Purpose - In recent years, management scholars have expressed growing interest in the concept of person-Job fit because of having many benefits for employees' attitudes and behaviors. The related research is needed to determine what specific types of fit are related to each other, and to get important individual outcomes. Person-job fit of employees in service organization plays an important role in company as well as person in service industry. Person-job fit, representing the consistency between person (service provider) and job (service provided to the customers), gives significant and positive effects on the attitude and behavior of service provider. On the basis of the study background, the purpose of this study is as follows. First, we would like to examine the effects of person-job fit of service provider on their emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is divided into four sub-factors such as self-understanding, understanding others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Second, we would like to identify the relationships between job satisfaction and sub-factors such as self-understanding, understanding others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Research design, data, and methodology - We performed structural equation model using Spss 18.0 and Amos 20.0 in order to verify the hypotheses. Subjects were golf service assistants who were high-touching service with high degree in interaction and long contact time with customers. 178 out of the total 200 surveys were used in evaluation from helpers of golf service working as full-time service provider after selecting two locations of golf course located near Busan. From the evaluation of reliability and validity with variables used in this research, they satisfied and confirmed certain standard. Results - The results are as follows. First, as the results of identifying the relationships between person-job fit and emotional intelligence of service provider, person-job fit did not have positive and significant effect on self-understanding. On the other hand, it affected positively and significantly other factors in emotional intelligence such as emotion to others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation. Second, as the results of identifying the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, sub-factors in emotional intelligence such as emotion to others, emotional utilization, and emotional regulation except self-emotion affected significantly and positively job satisfaction. However, self-emotion did not have significant and positive effects on job satisfaction. Conclusion - These results will be valuable and used for service providers. In addition, many service providers will recognize that person-job fit is very important to get a job. This research has a purpose on the assumption that appropriateness between individual and task in service industry shall act as major influence in emotional intelligence of service provider. Recognitive ability of service provider is also very important per characteristics of service, but emotional intelligence that interacts and connected directly with most customers can be a very meaningful factor as well. Emotional intelligence allows people to recognize, understand, and empathize the emotion of customers shall be a positive reinforcement for customers to evaluate the service ultimately.
An training activity within organization is main factor for creating a competitive advantage in knowledge-based economic system. Therefore the purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between training activity in organization and business performance and corporate value. Also it was analysed whether the effect of training was different between large company and small company. The major results of analysing the effect of training on organization performance are as follows. First, training activity was positively related to Tobin's Q each year. As for net income per person the effect on training was significant in 2009 and 2010 except 2008. The sales per person was significantly related in 2008 and 2009. Second, as the result of analysis of training investment on organization performance, as for large company the effect of training on business performance and corporate value was mostly significant excluding 2008' net income per person and 2010' sales per person. While as for small company all effects were not related.
The speed and magnitude of mobile phone adoption is a recent worldwide phenomenon akin to those of the television in the middle of the 20th century and the Internet in the late 20th century. During the 2000s, mobile phone adoption was exploded and subscriptions reached 3 billion around the globe. Korea and Japan have been ahead of the rest of the world in introducing new handset and service capabilities. They were the first markets to launch 3G services and are currently the only markets to have achieved mainstream adoption of 3G with over one-third of customers in both markets subscribing to 3G services. The purpose of this article is to explore the cultural similarities and differences associated with mobile mail by presenting findings from a cross-cultural comparison of perceptions and uses of the technology. The results of the study are as follows:Of the characteristics that make up the mobile text-messaging service in Korea, a person's perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment was found to have a positive effect on use attitude. Among the characteristics that make up a person's perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment was found to have a positive effect on use intention. And use attitude was found to have positive effects on use intention. But, of the characteristics that make up the mobile text-messaging service in Japan, a person's perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment were found to have a positive effect on use attitude. Among the characteristics that make up a person's perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment were found to have a positive effect on use intention. And use attitude was found to have positive effects on use intention. This study contributes to telecommunications research by delineating the various stimuli to consider for successful technology acceptance in a global setting, which can account for differential impacts across regions. The findings of this study can assist telecommunications operators in formulating an effective region-specific strategy when launching a wireless data service in a particular environment.
The purpose of this study is to find out the significance and functions of the voice-over narration in the storytelling of the web-drama OH Ku-sil. As a result, the first person narration has enhanced the intimacy with a viewer via subjective statements and produced the two time zone effect that the image and the voice-over stood on different tenses. On the other hand, the third person narration has expanded its functions beyond those of the cinema and TV drama. First, the third person narration in OH Ku-sil has performed the essential role presenting significant information for the viewer's understanding story. Second, the objective/authoritative statements of the third person narration have changed to the subjective/suggestive statements. Third, the third person narrator has expanded his/her role from a narrator to a virtual character by means of the comic statements. It seems to be the existing narration's effective response to the web-drama's medium characteristics seeking efficient storytelling under the tight time restriction. Delivering speedily the story information and amusement, this evolutionary voice-over narration is changing its status from the staying off subject to the condition of the new medium called web-drama.
The purpose of this study was to analyze determinant factors of the life satisfaction of adults with brain lesions disabilities so as to provide suggestion for improving the quality of life. I used the data on second wave 4th Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled. The total number of respondents was 281, 54 respondents of one-person households and 227 respondents of multi-person households. The data was analyzed using SPSS Win 25.0 program and utilizing χ2 test, ANOVA, logistic regression analysis. Results of study were : First, The one-person households group showed middle aged and the elderly, lower income, basis living security recipient, lower help for daily life, lower participation in social activities than multi-person group. Second, level of disability, health status, participation in social activities, experience of discrimination were found to have a significant effect on the life satisfaction of multi-person households. And gender, age, health status, employment, experience of discrimination were found to have a significant effect on the life satisfaction of one-person households. Base on the results of this study, suggested for improving the quality of life in adults with brain lesions disabilities by households type.
Purpose: This research was an empirical study designed to identify precursors and interaction effects related to nurses' patient identification behavior. A multilevel analysis methodology was used. Methods: A self-report survey was administered to registered nurses (RNs) of a university hospital in South Korea. Of the questionnaires, 1114 were analyzed. Results: The individual-level factors that had a significantly positive association with patient identification behavior were person-organization value congruence, organizational commitment, occupational commitment, tenure at the hospital, and tenure at the unit. Significantly negative group-level precursors of patient identification behavior were burnout climate and the number of RNs. Two interaction effects of the person-organization value congruence climate were identified. The first was a group-level moderating effect in which the negative relationship between the number of RNs and patient identification behavior was weaker when the nursing unit's value congruence climate was high. The second was a cross-level moderating effect in which the positive relationship between tenure at the unit and patient identification behavior was weaker when value congruence climate was high. Conclusion: This study simultaneously tested both individual-level and group-level factors that potentially influence patient identification behavior and identified the moderating role of person-organization value congruence climate. Implications of these results are discussed.

VR and AR are widely used in many applications to provide more immersive visualization and natural interaction for learning and experiencing virtual but realistic tasks. Energy saving is considered as one of the most important issues throughout the world in order to overcome global warming and energy crisis. In particular, the awareness of home energy saving is regarded as a first step to deal with this issue. In this paper, we suggest a new learning environment using virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) for home energy saving experience. In particular, it presents a comparative study of the user experience in home energy awareness using immersive virtual reality and mobile augmented reality. The first person user experience using immersive VR wearing head mounted display (HMD) and the third person user experience using mobile AR are implemented and systematically compared with each other in terms of the learning effect of energy saving and qualitative usability. Implementation results will be given to show the advantage and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
Purpose : The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of a gait training using PNF on a gait and balance ability of a person with chronic stroke. Methods : The subject was left hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction. The subject participated in PNF gait training session as well as baseline for 30 minutes a day for 4 weeks. we used the 10-meter walking test(10MWT), figure-8-of walk test(F8WT), dynamic gait index(DGI) for measuring the gait ability and four square step test(FSST), Berg balance scale(BBS) for measuring the balance ability through the whole sessions. Results : The gait ability was enhanced compared to first baseline, as measured by 10MWT(27.3%), F8WT(36.6%), DGI(8 points increased). The balance ability was improved compared to first baseline, as measured by FSST(49.1%), BBS(10 points increased). The increase was maintained in second baseline session. Conclusion : The PNF gait training program is helpful to enhance the adaptation of the gait and balance according to the various environmental demands.

The proportion of single-person households has been steadily increasing, and the young account for the highest proportion at 35.9% among all single-person households. However, research on young single-person households has been relatively recent. Research on single-person households has mostly focused on all single-person households or elderly single-person households, and comparative research between different age groups is lacking. Therefore, this study categorizes all single-person households into young, middle-aged, and elderly groups to investigate the differences in the factors that affect their residential satisfaction and to analyze how these residential environment factors affect life satisfaction through the mediating effect of residential satisfaction. The 2020 Seoul Survey Urban Policy Index Survey data were analyzed using a structural equation model to investigate the impact of each factor. First, a finding is that various residential environment factors directly affect residential satisfaction and life satisfaction. Next, it was found that residential satisfaction directly affects life satisfaction in the models of young and middle-aged single-person households. Through this, it was confirmed that there are differences in residential environment factors that affect residential satisfaction and that residential satisfaction plays an important mediating role. Finally, it was found that the factors that affect the residential and life satisfaction of young single-person households are more diverse compared to other age groups. This study provides policy implications that age group differences should be considered first in order to improve the residential and life satisfaction of single-person households. In particular, for young single-person households, it is necessary to consider more diverse alternatives to improve their residential and life satisfaction.
The purpose of this study was to analyze characters and determinant factors of the life satisfaction of the older adults with disabilities so as to provide suggestion for improving the quality of life. I used the data on 8th Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED). The total number of respondents was 452, 126 respondents of one-person households and 326 respondents of multi-person households. The data was analyzed using SPSS Win 24.0 program and utilizing $x^2$test, ANOVA, logistic regression analysis. First, The characteristics of older adults with disabilities was man, married, mild disorder, physical external disorder, non-basis living security recipient, unemployment and the level of life satisfaction was 3.27. Second, The one-person households group showed female, non-married, severe disorder, lower acceptance of disability, lower health status, higher help daily living activity, higher discrimination experience, unemployment, lower income, basis living security recipient, lower position than multi-person group. Third, acceptance of disability, health status, social activity, religion were found to have a significant effect on the life satisfaction of one-person households. And acceptance of disability, health status, position were found to have a significant effect on the life satisfaction of multi-person households. Base on the results of this study, suggested for improving the quality of life of the older adults with disabilities.
