Purpose: There is a need to examine changes in the health care environment and the impact on gerontological nursing care in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In this article recent healthcare paradigm changes, gerontechnology, high tech and high touch, person-centered approaches are discussed. Methods: A narrative review was used. Results: Cyber physical system, artificial intelligence, advance and convergence of bioengineering, and information communication technology are changing the health care paradigm to "precision", "prediction" and "personalization". Entry into the global aging society and the surge in the elderly population worldwide has led to searches for a new means to prepare for projected demands of this growing population. Thus, efforts such as gerontechnology have been made to apply and utilize recent innovative science and technology in order to promote the health and life of elders. There is a great emphasis on the convergence of high tech and high touch, in which humanistic and artistic approach are critical in order to assure that technology is beneficial to human beings rather than harmful. Conclusion: Positive healthcare experiences among patients and their families are emphasized by utilizing new technology and employing high touch while providing personalized care with a person-centered approach.

치료·공급자 중심의 의료서비스에서 예방·소비자 중심의 서비스로 패러다임이 변화하고 있는 시점에 보건의료와 ICT융합기술의 접목은 4차 산업혁명 안에서 디지털 헬스케어 산업에 대한 관심을 고조시키고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어에는 건강, 영양, 운동, 및 환자관리 등이 포함되며, 디지털 헬스케어 산업에는 개인 건강 및 의료 정보를 제공할 수 있는 의료기기, 의료정보시스템 및 헬스케어 플랫폼 등과 관련된 의료 및 IT 산업의 융합으로 요약된다. 고령화 및 만성질환의 증가에 따른 사회적 요구로 인해 우리나라에서도 4차 산업혁명 안에서 디지털 헬스케어는 중요한 정책으로 다뤄지고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업이 인류의 수명연장과 삶의 질 증진에 기여하기 위해서는 관련 인프라와 법률적 제도 정비 및 정책 마련 등이 시급하며 덧붙여 중요한 것은 디지털 헬스케어 산업을 이끌어갈 인재 육성을 위한 융합적 교육의 활성화가 필요하겠다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 동향과 정부의 연구개발 정책방향에 대해 고찰하고 미래 발전 방향 및 시사점을 도출하고자 시행되었다.

With the world-wide demand on the emission minimization, the needs on the diesel aftertreatment devices with high efficiency are also increasing. In order to effectively develop or design a high-performance diesel particulate filter, a clear understanding on the deposition and regeneration mechanism is required. In the present study, a theory on the lumped parameter model for wall-flow type diesel particulate filters is described focusing on the deposition efficiency, pressure drop inside the filter. The fourth order explicit Runge-Kutta method is utilized for the mass flow rate computation. Engine operation modes with controlled and uncontrolled regeneration options are selected. The computational lumped parameter model is validated by comparing the computed results with the measured data.

제 4차 산업 혁명을 맞이하고 있는 최근 대학 교육은 전문적인 지식의 전수보다 문제해결력이나 창의성을 강조하고 있다. 뿐 만 아니라 첨단 정보통신기술이 융합되어 혁신적인 변화가 이루어지면서 융합 교육에 대한 필요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 IT 융합 교육을 실시한 후와 일반 융합 교육을 실시한 후, 창의적 문제 해결 역량의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과 일반 융합 교육보다 IT 융합 교육을 받은 수강생의 창의적 문제 해결 역량이 더 높았으며 통계적으로도 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 이에 창의적 문제 해결 역량 함양을 위해 대학에서는 각종 강좌에 IT 융합 교육을 연계한 교육이 활성화되어야 할 것이다.

In recent trends, the first age of digital device usage has been significantly getting low and the using frequencies for younger generation have been gradually increasing. Also, while there were more negative opinions of this trend in the past, the new idea is changing to more needs of training and approaches for children's sound using guidelines for digital device. In fact, people believe the new generation will face more advanced future, called the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The purpose of the paper is first to explain about the Jacques Lacan's concept of desire theory in order to understand the human's unconscious level through His desire theory. Second, the paper identifies how this unconscious level is affected to ethical aspects of new generations whose unconscious level are frequently and early exposed to digital media. Lastly, the paper will present the necessity of digital literacy education as well as future direction. Furthermore, the paper review for what is the ethics and positive guidelines of digital media for children who will become the future citizens in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

One of the core keywords in the fourth industrial revolution is convergence, and the convergence of the production, distribution, and consumption processes of services is particularly important. The convergence of user services is underway in various industrial fields including mobile communications, healthcare, mobility, artificial intelligence, etc. In order to offer these converged services efficiently, it is necessary to provide accurate user-centric location information, which can be obtained by employing the global navigation satellite system (GNSS). In addition, as we have entered the post-COVID era, the demand for various fields such as a healthcare, customized tourism services, and aviation services based on accurate location information is exploding. In this paper, we present the results of a case study on the current research trends of GNSS used in telemedicine services and AI & IoT fields, and also analyze these results.

정보통신기술의 융합에 따른 4차 혁명의 파고가 거세지고 있는 가운데 블록체인 기반 플랫폼의 활용범위가 크게 확장되고 있다. 이에 이 연구는 블록체인 기반 금융 플랫폼에 초점을 맞춰 플랫폼 이용자의 수용의도를 결정하는 요인을 탐색하고자 하였다. 특히, 이 연구는 블록체인 기반 플랫폼에 대한 이용자 수용의도에 관한 결정요인 탐색에서 금융 플랫폼을 대상으로 했다는 점 그리고 플랫폼 이용자 수용의도가 남녀 간 성별 차이가 있는지를 확인하는데 연구의 초점을 맞춰 살펴봤다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이는 블록체인과 관련해 이용자의 수용의도를 탐색하는 것은 금융업계뿐 아니라 블록체인 기술 개발자에게 매우 중요한 사안이기 때문이다. 연구방법은 474명(남성 262명, 여성 212명)이 참여한 설문조사 결과를 토대로 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 블록체인 기반 플랫폼의 이용자 수용의도 구조를 탐구하였다. 연구결과, 블록체인 기반 금융 플랫폼 이용자의 수용의도 결정요인으로서 혁신성, 편의성, 보안성, 선호성이 작동하는 것으로 나타났고, 이중 혁신성과 편의성 요인에서 남녀 성별 차이에 따른 수용의도 결정요인이 차이가 있음이 확인되었다.

Viscous analysis on incompressible flows is performed using unstructured triangular meshes. A two-dimensional and axisymmetric incompressible Navier-Stokes equations are solved in time-marching form by artificial compressibility method. The governing equations are discretized by a cell-centered based finite-volume method. and a centered scheme is used for inviscid and viscous fluxes with fourth order artificial dissipation. An explicit multi-stage Runge-Kutta method is used for the time integration with local time stepping and implicit residual smoothing. Convergence properties are examined and solution accuracies are also validated with benchmark solution and experiment.

In this paper, we introduce an explicit formula for the solutions and discuss the global behavior of solutions of the difference equation $$x_{n+1}={\frac{ax_{n-3}}{b-cx_{n-1}x_{n-3}}}$$, $n=0,1,{\ldots}$ where a, b, c are positive real numbers and the initial conditions $x_{-3}$, $x_{-2}$, $x_{-1}$, $x_0$ are real numbers.

In this paper, we suggest a method utilizing OSHW(Open Source HardWare) in order to raise up students who are competent in IT convergence and integration as a basic research to improve the university software education. Software education cannot be too much emphasized in the age of big change of Fourth Industrial Revolution. It hardly seems to have changes in the software education area of university where has to train competent technicians to be deployed into the industrial field, although software education is planned even in elementary, middle, and high school. In this situation, we expect that utilizing OSHW in software education can result in gaining a meaningful effect. However, we don't have various and systemic approach which use it as a education system component, unlike the response and necessity OSHW market. Therefore in this paper we suggest models which constitute software education environment based on OSHW and exemplify how to use it in each model. In addition, we compare and analyze each model in order to give a criteria to choice one of them according to the condition.
