20대 여성의 실제체형, 인지체형, 신체상 지각불일치, 신체만족도가 의복 맞음새 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 정장 재킷을 중심으로 - (Effects of Real Body, Perceived Body, Self Discrepancy and Body Satisfaction on Garment Fit Satisfaction of Women in Their Twenties - Focused on Women's Jacket -)

  • This study analyzed the relationships among actual body types, perceived body types, body-image discrepancy(difference between perceived and ideal body), and body satisfaction, and their effects on jacket fit satisfaction at 17 body parts of women in their 20s. To apprehend the actual body type of subjects, total 18 items were measured according to the anthropometric method of the 6th anthropometric survey project. The relationship between body-image discrepancy and body satisfaction was correlated in all body parts. Body-image discrepancy and body satisfaction were more affected by perceived body size than actual body size. The fit satisfaction level of the jacket was found to be lower as the discrepancy between the body type and the ideal body type was recognized. As the waist girth, hip girth, armscye girth, and upper arm girth were smaller, the height was taller, bust girth and breast size were larger, these body sizes were considered as closer to the ideal body shape and the jacket fit of the area was more satisfied. When the perceived body sizes and the actual body sizes were compared, the women in their 20s tended to perceive their waist, abdomen, and hip as larger, their shoulder length and front/back interscye as longer, their breast size as smaller, and their waist height as lower than the actual size.

패션모델과 여대생들의 신체 만족도 비교 연구 (The Body Cathexis Difference Between Fashion Model and College Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate if there were any differences between fashion models and female college students' body cathexis and to examine the perception of their body form and satisfaction of clothing fit according to height, weight and body type. For this study 378 people, including 113 fashion models and 265 female college students were analyzed. Means, t-test and ${\chi}^2$-test were used in data analyses. Significant differences were found between fashion models and female college students' body cathexis. For instance fashion models were more positive about their bodies especially concerning height. Fashion Models and female college students differed significantly in perception of their body form according to weight and body type. Perhaps they have another criteria. Fashion Models and female college students differed significantly in satisfaction of clothing fit according to weight and body type. The taller and Thinner, The higher satisfaction of Clothing fit.

임금만족 측정치 개발에 관한 실증적 연구 (A Empirical Study on the Developments of Pay Satisfaction Measurements)

  • This study develops the pay satisfaction questionnaire for Korean employees. Based upon the review of previous studies, 16 questionnaire items are developed. Exploratory factor analysis results in a modified measurement through item deletion, item-to-dimension reassignment, and dimension combination. The measurement model was good fit assessed by overall fit measures(GFI; goodness of fit index, AGFI; adjusted goodness of fit index, RMR; root mean square residual) criteria, lambda score, and squared multiple correlation with confirmatory factor analysis. Implication of this work for future theoretical and empirical development are suggested.

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to provide a person-job fit as the basis for a better job environment and human resource development by examining the causal relationships with the perceived organizational support and job satisfaction of 45 public health center nurses located in Gyeonggi Province. Methods: Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, path analysis, mediating effect, and moderating effect were verified for use by SPSS & AMOS 22 ver. to target to nurses located in Gyeonggi Province. Results: First, the person-job fit has a positive effect on the perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. Second, the perceived organizational support has a partial mediating effect. Third, there was no difference in verifying the moderating effect of full-time public servants and temporary public servants. Conclusion: This study examined the relationship among the person-job fit, job satisfaction as an organizational effectiveness, and the perceived organizational support of mediated effect for nurses working at public health centers. The nurses in government service containing permanent and temporal employees was the adjustment effect. The analysis results showed that the ability of public health center nurses to perform tasks related to person-job fit and the ability of the individual to perceived organizational support was high. In addition, and the job satisfaction was good.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of person-job fit, which consists of educational fit and skill fit, on employees' intrinsic job satisfaction. To the end, the 10-year balanced panel data of the Korean Labor and Income Panel Study(KLIPS) by the Korea Labor Institute (KLI) for 2008-2017 are utilized. This study analyzes 12,730 observations by 1,273 employees by using fixed effect model, random effect model, and pooled OLS estimation method. The empirical results are as follows: First, it is founded that educational fit and skill fit seem affect job satisfaction positively. Second, the negative effects of over-education are clear and the negative effects of under-education are unclear, while the effects of over-skilled and under-skilled are insignificant statistically. Third, the results imply that the size of effect of over-education on intrinsic job satisfaction is larger than that of the effect of over-skilled. Forth, it is shown that the use of fixed effect model is more effective and trustworthy than that of random effect model and pooled OLS estimation method, implying that the effect size of coefficients which are estimated by pooled OLS method and random effect model are likely over-estimated. The empirical results above imply that firms and employees should focus on solving over-education issue before all in order to enhance employees' job satisfaction and it is needed to monitor regularly whether systemic job assignment process is done based on the employees' educational attainment and skill level and to provide more chances for job re-allocation and job rotation.

학사학위전공심화과정 재학생들의 직무적합성, 상사적합성이 기술개발의도에 미치는 영향 : 직무만족의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Junior College's Bachelor's Degree Course Students' Job-Fit and Supervisor-Fit on Intention to Skill Development : Focused on the Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 학사학위전공심화과정에 재학 중인 성인학습자들을 대상으로 이들이 조직생활에서 경험하는 직무차원과 관계차원의 적합성이 기술개발의도에 영향을 미치는 메커니즘을 규명하였으며 개인-직무적합성, 개인-상사적합성과 기술개발의도간의 관계에 있어 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 가설검정결과 첫째, 개인-직무적합성, 개인-상사적합성은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 둘째, 직무만족은 기술개발의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개인-직무적합성은 직무만족을 완전 매개하여 기술개발의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 개인-상사적합성도 직무만족을 완전 매개하여 기술개발의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 성인학습자들의 기술개발 활동에 이르는 과정을 환경적 요인으로부터 규명했다는 측면에서 새로운 시도이자 이론적 시사점을 갖는다고 생각하며 기업의 인적자원관리 관점과 성인교육 관점에서 실무적 시사점 및 연구의 한계를 논의하였다.

서비스 종사자의 개인-직무적합성이 감정지능 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Study on Effects of Person-Job Fit of High Touching Service Employees on Emotional Intelligence and Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose - In recent years, management scholars have expressed growing interest in the concept of person-Job fit because of having many benefits for employees' attitudes and behaviors. The related research is needed to determine what specific types of fit are related to each other, and to get important individual outcomes. Person-job fit of employees in service organization plays an important role in company as well as person in service industry. Person-job fit, representing the consistency between person (service provider) and job (service provided to the customers), gives significant and positive effects on the attitude and behavior of service provider. On the basis of the study background, the purpose of this study is as follows. First, we would like to examine the effects of person-job fit of service provider on their emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is divided into four sub-factors such as self-understanding, understanding others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Second, we would like to identify the relationships between job satisfaction and sub-factors such as self-understanding, understanding others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Research design, data, and methodology - We performed structural equation model using Spss 18.0 and Amos 20.0 in order to verify the hypotheses. Subjects were golf service assistants who were high-touching service with high degree in interaction and long contact time with customers. 178 out of the total 200 surveys were used in evaluation from helpers of golf service working as full-time service provider after selecting two locations of golf course located near Busan. From the evaluation of reliability and validity with variables used in this research, they satisfied and confirmed certain standard. Results - The results are as follows. First, as the results of identifying the relationships between person-job fit and emotional intelligence of service provider, person-job fit did not have positive and significant effect on self-understanding. On the other hand, it affected positively and significantly other factors in emotional intelligence such as emotion to others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Second, as the results of identifying the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, sub-factors in emotional intelligence such as emotion to others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation except self-emotion affected significantly and positively job satisfaction. However, self-emotion did not have significant and positive effects on job satisfaction. Conclusion - These results will be valuable and used for service providers. In addition, many service providers will recognize that person-job fit is very important to get a job. This research has a purpose on the assumption that appropriateness between individual and task in service industry shall act as major influence in emotional intelligence of service provider. Recognitive ability of service provider is also very important per characteristics of service, but emotional intelligence that interacts and connected directly with most customers can be a very meaningful factor as well. Emotional intelligence allows people to recognize, understand, and empathize the emotion of customers shall be a positive reinforcement for customers to evaluate the service ultimately.

사회복지사의 개인-조직간 적합성(P-O Fit)이 서비스만족에 미치는 영향의 업무분야 간 차이검증 (The Difference Test among Job Types in the Impact of Social Welfare Worker's Person-Organization Fit on Service Satisfaction)

  • 이 연구는 사회복지사의 개인-조직간 적합성에 대한 관점들을 정리해 보고 통합적 관점에서 개인-조직간 적합성이 직무태도를 통하여 클라이언트 서비스 만족에 미치는 인과경로를 실증적으로 검증해 보았으며, 이 과정에서 업무유형에 따라 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 사회복지사들을 대상으로 표본추출하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 이 연구에서는 사회복지사의 개인-조직 간 적합성 가운데 관계적합성과 직무적합성이 조직몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직몰입은 클라이언트 서비스 만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다.

  • 이 연구는 목표 몰입을 매개로 하여, 개인-조직 적합성이 직무만족 및 이직 의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 구조모형방정식을 통해 규명하기 위하여 시행되었다. 연구배경을 바탕으로 실증적 연구를 위해 7개의 가설을 도입하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 특 1급 호텔 근무자이며 편의 표본추출로 설문된 250부의 설문 중 180의 성실한 답변을 실제 분석에 활용하였다. 데이터 분석을 위해 SPSS 19.0과 AMOS 4을 이용한 구조모형방정식을 통해 연구 가설의 유의성을 측정하였다. 그 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 호텔 근무자에 의해 인지된 개인-조직 적합성이 높을수록 목표 몰입과 직무만족은 유의하게 높아지는 결과가 나왔으며 이직 의도는 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 목표몰입은 직무만족에는 정(+)의 영향을, 이직 의도에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 개인-조직 적합성과 조직 결과 변수 사이에 매개역할을 하는 변인으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 개인-조직 적합성과 목표 몰입은 호텔에서 직원을 채용하기 전, 후의 단계에서 고려해야 할 필요성이 제고된다.

직무순환을 경험한 간호사의 경력만족 예측모형 (A Model for Predicting Career Satisfaction of Nurses Experiencing Rotation)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to present and test a structural model for describing and predicting the factors affecting subjective career satisfaction of nurses experiencing rotation and to develop human resources management strategies for promoting their career satisfaction related to rotation. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, we recruited 233 nurses by convenience sampling who had over 1 year of career experience and who had experienced rotation at least once at G university hospital. Data were collected from August to September in 2016 using self-reported questionnaires. The exogenous variables consisted of rotation perception and rotation stress. Endogenous variables consisted of career growth opportunity, work engagement, and subjective career satisfaction. A hypothetical model was tested by asymptotically distribution-free estimates, and model goodness of fit was examined using absolute fit, incremental fit measures. Results: The final model was approved and had suitable fit. We found that subjective career satisfaction was directly affected by rotation stress (${\beta}=.20$, p=.019) and work engagement (${\beta}=.58$, p<.001), indirectly affected by rotation perception (${\beta}=.43$, p<.001) through career growth opportunity and work engagement. However, there was no total effect of rotation stress on subjective career satisfaction (${\beta}=-.09$, p=.270). Career growth opportunity directly and indirectly affected subjective career satisfaction (${\beta}=.29$, p<.001; ${\beta}=.28$, p<.001). These variables accounted for 65% of subjective career satisfaction. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to establish systematic and planned criteria for rotation so that nurses can grow and develop through sustained work and become satisfied with their career.
