Since 1998, an elementary teacher education institute in Korea has hosted the center for the gifted education. The institute hired undergraduate students to escort and liaison each class of the gifted student participants with assisting classroom activities. These liaison teachers observed the gifted classroom activities and evaluated them by using a given checklist and filling out pre-made evaluation forms. Currently this system is being transferred from part-time jobs for students to earn allowance into well organized pre-service teacher program focusing on the gifted education. In other words, the purpose of system is being shifted from how liaison teachers facilitate the gifted program to how the system helps the liaison teachers to be quality teachers for the gifted who can understand what the gifted are and how to facilitate them. Analyzed were the self reports of the liaison teachers regarding their perceptions and beliefs of the gifted and their education program. It was found participant liaison teachers purposed to have more live experiences with getting along with students as well. Liaison teachers’ perceptions on establishing a gifted teacher professional education sequence were reported in this study. The potential scaffolding of the pre-service teacher education program model of the gifted education was provided as a consequence of this study.

This study aims to investigate perception of kindergarten directors regarding prerequisites for inclusive education and its improvement plans, and to establish basic data required for future implementation of inclusive education in kindergartens. This study was carried out oriented to 116 kindergarten directors and inquired into the differences in background characteristics of age, education level, operation career, major, special/inclusive education training and operation of inclusive classes, based on SPSS 1.5 for Window, independent sample t-test and Chi-square test. The research results of this study are as follows: Firstly, as for the perception of kindergarten directors as prerequisite of inclusive education, they show active supports for inclusive education and recognize that classes composed of the same age and same ability are the advisable forms of inclusive education. As for class operations, they perceive that inclusive classes based on small group activities and full inclusive classes are suitable. Moreover, as qualified teachers for inclusive classes, they manifest that teachers who completed special/inclusive education training are appropriate. Secondly, as for the perception of kindergarten directors regarding improvement plans for inclusive education, this study suggests that they prioritize the training operation regarding inclusive education oriented to general infants and parents. As for vitalization of inclusive education, they find that financial supports at the national level and administrative supports for facilities are indispensable.

This study examined research trends in AI ethics education and attempted to suggest a direction for AI ethics education. As a result of the research, two studies were conducted in 2017. There are no studies in 2018 and 2019, and there are 6 studies in 2020. Since then, research has continued to increase, with 19 studies in 2021 and 18 studies in 2022. There were a total of 37 lead authors of the study. There were six lead authors who had published papers for more than two years, and two lead authors who had published papers for more than three years. In addition, to examine the details of AI ethics education, a total of 265 keywords that went through a refining process were divided into education-related, ethics-related, AI-related, and other-related. Although the necessity and importance of research on AI ethics education is expected to increase, there are not many researchers who continuously conduct research on AI ethics education. Accordingly, there is a need to find ways to continue research on AI ethics education. AI ethics education is being conducted under various names such as moral education, ethics education, liberal arts education, and AI education. Accordingly, research on AI ethics education at various levels and forms should be conducted, not just educational research on artificial intelligence ethics in terms of regular subjects.

Aesthetic education in a variety of forms in the sublimation of the people's feelings, sublimation of the soul. It is of great significance to inherit and develop rural culture and to maintain cultural diversity. At present, rural characteristic industry is an important form of development to promote rural economic development, protect rural cultural diversity and continue rural culture. It is of great practical significance to guide the development direction of rural characteristic industry, strengthen the value connotation of rural characteristic industry and stimulate the endogenous power of rural characteristic industry. At the same time, it is of great significance to promote the development of aesthetic education and broaden the path of aesthetic education.

The purpose of this study was to collect baseline data for women＇s needs for social education, in order to eventually contribute to improving the quality of women's social education. In the needs survey, information on the motive to participate in social education programs, obstacles to participation, and program preferences was collected. The data were then analyzed by women＇s socio-demographic characteristics. Survey participants were married women between the ages of twenty to fifty, who were sampled from Seoul, six metropolitan areas, and nine provinces. For the final analysis, 1,026 survey forms were used. The motive for participating in women＇s social education programs was examined by each category. Overall, the participants showed the highest level in educational achievement motif. The motivations for lifestyle change, self-realization, and social accomplishment were also high and at a similar level. As for obstacles to participation, social obstacle received the highest rate, followed by family obstacle and personal reasons. As for the type of social education programs, home management programs were the most preferred, followed by psychological education, family education, leisure activity programs, physical education, and social education programs.

Under the WTO, UIA asks professional degree programs such as B.Arch program, practical experience, and an examination to meet the international requirements. In this context, we are started professional degree programs. Following the foundation of KAAB, Korean architectural education sectors have made substantial changes throughout the nation. There was lots of discussions about education system, however, we are lack of discussing about internship program in Korea. Therefore, this research was intended to review the professional practice program in other countries for the purpose of propose our education program. The specific content deals with various issues, like CPD and foreign architect legislations, and the recent korean legislation reform of 'Architect Law' centered upon Professional Training System. The aim is to identify the examples of forms and contents regarding the execution of new Professional Training System in current conditions.

For assessing classroom environment, numerous instruments were developed and reported the survey results for science students in science education. In this study I translated Constructivist Learning Environment Scales (CLES) were into Korean versions for elementary school teachers, and measured the reliability. The subjects were randomly selected from three departments of an University of Education in a metropolitan city. All of them were 110 students, who would be elementary school teachers. According to the survey results, pre-service teachers for elementary school have recognized constructivistly for learning environments in an actual forms. In a scale of student negotiation they have most constructivistly recognized learning environment, and moderately in scales of relevance, uncertainty and critical view while they have seldom constructivistly recognized in a scale of shared control. Also Korean version CLES would be an reliable instruments for constructivist assessing learning environments.

Area studies, including Asian and Southeast Asian studies, in the post-Cold War era have been facing an epochal challenge that is rooted in two conditions: on the one hand, the end of the Cold War and the fading geopolitical rationale, and on the other, the emergence of the technology-driven transformation of the global economy and society. The consequences thus far are paradoxical: 1) While the technology-led transformation needs a workforce with critical and innovative abilities, higher education becomes more hyper-utilitarian; 2) While the transformation instigates increasing diversity of identities in global cultures, many countries thrive for STEM education at the expense of learning languages and cultures, including area studies which are essential for diversity. Southeast Asian studies programs need to change in response to these new conditions. These changing conditions and paradoxes, nevertheless, take different forms and degrees in the American, European and Asian academies, thanks to their different histories of higher education. The prospects for Southeast Asian Studies in these various academies are likely to be different too.

We study the geometry of screen conformal light like hypersurfaces M of a semi- Riemannian manifold M. The main result is a characterization theorem for screen conformal lightlike hypersurfaces of a semi-Riemannian space form.
