The study was conducted in order to systematize specialization of flower decoration. The results of this study are summarized as follows. The research of image adjectives were analyzed into a total of 4 factors, which are texture, color, period, decoration. With regard to texture, the flower with the highest texture of 2.00 was white Zantedeschia aethiopica and that with the lowest texture of -1.90 was Leucospermum cordifolium. In regard of color, the flower with the highest color of 1.70 was Rosa 'Judy' and that with the lowest color of -2.40 was Gypsophila. With regard to period, the flower with the highest period of 2.00 was Gomphrena globosa and that of the lowest of -3.00 was Leucospermum cordifolium. In decoration, the flower with the highest decoration of 2.50 was Agapanthus 'Intermedia' and that with the lowest decoration of -2.00 was Heliconia bihai 'Lobster'. As for correlation among the factors, color and period were in a correlation with each other. It shows that color and period are the most important factors in flower decoration. In result of conjoint analysis, importance was high in order of color, texture, decoration and period. This suggests that consumers overemphasize color and texture in flower decoration and may fail to notice the importance of period.

This study was conducted to grasp distribution of native plants in flower market and uses of native plants in floral decoration. This study was investigated native plants sold in flower market(2017.01-2017.12) and their monthly sales. Also, this study analyzed the use of native plants, frequency of native plants classified by form and color of native plants used for floral decoration in flower magazines 'Fleur' and 'The Flower'. Among 172 species distributed cut-flower, native plants in Korea flower market are only 24 species(14.0%). Number of filler flower(15 species) is more than other forms. Native plants used in 'Fleur' and 'The Flower' were 14 species(10.2%) and 17 species(9.6%), it is meaning that native plants were less used than foreign plants. The number of filler flower was the highest in both magazines, but form flower(299 works) in 'Fleur' and mass flower(571 works) in 'The Flower' are used most frequently. According to color analysis of native plants used for floral decoration, P(purple), PB(navy) and RP(reddish purple) were 57% of the total. It can be increased native plants uses in flower decoration with developing form and mass flower considering color preference.

In the ancient Buddhist temple area, various metal artifacts are still excavated. Therefore, the aim of this study is to approach the characteristics of ancient architecture through ancient metal artifacts. First, metal decoration of ancient architecture appears for the purpose of structure, decoration, arson. Then, as the method of wood structure is developed, the application is separated into structural, functional and decorative purposes. In ancient times, metal decoration has reduced the role of structure, but its decorative role has expanded. Second, various metallic ornaments were used on the roof of ancient architecture. As the wooden technology developed, the metal decoration was gradually omitted while applying the curve to the roof. Third, the metal ornaments used on the roof of ancient architectures include the ridge central decoration, roof top decoration, a nine-ring decoration, gable board Ornamental Metal, corner flower decoration, eaves nail, wind bell. And subsequent research requires a terminology that can link the results of archeology and Buddhist art through excavation as a result of architecture.

A flower support was developed for real flower decoration automation production system using an ultrasonic wave sealer to automatically produce a system. Because a flower support for real flower decoration that was produced manually could not meet the needs of the consumers, this study developed an automated manufacturing system to increase productivity. A flower support for real flower decoration was constructed using a cap consisting of plastic and plate made from non-woven fabric. The guide was designed to transport the cap to the ultrasonic wave sealer and optimal guide was developed from the test according to the material and shape. To produce the entire system, the guides and accessories were weighed and appropriate motors and pulleys were calculated. Control of the automation production system was based on a PCB board, which increased the reliability and security, and a remote controller with manual and automatic modes was prepared. After development, tests of the transfer precision and repetition accuracy revealed an X-axis of 2.7mm, a Y-axis of 1 mm, and a repetition of 0 mm. The productivity was also checked. The automated machine worked 8 hours/day to make 35 supports and 70 Therefore, the automatic system produces 200% more output than manual work

To analyze our country's education program for flower decoration and occupational satisfaction of florist, 60 present florists and 60 applicants were surveyed. To investigate satisfaction of florist, the questionnaire items consisted of satisfaction for occupation etc. experienced by attendants, contents of related education, recognition from society, social treatment. And this study analyzed followings : considerations to select occupation, satisfaction on job of person who majored in related subject and non- person without such an educational background, satisfaction on present occupation, satisfaction on education period, significance of florist ability, significance of requirements for occupational development. The points which present florists and applicants consider as important were aptitude for gardening and prospect. From the analysis by major of florists, majored persons had more satisfaction than non-majored persons but there was no statistically significant difference between them. From the analysis by applicant, as in present florists, majored persons had more satisfaction than non-majored persons. For the satisfaction by career and education period of present florists and applicants, the satisfaction on education related to flower decoration or learning experiences and lecturer's teaching method showed that the lower the career is, the less the satisfaction is. Seeing the result by education period of applicants, the satisfaction on job was similar each other regardless of education period. For difference in recognition on ability by major of present florists and applicants, the result of analysis by major of present florists showed that majored persons considered the ability more important comparing to non-majored persons in the fields of gardening and making decorations. In the other hand, in the fields of quality maintenance, flower decoration, and flower distribution and management, there was no significance difference between majored and non-majored persons about the recognition of ability. The result of analysis by major of applicants showed that majored persons considered the ability more important comparing to non-majored persons in the fields of gardening, flower decoration, making decorations, flower distribution and management. For the significance of quality maintenance, majored persons wholly considered the significance more important comparing to non-majored persons but there was no significant difference. Based on the results of this study, in working as a florist, persons who majored in flower decoration had more occupational satisfaction than non-majored persons. And among the contents of education, the education related to gardening was recognized as most important. But at present the systematic and special education programs to cultivate professional florists are deficient. Therefore it is suggested that courses based on systematic educational contents which integrate theory and practice are needed to solve education problem related to flower decoration in this rapidly changing society.

Under the recognition that the technological system of traditional flower design in Korea has been passed down from the past to the present, we extracted the type of design form from the flower decoration of the Joseon Dynasty, analyzed the expression technique, and examined the relationship with the modern traditional flower decoration in this study. As a result, most of the flower design works of the Joseon Dynasty mainly expressed one focal point at the central starting point. One central branch line was mainly used, and cut leaves were mainly used as the base material. Similar to the Joseon Dynasty, one central starting point and a base made of leaves are mainly used In modern flower design. In the frequency of use by expression technique, the stem exposure technique was used the most, and cut flowers and cut stems were used at a similar frequency in all techniques. As plant materials, cut flowers and cut stems were mainly used. In addition, non-plant materials such as feathers, fans, and brushes were also used for decoration. In conclusion, it can be seen that traditional flower decorations in Korea were systematically established in the Joseon Dynasty in terms of expression techniques and high-level flower design works were made. In the future, it will be necessary to study the history of our flower designs in more diverse ways and to develop modern flower designs while preserving historical traditions.

The purpose of flower decoration at the funeral altar is to create various flower decorations at altar according to the social status of the deceased, to console psychological shock and pains of mourners and the bereaved families, and to make them remember the life of the deceased beautifully. In this study, five top funeral service companies in Korea selected by the Fair Trade Commission in 2017 and five repr And this researcher identified problems in flower decorations at the funeral altar in Korea, by comparing and analyzing the styles of flower decorations at funeral altars in Korea and Japan. In addition, this researcher surveyed consumers' preferences by age group. According to the results of the survey, most of the entire age group responded positively to the flower decorations at the funeral altar which focused on the job of the deceased. This means that consumers are demanding changes to the flower decorations at the funeral altar which are made up of the products of funeral service companies. In addition, the results of the survey, it can be seen that most consumers prefer to decorate the altar flowers according to the occupation, hobby, and taste of the deceased and present the altar in three dimensions like a landscape of nature. esentative funeral service companies in Japan were surveyed on the status of flower decorations at the funeral altar.
This study has the purpose of classifying the types of decoration techniques applied to the Korean traditional costume of modern style which are shown in relevant monthly magazines and analyzing the characteristics of the techniques. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. The types of decoration techniques applied to the Korean traditional costume are classified into single and composite types according to decorative components. In the traditional costume of the former type, a quite many of gold and silver foils and embroideries are found. While, in that of the latter type, a combination of two different decorations, gold and silver foils and embroideries, embroideries and seonchigi or embroideries and stitches is usually used. These decoration techniques are usually applied to some parts of the costume like git, kkeutdong or cuffs, somae or sleeves, jacket or jeogori, the lower hem of the skirt and between joined parts in the skirt. More notably, Korean traditional costumes for women shown in monthly magazines released during the period as mentioned above were investigated to find that a part of the women's clothes, that is, skirt was in most cases decorated with brilliant embroideries. Used together with the techniques, patterns are usually applied onto embroideries and gold or silver foils. Most of the patterns are flower in shape. The main material of the Korean traditional costume is fabrics that have brilliant patterns on the surface and are commercially available irrespective of season. Consequently, since 2010, flower motive patterns which are important in modern fashion trend will be used in embroideries, gold and silver foils. Additionally, embroideries such as seakdong, applique, drawing made with modern style will be the main stream of new HanBok style.
This study explores developing a large round table with Bosang flower pattern for a contemporary meeting room made by a cabinet maker, Kim Byeung-soo, who has built the traditional Korean furniture in Korean Western Gyeongnam Province since after his elementary school. He uses the post finger joint from one of the middle level of his education process based on the traditional Korean technique, develops it into flower stem joint, and adds flower patterns' carving decoration called Bosang flower patterns. Hence, the table makes the table be strong, useful, and beautiful. Therefore, the modernized round table will be able to make the people access more easily and to make more demand on the traditional Korean furniture and the adopted furniture than ever.
The purpose of this study is to search the spiritual root of decoration and anti-decoration culture in contemporary Japanese fashion and find the aesthetic meanings of the decoration culture inside contemporary Japanese fashion. The contents of this study are 1. surveying the historical change about the aesthetic sense of Japan. decoration culture 2. deducing the distinctive aesthetic ideology from the decoration culture 3. finding esthetically the inside meaning of 1.2. in contemporary Japanese fashion. First, the origin of decoration culture was concerned with the belief in the life after death of the Buddhism culture to represent the noble society of the Heian(평안) period and the religion of paradise after the Middle Ages. Second. this decoration culture based on two aesthetic ideologies, beautiful(염) aesthetics and lofty(숭고) aesthetics. The beautiful aesthetics implies words, such as bewitchment, elegance, dignity and brilliance which stand for the sensual pleasure and the eroticism. The lofty aesthetics that was introduced by TakeTakasi(장고) during the Heian period, had the meaning of magnificence, greatness and dignity. This could be recognized as the Confucianism ideas. Third, as the beautiful aesthetics that was the representative aesthetic ideology of the decoration culture, it was related to splendid and decorative designs, and was recognized as the beauty of brilliance and coquetry. The beauty of brilliance, as a decorative element, appeared in patterns of the traditional costume and dyeing as well as the beauty of coquetry indicated that the women's fashion in Japan had soft, feminine, and cute images, called Hawaii, by using various decorations, such as feminine details, flower patterns. ruffles. ribbons and so on. TakeTakasi's lofty aesthetics applied the beauty of exaggeration to every art form.
