병렬 구조에 의한 가변 논리제어장치의 기능적 설계 (A Functional Design of Programmable Logic Controller Based on Parallel Architecture)

  • PLC(programmable logic controller) system is widely used for the control of factory. PLC system receives ladder diagram which is drawn by the user to implement hardware logic, converts the ladder diagram into sequence program which is executable in the PLC system, and executes the sequence program indefinitely unless user breaks. The sequence program processes the data of on/off signal, and endures 1 scan delay and missing of pulse-type signal shorter than a scan time. So, data dependency doesn't exist. By applying theis characteristics to multiprocessor architecture, we design parellel PLC functionally and evaluate performance upgrade. Parallel PLC consists of central processing module, N general processing unit, and a shared memory by master-slave type. Each module executes allocated sequence program by the control of central processing module. We can expect performance upgrade by parallel processing, and reliability by relocation of sequence program when error occurs in processing module.

  • This paper presents the development of DVB-T reception module including the RF-tuner. For the development of the reception module, we design the board using the ALi M3330 MPEG-2 decoder processor and implement its device driver. Simple On-Screen Display (OSD) applications are also designed on the middleware of ALi M3330 MPEG-2 decoder processor. To evaluate the performance of reception module, we test the decoding operations using the input TS stream generated by DVB-T stream generator and confirm the correctness of its functional operations.

  • This paper describes a simulation package for a power system using objected-oriented programming. The package includes four parts which are a power flow, a short circuit calculation, a transient simulation program, and an economic dispatch. The graphical user interface(GUI) is designed as a common platform which allows the user to create one-line diagrams of systems, specify components of power systems as well as simulation parameters, and view the output produced by the chosen application. The paper presents the data structure of the functional modules such as the draw module, power system data module, the power system simulation module, and the utility module using the object oriented programming. This package may be useful for educational and research purposes.

  • This paper is intended to provide a method to design control software for the TCMS, train control and monitoring system. The TCMS with this control software will be applied KOREA Standard EMU. The control software is designed by SCADE Case tool to concern safety and reliability. The function for the EMU is implemented in software easily programmed, using a functional block, graphic programming language. The control software has modular design and each module is tested with SCADE simulator. This time we focus a Driving control module, including brake control module, and present a design method and a simulation method for that module.

  • 저탄소 녹색 환경 조성 및 성장을 위한 그린 IT 기술 개발은 미래형 신기술 분야이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 응용 RFID 모듈에 대한 보안 데이터를 생성하여 건물 환경에 대한 통합 감시 및 관리를 할 수 있는 스마트 그린빌딩 조성용 다기능 센서 통합 모듈 시스템을 개발하였다. 논문에서 구현한 다기능 센서 통합 모듈 시스템은 열 감지센서, 온도 감지센서, 스모그 감지센서, CO2 감지센서, O2 감지센서, 장력 감지센서 및 파손 감지센서를 통합 모듈로 개발하고 이를 실시간으로 모니터링 해줌으로써 건물 내부 환경에 대한 스마트 그린빌딩 환경을 구현할 수 있는 시스템을 설계, 개발하였다.

ZnO-Bi2O3-Mn3O4-Co3O4 바리스터의 결함과 전기적 특성 (Defects and Electrical Properties of ZnO-Bi2O3-Mn3O4-Co3O4 Varistor)

  • In this study, we have investigated the effects of Mn and Co co-doping on defects, J-E curves and grain boundary characteristics of ZnO-$Bi_2O_3$ (ZB) varistor. Admittance spectra and dielectric functions show two bulk defects of $Zn_i^{{\cdot}{\cdot}}$ (0.17~0.18 eV) and $V_o^{\cdot}$ (0.30~0.33 eV). From J-E characteristics the nonlinear coefficient (${\alpha}$) and resistivity (${\rho}_{gb}$) of pre-breakdown region decreased as 30 to 24 and 5.1 to 0.08 $G{\Omega}cm$ with sintering temperature, respectively. The double Schottky barrier of grain boundaries in ZB(MCo) ($ZnO-Bi_2O_3-Mn_3O_4-Co_3O_4$) could be electrochemically single type. However, its thermal stability was slightly disturbed by ambient oxygen because the apparent activation energy of grain boundaries was changed from 0.64 eV at lower temperature to 1.06 eV at higher temperature. It was revealed that a co-doping of Mn and Co in ZB reduced the heterogeneity of the barrier in grain boundaries and stabilized the barrier against an ambient temperature (${\alpha}$-factor= 0.136).

  • For a Borel function ${\psi}:\mathbb{R}{\times}\mathbb{R}{\rightarrow}\mathbb{R}$ satisfying the functional equation $\psi$ (s + t, u + v) + $\psi$(s - t, u - v) = $2\psi$(s, u) + $2\psi$(t, v), we show that it satisfies the functional equation $$\psi$$(s, t) = s(s - t)$$\psi$$(1, 0) + $$st\psi$$(1, 1) + t(t - s)$$\psi$$(0, 1). Using this, we prove the stability of the functional equation f(ax + ay, bz + bw) + f(ax - ay, bz - bw) = 2abf(x, z) + 2abf(y,w) in Banach modules over a unital $C^*$-algebra.

LCD 구동 모듈 PCB의 자동 기능 검사를 위한 Emulated Vision Tester (Emulated Vision Tester for Automatic Functional Inspection of LCD Drive Module PCB)

  • 본 논문에서는 LCD 구동 모듈 PCB의 기능 검사를 위한 자동 검사 시스템인 EVT (Emulated Vision Tester)를 제안하고 구현하였다. 기존의 대표적인 자동검사 방법으로는 전기적 검사나 영상기반 검사방식이 있으나 전기적 검사만으로는 Timing이 주요한 변수가 되는 LCD 장비에서는 검출할 수 없는 구동불량이 존재하며 영상기반 검사는 영상획득에 일관성이 결여되거나 Gray Scale의 구분이 불명확하여 검출결과의 재현성이 떨어진다. EVT 시스템은 Pattern Generator에서 인가된 입력 패턴 신호와 구동 모듈을 통한 후 출력되는 디지털 신호를 직접 비교하여 패턴을 검사하고 아날로그 신호 (전압, 저항, 파형)의 이상 여부도 신속 정확하게 검사할 수 있는 하드웨어적인 자동 검사 방법이다. 제안된 EVT 검사기는 높은 검출 신뢰도와 빠른 처리 속도 그리고 간결한 시스템 구성으로 원가 절감 및 전공정 검사 자동화의 실현을 가능케 하는 등 많은 장점을 가진다.

모듈러 시스템을 이용한 공기주입형 다기능 재킷 디자인 - 쿠션, 보온, 휴대 기능을 중심으로 - (Air-containing Multi-functional Jacket Design Utilizing Modular Systems - Focused on Cushioning, Heat Insulation and Portability -)

  • Air-containing fashion, which can offer diverse functions through the inflow and outflow of air, is highly relevant in today's mobile society, where people are experiencing a wider range of environments. This study attempts to suggest the possibility of air-containing multi-functional fashion that could continuously be utilized by developing a design for an air-containing jacket using modular systems. In this research, the modular systems in architecture and furniture design were referenced through a review of the literature for the purpose of establishing modular systems in fashion. Functions relevant to the mobility of today's society are derived from the results of advanced research and applied to the design of modules of the jacket. The modules are integrated through the modular systems. The folding and unfolding structure in architecture and furniture is applied as a folding system in fashion, the vertical accumulation structure as a layering system, and the horizontal integration structure as a combining system, and in addition, the containing system has emerged in fashion. Each module is designed to fulfill certain functions, such as cushioning, heat insulation, and portability. The folding system is utilized in designing the cushion module to support the neck and back of a wearer by making its hood and hem fold in the back. The application of a layering system was suggested by making the vest, combined with the neck cushion and back cushion via the combining system, layered with its insulation module. By applying the combining system, the hood that includes the neck cushion, the skirt that includes the back cushion, the body that includes the insulation module, and the sleeves can be connected and separated by a zipper. The applicability of this concept was proven by applying a developed design to an actual item.

압전발전 모듈의 안정성 해석 및 최적 매립위치 결정 (Stability Analysis of Piezoelectric Module and Determine of Optimal Burying Location)

  • In this study, an analysis was conducted to analyze the structural stability of the piezoelectric power generation module and to determine the optimal burying hole interval for concrete, the installation site of the power generation module. A piezoelectric element refers to a functional ceramic having a piezoelectric direct effect that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy and a piezoelectric reverse effect. In the analysis of the piezoelectric power generation module, the load condition was applied with about 16 tons and a total of 10 wheels in consideration of the container trailer. The purpose was to evaluate the stability of major components of the piezoelectric power generation module through finite element analysis. In order to determine the optimal burying location of the concrete ground for burying the piezoelectric power generation module, the stability of the ground structure according to the distance of the holes was determined. As a result of the analysis, the maximum stress of the piezoelectric power generation module was generated in the support spring, showing a stress of about 276.7 MPa. It was found that the spacing of holes for embedding the piezoelectric power generation module should be set to a minimum of 100 mm or more.
