소득계층별 한국 차입 가계의 부실화 가능성 연구 (The study on insolvency prediction for Korean households across income levels)

  • This study examined the insolvency of debtors using multiple-indicator approaches and compared the outcomes across income levels with the 2016 'Household Financial and Welfare Survey'. This study used (1) the total debt to total assets ratio (DTA), (2) the total debt service ratio (DSR), and (3) the Household Default Risk Index (HDRI) recently developed by the Bank of Korea. Households in the lowest income quintile were more likely to be insolvent than any other income group. Demographics, such as age and gender of the household head, and most of the financial variables significantly increased the likelihood of insolvency based on the DTA. The number of household members and job status increased the likelihood of insolvency based on the DSR. Also, age, gender of the household head, and most of the financial variables increased the likelihood of household insolvency based on the HDRI after controlling for other demographics and financial variables.

한국 인터넷 벤처기업의 주요 성공요인이 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 (Empirical Validation of Critical Success Factors on Organizational Performance in Korean Internet Venture)

  • This study establishes key success Predictors of internet venture enterprises in Korea. The five factors are derived from the relevant literature and clarified the concept of entrepreneurship, industrial level, enterprise strategy, organizational capability, and resource procurement by distinguishing between its components and determinants. Organizational performance indicators were derived from the previous studies classifying by financial performance indicator and non-financial performance indicator using by recent evaluation method as BSC (Balanced Scorecard). We then examine the impact of critical success factors on the internet venture performance. Hypotheses on five factors of internet venture were tested for 103 organizations. Results indicate that critical success factors may serve as key predictors. Organizational strategy and resource capability was found to be positively influenced on both financial performance indicator and non-financial performance indicator while entrepreneurship, industrial level and organizational capability positively affected only non-financial performance indicator.

금융자산수준별 가계부채 분석 (An Analysis of Household Debt by Financial Wealth Levels)

  • This study analyzed the differences in household debt characteristics by wealth levels. The dataset used was the 2000 National Survey of Family Income and Expenditure. The major findings of this study were as follows; First, about 49% of sample owned some amounts of debt. Household in high wealth levels had lowest debt burden while households in low wealth level had highest debt burden. Second, the amounts of debt owed to financial agents were highest regardless of wealth levels. Third, all groups borrowed money for the purpose of purchasing real estate.

중소기업 인적자원 역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Impact of Human Resource Competency on the Firm Performance of SMEs)

  • 본 연구는 대표자역량, 기술개발인력역량, 경영진역량 등 인적자원 역량과 기업의 재무적/비재무적 성과 사이의 관계를 밝히고자 한다. 인적자원과 기업성과, 중소기업의 성과요인, 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 대한 선행연구를 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 연구모형 및 연구가설을 설정한다. 연구 결과, 대표자 역량은 기업의 비재무적 성과와 재무적 성과 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대표자의 동업종 종사경력은 비재무적 성과물인 산업재산권의 등록 수에 긍정적의 영향을 미치며, 대표자의 학력이 높을수록 재무적 성과에 정의 영향을 미치고 있다. 기업 기본역량은 비재무적 성과에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 재무적 성과에는 별다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 기술인력은 주로 신기술의 개발, 혁신성과물의 창출에 관심을 가지며, 이러한 관심이 궁극적으로는 기업의 재무성과에 영향을 미칠 수도 있으나, 단기적으로 기업성과와는 무관한 것으로 연구되었다. 또한 경영진의 전문성이 장기적으로는 기업의 성과에 영향을 미칠 수도 있으나 재무성과에는 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

어머니와 성인 자녀간 자원이전 : 경제적 자원과 돌봄 (Resource Transfers between Mothers and Adult Children : Financial Resources and Caregiving)

  • This study examines the condition of transfers between mothers and adult children, analyzing the influencing factors in such transfers. Specifically the study examines the influence of financial transfers and economic resources on financial transfers and grandchild caregiving between mothers and adult children. The sample of 3719 mothers with adult children was extracted from the first wave of the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families. The major findings are as follows. Mothers's socio-demographic characteristics are important factors in explaining financial transfers between mothers and adult children. Mothers who have jobs and spouses are more likely to provide economic resource to their adult children than those who don't have. In terms of receiving economic resources from adult children, statistically meaningful factors are mothers' age, labor market participation, marital status, household income, household asset, and children's labor market participation. Especially, labor market participation of mothers and adult children is statistically powerful factor in financial transfers and caregiving.

도시가계의 가계자산투자행태 및 관련변수 (The assets investment of urban households and related factors)

  • The purpose of this study were to examine assets investment behavior of urban households and find the factors affecting it. The data were obtained from 442 households living in Seoul. The statistical techniques used for this study included descriptive statistecs, logistic regression, multiple regression. The major findings were as follows: First, The ownership of houehold assets were affected by age, education, total income, total income, total asset, the number of income source, income stability, the financial expectations, past financial experiences and the job of houehold head. Second, amount of household assets was affected by husband’s age, education, unearned income, total asset, income stability, the expectiation of future, the past financial experiences and the job of household head. Third, ratios of household assets were affected by age, education, unearned income, family size, the number of income source and the job of household head. The findings of this study can be used by financial counseling and planning practioners and education.

프랜차이즈 요식업 종사자의 인적자원관리가 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of Human Resource Management of Franchise Restaurant Employees on Business Performance)

  • 본 연구는 프랜차이즈 요식업 종사자의 인적자원관리가 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 첫째, 프랜차이즈 종사자의 채용관리가 경영성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 평가관리(p<.05, ${\beta}=1.887$)가 업무향상에는 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났으나, 재무성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 경력관리(p<.05, ${\beta}=1.715$)는 재무성과에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났으나, 업무향상에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 업무향상과 채용관리(.441), 업무향상과 평가관리(.476)는 p<.01 유의 수준으로 다소 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 재무성과와 채용관리(.375), 재무성과와 평가관리(.356), 재무성과와 경력관리(.371)는 p<.05 유의 수준의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 프랜차이즈 요식업 종사자의 인적자원관리가 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 채용관리, 경력관리, 평가관리가 업무향상, 재무성과에 대한 특성 요인의 중요도를 파악하고 특성요인의 효과성을 검증하는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

녹색경영 구성요소가 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Green Management Requisites Effect on Corporate Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the green management requisites effect on corporate performance. Corporate performance consists of customer and green performance, work satisfaction and financial performance. In order to carry out this research we obtained 175 survey sheets, inspect the twelve assumptions focused on reliability, appropriateness of the model. Validation results of hypothesis are summarized as follows. First, the green management components : system, resource/energy affect significantly to the customer and green performance. Second, the green management components : system, resource/energy influence significantly to work satisfaction. Finally, the strategy has on effect to the financial performance. This paper shows that the green management requisites have an effect on the corporate performance directly and significantly.

인사관리의 운영방식이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Operation System of Human Resource Management on Business Performance)

  • 본 연구는 인사관리의 운영방식이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 첫째, 인사관리의 일차적인 목표, 인재선발방식, 인사관리의 운영방향은 거의 모든 성과변수에 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 인사관리의 일차적인 목표를 고정적인 인건비 절감보다는 근로자의 애사심 고취에 둘수록, 단기고용의 외부충원보다는 장기고용의 내부육성방식을 선호할수록, 단기적 성과 향상보다는 장기적 관점에서의 근로자 육성 개발에 무게를 둘수록 노동생산성, 제품 및 서비스의 질과 혁신성, 근로자 주도 혁신활동, 이직률 감소, 노사관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 한편, 인사관리의 일차적인 목표와 인재선발방식은 재무적 성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 인사관리 운영방향은 재무적 성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 둘째, 주 활용근로자 유형은 제품 및 서비스의 질과 노사관계에 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 비정규직보다 정규직 근로자를 활용하려는 노력은 제품 및 서비스의 질과 노사관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 인사관리의 운영 단위는 제품 및 서비스의 혁신 정도에 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 인사관리의 운영 단위를 팀워크보다는 개인의 업적/성과에 둘수록 제품 및 서비스의 혁신 정도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 대규모 패널 데이터 분석으로 인사관리의 운영방식이 기업의 재무적 또는 비재무적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 효과를 구체적으로 검증한 데 의미가 있다.

  • Debt was defined as all kinds of borrowings made by families in including credit card debt. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of family debt management on financial satisfaction. A model of debt management and financial satisfaction was developed based on the Deacon-Firebaugh's systems approach to family resource management and the variables comprising input throughput and output were based on the theoretical background asnd previous researches. Data were collected from 763 households' money managers residing in Seoul during Summer of 1995 and the statistical methods utilized included correlation coefficient multiple regression and path analyses. It was responded about 82% of the households had been indebted indicating the use of debt being a general way of living in this society. The results showed that financial satisfaction lowered with larger amount of monthly debt payment and with their uncertiainty regarding their capability to repay debt. The input which exerted direct effects on financial satisfaction were income asset financial expectations and family life cycle. And consumption demand on debt and easiness in extending credit had strong indirect effects on financial satisfaction via the throughput variables. The most powerful predictor of financial satisfaction via the throughput variables. The most powerful predictor of financial satisfaction was perceived difficulty in managing debt which was the instrumental output.
