Noise is a fundamental factor to increased validity and regularity of spike propagation and neuronal firing in the nervous system. In this paper, we examine the stochastic version of the Izhikevich-FitzHugh neuron dynamical model. This approach is based on techniques presented by Luo and Guo, which provide a general framework for the bifurcation and stability analysis of two dimensional stochastic dynamical system as an Itô averaging diffusion system. By using largest lyapunov exponent, local and global stability of the stochastic system at the equilibrium point are investigated. We focus on the two kinds of stochastic bifurcations: the P-bifurcation and the D-bifurcations. By use of polar coordinate, Taylor expansion and stochastic averaging method, it is shown that there exists choices of diffusion and drift parameters such that these bifurcations occurs. Finally, numerical simulations in various viewpoints, including phase portrait, evolution in time and probability density, are presented to show the effects of the diffusion and drift coefficients that illustrate our theoretical results.

This research is for the visualization of wooden cracking phenomena in the virtual world. Timber supplies has been traditionally used for buildings in the all over the world. Wood has a characteristic that is more prone to be influenced and distorted under the external environments compared with other materials like as stone and concrete. Many related researches say that moisture content change is a largest impact factor for the distortion and crack of timber supplies. This is the reason why we focus on the relationship between the moisture variations and the wood distortion, especially crack. In this research, it is mathematically explained that the diminutions of tensile strength caused by repeated contraction and expansion according to the moisture variations under the changes of weather. Finally, we suggest a way to visualize it for pine timbers.

The rapid expansion of regionalism has resulted in the creation of blocs of the global economy, so that those countries not belonging to one or more blocs can be discriminated. The purpose of this paper is to examine the competition policy theoretically, international background with issues, and discussion trend of global enterprise. By doing them, this paper suggests the responsive plan, future prospects, and policy directions for the competition policy by distribution service. There is not a statistically significant relationship between international diversification strategy and firm performance. However, we observed some tendency that the larger the firm size, the higher the firm performance, assuming the degree of international diversification or multinationality to be constant. However, the export productivity increase after 1~2 years, and there exits a clear evidence that the innovation investment increases a firm's export competitiveness as time goes on.

All these days, we achieved the result of our efforts on agricultural facilities by a huge budget for stable agricultural infrastructure development. But it is anticipated that the cost of maintenance is increased from now on since we've focused on installing facilities(agricultural infrastructures) in quantity more than in quality. Furthermore we are short of efficient management system(S/W) because of active and overall support for facilities expansion(H/W). This study is focus on how to improve our agricultural infrastructure for not only to maintain eco-friendly facilities but also to prepare water shortage era.

Wireless communication technology has mainly been used to fulfill the demands of industrial sites at which performance is not a critical concern. However, ongoing discussions and efforts are now focused on securing core wireless communication technologies to enable the transformation or expansion of wired industrial IoT (Internet of Things) network technology into a flexible and dynamic smart manufacturing system. This paper provides an overview of current wireless industrial IoT network technology and the recent wireless time-sensitive networking technology. It outlines the challenging level of reliability required for wireless communication technology to coexist with or replace its wired counterpart in future smart manufacturing systems. Additionally, we introduce ultra-reliable time deterministic network as the core technology of wireless industrial communications and focus on its reliability and delay characteristics.

Korean entertainment companies like SM entertainment, YG and JYP contribute enormously to the recent K-pop fever. They expand their businesses aggressively to foreign markets which has been successful. This paper seeks to find out their precise strategies to succeed in the global market. Our study focus on SM entertainment which manages successively in the Asian market. As a result, one of their successful strategies on the global market is localization. They rearrange a group with in the members to suit into the local market : for instance, Super Junior, representative boy group, has rearranged and reformed to Super Junior M (mandarin), Super Junior happy (for Japan market), etc. Coopration with SNS (Social Network Service) is another successful strategies of SM Entertainment : page views of K-pop on Youtube achieved more than 0.8 billion in 2013. Furthermore, for marketing, many members play an advertizing model for global products.

Electro-active polymers and dielectric elastomers have many intriguing properties that enable smart interfaces and electrically tunable optical systems, such as haptic feedback devices, artificial muscles, and expansion-tunable optical elements. These device classes are of great interest owing to their promising roles in next-generation technologies including virtual or augmented reality, human sensing and muscular enhancement, and artificial skins. In this report, we review basic principles, current state-of-the-art techniques, and future prospects of electro-active and dielectric elastomer technology. We describe chemical and physical properties of the most promising polymer substances, essential elementary architectures for artificial muscle-like functionalities, and their applications to haptic interfaces, muscular enhancement, and focus-tunable optical elements.

Contents industry is growing into a versatile area whose contents can be embodied through not only traditional media such as theater and TV, but also new ones such as the internet, mobile unit, PDA, DMP, etc. In addition, highly advanced computer technology and contents are harmoniously combined for image development featuring multi-channels, which produces various contents, and thus, creating synergy effects with other key industries such as IT, strengthens the domestic economy as an industry of value expansion and new high value items. To this end, this study is to present development plans that are highly productive and valued to domestic contents development companies. For this, the focus was put on the fact that concurrent engineering, which is the mechanism bringing very beneficial effects to existing analog product development processes, and the team system have significant, positive effect on the company productiveness and competitive market values among digital contents related companies, especially contents businesses.

Big science such as nuclear fusion accelerators shares the characteristic of requiring long-term and massive budget input, human power, and related state-of-the-art technology. Because big science, by nature, thus requires large-scale budgets and facilities yet harbors the possibility of failure, most projects are led by the government. When the actual circumstances are examined, however, such projects are often implemented through the formation of cooperative relations with small and medium businesses (SMBs) possessing outstanding technological capacity. On the other hand, the reality is that the entry of corporations into the business ecosystem of big science is not easy and that even those that have once entered big science likewise fail to find sales outlets for technology that they have developed following the supply of single items, thus leading their technological capacity to lie idle. Consequently, based on an awareness of the problem, the present study seeks to propose strategies for activating the business ecosystem of nuclear fusion and accelerators and to present alternatives regarding which policy tasks must be pursued first by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique. The present study derived the four policy alternatives of approach, care, expansion, and infrastructures in accordance with the results of empirical analysis to activate the business ecosystem of nuclear fusion and accelerators and analyzed their priority in terms of urgency and effectiveness, the results of which were, in this order: care-approach-expansion-infrastructures. The significance of such research results lie in presenting the policy direction when the government determines which policy task must be pursued first and implements strategies for the activation of the business ecosystem of nuclear fusion and accelerators with limited financial resources in the future.

For several decades in history of cartoon, it was about the era of publishing tendency based on printing technique just until few years before now. The media critic Marshall McLuhan said, "The cartoon of the 20th century have characters of printing or woodblock printing yet. Coming in to the 1980s, unlike traditional printing, cartoons of more various form appeared such as 'Moving cartoon, CD-ROM cartoon, Click-cartoon'. These phenomenons diversified and accelerated during the electronic equipments and internet that cartoon were able to be produced and distributed on not printing forms were progressing and popularizing. Like these, base on the progress of various forms in webtoon, this study will suggest 3 concept about expansion of Spatial Expressions of expression and cognition such as 'Reminiscent of The Vertical Image', 'The Vertical Panorama' and 'The Morphing into Spaces'. Also, , , the works of Doha Kang who is in the spotlight as the webtoonist of avant-garde and dynamic works, will be examined and analysed as the texts. Doha Kang was selectied as a 'Contemporary Twenty Webtoonist in Korea' from a survey of the cartoon's experts in korea by Bucheon Cartoon Information Center in 2009. He has recognized as the most experimental and be influential webtoonist from beginning of webtoon era to today. In this context, the analyses of his two works that was published in 2007, 2009 each, will helps understanding from diverse viewpoint about webtoon's expressions and structures. Furthermore, this study helps focus on values of webtoon as expansion art of Spatial Expression.
