창의성 계발 과학교육을 위한 한국 - 이스라엘 과학교사 연수프로그램의 효율성 (What Makes Korea-Israel Science Teachers Inservice Program for Fostering Learners' Creativity Effective?)

  • 본 연구는 창의성 계발 과학교육을 위한 한국-이스라엘 과학교사 연수 프로그램의 효율성을 분석한 구체적 결과를 근거로 향후 보다 효율성이 높은 연수 프로그램의 개선 방향을 제안하는 데 목적을 두고 연수에 참여한 교사들을 대상으로 사전 사후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따라, 연수개선 방향을 제시하면 첫째, 연수에 참여한 교사들의 창의성 계발 과학교육의 필요성에 대한 인식, 교육 현황에 대한 이해, 및 저해요인 등에 대한 이해수준의 분석을 통해 연수 프로그램의 내용을 선정하고 수업방법 등에 대한 계획을 수립해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 교사들의 창의성에 대한 이해수준을 심화시킬 수 있는 내용을 확대 포함시켜야 할 것이다. 셋째, 연수시 창의성 계발 교수방법이 모범적으로 적용되고 있는 수업관찰 및 분석을 위한 내용이 충분히 포함되어야 할 것이다. 넷째, 이스라엘의 문화와 교육체제에 관련된 내용은 축소하여야 할 것이다.

농업인력의 발전단계별 체계적인 육성방안 연구 (A Study on Policies for Systematically Fostering Eligible Farmers based on Their Developing Stages)

  • This study was carried to devise comprehensive policies for systematically fostering the eligible farmers in Korea based on their vocational developing stages such as potential stage in juvenile days, preparing stage in agricultural schools and colleges, farm worker stage under farm manager, ownership farming stage and professional farm manager stage. Of course all of these developing stages are not necessary but desirable processing to be a good farmer. At least more than two stages are necessary to be a professional farm manager. In order to systematically foster the eligible farmers as many as demanded in Korea, appropriate policies in the every stage should be devised. As the result of this study, several programs were sugested as the appropriate policies such as development of school 4-H program in potential stage, scholarship program in preparing stage, supporting programs for the farmhouse-hold having a family's farm management agreement, development of the instalment savings program for the young farm workers and farmer's certificate program, etc.

  • Korea is worldwide top manufacturer of offshore plant industry, while shown weakness in high-valued offshore plant service industry (OPSI). The governmental support policies and studies for fostering programs are centered on shipbuilding and engineering sector. On the other hand, offshore logistics service sector among the programs is neither included as governmental fostering support sectors nor ever-studied. Domestic shipping and logistics companies have many experience of handling various project, heavy-lift cargo and even super blocks on shipbuilding industry. However they are faced with lack of appropriate heavy carrier and others. So for their successful entering into offshore plant logistics market, systematic preparation, studies and supporting policies are highly recommended.

초.중등학교 수학교사의 창의성 신장 교수 행동에 대한 분석 (The analysis of mathematics teachers' teaching behavior for fostering creativity)

  • 이 연구에서는 초 중등학교 수학교사의 창의성 신장 교수 행동을 분석함으로써, 창의성 교육 관련 교사교육 프로그램 구성을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 초등학교 교사 57명, 중학교 교사 55명, 고등학교 교사 52명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 근무학교급에 따른 창의성 신장 교수 행동은 유의미한 차이가 있지만, 성별, 지역별, 경력별로는 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 초등학교 교사와 중등학교 교사의 창의성 신장 교수 행동은 유의미한 차이가 있고, 초등학교 교사의 교수 행동 점수가 중등학교 교사의 교수 행동보다 높았다. 또한 창의성을 교육을 통해 신장시킬 수 있는가에 대한 교사의 인식 조사 결과, 초등학교 교사가 중등학교 교사에 비해 교육을 통한 창의성 신장 가능성에 대해 상대적으로 더 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다.

예비유아교사를 위한 창의성교육 프로그램이 문제해결능력 및 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에 대한 단기종단연구 (The Longitudinal Effect of the Creative-Fostering Program for Pre-early childhood Teacher on their Problem Solving Ability and Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 예비유아교사를 위한 창의성교육 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 문제해결능력과 자기효능감 증진에 단기종단적으로 효과가 있는지를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 1차년도에는 예비유아교사를 위한 창의성 프로그램에 참여했던 실험집단 예비유아교사 50명과 통제집단 예비유아교사 51명을 대상으로 사전, 사후 문제해결능력과 자기효능감을 측정하였다. 2차년도에는 1차년도 연구에 참여했던 실험집단 예비유아교사 36명과 통제집단 예비유아교사 31명, 총 67명을 대상으로 문제해결능력과 자기효능감을 측정하였다. 자료분석을 위해 평균, 표준편차, 이원변량반복측정분석을 적용하였다. 첫째, 집단별 측정시기에 따라 예비유아교사의 문제해결능력에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 집단별 측정시기에 따라 예비유아교사의 자기효능감에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 예비유아교사를 위한 창의성 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 문제해결능력 및 자기효능감 증진에 지속적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다.

  • The government conducted an aviation expert training project in 2013. But unfortunately, only pilots and international experts were targeted and aircraft maintenance engineers that are the most important to safety were not trainee to the training courses. More importantly, the more the absolute number of aircrafts increases, the more demand for aircraft maintenance engineers are going up as well. Through the evaluation indicators for the Government-Sponsored Program Fostering Aviation Personnel(aircraft maintenance engineers). it figured out factors associated with the Government-Sponsored Program Fostering Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and it suggested a baseline data necessary to inspect and manage professional training institutions. Thanks to the development of the evaluation indicators, it is highly expected that difference among institutions will be narrowed, elevated level of management of the institutions will help foster and yield satisfactory aircraft maintenance engineers.

아동의 언어발달과 가정의 양육환경과의 관계 (A Study on the Correlation between the Childhood Linguistic Development and Family Fostering Environment)

  • The meaning of the study is in the following points. The first is to find the linguistic development of children through IQ test. The second is to find the family fostering factor for the linguistic development. For these meaning this study will have the following aims. 1) To judge the similarly agreement between the children lexical ability with the teachers evaluation to the children. 2) To compare the gender differences of lexical abilities between the urban with the rural. 3) To find the family fostering factors for the children linguistic development. The collection data has been from April 13, 1999 to April 27. The subjects for this study were two grade of elementary school, which is located in "K" city and "O"rural a chosen students(273), teachers(5), parents(176). The instruments used for this study were IQ test by Korea Behavioral Science institute and family fostering environment 25 items. Teachers linguistic evaluation. The data analysis was done using Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, t-test, ANOVA using SPSS/pc program. This study found following results. 1) The similarly agreement degree between children lexical abilities with teachers comprehending evaluation maler r= .745, female r=0.809 The similarly agreement degree between children lexical abilities with teachers expressing evaluation, male r= .657, female r= .797(P<.01) 2) In comparing of the gender difference of urban, the femail is a little high than male(t= .5065), but the especial point is more large difference in male than in female. In comparing of the gender difference of rural, the female is especial high than the male(t=-4.411). (P<.01) 3) The higher factor of influencing the linguistic development is the breast-feeding(r=-.3279) in all the gender(P<.01), So that the brast-feeding better than cow's milk, mother better than the other family members in feeding, 6~8months better than one or two years in feeding term.

영아기 어머니역할 교육 프로그램이 모아상호작용과 영아발달에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Maternal Role Education Program on the Mother-Infant Interaction and Infant Development)

  • The impact of childhood experience has lifelong significance on subsequent health and development. Especially, the experience of infant is mostly affected by the quality of parental care and rearing environment. But the new mothers usually do not know what to do because of the lack of experience in these days. Therefore, an educational program regarding maternal role would be necessary. This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the maternal role education program for mother-infant interaction, child-rearing environment, and infant development. Non-equivalent control group time-series design was used, and Barnard's mother-infant interaction model was used as a conceptual framework of this study. The subjects were the healthy infants weighing over 2,500gm at birth, whose gestational age was more than 37 weeks, and their mothers. The final sample consisted of 19 mother-infant dyads for intervention group and 18 dyads for control group. Data were collected from March 15th to September 3rd in 1999. For the intervention group, programmed education which focused on mother-infant interaction, breast feeding, and infant care was provided before discharge. Telephone counselling was provided within one week after discharge. Home visiting for maternal role education was provided twice, one month and three months postpartum. For the control group, home visiting was also conducted but only for data collection. The data were analyzed using chi-square test and t-test to test the equivalence of two groups, and the effectiveness of intervention program was determined with repeated measure ANCOVA and t-test. The results were as follows: 1. Significant differences were found in mother-infant interaction between two groups(p=.000). It indicates that intervention program was effective in improving mother- infant interaction. In subscale analysis, four out of six subscale showed significant differences between the groups: sensitivity to cues (p=.000), social-emotional growth fostering (p=.000), cognitive growth fostering(p=.000) in mothers, and responsiveness to caregiver (p=.019) in infants. 2. The difference in the mean score of childrearing environment (HOME) between the intervention group and control group was significant(p=.003). When each subscale of HOME was examined individually, intervention group showed significantly higher scores in the diversity of stimulation(p=.000), and mother's involvement(p=.001). 3. Three-month-Infants of the intervention group showed higher GQ in the Griffiths mental development scale(p=.026). In subscale analysis, significant differences were found in the personal-social(p=.005), and the hearing and speech(p=.003). In conclusion, the maternal role education program proved to be effective in promoting the mother-infant interaction, organizing the childrearing environment, and fostering the infant development. These results are very meaningful that we found maternal role education necessary for normal infants' mothers, and that nurses can make a great contribution in promoting health of infants and mothers.

  • 글로벌 시대의 요구에 부응하기 위해 교육 분야에서도 글로벌 교육에 대한 필요성과 중요성이 급증하고 있다. 하지만 보는 관점에 따라 글로벌 교육의 정의와 모델에 대한 합의가 아직 명확하지 않고 글로벌 교육 과정에서의 고비용성, 저효과성, 지속성 결여 등으로 인해 실제 글로벌 교육의 성과는 예상보다 기대에 미치지 못하고 있다. 더구나 예비 교원의 글로벌 능력을 함양하기 위한 글로벌 교육에 관한 연구는 거의 이루지지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 예비 교원의 글로벌 교육을 중심으로 IT 융합 접근 방법을 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 우선 국내에서 시행되고 있는 글로벌 교원 양성을 위한 글로벌 교육 프로그램을 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 글로벌 교육에서의 제약 사항들을 해결할 수 있는 IT 융합 교육 시스템을 연구하여 구체적인 IT 융합 글로벌 교육 방법들을 알아보았다. 특히 빅데이터 분석 기술을 기반으로 복수학위나 교환학생 프로그램에 도움을 줄 수 있는 글로벌 교육과정 이수 추천 시스템을 제시하였다.
