Over half of the dietitians (59.2%) preferred Korean style seasoned processed meats. The cooking types of Korean seasoned processed meats chosen as new developments were steamed (21.3%), roasted (20.6%) and pilled (18.1%), while the expected frequencies of product usage were in the order of grilled (18.8%), roasted (15.6%), and fried (14.4%). We identified the intake pattern and consumption propensity of milk and sought improvements to promote consumption of milk. We targeted 362 preschool children aged 5~7 years old who attended nursery school in the Bucheon area. Questionnaires were distributed and 328 questionnaires were collected. Approximately 36.2% of boys and 31.2% of gorls drank milk six times per week. A total of 32.9% of the preschool children drank more than 2 cups of milk/day. Approximately 72.9% of them currently drink white milk, and 46.0% preferred milk to processed milk. The reasons why they drink milk included 'want to be tall'(66.5%) and 'good health'(52.4%). Mothers(54.6%)and preschool children(39.3%) were the purchasers with the greatest impact on product purchases. Consumer propensity to buy milk was shown in the order of expiration date(4.80 points), and nutrition facts(4.01 points). (4.88 points) and enhanced nutrients(4.59 points) should be promoted for milk consumption. Therefore, it is thought that continuous nutrition education should be made together in order to increase consumption of milk of children and education targeting teachers and school parents should be conducted as well. And in order for children to drink milk without repulsion, the development of various products satisfying both symbolic aspects and nutritional aspects should continue to be made.

Product replacement (PPL) is used widely in marketing and plays crucial roles but the effects of the PPL attributes on a restaurant brand are not well known. Therefore, this study examined the effects of PPL attributes on brand awareness and brand credibility. In addition, the relationship among brand awareness, brand credibility, and brand loyalty was investigated. The study found that the characteristics of PPL, such as information and entertainment, affected brand awareness. On the other hand, inconvenience did not have any impact on brand awareness. In addition, information, entertainment, and inconvenience affected brand credibility. Furthermore, brand awareness and credibility influenced brand loyalty significantly. These results suggest that PPL can be a very effective way to advertise. Hence, PPL should be done with a sense of information and entertainment than simply with more frequent exposure to consumers, which that might cause inconvenience.

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between the dishwashing employees' job satisfaction and the operational and managerial factors in hospital foodservice systems. A survey of twenty conventional hospital food service systems was undertaken and detailed information was collected from 280 dishwashing employees through mailed questionnaires. Dishwashing employees' satisfaction was evaluated by measuring their job attitudes towards four aspects of their job using the modified Job Description Index (JDI). Descriptive analysis and Pearson product moment correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. The dishwashing workers were found to be more satisfied with their interpersonal relations with co-workers than with work content, pay or promotional opportunities. The demographic variables including education, type of employment and work experience were significantly related to job satisfaction. As the ratio of supervisors to dishwashing workers increased, the degree of satisfaction in dishwashing workers increased significantly.
