파이버 공초점법을 이용한 레이저 빔 자동 초점 제어 장치에 관한 연구 (Study on Auto Focusing System of Laser Beam by Using Fiber Confocal Method)

  • Auto focusing system to find optimized focal position of laser beam used for material process has been investigated by using fiber confocal method. Wavelength of laser diode (LD) and diameter of single-mode fiber are 780nm and $5.3{\mu}m$, respectively. Intensity distributions of beam reflected from the surface of mirror and silicon bare wafer have been observed in a gaussian form. Experimental results show that focal position obtained by LD is shifted from one observed from surface scribed by laser about $80{\mu}m$. It is due to the difference of wavelength and each divergence of between LD and laser used for material process. It is confirmed that auto focusing control system through position calibration has operated steadily.

동적 스테레오 카메라 모델링 (An active stereo camera modeling)

  • In stereo vision, camera modeling is very important because the accuracy of the three dimensional locations depends considerably on it. In the existing stereo camera models, two camera planes are located in the same plane or on the optical axis. These camera models cannot be used in the active vision system where it is necessary to obtain two stereo images simultaneously. In this paper, we propose four kinds of stereo camera models for active stereo vision system where focal lengths of the two cameras are different and each camera is able to rotate independently. A single closed form solution is obtained for all models. The influence of the stereo camera model to the field of view, occlusion, and search area used for matching is shown in this paper. And errors due to inaccurate focal length are analyzed and simulation results are shown. It is expected that the three dimensional locations of objects are determined in real time by applying proposed stereo camera models to the active stereo vision system, such as a mobile robot.

대칭형과 비대칭형 복사기 줌 렌즈계의 광학적 성능 비교 분석 (The optical capacity's comparison, analysis of copier zoom lens system between symmetric and asymmetric forms)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존에 설계된 복사기 줌 렌즈계를 선택하여 광학적 성능을 계산하여 분석하여 보았다. 이 렌즈계는 유한 물점에 대한 zoom 렌즈계로서 우리가 일반적으로 사용하는 무한 물점에 대한 카메라 zoom 렌즈와는 달리, 고정된 물체와 상면사이에서 움직이기 때문에 제한된 이동영역을 갖게 된다. 대칭형과 비대칭형의 두 복사기 렌즈계의 광학적 성능을 비교 분석한 결과, 비대칭형이 비교적 안정된 수차량을 이루고 있고, 수차보정을 위하여 많은 노력이 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 이것으로 미루어 보아 대칭형은 고정 초점 렌즈계에서는 대칭형의 특성상 자동으로 개선되는 수차들로 인하여 그 역할을 충분히 감당하고 있지만, 줌 렌즈계로 사용 시에는 대칭형을 유지하면서 그 성능을 개선시키는 데에는 한계가 있다고 볼 수 있다.

  • 현 시점에도 계속해서 스마트 디바이스가 출시되고 있으며 이에 맞춰 디바이스 액세서리도 상품화 되고 있다. 이런 액세서리는 디바이스의 외부 형태를 캐릭터 상품화한 디자인으로 소비자들에게 호응을 얻고 있다. 그러나 이러한 제품들은 외적인 형태에만 치중되어 있으며 디바이스를 사용하는 기능적 면에서는 큰 도움이 되지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 스마트 디바이스를 효율적으로 관리 할 수 있는 어플리케이션 카테고리 별 그룹화 기능에 게임 캐릭터성을 부여하는 관리기능 앱에 대한 것이다. 연구방법으로는 기존 출시된 제품들을 연구하여 스마트 디바이스 관리기능 측면에서 어떻게 작용해 왔는지 알아보고, 이를 토대로 게임성을 추가한 디바이스 관리기능 앱을 제안하고자 한다.

조선시대 석(舃) 연구 (A Study on the Form of Seok(舃) in the Period of Joseon)

  • Seok, shoes worn for rituals that originated in China, is worn as part of a formal dress in Korea. The Seok for men were worn with Myeonbok(冕服: kingly ceremonial costume) and Wonyugwanbok(遠遊冠服) and the Seok for Jeokui(翟衣: queenly ceremonial costume) and Jangsam(長衫). Myeonbok, Wonyugwanbok, Jeokui and Jangsam were ceremonial costumes of ancient times. This paper examines Seok, which has never been the focal point of a study, and focuses on the period of Joseon(1392~1897). It was possible to concretely identify its changes in each of the periods and genders by means of the literature and picture data. It turns out from this paper that a unique Korean style emerged in the days of Kings Yeongjo(英祖: 1694~1776) and Sunjo(純祖: 1790~1834). The Seok that were imported from China after the Goryeo period included a neck part, which was a departure from its original form. However, during this period, fences were added on the top of the shoes, and rings were added to thread laces in Seok from China. Women wore their Seok in this period with different ornaments in accordance with the different situations.

나노계면 형성을 위한 초음파 진동자 위치보정을 위한 레이저 스캐닝 기술 (Laser Scanning Technology for Ultrasonic Horn Location Compensation to Modify Nano-size Grain)

  • To compensate location error of ultrasonic horn, the laser scanning system based on the galvanometer scanner is developed. It consists of the 3-Axis linear stage and the 2-Axis galvanometer scanner. To measure surface shape of three-dimensional free form surface, the dynamic focusing unit is adopted, which can maintain consistent focal plane. With combining the linear stage and the galvanometer scanner, the scanning area is enlarged. The scanning CAD system is developed by stage motion teaching and NURBS method. The laser scanning system is tested by marking experiment with the semi-cylindrical sample. Scanning accuracy is investigated by measured laser marked line width with various scanning speed.

  • Wegener써 육아종증은 1939년 Wegener가 \circled1 상하호흡기의 혈관염 및 괴사성 육아종, \circled2 전신적인 혈관염, \circled3 국한된 괴사성 사구체신염을 특징으로하는 질병을 Rhinogenic Granulomatosis라고 명명한데서 유래되었다. 초기에 이 질환은 몇달내에 사망하는 것으로 알고 있다. 그러나 최근 이 질환의 한정된 형(limited form)은 전형적인 형(classic form)에 비해 일반적으로 양성인 경과를 한다고 인지 되였다. 병리학적으로 이 질환은 한번의 조직생검으로 진단하기 힘들며 간혹 부검에서 확진되는 경우도 많다고 한다. 본교실에서는 최근 심한 시력장애, 청력장애를 일으킨 Wegener씨 육아종증 1례를 경험하였기에 이에 문헌고찰과 더불어 보고하는 바이다.

Analysis of X-ray image qualities-accuracy of shape and clearness of image-using X-ray digital tomosynthesis

  • X-ray laminography and DT(digital tomosynthesis) that can form a cross-sectional image of 3-D objects promise to be good solutions for inspecting interior defects of industrial products. The major factors of the digital tomosynthesis that influence on the quality of x-ray cross-sectional images are also discussed. The quality of images acquired from the DT system varies according to image synthesizing methods, the number of images used in image synthesizing, and X-ray projection angles. In this paper, a new image synthesizing method named 'log-root method' is proposed to get clear and accurate cross-sectional images, which can reduce both artifact and blurring generated by materials out of focal plane. To evaluate the quality of cross-sectional images, two evaluating criteria: (1) shape accuracy and (2) clearness in the cross-sectional image are defined. Based on this criteria, a series of simulations were performed, and the results show the superiority of the new synthesizing method over the existing ones such as averaging and minimum method.

TM4SF5-mediated protein-protein networks and tumorigenic roles

  • Transmembrane 4 L six family member 5 (TM4SF5), as a membrane glycoprotein with 4 transmembrane domains, is similar to the tetraspanins in terms of membrane topology and plays important roles in tumorigenesis and tumor metastasis. Especially, TM4SF5 appears to form a massive protein-protein complex consisting of diverse membrane proteins and/or receptors in addition to cytosolic signaling molecules to regulate their signaling activities during the pathological processes. TM4SF5 is shown to interact with integrins ${\alpha}2$, ${\alpha}5$, and ${\beta}1$, EGFR, IL6R, CD151, focal adhesion kinase (FAK), and c-Src. This review focuses on the significance of the interactions with regards to TM4SF5-positive tumorigenesis and metastasis.
