This Study tried to approach with a new Point of view about Green Design that had been studied on just Aesthetics and Function and it focused on creating a pleasant environment In the Interiors combing with Horticultural therapy as advanced study in Green Design. This study is barred on understanding that nature, human and space should continue to coexist through realizing relationship between nature and human and overcoming denaturalization and dehumanization and have an opportunity to know what a pleasant space for human is. Although pleasant space can be made by many different methods, this study start from the thought that a space with plants is the best to satisfy human's basic emotion. The method of study is through research and analysis with many kinds of references and examples, and then the results were used to make design guide which introduces Green Amenity Space in residential space. The pleasant space that human pursuits should be the human-centered space as well as the space giving them mental and physical satisfaction beyond space with just function and beauty. Therefore Green Amenity Space is the best space with which human is familiar.

Respect for human life and respect for human rights are basic values which the organized nursing profession has urged its members to adhere to in their service to human beings. This study was designed and carried out to identify ways to reconcile often conflicting basic values in practice. This study focused on ethical dilema experienced by nurses who were caring for political offenders in prison. Concrete case study was presected to show solutions to the problems.

Fashion marketing activity performed by social media influencers (SMIs) has grown exponentially in the past years. Research regarding their marketing power is often discussed in the context of sponsorship disclosure, in order to overcome obstacles of impending regulations that may endanger the authenticity SMIs are perceived to have compared to traditional marketing agents. Upon recent heterogeneous findings, a netnographic approach was taken to examine the actual sponsored posts of SMIs on Instagram. Based on two representative cases that received media coverage, a qualitative analysis of 1,058 comments on Instagram showed customer inspiration and informational social influence regardless of sponsorship disclosures present. Regarding customer inspiration, high frequency of comments including choice imitation intentions was observed. Under certain conditions, customer responses were focused on the SMI's expertise irrespective from the brand being endorsed. Findings show future implications from both an academic and industry-focused perspective for future potential of SMIs in fashion marketing.

This research is purposed to find Dong-mu's thought on 'philosophy and medical interrelationship' in his writings. Affairs - Mind - Body - Objects(事心身物)is distributed at Heaven-Human -Nature-Order (天人性命) on the respect of human internal mind. In the respect of Form-Use(體用), It is assigned to Use(用) and Physical science. Sasang Constitution can be expanded to Eight COnstitution in the respect of dominant position among Nature(性) and Emotion(情).

Objectives : The purpose of this research was to investigate the cytotoxic effect of Natural Killer(NK)-92 cell and Snake Venom, and to elucidate its mechanism on human lung carcinoma cell A549. Methods : In order to figure out whether Snake Venom enhances the cytotoxic effect of NK-92 cell in A549 cell, Cell Viability Assay was conducted. Also, in order to observe the changes of Caspase-3 and Caspase-8, both of which are proteinases that advance apoptosis, and the changes of TNRF and DR3, which are Death Receptors of the extrinsic pathway of apoptosis, Western Blot Analysis was conducted. By conducting RT-PCR analysis, we have tried to confirm Perforin, Granzyme B, and GADPH, all of which are cytotoxic-related proteins. Lastly, in order to observe the effect of Snake Venom on NO formation within human lung carcinoma cells, NO determination was conducted. Results : 1. After conducting Cell Viability Assay, Snake Venom enhanced the cytotoxic effect of NK-92 cell and inhibited the growth of A549. 2. Western Blot Analysis caused proteinases Caspase-3 and Caspase-8, which advance apoptosis, to increase in the combined treatment group, but not in treatment groups that focused only on either Snake Venom or NK-92 cell in A549 lung carcinoma cells. 3. Western Blot Analysis caused an expression of TNFR2 and DR3, both of which are Death Receptors of the apoptosis extrinsic pathway, in the combined treatment group, but not intreatment groups that focused only on either Snake Venom or NK-92 cell in A549 human lung carcinoma cells. 4. After conducting NO determination, NO formation within A549 cell showed no significant changes in both treatment groups that focused NK-92 cell and combined treatment group. 5. After conducting RT-PCR, the expression of Granzyme B and Perforin, which are cytotoxic-related proteins within A549 human lung carcinoma cells, showed growth in the combined treatment group, but not the treatment group that focused only on NK-92 cell. Conclusion : It has been indicated that, when it comes to the A549 cell, Snake Venom enhances the increase of Death Receptor expression and continuous apoptosis reaction, leading to the enhancement of the cancer cell cytotoxic effect of the NK-92 cell. It is expected that Snake Venom can be used with the NK-92 cell for further lung cancer treatment.

Job stress weakens physical ability causing the diseases related to working condition, decreases a production level, and increases mistakes and accidents. This study examined the relationship between job stress and human error, and focused on the moderating effect of age and maintenance type on the relationship between job stress and human error. The study used a quantitative design based on the 450 questionnaires of maintenance personnel in the Air force. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that physiological and psychological stress responses have positively related with human error. In moderating effect test, age appeared to impact on the relationship between physiological/behavioral stress and human error.

Recently, many safety measures are developing for the prevention of human error, which is main factors of railway accident. For the efficient management of human factors, many expertise on design, conditions, safety culture and staffing are required. But current safety management activities on safety critical works are focused on training, due to the limited resource and information. In order to establish railway human factors management, a systematic review model is required. Based on system engineering and nuclear industry model, a program review model is proposed in this study. The model includes operating experience review, task analysis, staffing and qualification, human reliability analysis, huma-system interface design, procedure development, training program, verification and validation, implementation and monitoring. Results can be applied for the review of safety measures relating to human factors.

The purpose of this study was to suggest the academic roles and direction of the successful aging in journal papers. For this purpose the trends of research on the successful aging were analyzed by means of reviewing articles published from 2002 to 2012 in journal papers of korea. Data were collected by using keyword library database. 86 papers was to analyze to find out overall the research streaming of theme, method and subject. As results, there were increased considerably the number of research in successful aging every year. Secondly, the study of successful aging had been performed more in social welfare. The research trends had focused on the successful aging, but the research had some limitations in simply introducing the definition and general plan.

This study is focused on the development of a child human model, which is composed of skin, skeleton, joints and muscle, etc. The dimension of child outer skin is referred to anthropometric data from KRISS (Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science). The positions of joint and mass properties of body segments are calculated from ATB(Articulated Total Body) program, GEBOD. The properties of bones and muscles are obtained by the way of scaling from adult human model. To verify the developed human model, ROM simulation and sled test is conducted. Developed human model can be effectively applied to the evaluation of human injury in crash situation and development of child restraint system. The explicit finite element program $PAM-CRASH^TM$ was used to simulate six-year old child human model.

Religious Though includes desirable attitudes towards existence of human beings and the value of life. These can be considered as the viewpoint of human being in religions. Also, the recognition frame of human being should be focused on the desirable human formation. That is, human being should not be viewed by already established frames, but human beings should be regarded as the ones that by themselves can build their true figures through developing human nature with the self-awareness of existence and the effort for establishing an ideal character. Without the correct concept of a 'human model', it is impossible to shed light on what the process of the human formation is and how the human formation willbe established. A 'human model', that is the goal of such a formation, might show different aspects if considering the historical situations including the circumstance of individuals and society. However, no matter how different 'human model', which are dependent upon phenomenal problems, are considered, it might most likely fails to grasp a fundamental issue without a 'human model' based on the essential problem of human being. In this regards, it can be considered that a 'Perfect person' with including both fundamental ways and relations of existence is the one enabling to establish a true 'human model' and, I try to show its striking example, 'Injon' that is an ideal 'human model' of Daesoon Thought. Therefore, this paper will show the interpretation and understanding of human beings in Daesoon Thought, and examine what their meanings are.
