This study aims to express the androgynous image via shirts as a fashion item. Shirts are widely worn as a fashion item regardless of sex and age, with growing importance as a casual outer, with the increase in leisure activities driven by the recent implementation of the 5-Day Work Week system in Korea. As for the theoretical background, the study was reviewed previous studies of books, thesis, a series of publication, and the Internet sites on this topic. Through a careful analysis of these previous studies, it designed and made shirts that inspired by androgynous image. Conclusions of this study are as follows: First, the study found that meanings of symbolism in clothing continue to change, not fixed at all, depending on historic and cultural environments, and so does symbolism for femininity and masculinity of clothing. Second, shirts are widely worn as a fashion item regardless of sex and age, with growing importance as a casual outer, with the increase in leisure activities driven by the recent implementation of the 5-Day Work Week system in Korea. Third, two patters were used for the work in this study in order to emphasize its form, along with mono color white and stripe patterns. For materials, cotton and blend as a most basic material for a shirt were used with unique variations in the form. Fourth, decorative details or trimming such as ribbon tying methods, shirring, attaching in layers, and irregular pleading widely used for women's wear were applied, and silhouettes with strong drape feelings were used to add feminine feature to men' shirts, in an effort to propose a fashion design of the androgynous look. Fifth, clothes proposed in this study are different from feminine clothing item blouse, because they are androgynous shirts mixing masculinity and femininity. Stiff pads were used in collars and cuffs characteristics of men's traditional shirts to maintain masculinity of a shirt, and design was developed by adding feminine decorative elements, which is different from women's blouse.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the validity and reliability on Psychometric Arthritis Impact Measurement Scale-Short Form (AIMS-SF) in patients with knee osteoarthritis(OA). Methods: The sample consisted of 62 patients who had received physical therapy at the physical therapy units of the Andong Medical Center, Sungso Hospital, Ahn Orthopedic Surgery Clinic, and St. Luke Clinic in Andong city in June 2006. Questionnaire on the AIMS-SF was recruited by 5 physical therapists. The internal structure and reliability of the scales were evaluated by means of item-internal consistency(Cronbach's alpha coefficient: ${\alpha}$), item-discriminant validity, Pearson's relation coefficient. To explore construct validity we conducted a principal component factor analysis with varimax rotation analysis. The criterion for factor extraction was an eigenvalue >1.0. Results: 62 OA patients's an average $age{\pm}standard$ deviation was $53.8{\pm}14.4$ years (range: $40{\sim}81$ yr). The internal consistency reliability of 11 items, as estimated by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient, was high ranging $0.60{\sim}0.78$ (except for 0.40 for mobility level and -0.48 for mood). The internal consistency reliability of item-each scale was also high $0.82{\sim}0.93$ (except for 0.48 for mood). Of 11 items, the item-discriminant validity on 6 items was high (${\alpha}$ coefficient range: $0.11{\sim}0.25$), however, others (0.57 for tension level, 0.48 for arthritis pain, 0.41 for walking and bending, and 0.40 for work) were a little low. The construct validity by factor analysis was a little low. Conclusion: In conclusion, the results reported here confirm the validity and reliability of the AIMS-SF in patients with OA of the knee. The Collection of information on health status using this instrument was acceptable to patients. A further prospective multi-center study will be necessary to prove the construct validity.

According to previous researches about online evaluation in many e-Learning contents, it took too much time and effort to generate test questions for formative or achievement tests using a database as an item pool. Furthermore, it is hard to measure accomplishment of learners for each unit through overall tests provided by existing e-learning contents. In this paper, to efficiently cope with problems described above, the item pool based on Item Form was transformed into Interaction Date Model in Run-Time Environment of SCORM2004. And the contents for the math concepts and principles that students would learn from regular classroom were developed in accordance with SCORM. In addition, Confidence Factor Function was used to take an objective view in measuring the accomplishment of learners through the items automatically generated by LMS(Learning Management System).

This study investigated the literature about science process skills' evaluation to analyse transition of evaluation objectives before and after a Scholastic Ability Test for College Entrance. In the literature survey the researcher established a 3 dimensional science assessment framework with X axis as science concept, Y axis as science process skills and Z axis as problem context. In order to analysis and compare each items the researcher selected 210 items from the 1st to the 7th trials and 138 items from the 1st to 4th Scholastic Ability Test for College Entrance and sampled 2873 science achievement test items from 10 high schools. In accordance with this taxonomy the researcher analysed and compared science process skills item forms. The following results were drawn : The items were evenly distributed in all the four areas(Earth Science, Biology, Physics and Chemistry) of the science concept domain, but they were heavily concentrated on data analysis and drawing a conclusion in science process domain. In the domain of problem context school context was the majority. In spite of distribution like this the ratio on science process skills measurement items and science achievement test items was increased after the Scholastic Ability Test for College Entrance was given. Also the ratio on item expression type was increased. Item form was almost 5 options selection type in the national level test. Although there were 4 options selection type, 5 options selection type, short answer type, essay type in school level test, rising from 33.1% to 65.5% on 5 options selection type is exhibited. This study showed that the school level item form was better various than the nation level. This point like this is the evidence for the improvement toward the science process skills test and influenced by Scholastic Ability Test for College Entrance. The ratio on the item which joined with the 3 axes had a mean of 99.3% in nation level test and mean 44.9% in school achievement test level. But the ratio in the school achievement test level increased after the Scholastic Ability Test for College Entrance was given. In view of this study we must furthermore study the item types which can evaluate valjdately science process skill's five stage each and evaluation method by the high school students' problem solving patterns and features in scientific inquiry on all science process skills elements.

Newspaper Article Information is an important source of information on social phenomenon with historical value. The development of computer and technology of information communication enables the construction of Newspaper Article Database by CTS and service through computer communication. It made it possible for the peoples to utilize the Newspaper Article Information easily. However, it is very difficult to utilize the currently prevailing system. There are differences in classification system of Newspaper Article Database and the Data Display Format. This survey aims to review the characteristics of Newspaper Article Database and current domestic computer communication service system. By comparing the classification system of Retrieval Menu and Data Display Format, I intended to suggest the standardized way of utilization which enables the users utilize them more easily and conveniently. The results of this survey is as follows : 1. More sub-divided distinction of classification item is required. 2. Separate classification item should be established for the distinction of article form which is very difficult to classify the subject. 3. Data Display Format should be equi n.0, pped with standardized format and signal which enables the users recognize it easily.
Objectives We tried to examine the change in the test-retest response for the questionnaire itself regarding the QSCCII. Methods Tests were conducted twice times with an interval of 6 months between tests for test-retest reliability analysis. We examined the test-retest answer agreement rate (%) in all items of QSCCII . We conducted NcNemar analysis to examine test-retest reliability for 77 items selected from the QSCCII. Results The body shape-multiple-choice items showed a tendency of low test-retest agreement rate and most of the questions about when I was not well and when I felt my body condition improve showed an high test-retest agreement rate tendency in all items of QSCCII. As a result of the research on the selected 77 items, there was a significant change in the answer in item No.25, 58(in the item of Soeumin) item No.45, 103(in the item of Taeumin) and item No.87 (in the item of Soeumin) (Table.3, 4, 5, 6). Conclusion The QSCCII is shown as a questionnaire composed of mostly no significant response changes in test-retest in each item through this study. Some items were appropriately deleted in the process of developing the advanced model, but there are also items that should be considered further. It is thought that some items should be used after being refined in content and form.

Objectives : To develop and validate a survey form for adverse events(AEs) associated with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. Methods : The 1st version of a survey form consisting of 9 categories was developed and modified based on the analysis of questionnaires from previous studies on AEs. To evaluate content validity of the 1st version, a Delphi survey where experts in acupuncture and moxibustion, and research methodology were invited, was conducted alongside a separate content validity questionnaire. The content validity indices for each item and total scale were calculated as the proportion of the number of experts judging each item or scale valid to the number of total experts. Results : After the Delphi round 1, the content validity of 2 items and total scale was rated as inadequate. The 1st version was modified accordingly, and the 2nd version of the survey form was developed. The content validity of the 2nd version was assessed in the Delphi round 2 and the final version was completed after incorporating the expert comments. The final version consists of 13 questions regarding practitioner/patient information, condition/disease, intervention, treated body parts, safety issue and AE occurrence related with practitioner's behavior or instruments, AEs associated with treatment and emergency actions taken if necessary, time to AE occurrence, outcomes, serious AEs or death, and time to AE disappearance. Conclusions : This newly developed and validated survey form will serve to collect AEs associated with acupuncture and moxibustion treatments in Korea and contribute to establishing the evidence on safety of Korean acupuncture treatment.
The purpose of this study was the development of a scale to assess maternal anxiety after mother-child separation. Subjects consisted of 384 mothers who had children from 6 to .36 months of age. A questionnaire consisting of eighty Likert-type items and Spielberger's(1970) State Anxiety Scale were administered to mothers and data were analyzed using item analysis. factor analysis. multiple regression. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Pearson's correlation and F-test. Sixty of the eighty items were significant and deemed acceptible through item discrimination method with indices ranging from. 32 to .95. Factor analytic procedures have selected 54 items of the 60-item scale and supported a 5-factor solution. The subscales labeled 'Maternal Separation Anxiety'. 'Perception of Separation Effects on the Child', 'Desire for Physical Cuddling and Closeness'. 'Attitudes toward the Value or Importance of Exclusive Maternal Care' and 'Employment-related Separation Concerns,' Finally. a multiple regression analysis conducted to reduce the length of the scale yielded a 39-item form for the Maternal Separation Anxiety Scale(MSAS). Internal consistency of the MSAS was high(Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ =.85). The correlation of the MSAS with the Spielberger's State Anxiety measure yielded a coefficient of .36, revealing a moderate and positive relationship.

The National Assessment System of Educational Achievement, which was implemented in this thesis was designed to analyze educational achievement status all over the province, total score and score frequency distribution per subject, item difficulty and item discrimination, degree of attraction of wrong answers, educational achievement per subject, gender, region, office of education, school, individual and status of students with high educational achievement.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the home economics education items in the teacher recruitment examination for secondary school. To achieve the purpose, all the home economics education items, which were carried out for seven times from the school year 2001 to the most recent year 2007, were compared and analyzed. The form of items was analyzed by frequency and rate. Behavioral domain of items was analyzed by content analysis. In this study, some recommendations were suggested for the quality of home economics education items through discussion of science education and society education items, which were abstracted from the school year 2001 to the most recent year 2007. The results of this study were as follows. First, the score ratio of home economics education items was fluid as 20-30% from the school year 2001 to 2004 but it fixed as 30-35% since the school year 2005. In subcategory of home economics education, curriculum items accounted for highest ratio(43%). In the next thing, items of teaching-learning method(35%), evaluation(19%) and philosophy(3%) related to home economics education were followed in order. Second, the form of home economics education items was coexistent form of single item and subordinate item from the school year 2001 to 2004. But it was changed into form of single item by 100% since the school year 2005. Third, regarding the content of home economics education items, most of the curriculum items were related to the content of the 7th National Curriculum. Teaching-learning method items were taken mostly from model of teaching-learning. Evaluation items were taken mostly from performance assessment. Philosophy items related to home economics education were taken only from Habermas's three systems of action on the school year 2005. Fourth, about behavioral domain of home economics education items, most of the curriculum items were level of 'simple knowledge or memory'. Therefore, it was suggested that behavioral domain of curriculum items had to be changed into 'complex knowledge or comprehension and application'. The behavioral domain of teaching-learning method items and education evaluation items was mostly 'complex knowledge or comprehension and application'. However, to bettering the items it was suggested that the behavioral domain of them has to be changed 'comprehension' into more 'application'. Fifth, regarding the coverage of home economics education items, curriculum items were limited only superficial content of the 7th National Curriculum. Therefore, it was suggested that coverage of curriculum items had to be extended to theoretical content, which was philosophical background and various principles of curriculum. It was suggested that coverage of teaching-learning method items had to be extended to the content including various teaching-learning theories and the practical reasoning home economics instruction proved effective as home economics instruction recently. Evaluation items were taken mostly from performance assessment. Therefore, it was suggested that coverage of evaluation items had to be extended to analysis of evaluation result, item validity and reliability, and evaluator's philosophical perspective.
