The remarkable growth of China's economy over the past several decades has obtained tremendous achievements. The construction industry play a leading role un this rapid economic expansion. And China's huge construction market gives it great economic influence around the world, it has attracting many enterprises to entry, although many enter barriers and market risks exist. However many construction enterprises have not doing well, especially foreign construction enterprises are not doing as well as we thought in the Chinese construction market. Although China's construction market has great development and become increasingly open, foreign investors and contractors now have much broader access to the Chinese construction market than before. But nonetheless, there are a wide range of practical problems that bring potential risks for them to invest in China. This paper aims to identify foreign construction enterprises' position by understanding the local market environment, and adopt he SWOT analysts Identifies the foreign construction enterprises' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Chinese construction market, to Proposes appropriate Strengths-Opportunities (SO), Weaknesses-Opportunities (WO), Strengths-Threats (ST) and Weaknesses-Threats (WT) strategies to make the foreign construction enterprises movling forward.

Chinese construction industry has been enjoying a good opportunity for development which appeals to lots of foreign investment. However, the difference in socioeconomic environment and legal environment brings difficulties to foreign enterprises. This paper analyses the institution environment in Chinese construction market. The main objective is to form an insight of Chinese construction environment, and to identify critical factors that may block the way of foreign enterprises.

This paper want to do the feasibility analysis that it uses financial statements in order to attract foreign investment to enter in the Busan area. And this paper would be presented the plan about foreign investment revitalization. To that end, this paper would be deployed the following methods and scope. First, It defines to the concept of foreign investment, foreign investment region, and foreign-invested enterprises, I wish to loot at the economic effects of positive and negative effects through foreign investment. Second, this study's scope would be set up foreign investment area of Busan, and investigate the land development cost of invested enterprises, construction cost of enterprises burden, expected revenues, etc. Third, it classified three industry for the feasibility analysis of entered enterprises, so would be yield industry-specific analysis using financial statements to be pre-research. Forth, this paper is suggested a revitalization plan for efforts to attract foreign investment, for the future through economic effective analysis of foreign invested-enterprises.

Nowadays, many construction engineering and technology enterprises are evolving to find that prosperity is driven and inspired by an open economy with dynamic markets and fierce multifaceted competition. Besides brand and product uniqueness, the ability to quickly provide customers with quotes are matters of concern. Such a requirement for prompt cost estimation of construction investment projects with the use of a construction price index poses a significant challenge to contractors. This is because the nature of the construction industry is shaped by changes in domestic and foreign economic factors, socio-financial issues, and is under the influence of various micro and macro factors. This paper presents a fuzzy decision-making approach for calculating critical factors that affect the construction price index. A qualitative approach was implemented based on in-depth interviews of experts in the construction industry in Vietnam. A synthetic comparison matrix was calculated using Buckley approach. The CoA approach was applied to defuzzified the fuzzy weights of factors that affect the construction price index. The research results show that the top five critical factors affecting the construction price index in Vietnam are (1) consumer price index, (2) gross domestic product, (3) basic interest rate, (4) foreign exchange rate, and (5) total export and import.

Nowadays, BIM(Building Information Modeling) technology has been slowly accepted and developed around the world, making smart construction possible. Many countries are also actively promoting the comprehensive application of BIM and changing the traditional construction methods of the construction industry. This study reviews foreign and domestic literature reviews on BIM application barriers and smart construction applications, providing a theoretical basis for Chinese construction enterprises to reduce or eliminate BIM application barriers. Based on the common feature of policies or strategies that promote the development of smart construction in developed countries, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Singapore, the deficiencies of China's smart construction policies for construction enterprises are analyzed. Moreover, according to the literature review of the development status of China's construction industry, the SWOT analysis matrix of China's smart construction strategy is obtained. Finally, based on the SWOT matrix analysis results, combined with the development status of China's construction industry and the obstacles faced by smart construction, the portfolio strategies and recommendations for the development of smart construction are proposed in this work. These portfolio strategies and recommendations can provide a reference value for construction enterprises.

최근 국내건설경기의 침체와 더불어 기업들은 무한경쟁을 뚫고 기업경쟁력강화 및 국제화, 세계화에 능동적으로 참여하기 위하여 부단한 노력을 기울이고 있으며, 당사 또한 2003년부터 해외로 진출하여 현재까지 크고 작은 용역 등을 수행한 결과, 미국, 몽고, 괌 등에 진출하여 성공적인 용역 업무를 진행하고 있다. 본 내용에서는 당사가 수행중인 프로젝트에 대하여 그동안 진행되었던 상황 등을 살펴보면서, 리스크에 대한 대응자세, 정치 경제 사회 문화적인 차이에서 발생될 수 있는 사항 등의 분석 및 해결방안을 제시함으로써 향후 외국에 진출하고자 하는 기업 및 글로벌 스탠다드에 동참하고자 하는 기업들이 사례로 활용하는데 도움이 되고자한다.

International construction market has been open to other countries, and it derives the development of our overseas construction industry quantitatively as well as qualitatively. Until now, the major companies have an absolute majority in the overseas construction market, and the small and medium enterprises have had difficulty to get a leadership in the international construction market because of the lack of the technical expertise and the capital strength. Especially in the Middle East Asia, our construction companies has touched off a boom, so our market share also has grown, which derived from the up toward ratchet oil prices and a worldwide boom in real estate development. The small and medium enterprise minority have recognition that the overseas construction market is the major company's native territory. But Data from the existing researches and many statistics indicate the most companies tend to underestimate the capacity and international competitiveness of the small and medium enterprises. As a matter of fact, hundreds of small and medium enterprise cut a conspicuous figure in overseas market. Consequently, it is indispensable to overcome the international financial crisis by revitalizing our overseas construction industry which obtains excellent results in international market. this study suggested the ways to expand overseas bonding capacity of Korean financial institution. This study proposed the Korean government to allow Construction Guarantee (former Korea Construction Financial Cooperative) to deal with foreign exchange so that Construction Guarantee will underwrite the overseas construction bond.

1995년 이래 많은 기업들이 기업의 경쟁력 확보를 위해 ERP를 도입해 왔다. 그러나 ERP를 도입하려는 기업마다 다른 기업에서 발생되었던 문제점들을 여전히 경험하고 있으며, 성공적으로 ERP를 도입한 기업은 많지 않다. 이렇게 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축에 어려움을 겪는 주요 원인은 체계적인 ERP 구축과정 평가 없이 발생되는 문제점을 간과한 채 다음 단계로 넘어가기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 ERP 프로젝트의 결과보다는 구축과정에 초점을 맞추어 ERP 프로젝트 각 단계별 수행과정을 평가하고, 그 결과 발견된 문제점들을 개선할 수 있는 도구로서 ERP 프로젝트 평가모형을 개발하였다. 이 연구모형은 ERP를 도입하는 기업들에게 구축과정의 시행착오를 최소화 시킬 수 있는 가이드라인과 단계별 완성도를 높일 수 있는 평가기준을 제시함으로써 성공적인 ERP 도입을 가능하게 해줄 것이다.

외환위기 이후 서서히 회복하던 국내 건설시장은 정부의 지속적인 부동산 규제 정책으로 최근 들어 급속히 위축되어 가고 있다. 반면 해외건설시장은 세계경제의 성장과 더불어 WTO(World Trade Organization)체제 출범이후 시장개방이 가속화되어 지속적인 성장을 하고 있고, 또한 최근의 고유가로 인한 중동을 중심으로 한 산유국들의 발주량 증가는 국내건설업체들에게 해외 진출의 좋은 기회가 되고 있다. 그러나 우리나라 건설업체들은 해외시장에서 선진국의 기술력과 중국 등 후발국의 추격으로 입지가 줄어들고 있는 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 1970년대부터 지금까지 우리나라 해외건설 수주실적 자료를 분석하여 우리나라 건설산업이 지나온 흔적들을 하나씩 살펴보고, 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 우리나라 건설업체들의 문제점들을 찾아보고자 한다. 이를 통해 나타난 현재 우리나라 해외건설시장의 문제점들에 대한 해결방안을 제시함으로써 향후 해외건설시장 확대에 도움이 되는 분석적인 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

A variety of BIM libraries are required to apply BIM(Building Information Modeling) software and generate BIM data. However, enterprises are establishing their own libraries using BIM tools, the drawbacks are that these libraries are not open to other users, or they just can be used in some software packages. If IFC(Industry Foundation Classes), the standard format of open BIM, can be applied, the BIM library can be applied in all the BIM software packages. Although the enterprises can collaborate using IFC standard, it is difficult to represent all the property information of the construction materials by IFC. IFD(International Framework for Dictionaries) is used to solve these problems and add the property information of the construction materials easily. Therefore, Open RIM-based library needs to be developed using IFD. In this research, the development and application of BIM library and IFD in domestic and foreign countries were investigated and analyzed, and Open BIM-based IFD scenario was proposed for using, and finally by applying an IFD method, the IFD data was added within an IFC model. Consequently, Open BIM-based library can be extended with rich, formal, and semantic descriptions and enhance data interoperability among BIM software packages adopting Open BIM standard format, by applying the IFD.
