For a partial tear of the subscapularis tendon, the presenting technique requires only the anterior portal for preparing the footprint and suture management, as well as the subclavian portal for placing the suture anchor and suture hook without inserting a cannula. It provides both a good angle for anchor placement and sufficient space for managing the upper portion of a subscapularis tendon tear. A spinal needle was inserted through the subclavian portal in order to identify the appropriate angle for placing the suture anchor. A 3-mm incision was made for the subclavian portal and a biosuture anchor was placed on the footprint portion of the subscapularis tendon. In order to avoid crowding, each limb of both strands of the biosuture anchor were passed through the tendon- posteromedial side first, and anterolateral side second, using a switching technique with suture hook embedded with no.1 PDS. A suture tie was applied in a reverse sequence (the lateral strand first and the medial strand second) through the anterior cannula using a sliding technique.
The concept of middleware for digital TV receivers is not new one. Using middleware for digital TV development has a number of advantages. It makes it easier for manufacturers to hide differences in the underlying hardware. It also offers a standard platform for application developers. Digital TV middleware enables set-top boxes(STBs) to run video, audio, and applications. The main concern of digital TV middleware is now to reduce its memory usage because most STBs in the market are small footprint. In this paper, we propose several ideas about how to reduce the required memory size on the runtime area of DTV middleware using a new native process technology. Our proposed system has two components; the Efficient Native Process Module, and Enhanced Native Interface APIs for concurrent native modules. With our approach, the required memory reduced from 50% up to 75% compared with the traditional approach. It can be suitable for low end STBs of very low hardware limitation.

In this paper, we propose the 16-bits optimization design of the ARIA block-cipher algorithm for embedded systems with 16-bits processors. The proposed design adopts 16-bits XOR operations and rotated shift operations as many as possible. Also, the proposed design extends 8-bits array variables into 16-bits array variables for faster chained matrix multiplication. In evaluation experiments, our design is compared to the previous 32-bits optimized design and 8-bits optimized design. Our 16-bits optimized design yields about 20% faster execution speed and about 28% smaller footprint than 32-bits optimized code. Also, our design yields about 91% faster execution speed with larger footprint than 8-bits optimized code.
It is more difficult to accurately weigh vehicles in motion than to weigh standing vehicles. The difficulties in weighing vehicles result from sensor Limitations as well as dynamic effects induced by vehicle/pavement interactions, This paper presents a method for improving the accuracy of measured axle load information using the so-called adaptive footprint tire model. The total vehicle weight as well as individual axle weight information are obtained experimentally using two piezoelectric sensors. Results are obtained for a light car, mid-site passenger car, and 2 dump trucks with known weight experimental results show that the proposed method using the tire model is accurate.

For a bursal-side retracted laminated rotator cuff tear, simple repair of the retracted bursal-side rotator cuff might be insufficient because the repaired tendon could remain as an intratendinous tear of the rotator cuff. We present a repair method for intratendinous rotator cuff tears using the suture-bridge technique. We believe that this method helps to preserve the remnant rotator cuff tendon without tissue damage and restores the normal rotator cuff footprint in bursal-side delaminated rotator cuff tears.
Analyses of Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) microwave radiometer (TMI) and precipitation radar (PR) data show that the rainfall inhomogeneity, represented by the coefficient of variation, decreases as rain rate increases at the low resolution (the footprint size of TMI 10 GHz channel). The rainfall inhomogeneity, however, is relatively constant for all rain rates at the high resolution (the footprint size of TMI 37 GHz channel). Consequently, radiometric signatures at lower spatial resolutions are characterized by larger dynamic range and smaller variability than those at higher spatial resolution. Based on the observed characteristics, this study develops a low-resolution (${\sim}40{\times}40$ km) rainfall retrieval algorithm utilizing realistic rainfall distributions in the a-priori databases. The purpose of the low-resolution rainfall algorithm is to make more reliable climatological rainfalls from various microwave sensors, including low-resolution radiometers.
Typically, massive rotator cuff tears have stiff and retracted tendon with poor muscle quality, in such cases orthopaedic surgeons are confronted with big challenging to restore the cuff to its native footprint. Furthermore, even with some restoration of the footprint, it is related with a high re-tear rate due to less tension free repair and less tendon coverage. In this tough circumstance, the partial repair has yielded satisfactory outcomes at relatively short follow-up by re-creating the transverse force couple of the rotator cuff. Through this partial repair, the massive rotator cuff tear can be converted to the "functional rotator cuff tear" and provide improvement in pain and functional outcomes in patient's shoulder.
This study was carried out to estimate carbon footprint and to establish of LCA of cherry-tomato production system. I have case study in cultivate cherry tomato (1 kg) calculate in carbon foot print. LCA carried out to estimate carbon foot print and to establish of LCI (life cycle inventory) database of cherry tomato production system. The data is from Research of Farmer's income in 2007 (RDA, 2008), and used Pass (4.1.3) program. The value of fertilizer, amount of pesticide input were show the environmental effect and direct emission. Carbon foot printing in agriculture guarantee the choice right th consumer th choose the row carbon goods. Its can make to strengthen of agriculture and food industry's reduction effort of $CO_2$. Nowadays consumer request food's safety and environment friendly process. Carbon foot printing needs consumer's relief and incentives.
Compared to single row repair, use of lateral row anchors in suture bridge rotator cuff repair enhances repair strength and increases footprint contact area. If a lateral knotless anchor (push-in design) is inserted into osteoporotic bone, pull-out of the lateral row anchor can developed. However, failures of lateral row anchors have been reported at several months after surgery. In our cases, even though complete cuff healing occurred, delayed pull-out of the lateral row anchor in the suture bridge repair occurred. In comparison to a conventional medial anchor, further biomechanical evaluation of the pull-out force, design, and insertion angle of the lateral anchor is needed in future studies. We report three cases with delayed pull-out of lateral row anchor in suture bridge rotator cuff repair with a literature review.
