결혼준비교육 프로그램의 개발에 관한 연구 (- A Study on the Development of Premarital RElationship Enrichment Program -)

  • The purpose of this study is to develope Premarital Relationship Enrichment Program (PREP). This Program was based on survey (416 data used) for the need of PREP. The results was as followings : 1. The object wanted that the curriclumn were included marital values, love and intimacy, communication skill, understanding of personality, good relationship of both parents, adaptation of both families, healthy self-image, sex knowlege, constructive conflict-solving, financial management skill, reasonable decision-making, family planning, marital roles, concrete marriage readiness. 2. They surgested that variety of methods and proposals. 3. So, this program were designed that (1) Belongness and autonomy (2) Marriage and value (3) Sex knowledge (4) Communication skill (5) Sex role and our future

국내 주식형 펀드의 타이밍 능력은 존재하는가? (Is There Timing Ability in Korean Equity Funds?)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 운용되는 신탁형과 회사형을 포함한 주식형 펀드들의 시장 타이밍 능력과 변동성 타이밍 능력을 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구의 표본기간은 2001년 1월에서 2007년 12월까지의 기간으로, 표본 기간 동안 24개월 이상 존재한 545개의 펀드를 분석 대상으로 하였다. 분석결과, 전통적인 방법을 이용하였을 경우 소수의 펀드에서 시장 타이밍 능력과 변동성 타이밍 능력이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 횡단면 부트스트랩(cross-sectional bootstrap) 방법으로 도출된 '운(luck)' 분포를 이용하였을 경우, 타이밍 능력이 존재하는 소수의 주식형 펀드들은 단지 '운(luck)'에 의한 것이지 '능력(skill)'에 의한 것이라고 판단하기 어렵다는 것을 발견하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically confirm the effect of the characteristics of construction workers on the occurrence of defects in construction. In this study, the degree of direct construction is measured through the ratio of the direct recruitment and outsourcing manpower of the original contractor, and the effect of this on the occurrence of defects is empirically analyzed using financial data. In addition, it is verified whether the degree of defect occurrence varies depending on the job skill level of the direct hired personnel inputted to the construction. Through this, it will be possible to prepare an argument for revitalizing the direct construction of construction companies and an opportunity to promote it.

도시지역 취약가구의 방문간호서비스 평가 (Evaluation of Visiting Nursing Services for the Vulnerable Family in Urban Community)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to verify a change for family nursing phenomena and satisfaction of clients of vulnerable families in an urban community. Methods: The study subjects were 711 families, randomly selected, who had chronic diseases(arthritis diabetes, stroke, hypertension, mental disease, cancer, dementia) with basic social welfare services from the nation and had disabled persons in an urban community, South Korea. The instruments used were the family nursing phenomena in Korea by ICNP and client satisfaction. Client satisfaction consisted of client satisfaction on home visiting nurses(4 Likert scales) and home visiting services(3 Likert scales). Results: The average visiting number is 3.82. The service number of education and counseling is 3.16, patient and symptom management 3.08, assessment and diagnosis 3.08, test 2.02, medication service 1.71회, dressing 1.01, referral to social welfare institute 1.00회, referral to medical service institute 0.21. In both, pre home visiting and post home visiting, the highest rated phenomenon was the 'lack of social support system' and following that 'deficit of financial management skill and support'. 'lack of family interaction in community', and 'social isolation' 'unhealthy life style' and 'inadequate care management of sick member', in that order. The percentages of phenomena besides 'deficit of financial management skill and support' decreased. The satisfaction level of clients towards the nurses was 3.27 points on a scale of 4, and the nursing services was 2.70 points on a scale of 3. Conclusion: Home visiting nursing services should continue to provide comprehensive healthcare services and support for vulnerable families, in urban communities.

중소 제조기업의 경영 성과에 미치는 영향: 경영자특성의 조절효과와 핵심역량의 매개효과 (Effects of SM-sized Manufacturing Firm Management Performance: Control Effect of CEO Characteristics and Mediating Effect of Core Competence)

  • Purpose - For small and medium sized firms, CEO characteristics are main factor influencing firms' prosperity as well as performance. So it is quite natural that many people are interested in factors of CEO that matters. In this research, CEO characteristics in terms of capabilities and skill or special knowledge necessary to run the business are invested for manufacturing firms. Precedent studies reveal that CEO characteristics such as psychological factors including desire to succeed, tendency to take risks, personal factors including age, year of running business, and task related factors including managing capability, communication skills, network influence firm performance for manufacturing firms. However, these studies simply verify whether or not those factors affect firm's managing performance. This study, however, goes further to investigate how is the affecting process from CEO's capabilities and organization characteristics to firm's core competence, and from core competence to advantages, and from advantages to managing performance. Research design, data, and methodology - We make a questionnaire and surveyed manufacturing firm CEO's in Gyeonggi-do area. General characteristics analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, and control effect analysis was conducted. SPSS 2.0 Win, version was used. Results - The CEO characteristics including basic capability, task capability, leadership, and organization characteristics affect core competence at the statistically significant level. And, core competence affect both price advantage and differentiation advantage at the significant level. Some unique finding is that while differentiation advantage affects both financial achievement and non-financial achievement, price advantage does not affect both financial and non-financial achievement. And firm characteristics mainly measured by CEO characteristics of skills has control effects on the trace from core competence to price advantage. Conclusions - For small and medium sized firms CEO characteristics is the most important factor influencing firm's prosperity. For manufacturing firms, whether CEO has the skill or special knowledge to run the firm is critical factor. The study results show that CEO's for manufacturing firms put importance on price and price advantage which seems to be familiar to them. However, the price advantage does not influential to financial and non-financial achievement. This result suggests that small and medium sized manufacturing firms' CEO's should make effort to improve other aspects of advantages to be more competitive.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the new marriage preparation program for premarital couples. To develop the new program existing studies and programs for the marriage preparation in Korea. U. S. A and Canada were reviewed. The new marriage preparation program was consisted with eight-session(two hours per session)program that is Realistic expectations of marriage, Understanding of themselves & partner Role expectations, Communication Intimacy Conflict resolution Sexuality Financial management. By the year 2000, the industry is expected to soar to one of the major industries with hosting many large-scale international events. Rising to the occasion, the Korea Restaurant Industry needs change itscurrent modus operandi focusing on management skill improvement and globalizatin of its network. In Particular, they need to have their competity edge against multinational Restaurant brands both in local and overseas markets. To further develop the local industry, we need to work on the following areas. 1. Top management is required to show firm commitment to development of local brand that can be a real player in the global market. 2. To make any impact in the global market, a specific marketing strategy needs to be developed fit for each market. 3. To save initial investment expenditure, a close cooperation among local industries is prerequisite. 4. To make the industry easier to go global, local government needs to provide them with financial and taxational benefits.

  • Changes in the business environment in which intense and sustained growth and survival must meet a variety of customer needs (Q, C, D) and business side of the enterprise for profit structure reformation is absolutely necessary for innovation activities. So far, management of innovation in method BPR, PI, OVA, 6 Sigma, Strategic Purchasing, PPM, SCM etc. are being introduced. However, they have a limit of partial optimization and improvement-oriented techniques. So this paper studied the TPI(Total Profit Innovation) application in order to derive empirical methodology to maximize profitability for the domestic S foundry factory. To this end, long-term gains through structural analysis and intensity analysis to ensure continued growth and profitability strategy are devised through management Innovation analysis. And improvement projects was presented to solve main issues of five categories(Inventory, Sales Mix, Cost, Quality Cost, Skill and Work-load) We will expect the office productivity improvement and financial performance improvement and then continually accumulate and review the results.

  • 본 연구는 창업자의 배경적 특성(창업자의 학력, 창업관련 강좌의 수강이나 상담 경험, 과거 창업 경험), 창업자의 심리적 특성(성취욕구, 위험감수성향, 모호함에 대한 인내력 수준, 통제위치), 창업자의 관리적 역량(창업자의 관리적 능력, 기업가적 능력, 기술적 기능적 능력만이 소기업의 재무적 성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 창업자의 학력, 창업경험, 성취욕구, 위험감수성향, 통제위치, 창업자의 관리적 능력, 창업자의 기업가적 능력, 창업자의 제품서비스 혁신차별화 전략 성향, 마케팅 차별화 전략 성향, 비용우위 전략 성향은 소기업의 비재무적 성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

소규모 외식업체 경영자의 자질이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Restaurateur Quality and Skill on Performance in Small Business)

  • The purpose of this study was to lay emphasis on the importance of a restaurateur's role and qualities as well as to provide the restaurateur information necessary to effectively run a restaurant. To address the purpose, this study analyzed the qualities of a restaurateur and determined the influence they have on the business results, via conducting a survey with 117 restaurateurs from June 11th to June 26th 2011. In summary, male restaurateurs were higher in the vision directivity, desire to learn, accomplishment, challenge and pro-activity than their female counterparts, with a significant difference of p<0.05. According to their ages, the surveyees showed significant differences in the vision directivity (p<0.05), desire to learn (p<0.01), challenge (p<0.01) and pro-activity (p<0.01). In addition, also the survey revealed that the qualities of a restaurateur had a significant influence on financial performance, a sense of satisfaction and business results (p<0.001). The questionnaire resulted in the following: first, the vision directivity (p<0.05) and the challenge (p<0.05) affected the financial performance; second, the challenge had influence on the sense of satisfaction; and last, the vision directivity (p<0.05) and the challenge (p<0.05) had an effect on the business results. Thus, the study concluded that restaurateurs need two qualities: (i) the vision directivity in order to meet their goals and to have a higher business results and (ii) the challenge to try new managing methods in order to cope with the ever-changing environment.
