem for school foodservice system considering the multi-attributes in the decision making. A computer program is developed and demonstrated it internet/intranet-based decision problem. It was known that this solution builder provides decision makers a good tool for mate-of-buy group decision making.

In general, reliability of AHP depends on pairwise comparison of evaluators. In addition, human judgment on the importance of alternatives or criteria is always imprecise and vague. The Fuzzy AHP technique is suggested and used widely recently. In this paper, we prioritize future energy technology development for well focused R&D. We selected 3 criteria and 10 sub-criteria. According to the result in this study, the most important sub-criterion is the precedence over other competitive technology, the second is the possibility for fundamental technology acquisition, and the third is the improvement energy efficiency. The other side, the lowest important sub-criterion is the technology level compared with advanced countries.

생활양식이나 형태 변화에 따른 전통적인 주거건축들의 전통성, 공공성과 사유권의 균형, 계승 발전, 보존에 부가되는 공동체의 활성화와 효용성 등 환경 개선이라는 과제에 직면하고 있으며, 이들 역사 경관 권역의 경관훼손 가능성이 점증하고 있는 상황에서, 지역적 경관의 고유한 특성과 다양성을 가질 수 있도록 전통적 주거건축의 입면디자인 속성에 대한 이해가 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 "전통적 주거건축의 입면디자인 평가"에 영향을 미친 속성을 파악하기 위해, 입면디자인 평가척도 (지붕, 창호, 기둥, 벽면, 마루, 주초석, 기단)를 기준으로 쌍대비교를 실시하여 도출된 Synthetic Evaluation Value를 Fuzzy 방법을 통해 Fuzzy Integral (Choquet Integral) value를 추정하여, 가치속성을 규명하였다. 속성 간 가중치 산정결과에 ${\lambda}$-value를 이용하여 Sensitivity Analysis를 실시하여 유효함을 검증하였다. 전통적 주거건축의 입면디자인 평가에 영향을 미친 가치속성을 추정하는데 있어 유의미한 방법론이며, 복합 가치속성을 도출하였다는데 의의를 갖는다.

웹의 등장은 전통적인 정보검색을 비롯하여 지식관리와 일반 상거래 등 사회 전 분야의 급격한 변혁을 초래하였다. 그러나 검색엔진은 일반적으로 관련된 계산함수에 의해 순서화된 URL의 방대한 목록을 제공하지만, 관련 없는 정보의 필터링이나 사용자가 필요로 하는 정보의 검색에 많은 시간이 소요된다. 본 논문에서는 웹상의 효율적인 문서검색을 위해서 영역 코퍼스 정보를 바탕으로 확장된 퍼지 계층화 의사결정법(Extended Fuzzy AHP Method : EFAM)과 유사도 기법(SImilarity Technology : SIT)을 결합하고, 감성기준을 고려한 EFASIT(Extended Fuzzy AHP and SImilarity Technology)모델을 제안한다. 제안한 감성기준을 고려한 EFASIT 모델은 다양한 의사결정자들의 퍼지지식의 통합으로 좀 더 명확한 규칙을 생성할 수 있고 의사결정을 하는데 도움을 준다는 것을 실험을 통하여 확인한다.

But with rapid progress in high-speed, massive, high-frequency transit fresh idea of accident prevention is now in order. In quest of effective and efficient countermeasure, we aim to establish an adequate safety evaluation/management method. Our proposals are basic concept relating to safety analysis of fatal accidents, AHP of Saaty, Fuzzy AHP.

전 세계적으로 고령화 문제가 대두됨에 따라 최근 의료기기 산업이 미래 유망 산업으로 주목받고 있다. 하지만 의료기기 산업의 높은 성장이 예견됨에도 불구하고 국내외 협소한 내수시장과 영세한 기업구조로 인해 국내 기업들의 자체적인 노력만으로는 성장에 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 의료기기 산업의 효과적인 육성을 위해 다음과 같은 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, 한국보건산업진흥원의 의료기기 분류체계를 참고하여 의료기기를 중분류, 세분류, 세세분류로 구분했으며, 의료기기 관련 전문가 30명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 둘째, 설문조사 결과를 토대로 AHP 분석과 이를 보완한 Fuzzy-AHP 분석을 수행하였으며, AHP와 Fuzzy-AHP의 분석결과 도출된 Global 가중치를 X축과 Y축으로 하는 포지셔닝 맵을 활용하여 분류별 미래 유망 의료기기 우선순위를 도출하였다. 셋째, 보건산업 통계의 의료기기 생산액과 우선순위를 비교분석하여 핵심 미래 유망 의료기기를 선별하였다. 연구 결과 '치과 재료'의 세분류인 '치과용 임플란트'가 핵심 미래 유망 의료기기로 선정되었으며, 해당 의료기기의 지원 전략을 제시하였다. 의료기기 산업이 미래 유망 산업으로 주목받고 있는 현 시점에서 본 연구를 통해 도출된 핵심 미래 유망 의료기기 및 전략 도출 방법이 국내 의료기기 R&D 개발 및 지원 정책에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

소셜 네트워크 서비스가 보편화되면서 사용자들은 소셜 커머스를 통해 상품을 저렴하게 구입할 수 있는 할인 쿠폰서비스를 많이 이용하고 있다. 현재 소셜 커머스에서 제공되는 쿠폰의 양은 크게 증가하고 있으나, 사용자의 선호도를 반영한 맞춤형 쿠폰 서비스는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 커머스를 위한 맞춤형 쿠폰 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 음식 쿠폰을 대상으로 사용자의 주관적 성향을 반영한 쿠폰 서비스 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 음식 종류, 가격, 할인율, 구매자수 등과 같은 쿠폰을 선택하는 기준이 되는 요소를 계층화하고, 주관적 성향을 반영한 의사결정 지원 방법인 Fuzzy-AHP를 이용하여 쿠폰을 분류하고 추출하여 제공하였다. 추출된 쿠폰에 대한 사용자의 만족도를 조사한 결과, 매우 만족은 45%, 만족 33%, 보통 22%로 대체적으로 만족스러웠으며 불만족하는 실험자는 없었다.

본 연구는 로버스트 우선순위 결정을 위한 퍼지 다기준 의사결정기법의 타당성을 수자원 계획수립 문제에 적용하여 제시하였다. 즉 일반적인 다기준 의사결정 기법인 가중합계법, 계층화분석과정, 수정계층화분석과정, TOPSIS 방법과 퍼지가중합계법, 퍼지계층화분석과정, 퍼지수정계층화분석과정, 퍼지 TOPSIS 방법을 사용하여 결과를 비교하였다. 이때 사용된 각 평가기준별 자료는 동일하게 표준화되었으며 각 가중치도 동일한 방법으로 결정되었다. 분석결과 다기준 의사결정방법에 따라 조금씩 다른 순위가 도출되었으나, 퍼지 다기준 의사결정기법을 사용할 경우 사업들의 순위 변동성이 퍼지를 사용하지 않을 때보다 크지 않아 보다 일관된 순위를 유도하였다. 따라서 사업의 우선순위를 결정하는 문제에서 자료와 가중치의 불확실성을 고려할 수 있는 퍼지 다기준 의사결정기법을 활용해서 방법의 변화로 인한 순위의 변동성을 최소화해서 로버스트 순위를 결정하는 것이 보다 효과적이다.
