This paper analyzes Empire style costume based on the fashion theory of Lauer and Lauer. We classify fashion into tow categories, a personal identities, the social competition and sexual competition, he economic factor as a functional factor, and the reflective thing of zeitgeist, eroticism as a dynamic factor. These factors can be visualized from fashion design, textiles, ornaments expressed in the paintings.

The health functional food market continues to grow, and according to that trend, the subdivision sales of personalized health functional foods, which have been legally prohibited, will be operated as a special regulatory pilot project. Personalized health functional food recommendations have a variety of personalized indicators to consider, and it is believed that algorithmic methods will be needed to proceed in a customized manner considering all of them. This study aims to contribute to the development of the AI-based health functional food recommendation service by studying factors that affect the use of the AI-based health functional food recommendation service. This paper analyzed the intention of use for AI-based health functional food recommendation service based on the information system success model and Technology Acceptance Model. This study considered information quality factors, service quality factor, and system quality factor as independent variables influencing perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust. For empirical analysis, 406 questionnaires were used and the collected data were performed using AMOS 22.0 and SPSS 22.0. Research has shown that the accuracy, timeliness, empathy and availability have a positive effect on usefulness. Understandability and availability has been shown to have a positive effect on ease of use. The accuracy, understandability, empathy and availibility has been shown to have a positive impact on Trust. Usefulness, ease of use and trust all have been shown to have a positive influence on intention of use.

The purpose of this study is to understand an appreciation and a perceptive structure of "keijeok" image by Semantic Differential Technique and Factor Analysis. The data used in this study was obtained by the questionnaire survey carried out in Pusan metropolitan city. 15 adjective pairs in the survey were evaluated by the Semantic Differential scales graded 7 ranges from 1(very good) to 7(very bad). A total of 452 samples were collected by the survey and analyzed for this study. The results are as follows; First, 15 variables comprehended to "keijeok" image were estimated as a positive conception(LT 4.0). What's more, residents may perceive "keijeok" image as intangible and aesthetic aspect such as "fresh", "pleasant", "clean". Second, the result of factor analysis shows that factor I which express the major conceptual meaning of "keijeok" image tends to have intangible or aesthetic adjective pairs rather than concrete, whereas factor II which has the weaker meaning compared with factor I may represent a functional aspect of "keijeok" image. It can explain that the perceptive structure of "keijeok" image may be largely influenced by subjective sense, then added or concreted with objective conception or environmental situation. The results can be considered as an important matter which should be reflected at the stage of environmental planning for people's amiable and desirable place.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors that influence low back pain in nurses in Intensive Care Units (ICUs). Methods: A descriptive-correlational design was used, with a convenience sample of 116 nurses from one university hospital in Seoul. The data collected were processed using SPSS Window 17.0 Program for actual numbers and percentages, differences in the dependent variable according to general characteristics, and mean, standard deviations, correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Results: The factor influencing low back pain in nurses in ICUs was functional ability (${\beta}$=.652). This one factor explained 41.9% of low back pain in nurses in ICUs. Conclusion: These results show that functional ability was related to nurses' low back pain in nurses in ICUs. These results further suggest that more research is needed to develop program involving functional ability to prevent and management of low back pain in nurses in ICUs.

The purpose of this study was to identify factor structure of consumption value, clothing attitudes and the effects of consumption value on clothing attitudes. Questionnaires were administered to 513 college students living in Deagu and Kyungbook province. Data were analyzed by using frequency, factor analysis, multiple regression, t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffe-test. The findings are as follows. Consumption values were composed of five factors such as social value, differentiated individuality, material value, functional value, and circumstances value. Clothing attitudes were composed of five factors such as pursuit of individuality, fashion interests, utility pursuit, appearance conspicuousness, and social approval. The effects of consumption value on each of clothing attitude variables, pursuit of individuality, fashion interests, appearance conspicuousness, and social approval were explained by the factors such as social value, differentiated individuality, and functional value, utility pursuit by social value, functional value, and circumstances value.

Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 5B (eIF5B) plays a role in recognition of the AUG codon in conjunction with translation factor eIF2, and promotes joining of the 60S ribosomal subunit. To see whether the eIF5B proteins of other organisms function in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, we cloned the corresponding genes from Oryza sativa, Arabidopsis thaliana, Aspergillus nidulans and Candida albican and expressed them under the control of the galactose-inducible GAL promoter in the $fun12{\Delta}$ strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Expression of Candida albicans eIF5B complemented the slow-growth phenotype of the $fun12{\Delta}$ strain, but that of Aspergillus nidulance did not, despite the fact that its protein was expressed better than that of Candida albicans. The Arabidopsis thaliana protein was also not functional in Saccharomyces. These results reveal that the eIF5B in Candida albicans has a close functional relationship with that of Sacharomyces cerevisiae, as also shown by a phylogenetic analysis based on the amino acid sequences of the eIF5Bs.

The activation of heat shock factor 1 (HSF1) can be induced by the changes in environmental pH, but the mechanism of HSF1 activation by acidification is not completely understood. This paper reports that a low pH (pH~6.0) can trigger human HSF1 activation. Considering the involvement of the imidazole group of histidine residues under acid pH stress, an in vitro EMSA experiment, Trp-fluorescence spectroscopy, and protein structural analysis showed that the residue, His83, is the essential for pH-dependent human HSF1-activation. To determine the roles of His83 in the HSF1-mediated stress response affecting the cellular acid resistance, mouse embryo fibroblasts with normal wild-type or mutant mouse HSF1 expression were preconditioned by heating or pH stress. The results suggest that His83 is essential for HSF1 activation or the HSF1-mediated transcription of heat shock proteins, in protecting cells from acid pH stress.

본 연구는 평가와 보상요인이 지식관리 시스템 도입요인(조직특성, 지식정보특성, 이용자특성)과 성과요인 간에 조절적 역할을 하고 있는지를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 조직 유연성, 신뢰, 지식의 적합성, 기능의 제공정도, 인지된 이익 요인은 KMS 활용도에 조절적인 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 사용 용이성, 이용자 전문성 요인은 KMS 활용도에 조절적인 역할을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. KMS 만족도에는 조직 유연성, 신뢰, 기능의 제공 정도, 이용자 전문성 요인은 KMS 만족도에 조절적인 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 지식의 적합성, 사용 용이성, 인지된 이익 요인은 KMS 만족도에 조절적인 역할을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

Electrochemical surface treatment of PAN-based carbon fibers in acidic electrolyte has been studied in increasing the surface functional groups on fiber surfaces for the improvement of fiber-matrix adhesion of the resulting composites. According to the FT-IR and XPS measurements, it reveals that the oxygen functional groups on fibers are largely influence on the composite mechanical behaviors, whereas the nitrogen functional groups are not affected in the system. In this work, a good correlation between surface functionality and mechanical properties is established.
