아동의 스트레스와 자아탄력성이 학교적응과 생활만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Stress and Ego Resilience on School Adjustment and Life Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생의 스트레스와 자아탄력성이 학교적응과 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 자아 탄력성이 이를 매개하는 효과가 있는지 확인하고자 하였다. 충남과 대전의 4-6학년 초등학생 399명을 대상으로 스트레스 경험, 자아탄력성, 학교적응 및 생활만족의 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 스트레스 경험과 자아탄력성이 학교적응과 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고, 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 아동의 스트레스가 높을수록 학교적응과 생활만족은 낮았으며, 자아탄력성이 높을수록 학교적응과 생활만족은 높았다. 둘째, 아동의 스트레스가 학교적응과 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 자아탄력성이 부분매개하는 구조모형이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자아탄력성이 스트레스가 학교적응과 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 완충하는 매개효과가 유의미하였다. 연구를 통해 초등학생의 스트레스가 학교적응과 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 완충하는 자아탄력성의 효과를 확인할 수 있었으며, 초등학생의 교육과 상담연구에 주는 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

공공기관 고객만족지수(PCSI) 모형을 적용한 도서관 고객만족도 측정 (Measuring Library User Satisfaction using the Public-service Customer Satisfaction Index (PCSI))

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 공공기관 고객만족 조사에 보편적으로 활용되고 있는 "공공기관 고객만족지수(Public-service Customer Satisfaction Index, PCSI)모형"을 도서관에 적용하여 측정함으로써 고객만족 결과를 조직의 성과평가에 활용할 수 있는 기반을 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국회도서관을 대상으로 하여 PCSI 기반의 고객만족도 조사 모형을 설계하고 국회도서관 이용자 341명으로부터 수집한 설문조사를 통해 모형을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 국회도서관이 이용자에게 제공하는 각종 서비스의 품질은 고객만족의 원인이 되고, 고객만족은 또 조직성과에 직접적으로 영향을 미치고 있으며 서비스의 환경품질과 사회품질요인이 고객만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 선행요인모형, 만족모형, 성과모형 모든 영역에서 외부이용자가 내부이용자에 비해 높은 점수를 보였고 PCSI의 고객만족모형을 통해 산출된 고객만족 점수는 80.4로 나타났다. 본 연구는 고객만족을 통해 조직의 성과를 측정하는 이론적 체계를 확보하는 동시에, 이용자 관점에서 성과목표 달성 정도를 측정하는 성과관리 도구로 활용할 수 있다.

발달장애 성인자녀를 둔 부모의 돌봄 스트레스와 삶의 만족도 -가족탄력성, 대처방식의 매개효과- (The caregiving stress and life satisfaction of parents of adult children with developmental disabilities: The mediating effects of family resilience and coping styles)

  • Objectives: This study was carried out in order to evaluate the overall process that the caregiving stress of parents of adult children with developmental disabilities affected their life satisfaction through the levels of family resilience, and coping styles on the basis of stress-coping-adaptation model of Lazarus and Folkman(1984). Method: For this purpose, the structured survey was conducted by 394 parents of adult children with developmental disabilities. The data was analysed by AMOS 20.0 version. Results: The findings can be summarized as follows: First, the structural equation model(SEM) analysis was conducted in order to examine the various paths that parents' caregiving stress affected their life satisfaction. The model's goodness-of-fit was fine($x^2=225.20$, df=95, p=000. RMSEA=.06, TLI=.95). There were significant relationships between caregiving stress and family resilience(${\beta}=-.36$, p<.001), emotion-focused coping style(${\beta}=.47$, p<.001), life satisfaction(${\beta}=-.53$, p<.001). Second, family resilience and emotion-focused coping showed mediating effects on the relationship between caregiving stress and life satisfaction. Conclusions: The strategies for enhancing family resilience and social services for applying effective coping methods should be expanded in order to diminish the caregiving stress of parents of adult children with developmental disabilities.

주거빈곤이 가족생활에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Housing Poverty on Family life)

  • 주거는 인간생활의 기본적인 욕구이며, 가족생활의 근간이 되며, 인간생활과 행동을 통제하는 구조적 특성을 가지고 있다. 주거의 구조적인 특성은 가족구조에 따라 가족의 생활주기와 가족 구성원의 관계, 아동발달 및 건강과 같은 가족생활에 다양한 영향을 미친다. 이에 본 연구는 주거빈곤을 최저주거기준 미달, 과도한 주거비 부담, 주거 불안정으로 정의하고, 이러한 주거빈곤 가구의 가족책임 부담, 가족관계 만족, 가족생활 만족에 미치는 영향경로를 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널 3차년도 자료를 활용하였으며, 분석방법은 구조방정식(SEM)을 사용하였고, 모델 적합도가 타당하게 나타났다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 주거빈곤은 가족책임 부담에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 가족갈등대처방법, 가족생활 및 가족관계 만족, 건강(주관적, 정신적, 신체적)에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 주거빈곤이 가족생활 및 가족관계에 미치는 간접효과는 건강을 매개한 효과보다는 가족 갈등대처방법을 통한 매개효과가 더 크게 나타났으나, 주거빈곤이 가족생활 및 가족관계에 미치는 영향은 직접효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다.

중년여성의 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Effecting Health Promoting Behaviors in Middle-Aged Women)

  • Purpose: This study was to evaluate the casual relationship between the factors in the Pender's model and to explain health promoting behaviors among middle-aged women in order to facilitate nursing interventions for this population group. Method: 116 women between 40$\~$60 years old living in Incheon were asked to complete a questionnaire about their health. The data was collected between March and November, 2003. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and the correctional analysis SPSSWIN 11.5 program. The LISREL 8.12 program was used to find the best fit model which explained a causal relationship of the variables. Results: The climacteric symptoms of middle-aged women negatively correlated with health promoting behaviors. However, marital satisfaction positively correlated with health promoting behaviors. Conclusion: Marital satisfaction and climacteric symptoms had an effect on health promoting behaviors. Therefore, based on this study, we plan to develop a health education program to decrease climacteric symptoms and to promote marital satisfaction for health promotion.

환편니트 티셔츠의 착용실태와 만족도 연구 -20~30대 성인을 중심으로- (A Study on the Wearing Conditions and Satisfaction of Circular Knit T-shirts -Focus on 20 to 30 Year Olds-)

  • Korea International Trade Association (KITA) statistics show that the import of circular-knitted clothes has suddenly increased since 2000; they have increased by 24.5% each year for 2000-2004 and by 8.2% for 2005-2009. In addition, a Korea Apparel Industry Association survey showed that more than 50% of young people in their 20s and more than 40% of mid-aged people in their 30s-40s wore T-shirts (the most frequently worn and/or regarded as the most comfortable item among knit clothes). This portion is expected to increase in the future; however, insufficient research has been conducted on the characteristics of product development and production, knit T-shirt pattern development (Park, 2011), and consumer purchase patterns and behavior for knit clothes. The evaluation criteria for knit clothes generally vary depending on the demographic characteristics of consumers (Kotler & Armstrong, 2006). This study conducted a wearing trends survey for circular-knitted T-shirts and fit satisfaction based on 318 male and female consumers in their 20s-30s. The results provide information on the basic materials required to produce circular-knitted T-shirts.

안마 및 발열기능의 스마트 조끼 개발과 성능 및 만족도 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Wearable Device with Heat and Massage Function)

  • This study developed smart vests with heat and massage functions that changed patterns, designs, materials, etc., and evaluated their functions and satisfaction. A knitted fabric with good elasticity and a heating lining were used, and in consideration of this, the final vest pattern fitted to the upper body was completed. A heat pad was attached to the back, and 6 vibration motors were attached to the trapezius muscle. The controller was placed on the left chest for easy operation, and the battery was stored in an inner pocket under the controller. The heating effect of the smart vest, the location of the devices, and the ease of operation were excellent. When the massage function was operated, the thermal comfort was increased compared to when the massage function was not operated, and the high thermal comfort was perceived by the operation of heat and heat+massage function. Due to the battery, the weight, irritating contact of devices and wearing sensation decreased, but there was no reduction in wearing sensation due to heat and vibration devices. The greater the satisfaction with the massage function, thermal comfort, fit, appearance and weight, the greater the product satisfaction.

A Study on Improvement of Horseback Riding Pants I

  • This study has investigated improvement points of existing products by analyzing problems of horseback riding pants sold in market and by investigating wearing feeling of horseback riders. The purpose of this study is to suggest horseback riding pants which fit to body types of Korean adult women and also have improved functionality by reflecting findings of the study. The contents of this study is believed to suggest useful results on improvement of horseback riding pants sold in market; (1) By visiting hands-on experiencing horseback riding facilities, questionnaire investigation was carried out and we find problems of existing horseback riding pants. (2) Materials, designs and patterns of products sold in market are analyzed for improvement of horse-riding pants appropriate for Korean adult women body types. (3) Based on the results of previous analysis, this study was investigated wearing satisfaction after manufacturing improved horseback riding pants. As results of investigating wearing feeling for products manufactured with pattern designs reflecting the analysis result of existing horseback riding clothes as well as wearing feeling of horseback riders, it was possible to prevent wounds of bodies after horseback riding and the riders expressed high satisfaction for the products manufactured based on the research results.

Factors Affecting User's Repurchase Intention towards Chinese Internet Shopping Malls

  • More and more researchers and practitioners in the field of e-commerce are paying attentions to the retention of online customers. However, only a few researches can be addressed in the context of internet shopping mall repurchase intention. This study aims at investigating and delineating the important characteristic factors which affect consumers' repurchase intentions by conducting an empirical analysis. In order to fulfill this purpose effectively, a comprehensive review of previous studies regarding information system success model was performed in order to render a stronger theoretical foundation for our study. Finally, based on the DeLone and McLean (2003) IS success model, information quality, system quality, service quality, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention were employed as five constructs in the research model and hypotheses on mutual relationships between these constructs were established accordingly. Structural equation modeling was employed to analyze the data collected from 204 internet shopping mall consumers in China. Our theoretical model exhibited a good fit with the observed data. The empirical results showed particularly strong support for the effects of information quality, service quality and user satisfaction. The findings of this research contributed to the extension of repurchase intention study in the context of Internet shopping malls. Our research also offered implications for practitioners in regards to devising internet shopping malls so as to increase consumers' repurchase intention to use these services.

성인여성들의 체질량지수에 따른 구두 선택기준 및 만족도 (Shoes Satisfaction and Selection Criteria According to Women's BMI)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the shoes satisfaction and selection criteria according to women's BMI. Data was collected from 323 women in their 20-40's. Factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Chi-square test, and multi regression analysis were done. Women were segmented into the under weight group, the regular weight group, and the over weight group according to their BMI. The factors of shoes selection criteria were fit and practicality, appearance, fashion and brand, materials and sewing, comfort and economy, and size. Generally most women were satisfied with the styles of shoes but dissatisfied with materials and size. The underweight group's foot was shorter and narrower, shoes was shorter and heel height was higher but the over weight group was opposite. The under weight group were satisfied with higher heel and comfort and practical shoes. The regular weight group were satisfied with higher heel and comfort and economy shoes but the over weight group was dissatisfied with higher heel and comfort and economy shoes.
