벽체 내·외부에 시공한 PCM혼입 도료의 열적성능 평가에 관한 실험적 연구 (An experimental study on thermal performance evaluation of PCM mixed coating material constructed in and out of the wall)

  • Optimum finishing position, thickness and phase change temperature of winter and summer season were selected and suitability of finishing materials was evaluated based on temperature measurement of specimens applying the coating material mixed phase change materials(PCM). As a result, when finishing position was interior and finishing thickness of coating material mixed n-Octadecane(28℃ PCM) was 4mm, thermal performance was effective. n-Octadecane in summer season and n-Hexadecane(18℃ PCM) in winter season are indicated effective on energy savings, respectively.

  • Precast concrete finishing panels can be implemented in different colors, textures and designs relatively freely by different designers in different finishing materials. Therefore, we tried to develop a PC finishing panel that can be applied in the field by using various color pigment and concrete surface retardation method and polishing method.

국내 친환경 실내 마감재 및 제품의 전문잡지 광고지면 내용분석 연구 (Content Analysis of advertised Eco-interior Materials and Products in Domestic Interior Magazines)

  • The purpose of this study is to figure out the profiles of eco-friendly finishing materials and intoner products through content analysis on the advertisements of three domestic interior design magazines, which have been published for 4 years since 2002. The amount of advertisements has been continuously increasing due to the public concerns on well-being. Finishing material types absolutely took the greatest proportion (92.8%), while products such as furniture and household equipments were only 7.2% among the advertisements. Charcoal, natural jade, yellow soil and nano-silver were the frequently mentioned health-related components in the finishing material. Only 35.7% of the finishing materials hold certification on indoor air quality. Among the interior products, phytonchid in air cleaner was the only advertised component related to health. In conclusion, controlling pollutants of indoor air quality, such as HCHO, VOC, seems to be the big issue in both materials and products due to the concern of Sick Building Syndrome. However, more scientific and objective guidelines are necessary for consumers to live in healthy interior environment.

표면마무리를 위한 Sn-2.5Cu 합금 도금막의 특성 (Characteristics of Electroplated Sn-2.5Cu Alloy Layers for Surface Finishing)

  • Sn-2.5Cu alloy layers were deposited on the Alloy 42 lead-frame substrates by the electroplating method, and their microstructures, adhesion strength, and electrical resistivity were measured to evaluate the applicability of Sn-Cu alloy as a surface finishing material of electronic parts. The Sn-2.5Cu layers were electroplated in the granular form, and composed of pure Sn and Cu$_{6}$Sn$_{5}$ intermetallic compound. Surfaces of the electroplated Sn-2.5Cu layers were rather rough and also the thickness variance was large. The adhesion strength of the Sn-2.5Cu electroplated layers was highly comparable to that of the electroplated Cu alloy layer and the electrical conductivity was about 10 times higher than the pure Sn. After the 20$0^{\circ}C$ 30 min. annealing of the electroplated Sn-2.5Cu layers, the surface roughness was reduced, and adhesion strength and conductivity were improved. These results showed the Sn-Cu alloys can be used as an excellent surface finishing material.ial.

Evaluation of Physical, Mechanical Properties and Pollutant Emissions of Wood-Magnesium Laminated Board (WML Board) for Interior Finishing Materials

  • This study serves as basic research for the development of a new wood-based building finishing material that improved the weakness of inorganic materials such as gypsum board and magnesium board widely used as interior finishing materials and brought out the strength of the wood. The results of evaluating the physical and mechanical properties and the environmental effect related to hazardous substance discharge having manufactured a wood-magnesium laminated composite are as follows. The thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of WML board was improved by about 28~109 percent over magnesium board due to the low thermal conductivity of wood. The adhesive strength of WML board showed a similar result to that of plywood as it exceeds 0.7N/㎟, the adhesive standard of wood veneer which is presented by KS F 3101. Bending strength and screw holding strength were more improved by manufacturing WML board than magnesium board. The WML board manufactured in this study satisfied the criteria for emissions of hazardous substances prescribed in the Indoor Air Quality Control Act, and confirmed the possibility of development as a new wood-based composite material that can replace existing inorganic materials.

마감재 및 환기를 고려한 공동주택 실내 라돈 농도의 비정상 해석 (Unsteady Analysis of Indoor Radon in Apartment Buildings Considering Finishing Materials and Ventilation)

  • In this paper, we simulated a new apartment building by using radon emission test values from various building materials used as interior finishing materials. The simulations evaluated the radon concentration in the room according to the radon emissions and the ventilations for each type of finishing material (gypsum board, stone, tile and concrete). Overall concrete finish simulation case showed the highest concentration than the case using other materials due to the effect of wall area at the center of each room and the mean radon concentration at 1.5 m above the floor was slightly lower than the mean value at each center. In the case of the porch, pantry and bathroom, the radon concentration was high even when the same materials were used as in the other rooms.

철도역사 승강장 연단부 마감 탈락에 대한 원인 분석 및 개선 방안 (Analysis of the Finishing Failure in the Railway Station Platform and Deduction of Improvement Plans)

  • 철도 승강장은 승객, 열차 운행의 안전 및 철도 시설에 대한 이미지와 밀접한 관련이 있는 중요 시설물로 철저한 시설관리가 필요하다. 그러나 승강장 연단부에서 이질재료의 줄눈 마감을 위한 마감재가 선로방향으로 탈락하는 현상이 전국에서 다발적으로 발생하고 있어 열차 운행 안정성 및 이용객의 안전 확보를 위해 즉각적이고 지속적인 관리가 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구는 승강장 연단부에서 발생하는 마감재의 탈락 현상에 대한 분석을 통해 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 200여 곳의 철도 역사 승강장 연단부에 대한 마감재 탈락 현황과 이와 관련된 국가철도공단의 설계·시공 기준이 조사되었다. 이후 해당 내용을 기반으로 마감재 탈락 원인이 분석되었으며 그 결과 주된 원인은 시공 중 발생하는 노반-건축 공정 간 경계인 것으로 도출되었다. 이후 도출된 원인과 설계 및 시공기준을 연계하여 (1)마감재료 또는 시공방법 개선, (2)높이 조절 용이한 마감재료, (3)별도 마감방법 고안, (4)마감재의 공정방법 및 내구성과 관련된 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • Recently, to improve condition car park, using surface finishing material for variety color and property epoxy resin, urethane, cement mixed resin mortar or polymeric resin, and so on. However, it is frequent noise and wear out of tier and waterproofing materials, when the car slip or stop in car park, To minimize these cases, It is necessary that reduction of repair cost through performance long term durability of surface finishing material, improvement inside condition such as reduce dirty and car accident and ensurance the expected life of concrete slab in car park. Especially, we have not any tech for quality control, construction tech, production technology for car park surface materials, that's why park slab is not safety and suffer a loss. For this problems, this paper is to test surface finishing materials and as that result, suggest quality standard in the car park.

이종소재인 CFRP와 알루미늄의 접착력 향상을 위한 Bead의 영향 평가 (Evaluation on the Effect of Beads for Adhesive Improvement of CFRP and Aluminum)

  • 본 논문에서는 알루미늄과 복합재료에 대한 이종소재 접합면의 성형안전성을 위해 일정한 두께를 확보할 수 있는 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm bead의 적용 방법과 물성변화에 대해 연구하였고, 이를 검증하기 위해 더블랩 시험과 FEM 시뮬레이션으로 접착제의 두께에 따라 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 접착제에 bead의 양을 1% 이상 함량이 증가함에 따라 접착 소재의 강도가 높아지고 신율이 감소함을 확인하였고, bead의 크기가 커질수록, 강성은 낮아지고, 신율은 증가함을 확인하였다.

  • Through the increasing of social economies and cultural activities, the Food service industry have been growing up steadily in spite of low economic activity. This is owing to increasing income, participation of women in public affairs and a dual-income family, automobile culture, desire for healthful food, shorten working hours, changing of cultural style. Moreover, the recent importance of Interior finishing materials by means of fire in the Restaurant, legal fractional multiple use business establishment are recognized of publicity. Therefore, This Study aim object at probing into the characteristic of Interior finishing material and then analysing the characteristics of space and material according to the typical distribution. In the Interior planning of Restaurant, firstly it is need to probe the Characteristics of interior finishing material at the basic element. This study is going to apprehend the constitution of space and difference of proportion or a point of sameness in the characteristics of material. Moreover, the recent importance of Interior finishing materials by means of fire in the Restaurant, legal fractional multiple use business establishment are recognized of publicity. Throughout probe and analysing, it can append more efficiency and elasticity in the usage of interior finishing material.
