The paper presents five strategic opinions for promoting the fourth industry revolution through the supply of 5G additional frequency. The assessments are on the basis of 5G frequency utilization technologies and services, with reference to 3GPP 5G New Radio standards, after investigating the domestic 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile communication services as well as the use of mobile radio frequency and spectrum. The presented opinions contain the frequency supply of contiguous-wide bandwidth channels, harmonized frequency supply between licensed and unlicensed spectrum, the existing 4G frequency recycle for increasing 5G coverage and capacity, balance frequency supply in the multi-band for 5G services, and the development of 5G vertical frequency for industry. The aim is that the presented five strategic opinions can offer guidance for the upcoming plan of domestic 5G additional frequency supply.

Most of the current frequency hopping (FH) based dynamic spectrum access (DSA) methods concern a reactive channel access scheme with synchronous inter-channel spectrum sensing, i.e., FH is reactively triggered by the primary user (PU)'s return reported by spectrum sensing, and the PU channel to be switched to is assumed precisely just sensed or ready to be sensed, as if the inter-channel spectrum sensing moments are synchronous. However, the inter-channel spectrum sensing moments are more likely to be asynchronous, which risks PU suffering more interference. Moreover, the spectrum sensing is usually erroneous, which renders the problem more complex. To address this problem, we propose a proactive FH based DSA method against both erroneous spectrum sensing and asynchronous inter-channel spectrum sensing (moments). We term it as proactive DSA. The optimal FH sequence is obtained by dynamic programming. The complexity is also analyzed. Finally, the simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method.
Many induction motor broken bar diagnosis methods are based on evaluating special components in machine signals spectrums. Current, power, flux, etc are among these signals. Frequencies related to a broken rotor fault are slip dependent, therefore, correct diagnosis of fault - especially when obtrusive frequency components are present - depends on accurate determination of motor velocity and slip. The traditional methods typically require several sensors that should be pre-installed in some cases. This paper presents a diagnosis method based on only a vibration sensor. Motor velocity oscillation due to a broken rotor causes frequency components at twice slip frequency difference around speed frequency in vibration spectrum. Speed frequency and its harmonics as well as twice supply frequency, can easily and accurately be found in a vibration spectrum, therefore th motor slip can be computed. Now components related to rotor fault can be found. It is shown that a trained neural network - as a substitute for an expert person - can easily categorize the existence and the severity of a fault according to the features extracted from the presented method. This method requires no information about th motor internal and has been able to diagnose correctly in all the laboratory tests.

In this paper, a novel detection method called the joint multiple frequency cell (JMFC) detection is addressed for spread spectrum code acquisition in the presence of residual Doppler frequency offset (RDFO). When the RDFO exists, the correlation peak used for detection during the acquisition process is split into several lower neighboring peaks, resulting in severe degradation in the detection performance, and consequently, in the overall acquisition performance. In the JMFC detection, a decision variable for detection is formed by combining several consecutive correlator outputs, so that the reduction in the correlation value due to the RDFO can be alleviated. Numerical results show that the proposed scheme can offer better detection performance over the conventional scheme based on the cell-by-cell detection.

In this paper, we proposed the frequency candidates band for the spectrum sharing through researching and analyzing the current status of the policy and the economic values which is actively conducted on the United States and Europe. To this end, we investigated to the status and problems with the frequency reallocation and arrangement in respond to the current frequency demand. To solve these frequency reallocation and arrangement method problems, we introduce to the concept and current status of policy for the frequency method progress by advanced countries mainly. Also the results of the economic value analysis introduced in terms of the operators. In addition, we proposed the assessment terms and criteria for the selection of frequency candidates band through joint research and analysis results.

The purpose of this study was to compare the electromyography signal's power spectrum mean and median tendencies appearing in the lower extremity during walking while wearing roller shoes. 9 male subjects volunteered who have no experience riding inline-skate or roller-skate, and have no record of musculoskeletal disorder. Subjects walked on treadmill twice for an hour (Once a week, one trial with the roller on and the other without roller, Walking velocity = 1.39 m/s). Electromyography was measured every 15 minute (0, 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes). Surface electrode sticked muscle at rectus femoris(R.F.), vastus lateralis(V.L.), vastus medialis(V.M.), biceps femoris(B.F.), tibialis anterior(T.A.), gastrocnemius lateralis(G.L.), gastrocnemius medialis(G.M.). At Rectus femoris, Vastus Lateralis, Vastus medialis, and Biceps femoris showed no statistically significant decrease of median frequency or mean edge frequency as time passes. Also, between two treatments (wearing the roller shoes vs not wearing the roller shoes), no statistically significant difference. After 60 minutes, mean edge frequency showed statistically significant decrease at tibalis anterior and after 45 minutes, mean edge frequency showed statistically significant decrease compared to wearing roller shoes without the wheels at gastrocnemius lateralis. At gastrocnemius medialis after 30 minutes, median frequency showed statistically significant decrease, and showed statistically significant difference compared to the control group. Wearing the roller shoes with wheels for a long time resulted in statistically significant decrease of mean edge frequency and median frequency in lower extremity, especially in shank muscles. Increase of wearing time of roller shoes and walking on a bumpy road wearing roller shoes with wheels result fatigue and thus, danger of injury.
The spectral representation method is a quick and versatile tool for the generation of spatially variable, response-spectrum-compatible simulations to be used in the nonlinear seismic response evaluation of extended structures, such as bridges. However, just as recorded data, these simulated accelerations require processing, but, unlike recorded data, the reasons for their processing are purely numerical. Hence, the criteria for the processing of acceleration simulations need to be tied to the effect of processing on the structural response. This paper presents a framework for processing acceleration simulations that is based on seismological approaches for processing recorded data, but establishes the corner frequency of the high-pass filter by minimizing the effect of processing on the response of the structural system, for the response evaluation of which the ground motions were generated. The proposed two-step criterion selects the filter corner frequency by considering both the dynamic and the pseudo-static response of the systems. First, it ensures that the linear/nonlinear dynamic structural response induced by the processed simulations captures the characteristics of the system's dynamic response caused by the unprocessed simulations, the frequency content of which is fully compatible with the target response spectrum. Second, it examines the adequacy of the selected estimate for the filter corner frequency by evaluating the pseudo-static response of the system subjected to spatially variable excitations. It is noted that the first step of this two-fold criterion suffices for the establishment of the corner frequency for the processing of acceleration time series generated at a single ground-surface location to be used in the seismic response evaluation of, e.g. a building structure. Furthermore, the concept also applies for the processing of acceleration time series generated by means of any approach that does not provide physical considerations for the selection of the corner frequency of the high-pass filter.

In the early stage, the radio communication industry was widely accepted as a monopoly industry, so it has been controled and managed by government. But the advanced technology in Information and Technology industry has led constant increase of demand and dramatic change of communication market. Furthermore it is expected that frequency resource is to be short by market change due to wire-wireless integration. That is why the effort to utilize and manage limited frequency resource efficiently is being executed around the world. Not only newly developing and allocating the spectrum but also reallocating the existing spectrum important are, since transforming inefficiently used existing spectrum to new service can increase producer's surplus and social welfare. The economic approach to valuate the spectrum and spectrum usage right is necessary different from the traditional cost based approach, and through this approach I expect active transaction of spectrum. In this paper the real option methodology is used for valuation of spectrum, considering spectrum user's option right based on future revenue. In detail, the matter of withdrawing and reallocating the existing analog radio broadcasting spectrum is evaluated in this paper, The digitalization of a broadcasting service is widely spreaded around the world in terms of technology and service utility, and analog TV broadcasting has already been decided to be transformed to digital TV broadcasting. It was planned to convert analog radio broadcasting to DAB service before adopting DMB service, but nowadays this issue is not on the table anymore. However if the increasing demand of digital voice and broadcasting service is considered, this kind of research to valuate a spectrum is needed urgently. The result of this research shows that when the redeployment of spectrum is done, social welfare will increases. The point of the reallocation time and value are suggested by the monte carlo simulation through ROVM. In this paper, I use real option to valuate the spectrum and provide the point of the reallocation time and reasonable guideline, and moreover, the suitable information of this paper is expected to reduce risk and loss in policy practice.
A blind hopping phase estimator is proposed for the demodulation of received signals in frequency-hopping spread spectrum systems. The received signals are assumed to be bandwidth limited with a shaping filter, modulated as frequency modulation (FM) or binary frequency shift keying (BFSK), and hopped by predetermined random frequency sequences. In the demodulation procedure in this paper, the hopping frequency tracking is accomplished by choosing a frequency component with maximum amplitude after taking a discrete Fourier transform, and the hopping phase estimator performs the conjugated product of two consecutive signals and moving-average filtering. The probability density function and Cramer-Rao low bound (CRLB) of the proposed estimator are evaluated. The proposed scheme not only is very simple to implement but also performs close to the CRLB in demodulating hopped FM/BFSK signals.
The study aims to a design hybrid frequency synthesizer in spectrum analyzer and to propose new techniques designed for evasion of in-band spurious. The study focuses on calculating the exact location of multiple phase locked loop of hybrid frequency synthesizer and spurious of direct digital synthesizer to evade in-band spurious outside of frequency range that the user wants to see and thereby simulating technique to improve input related spurious of spectrum analyzer for algorithm. The proposed technique is designed to calculate spurious evasion algorithm in central processing system when in-band spurious arises, and to move output frequency of DDS(direct digital synthesizer) into the place where no in-band spurious exists thereby improving performance of frequency synthesizer. The study used simulation and result representation to prove the effectiveness of the proposed technique.
