In this study, based on the expectation that beauty education based on VR experience of beauty majors will have on expertise and practical ability, it was attempted to develop VR-based beauty subjects and secure an educational environment. A total of 106 learners participated in the study, and the online questionnaire consisted of questions about the development of VR-based beauty subjects, recognition of expertisee and practical skills, and general characteristics. The collected data were verified at the significance level of .05 using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program. As a result of frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation, and linear regression analysis, the higher the grade, the higher the perception of VR-based beauty subjects development (p<.01). The perception of VR-based beauty subject development was related to VR-based expertise and practical skills for each sub-factor of the recognition of expertise (r=.683, p<.001), practical skills (r=.676, p<.001), and industry-related awareness (r=.543, p<.001). It was found that there was a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with related perception. In addition, it was found that the higher the awareness of VR-based beauty subjects development, the higher the expectation that expertise, practical ability, and industry-related awareness would be improved. As a result, the necessity of developing VR-based beauty subjects and expectations for course operation of majors in the beauty subjects environment were confirmed. In follow-up studies, it is necessary to expand the scope of the sample.

This study investigated field data to understand the spatio-temporal distribution of pollinating insects and buckwheat flowers. We set the in-situ observation sites in different locations to get altitude and cropping system distribution data for five years (2016 to 2020) in Korea. Twenty-five different insect species, belonging to 8 orders, were recorded. Over the past five years, species from the orders Diptera and Hymenoptera were the principal visitors. Hymenoptera was mainly represented by honey bees (Apis cerana), while Diptera was represented by bean seed fly (Delia platura) and several other species. Some bees and other Hymenoptera species could, however, act as co-pollinators because of their high relative frequency and activity. Compared with open-field cultivation (conventional), the pollination mediating effect of flies and bees was superior in net house, so the yield was high, and it was also found to be slightly higher in the mixed treatment of flies and bees than in the single treatment. Based on the above results, flies and bees were found to be the most active pollinating insects in buckwheat and it is necessary to actively utilize the selected insects to improve buckwheat productivity. This relationship will be utilized in establishing the system of seed production on pollinating regulation of a primary plant.

In this study, the reverberation of a bistatic sonar operated in southeastern coast in the East Sea in July 2020 was analyzed. The reverberation sensor data were collected through an LFM sound source towed by a research vessel and a horizontal line array receiver 1 km to 5 km away from it. The reverberation sensor data was analyzed by various methods including geo-plot after signal processing. Through this, it was confirmed that the angle reflected from the sound source through the scatterer to the receiver has a dominant influence on the distribution of the reverberation sound, and the probability distribution characteristics of bistatic sonar reverberation varies for each beam. In addition, parametric factors of K distribution and Rayleigh distribution were estimated from the sample through moment method estimation. Using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test at the confidence level of 0.05, the distribution probability of the data was analyzed. As a result, it could be observed that the reverberation follows a Rayleigh probability distribution, and it could be estimated that this was the effect of a low reverberation to noise ratio.

The purpose of this study aimed to identify the relationship between department adaptation, career satisfaction and major satisfaction of the male students in department of dental hygiene and to provide basic data to improve their major satisfaction. The subjects were 102 male students attended dental hygiene departments at four universities in Seoul, Gangwon-do and Gyeongsang-do. The survey was completed a self administered questionnaire survey available on a website from September to October 2019. The collected data were analyzed frequency, mean and standard deviation, correlation and logistic regression using the SPSS 22.0 program. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 36 questions, with each item scored on a 5-point Likert scale. The mean score of male students of dental hygiene department major satisfaction was 3.32, department adaptation was 3.48 and career satisfaction was 3.08. The results of the correlation analysis shows that major satisfaction has a statistically significant positive correlation between career satisfaction and departmental adaptation(p<0.01), career satisfaction was a statistically significant positive correlation to the departmental adaptation(p<0.01). As a result of regression analysis with Independent variables such as departmental adaptation(β=0.410) and career satisfaction(β=0.457) were analyzed to have a significant positive effect on the major satisfaction(p<0.001). Accordingly, the department adaptation and job career satisfaction are critical factors for major satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the servicesape focused on Taekwondo gym. More specifically, this study was to investigate the effect of servicescape on gym's image, parents' satisfaction and re-enroll intention. The 250 survey questionnaires were distributed among the trainee's parents of through convenience sampling. Due to the reliability of data, 18 samples were discarded and 232 samples were put to actual analysis. By using SPSS Ver. 21.0, data were analyzed for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, the variables of servicescape which was ambient condition, cleanliness and comfort had positive effects on gym's image. Second, the servicescape which was consist of ambient condition, cleanliness, comfort and safety had significantly effects on parents' satisfaction. Third, servicescape which was consist of s ambient condition, cleanliness, comfort and safety had significantly effects on re-enroll intention. This study has a positive meaning in that it confirms the importance of the servicescape of the Taekwondo gym and presents the operation strategy through the servicescape.

The main purpose of this study is to closely investigate the constructive relationship between leisure satisfaction, leisure ability, exercise satisfaction, and consistent motor behavior patterns of the elderly's participation in leisure life sports. In order to achieve this, we surveyed and utilized the sampling of conveniences that selected Yongin and Seongnam city in Gyeonggi-do sports clubs, and accumulated samples of the elderly in living sports. The sample size was 239 elderly people. Based on this, according to the purpose of the study, statistical techniques, spss 23.0, and amos programs were used for analysis. The satisfaction analysis used in the research for a data analysis includes frequency analysis, exploatory factor analysis, confirmatory facor analysis, reliability analysis, correnlation analysis and structure equation model analysis. The research has drawn the following conclusions, based on the above mentioned research method and its procedures: First, it affects the satisfaction of the leisure satisfaction movement. Second, leisure ability affects exercise satisfaction. Third, exercise satisfaction affects the consistent exercise persistence and immersion satisfaction of exercise. As a result, it can be seen that the leisure immersion according to the experience of leisure competence has an effect on the satisfaction of the exercise. As a result, and the continuation of the exercise.

Background: The singing bowl is a bowl-shaped percussion instrument and is used in meditation and healing programs, but the mechanism of its clinical effects is unclear. Purpose: In this paper, we reviewed the peculiar acoustic property of the singing bowl sound and discussed on physical mechanisms of the clinical effects of the singing bowl sound. Methods: We studied the literature by reviewing it. Results: There are multiple pitches at adjacent frequencies in the singing bowl sound, and they give rise to the beat phenomenon. This results in a solid persisting beating felt in the singing bowl sound. Furthermore, the beat that depends on singing bowls and playing methods includes a rhythm often similar to the frequency band of brain waves (theta wave) observed in meditative states and induces a synchronization phenomenon in which the rhythm activates the brain waves in meditative states. Furthermore, we are to infer that the clinical effect of the singing bowl sound is closely associated with the synchronization of brain waves to the beat rhythm of the singing bowl sound. Conclusion: To clearly understand the clinical mechanism of the singing bowl sound, we suggest further systematic studies on the psychological and physiological responses to the beats of the singing bowl sound.

This study aims to investigate the interdependence of Korean middle and old-aged couples in the association between exercise and life satisfaction through grip strength trajectory. Data were drawn from the nationally representative Korea Longitudinal Study of Aging (KLoSA) collected from 2006 to 2016. The sample included couples over 45 years of age in the first wave and participated in all six waves of the survey (Ncouple=1,997). There were three steps for analyses: correlation, parallel latent growth curve model, tests of indirect effects of the mediation paths. Covariates included in the models were husbands and wives' characteristics (age, education, work status, chronic diseases, marital satisfaction, contact frequency with friends or neighbors) and couple's household income. Results showed husbands' and wives' life satisfaction and grip strength were interdependent upon each other. Also, exercise participation of both husbands and wives was associated with both husbands' and wives' life satisfaction via the initial level of grip strength of husbands. Moreover, exercise participation of only husbands was associated with wives' life satisfaction through the initial grip strength of husbands. These results suggest the aging processes of middle and old-aged couples need to be understood in the context of gender dynamics and couple interdependence.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of experiential economy factors using metaverse on the intention to accept advertisements reflecting new technologies. The subjects of this study were those located in G Metropolitan City and J Province, and those who experienced metaverse. From August 1 to September 10, 2022, 150 people participated in the survey without face-to-face. Analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and three-step mediated regression analysis. The conclusion is as follows. First, the influence of metaverse experience on advertisement acceptance intention was shown in the order of relational experience, educational experience, and escapist experience. Second, it was found that the relational and educational experiences of metaverse partially mediate metaverse usefulness and affect the advertisement acceptance intention. Third, it was found that the relational and educational experiences of the metaverse partially mediate the metaverse presence and affect the advertisement acceptance intention. Also, it was found that the metaverse's escapist experience completely mediates the metaverse's presence and affects the advertisement acceptance intention. Fourth, it was found that the escapist experience of metaverse completely mediates the ease of use of metaverse and affects the advertisement acceptance intention. It is expected that this study will contribute to the construction of a new platform in the advertising market using various platforms of metaverse.

Objectives: Postoperative ileus (POI) is a common impairment of gastrointestinal motility and causes a delay in postoperative recovery, as well as an increased length of hospital stay, but no single strategy has a significant recuperative effect on POI. Studies of traditional Korean medicine (TKM) have reported improvements in bowel function after surgery. The aim of this systematic review was to assess the effectiveness of TKM on postoperative ileus in gastric cancer patients. Methods: We used six databases to search for studies published from January 1, 2007, until May 11, 2022. The included studies were those reporting gastric cancer patients who received TKM treatment after gastrectomy through indicators related to POI. Results: The search identified 27 RCTs that used herbal medicine (Daegeonjung-tang and Gami-leejoongtang), herbal medicine combined with acupuncture (Sama-tang, Gumiseunggi-tang, Daeseunggi-tang, and Insam-tang), acupuncture, acupuncture and moxibustion, electroacupuncture, warm needling, transcutaneous electroacupuncture (TEA), low-frequency electrical acupoint stimulation (LEAS), moxibustion, auricular acupressure, and ST-36 acupoint injection with neostigmine as treatments for POI. The time to first flatus was shortened by herbal medicine combined with warm needling (Sama-tang, Gumiseunggi-tang, Daeseunggi-tang, and Insam-tang), acupuncture, electroacupuncture, warm needling, TEA, moxibustion, auricular acupressure, and ST-36 acupoint injection with neostigmine (p<0.00001). The time to the first defecation decreased significantly in response to the herbal medicine combined with warm needling (Sama-tang, Gumiseunggi-tang, Daeseunggi-tang, and Insam-tang), acupuncture, electroacupuncture, warm needling, TEA, moxibustion, auricular acupressure, and ST-36 acupoint injection with neostigmine (p<0.00001). No serious adverse events occurred. Conclusions: TKM could be a promising option for preventing and resolving POI in gastric cancer patients after gastrectomy.
