텍스트 마이닝과 소셜 네트워크 기법을 활용한 국제무역 키워드, 중심성과 토픽에 대한 빅데이터 분석 (A Big Data Analysis on Research Keywords, Centrality, and Topics of International Trade using the Text Mining and Social Network)

  • This study aims to analyze international trade papers published in Korea during the past 2002-2022 years. Through this study, it is possible to understand the main subject and direction of research in Korea's international trade field. As the research mythologies, this study uses the big data analysis such as the text mining and Social Network Analysis such as frequency analysis, several centrality analysis, and topic analysis. After analyzing the empirical results, the frequency of key word is very high in trade, export, tariff, market, industry, and the performance of firm. However, there has been a tendency to include logistics, e-business, value and chain, and innovation over the time. The degree and closeness centrality analyses also show that the higher frequency key words also have been higher in the degree and closeness centrality. In contrast, the order of eigenvector centrality seems to be different from those of the degree and closeness centrality. The ego network shows the density of business, sale, exchange, and integration appears to be high in order unlike the frequency analysis. The topic analysis shows that the export, trade, tariff, logstics, innovation, industry, value, and chain seem to have high the probabilities of included in several topics.

분산 전개법에 의한 주파수-시간 영역 변환 (Frequency-to-time Transformation by a Diffusion Expansion Method)

  • 전자 탐사는 신호원의 파형에 따라 주파수 영역과 시간 영역법으로 나누어진다. 주파수 영역과 시간 영역은 수학적으로 Fourier 변환 관계에 있으므로, 주파수 영역 자료를 Fourier 변환하여 시간 영역 자료를 얻어낼 수 있다. 즉, 시간 영역 전자 탐사의 모델링 자료는 주파수 영역에서 수행한 모델링 자료의 적절한 변환을 통해 얻어질 수 있다. 따라서 주파수-시간 영역 변환은 전자 탐사에서 매우 중요한 부분이다. 분산 전개법(DEM)은 신속하고 효과적인 주파수-시간 영역 변환 기법 중의 하나이다. 분산 전개법에서는 전자기장은 분산 함수와 분산 시간의 급수로 전개하며, 분산 시간은 주어진 주파수 자료에 의해 결정된다. 특히 적정 분산 시간의 설정은 분산 전개법의 정확성을 결정하는 주요 요소이다. 이 연구에서는 급수 전개에 의해 얻어진 주파수 영역 자료의 오차를 최소화하는 방법을 사용하여 적정 분산 시간의 설정 방법을 개발하였다. 반무한 공간 및 2층 구조 모델에 대하여 이 방법을 적용한 결과, 분산 전개법은 상당히 넓은 시간 대역에서 정확한 결과를 나타냄을 확인하였다.

  • This study was carried out to develop a system and methodology to simulate the engine load variation occuring during agricultural field operations for a laboratory engine test. The system consisted of an electric dynamometer, an Apple II microcomputer, and a data acquisition and control system. Several pieces of instruments were utilized to measure various engine performance data. Both engine torque and engine speed were fully controlled by a computer program. The dynamic characteristics of the system were analyzed through a series of tests and the limitations on the load simulation test were presented. The results of the study are summarized as follows: 1. Engine speed and toque were controlled by a computer program. The use of a stepping motor and reduction gears enabled engine speed be controlled within 1 rpm. 2. The natural frequency of the dynamometer-engine system was found to be around 5 Hz, at which the load simulation would be impossible because of resonance. 3. For the harmonic inputs with the frequencies above the natural frequency, the signal attenuated too much and therefore the load simulation was impossible. 4. The step response of the system showed an overshoot of 24.5 percent and the settling time for 5 percent criterion was around 3 seconds. 5. When actual field test data are utilized for load simulation, a low-pass filter should be included to attenuate the frequency components around and above the natural frequency.

TF-IDF를 활용한 한글 자연어 처리 연구 (A study on Korean language processing using TF-IDF)

  • Purpose One of the reasons for the expansion of information systems in the enterprise is the increased efficiency of data analysis. In particular, the rapidly increasing data types which are complex and unstructured such as video, voice, images, and conversations in and out of social networks. The purpose of this study is the customer needs analysis from customer voices, ie, text data, in the web environment.. Design/methodology/approach As previous study results, the word frequency of the sentence is extracted as a word that interprets the sentence has better affects than frequency analysis. In this study, we applied the TF-IDF method, which extracts important keywords in real sentences, not the TF method, which is a word extraction technique that expresses sentences with simple frequency only, in Korean language research. We visualized the two techniques by cluster analysis and describe the difference. Findings TF technique and TF-IDF technique are applied for Korean natural language processing, the research showed the value from frequency analysis technique to semantic analysis and it is expected to change the technique by Korean language processing researcher.

  • 조선왕조실록은 UNESCO에 등재된 중요한 기록물이다. 본 논문은 한글로 번역된 조선왕조 실록에서 단어의 빈도수를 조사하여 빅데이터를 분석하는 방법을 제안한다. 조선왕조 실록을 인터넷 사이트에서 액세스하여 단어의 빈도수를 조사하려 할 때, 그 페이지에 포함된 소스를 직접 액세스하면 HTML 문법에 필요한 키워드가 포함되어 있어 필요한 본문에서 단어 빈도수에 의한 빅데이터 분석을 하는 것이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 Java의 Jsoup를 활용한 크롤링 기능을 사용하여 조선왕조 실록의 본문을 분석하는 방법을 제안한다. 실험에서는 조선왕조실록의 태조부분만을 추출하여 본 방법의 유효성을 검증하였다.

New Medical Image Fusion Approach with Coding Based on SCD in Wireless Sensor Network

  • The technical development and practical applications of big-data for health is one hot topic under the banner of big-data. Big-data medical image fusion is one of key problems. A new fusion approach with coding based on Spherical Coordinate Domain (SCD) in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) for big-data medical image is proposed in this paper. In this approach, the three high-frequency coefficients in wavelet domain of medical image are pre-processed. This pre-processing strategy can reduce the redundant ratio of big-data medical image. Firstly, the high-frequency coefficients are transformed to the spherical coordinate domain to reduce the correlation in the same scale. Then, a multi-scale model product (MSMP) is used to control the shrinkage function so as to make the small wavelet coefficients and some noise removed. The high-frequency parts in spherical coordinate domain are coded by improved SPIHT algorithm. Finally, based on the multi-scale edge of medical image, it can be fused and reconstructed. Experimental results indicate the novel approach is effective and very useful for transmission of big-data medical image(especially, in the wireless environment).

한반도 목표 표준강수지수(SPI) 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Target Standardized Precipitation Index in Korea)

  • 물은 인류와 동식물의 필요조건으로, 물 부족 상태 즉 가뭄은 전 세계적으로 가장 두려워하는 재해 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 지역적인 특성을 고려하여 가뭄을 판단하고 대응하기 위해 목표재현기간을 설정하고 한반도 전역을 대상으로 시 군 구 단위의 지역별 목표 표준강수지수를 산정하였다. 먼저 한반도에 위치한 30년 이상의 자료기간을 보유한 88개 기상관측소의 강우자료에서 월별강우자료를 추출하고 SPI (3)가뭄지수를 산정하였다. 산정된 SPI (3)에서 연도별 최저치를 추출하여 매개변수적 빈도해석과 경계핵밀도 함수를 이용한 비매개변수적 빈도해석을 실시하였다. 또한, 목표재현기간을 30년으로 설정하고 비매개변수적 빈도해석 결과에 티센비 적용하여 시 군 구 단위로 목표 표준강수지수를 산정하였다. 분석결과 가뭄의 심도와 빈도가 지역별로 크게 다르게 나타남을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 이는 한반도 가뭄의 판단과 대응을 위한 기초자료로 국가적인 수자원계획과 방재대책에 기여하고자 한다.

공간의 시각적 이해과정에 나타난 성별 주시특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Observation Characteristics by Sex shown in the process of Visual Appreciation of Space)

  • This study is about the visual appreciation by sex with the analysis of time range of observing data which was got through observation experiment with the space of lobby in hospitals. The observation data of the subjects who observed the space include the frequency and time, through which the process of visual appreciation could be evaluated with the definition of the frequency and the time of observation. First, the fact that men had higher frequency of observation than women means the former had more movement than the latter, and another fact of their fewer times can be understood as the time of their staying was shorter. That is, even though the men had more movements of sight, they showed the feature of staying shorter. Second, the rate high and low of observation frequency and times made it possible for observation characteristics to be defined as 'intensive search' 'active search' 'fixed concentration' and 'search wandering.' The definition of understanding this process of visual appreciation can be available for a frame of effective analysis of observation characteristics according to the passage of time. Third, the intense search is the case of 'high frequency' having the feature of high visual appreciation owing to the active visual actions for acquiring information. Men were found to have more intense search which decreased gradually as time passed, while women showed the feature of many times of intense search. Fourth, it was found that with many observation data in a certain range of time the subjects had fixed concentration, where women were found to have repetitive fixed concentration along with the change of observation time while men were seen to have more observation tendency for fixed concentration. Fifth, at the cross tabulation of frequency and times, men had the feature of dispersed visual appreciation while women had more distinction between fixation and movement, which revealed that there is surely the difference between men and women in the process of visual appreciation.

부산지역 화강암의 단열빈도와 수리적 특성의 상관성 (Relation Between Fracture Frequency and Hydraulic Characteristics of Granite in Busan Area)

  • 지하구조물 건설시에 구조물의 안정성을 확보하거나 우물을 굴착할 때 충분한 양의 지하수를 확보하기 위해서는 정확한 수리적 매개변수를 알아내는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 금정산 화강암지역에 시추된 6개 시험공의 여러 심도에서 수압시험을 실시하고, Moye식과 Hvorslev식을 이용하여 수리전도도를 구하였다. 또한 수리전도도와 텔레뷰어검층 및 시추코어자료로부터 얻어진 단열빈도를 서로 비교하고, 이들간의 상관성을 구하였다. 그 결과, 대부분의 시험공에서 텔레뷰어 자료가 시추코어자료보다 수리전도도와의 상관성이 높으나, 상관계수는 0.5미만이다. 이것은 연구지역 화강암의 수리전도도가 단열빈도뿐만 아니라 단열의 간극, 길이, 연결성, 방향, 경사도 그리고 충전물 등과도 복합적으로 관련됨을 암시한다.

비선형 회귀분석을 이용한 Generic 데이터 기반의 누출빈도함수 추정 (Estimation of Leak Frequency Function by Application of Non-linear Regression Analysis to Generic Data)

  • Quantitative risk assessment (QRA) is used as a legal or voluntary safety management tool for the hazardous material industry and the utilization of the method is gradually increasing. Therefore, a leak frequency analysis based on reliable generic data is a critical element in the evolution of QRA and safety technologies. The aim of this paper is to derive the leak frequency function that can be applied more flexibly in QRA based on OGP report with high reliability and global utilization. For the purpose, we first reviewed the data on the 16 equipments included in the OGP report and selected the predictors. And then we found good equations to fit the OGP data using non-linear regression analysis. The various expectation functions were applied to search for suitable parameter to serve as a meaningful reference in the future. The results of this analysis show that the best fitting parameter is found in the form of DNV function and connection function in natural logarithm. In conclusion, the average percentage error between the fitted and the original value is very small as 3 %, so the derived prediction function can be applicable in the quantitative frequency analysis. This study is to contribute to expand the applicability of QRA and advance safety engineering as providing the generic equations for practical leak frequency analysis.
