중학생(中學生)의 식사행동(食事行動), 영양지식(營養知識), 신체발육(身體發育)에 영향(影響)을 미치는 요인(要因) 및 이들의 상호관련성(相互關聯性)에 대한 연구(硏究) (A Study on Relationships among Eating Behavior, Nutritional Knowledge & Physical Growth)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the relationships among the eating behavior, the nutrition knowledge & the physical growth, and factors influencing each of them in middle school students. Eight hundred three boys and girls, who were sampled from the third graders of 6 middle schools located in Taejeon and Ahnmyeondo, were asked to fill out the questionaire. The statistics used for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Oneway, Crosstabs, Chi-square($X^2$), t-test, Pearson Correlation, Regression, and Path analyses. The results are summarized as follows: I. The asked students showed the significant difference in frequency intaking food and the eating attitude depending on sexual distinction and area. The girls got higher frequency score(intaking food) than the boys did and the students in Taejeon got better eating attitude score than those in Ahnmyeondo. Also, the girls got higher nutrition knowledge score than the boys did and the students in Taejeon got higher nutrition knowledge than those in Ahnmyeondo. 2. The higher the economic level was, the higher the frequency score(intaking food) was. Also, the students whose father had the occupation involved in the tertiary industry and better school ing made higher nutrition knowledge, eating attitude, and frequency intaking food than others. The students whose father had the occupation involved in the tertiary industry and better schooling were taller and heavier than others. 3. The variables influencing on the frequency intaking food were father's school ing, father's occupation, economic level, sexual distinction, eating attitude. The variables influencing on eating attitude significantly was only the birth order. The variables influencing on the height were sexual distinction, residential area, eating attitude, frequency intaking food, father's schooling. Also, the variables affecting the weight were sexual distinction, father's schooling, eating attitude, frequency intaking food.

식음료 기업의 스포츠 스폰서십 활동의 커뮤니케이션 효과 (Communication Effect of Sports Sponsorship Activities of Food and Beverage Companies)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 식음료 기업의 스포츠 스폰서십 활동에 대한 커뮤니케이션 효과를 규명하여 최근 활발하게 진행되고 있는 식음료 기업의 스포츠 스폰서십활동에 대한 커뮤니케이션효과를 파악하여 기업의 전략적 마케팅방안을 모색할 수 있도록 하는 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 지난 1월 식음료기업 N사가 주최한 스포츠대회에 참여 및 관전한 사람 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 267부를 통계분석에 활용하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 스포츠 스폰서십은 기업태도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠 스폰서십 요인 중 이미지제고, 홍보, 촉진은 제품태도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 이벤트기여는 제품태도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업태도는 제품태도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기업태도는 구매의도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 제품태도는 구매의도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

모(母)의 로하스(LOHAS) 라이프스타일이 자녀의 식습관, 식행동 및 건강생활습관에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study of the Effects of a Mother's LOHAS Lifestyle Attitude on Children's Dietary Habits, Food Behavior, and Health-related Lifestyles)

  • This study was conducted to examine the effect of children's dietary quality, dietary habits, food behavior and health-related lifestyles according to the mother's lifestyles of health and sustainability (LOHAS). The subjects were 580 children. Mother's LOHAS attitude index was 66.85 points and 100 points was a perfect score. The mother's high LOHAS attitude items that children perceived were "My mother often communicates with the family"(3.99 points) and "My mother thinks that the family's health is more important than her health"(3.93 points). In contrast, the LOHAS attitude items for "My mother does community service activity on weekends"(2.78 points), and "My mother participates in environmental protection service activity for the local community"(2.78 points) were very low. The high LOHAS behavior index of mothers was "resource saving", whereas "social welfare" scored low. When self-perceived health status and monthly income of children was high, the mother's LOHAS score was high. The LOHAS attitude index of mothers had a meaningful impact on the children's dietary quality, dietary habits, food behavior and health-related lifestyles. The most frequent food behavior variables were "high skipping rate", "frequency of snacks is 2~4 times per week", "speed of eating is rapid", and 'meals' amount is sufficient. The highest daily life habits item was "I try to maintain a pleasant and enjoyable life style"(3.42 points). The highest nutrient intake attitude score was "I tend to eat rice everyday."(3.41 points). They were highly recognized with "moderate physical activity", "high exercise preference", "positive posture exercise", "exercise <2 days per week", and "over 30 minutes exercise time per day" for the exercise performance status items. It was verified that the higher mother's LOHAS lifestyle score is, the higher children's food behavior, daily life habits, nutrient intake, exercise performance state score are.

외식기업의 배달서비스에 대한 소비가치가 태도, 이용의도 및 지불의도에 미치는 영향 (The influence of consumption values toward food delivery services on consumer attitudes, usage intention and willingness to pay)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of research of consumers' consumption values and toward usage attitude, usage intention and willingness to pay of modern people. The study is a consumer research about food delivery services which is rapidly grown up due to recent transformation on a modern dietary life. This study was based on the main survey had conducted from 23th May 2019 to 26th May 2019 by 336 consumers, aged 18 and older, who had experienced Food delivery services in the past. Statistical analysis was performed by using the IBM SPSS v.25.0. In summary, the results of this study are as follows. First, consumption values of food delivery services had a positive influence on usage attitude. Consumption values were catagorized in five sub-values: functional value, social value, emotional value, epistemic value, and conditional value, all of which were found to be significant in affecting on usage attitude. Second, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on usage intention. Third, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. Fourth, usage intention of food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. The results of the study renders industrial and academic implications to the area of Food delivery services industry.

모(母)의 로하스 라이프스타일 태도가 친환경식자재 구매 및 건강식생활에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study of the Effects on a Healthy Dietary Life and Purchase of Environmental-Friendly Food Materials According to Mother's LOHAS Lifestyle Attitudes)

  • This study was conducted to examine the effects of a healthy dietary life and purchase of environmental-friendly food materials according to a mother's lifestyles of health and sustainability (LOHAS) attitudes. The subjects consisted of 295 mothers. The findings are summarized as follows. The mother's LOHAS attitude index averaged 3.39 points out of 5 points. High LOHAS attitude items were "I participate actively in separating the trash collection" (4.16 points), and "I recycle dresses that I do not wear by taking them to the recycling center" (4.08 points). In contrast, LOHAS attitude items for "I do community service activity on the weekend" (2.57 points), and "I try to serve in the local community" (2.63 points) scored very low. A high LOHAS behavior index occurred for mothers who were "resource saving", whereas "social welfare" scored low. Mother's intention to purchase environmental-friendly food materials averaged 3.61 points. Mother's health dietary life attitude score averaged 3.52 points. When age, monthly income, and the environmental-friendly food materials purchase ratio of the mother was high, the health dietary life performance was high. The LOHAS attitude index of mothers had an impact on the purchase intention of environmental-friendly food materials in resource saving and environmental-friendly oriented propensity groups. The LOHAS attitude index of mothers impacted healthy dietary life in environmental-friendly, family and health oriented propensity groups.

대학 신입생의 영양지식, 식생활 가치관 및 거주형태에 따른 식생활 태도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Dietary Attitude of College Freshmen by Nutrition Knowledge, Purpose Value of Meal and Residence)

  • The purpose of this survey was to study nutrition knowledge, dietary attitude, residences and purpose value of meal in the college freshmen. The survey was conducted from May 1 to May 25 in 1997. The results are summarized as follows. The female students showed higher scores than male students in nutrition knowledge score, but there was no difference in dietary attitude. Dietary attitude of the students living in home were higher than that of the other students. Female students tended to choose food for the pleasure of its taste. On female students, no difference was founded on nutrition knowledge and dietary attitude with purpose value of meal. The male students who have purpose value of meal on intake of nutrients showed the highest score in nutrition knowledge.

중학교 가정 교과 중 식습관 단원에 실천적 문제 해결과정을 적용한 수업연구 (A Study of Teaching based on Practical Problems Solving of the area of Food Habits in Middle School Home Economics)

  • The purpose of this study is (1) to develop the teaching plan based on Practical Problems solving on the area of food habits in home economics class and (2) to investigate the participation of teaching, the attitude of teaching method and food life. The subject of this study was two classes consisted off 66 students(male 26. female 40, 33 for each class) who are the first grade of middle school. The comparison group was taught by lecturing. while the experiment group by cooperative learning. The period of this experiment was three weeks: from June 7th to Jun 23th. 1999. The experiment was conducted through 5 classes. First of all students identify the problem of food habits and seek and evaluate information. Students evaluate actions and reflect on decision and evaluate action. The statistical method for the study was a paired T-test. The results of this study are as follows: 1. After experiment, the participation of teaching(p<.05) and the attitude of teaching method(p<.01) in the experiment group showed a statistically significant difference. Therefore the students in the class based on the practical problems solving took an active part in teaching 2. The practical problems solving is more effective than the lecturing in doing guide the positive attitude of teaching. 3. Through the experiment the attitude of food life in the experiment group showed a statistically significant difference(p<.05) Therefore the practical problems solving is more effective than the lecturing in changing positive attitude of food life.

조리사의 환경의식과 친환경태도가 식품안전추구행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Cook's Environmental Awareness and Eco-friendly Attitude on Food Safety Pursuit Behavior)

  • Rapid economic growth brought material affluence and convenience, but it also has caused a negative issue, such as environmental damage. Therefore, this research holds the purpose of grasping structural influencing relationship of environmental awareness of cook, which is taking an important role in food safety among workers in hotel restaurants with eco-friendly attitude and food safety pursuit behavior. To achieve the purpose, collected materials were tested for the fidelity, organic causation and control effect, using Structural Equation Modeling for frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, credibility analysis and hypothesis testing with SPSS (V23.0) and AMOS (V21.0) programs. Environmental awareness of hotel cook has causation with eco-friendly attitude, and the attitude has meaningful causation with food safety pursuit behavior. That is, it proved that cooks are taking care of their job carefully from the pre-cooking stage while most of people ignore the storing stage. The result shows not only hotel's own training session, cook's level of consciousness on the food safety and they are working with high sense of responsibility. The limitation of this research is that it only conducted with cooks of deluxe hotels in Busan, and it could not include various variables about environmental awareness. Therefore, it is expected that the lacking contents to be dealt by a follow-up study.

식품취급자의 식품안전에 대한 지식, 인식 및 행태의 융합적 평가 (Convergence Evaluating Food Safety Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice regarding Food handler)

  • 본 연구는 국내 의료기관 500명의 식품 취급자들의 식품안전에 관한 지식, 인식 및 행태 수준을 평가하고 지식, 인식, 행태와 사회인구학적 특성과의 연관성을 분석하였다. 자가보고 설문지는 식품안전에 관한 지식 15문항, 인식 15문항, 행태 20문항 등 총 50문항으로 구성되었으며 연령별, 교육수준별, 경력별에 따른 지식, 인식, 행태와 KAP과의 관련성분석은 t 또는 ANOVA test를 실시하였다. 분석 결과 식품안전에 관한 평균 지식점수는 3.25, 인식 3.65, 행태 3.36으로 나타났다. 연령그룹별 식품안전에 관한 지식, 인식, KAP score는 차이가 나타났으며, KAP과 교육수준과의 관련성은 교육수준이 증가할수록 KAP score가 증가하는 것을 확인하였다(P < 0.05). 식품위해를 최소화하기 위해서 식품 취급자에게 공중보건학적차원의 지속적인 식품안전 예방교육 및 프로그램을 제공해야 할 것으로 사료된다.
