바닥 구조물의 폼재 충전을 통한 고속철도 차량의 실내 소음 저감 연구 (Analysis of Interior Noise Reduction in High Speed Trains by Filling up with Form)

  • Since railway vehicle's improvements on speed and weight has caused interior noise, the passenger's convenience fell dramatically. Therefore many on-going researches are dedicated to reduce interior noise. In this study the analytical prediction of interior noise reduction has done through filling up the empty space using form and to modify the floor structure, which contributes highly with interior noises. Using Statistical Energy Analysis(SEA), the interior noise of the vehicles without the form filling on the floor structure and the vehicles with form filling and also a modified structure has been predicted. The selected percentage of form filling was 0, 50, 100% and through this research the analysis of noise reduction by form filling has been made. When floor structure has been filled with form, approximately 2 dB of noise reduction was observed and the difference of noise reduction level with 50 and 100% form filling was predicted to be very little. Through this study, the expectation of interior noise reduction in high speed trains is considered high.

콘크리트 충전상태에 따른 보부재의 휨거동에 관한 연구 (Effect of Concrete Filling Conditions on Flexural Behavior of Beam Members)

  • There is a possibility of poor-state concrete filling condition due to segregation and interlocking of aggregate and paste when a high performance concrete is used at reinforced concrete structure without compaction. This study was conducted to evaluate the flexural behavior of high performance concrete beams with design parameters such as c, t and different concrete filling conditions. Different concrete filling conditions were intentionally made such that the first type specimen was soundly cast to obtain the perfect concrete filling condition. Second type was cast in such a way that up to the longitudinal tensile reinforcement from the top, good concrete was filled while poor concrete was poured for the bottom part to simulate the poor strength, workability and unsatisfactory compaction. Third type was cast in such a was that up to the neutral axis of the beam section from the top, good concrete was filled while so did for the bottom part as the second type. The test results were analyzed in terms of load-displacement response, failure pattern, crack width and crack spacing. The test results indicate that have no effect of concrete filling conditions on the yielding strength of structures. But, have a grate influence on the stiffness and ductility of structures.

치과외래환자의 충전물주위에 발생하는 2차우식증 계발빈도에 관한 연구 (STUDY ON THE OCCURRENCE RATE OF THE SECONDARY CARIES AROUND THE VARIOUS FORMS OF THE DENTAL FILLING BODIES IN KOREAN DENTAL OUT-PATIENTS)

  • Authors had observed the average numbers of the fille teeth per mouth, and the occurrence rates of the secondary caries around the various forms of the filling bodies in 2,093 dental out-patients in the Infirmary, College of Dentistry, Seoul National University in 1970, in order to make a basic data considered in the establishment of the policy for the dental health in Korea. The obtained results were as follows: 1. In Korea, the average number of the filled teeth per mouth in the dental out patients had been increased gradually. 2. In the dental out-patients in 1970, the relative rate of amalgam filling bodies had been decreased, but the relative rate of gold inlays increased compared with the dental out-patients in 1963 and 1964. 3. The secondary caries around the various forms of the filling bodies was 6.38 percent of total caries cavities. 4. 17.14 percent of total filling bodies was accompanied with the secondary caries. 5. The secondary caries had been occurred from the margin in 22.52 percent of amalgam filling bodies, in 8.84 percent of gold inlays, in 18.84 percent of silicate filling bodies, and in 22010 percent of temporary filling bodies.

스트레인 게이지를 이용한 적층방법에 따른 복합레진의 중합수축에 관한 연구 (A STUDY OF POLYMERIZATION SHRINKAGE OF COMPOSITE RESIN ACCORDING TO FILLING METHODS USING STRAIN GAUGE)

  • 본 연구는 복합레진 적층방법에 따른 복합레진의 수축양상을 스트레인 게이지를 이용하여 비교 평가하고자 하였다. 사용된 광중합기의 광원은 light-emitting diode(LED)와 plasma arc lamp(PAL)이었으며, 복합레진은 Filtek $Z350^{TM}$를 사용하였다. 교정 치료를 목적으로 발거된 60개의 소구치를 대상으로 하여, 교합면에 와동을 형성하고 일회충전법, 수평적층법, 사면적층법으로 나누어 복합레진을 충전하여 치면에 발생된 strain과 응력을 측정하였고, 법랑질 표면에 시편을 부착하여 동일한 적층방법으로 충전한 후 전단결합강도를 측정한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. Strain의 변화를 살펴보면, LED와 PAL 조사군 모두 와동의 협설면에서는 주로 팽창이 일어났다가 시간이 지남에 따라 서서히 수축하는 양상을 보여주었다. 2. 와동의 근원심면에서는 팽창과 수축이 반복적으로 나타나면서 서서히 수축량이 증가하였다. 3. LED와 PAL 조사군 모두 적층방법 간의 응력 차이는 없었다(p>0.05). 4. LED 및 PAL 조사군 간의 응력 차이는 협면에서만 존재하였다(p<0.05). 5. 전단결합강도 측정 결과 LED 군에서는 사면적층법이 일회충전법, 수평적층법 보다 유의하게 낮게 나타났으나(p<0.05), PAL 광조사군에서는 유의차가 없었다(p>0.05). 6. 각 치면에 발생된 응력은 전단결합강도보다 낮았다(p<0.05).

  • One of the most common problems in pattern recognition and image processing is filling the interior of a region when its contour is given. The existing algorithms of the filling are parity check technique, seeding technique, and technique based on chain coding the boundaries. In this paper, a very simple but effective technique for filling the interior of bounded region is proposed. This algorithm is based on the information of binary-coded boundary direction and covers some of the drawbacks reported in the earlier relevant works.

  • Dccisions of optimal filling conditions for the chip encapsulation have been done primarily by an ad hoc use of expertise accumulated over the years because the chip encapsulation process is quite complicated. The current CAE systems do not provide mold designers with necessary knowledge of the chip encapsulation for the successful design of optimal filling except flow simulation capability. There have been no attempts to solve the optimal filling problem in the process of the chip encapsulation. In this paper, we have constructed an design system for optimal filling to avoid short shot in the chip encapsulation process which combines an optimization methodology with CAE software.

  • In this experiments, smoke filling behaviors in a large space were investigated. Also, it found that the smoke filling time can be predicted with a simplified zone model. Thermocouples were used to measure the temperature of the hot gases layer and also later to determine the smoke layer depth. Height markers were also hung from the roof so that observers could visibly assess the smoke layer depth.

쉘 초콜릿 filling에 사용한 대체 감미료와 커피박이 품질 특성 및 당지수에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Using Artificial Sweeteners and Coffee Grounds in Chocolate Filling on Quality Characteristics and Glycemic Index)

  • 초콜릿에는 항산화 물질인 플라보노이드를 다량 함유하고 있어 심혈관질환을 예방하는 효과를 가지고 있으나 열량이 높고 설탕함량이 높은 초콜릿이 많아 비만이나 당뇨병 환자들에게 초콜릿을 제한할 수밖에 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 설탕을 타가토스나 자일로스로 대체하고 커피박을 첨가한 쉘 초콜릿 filling을 제조하여 쉘 초콜릿 filling의 물리적 특성과 대체 감미료가 혈당에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 쉘 초콜릿 filling 내의 설탕 과다 섭취로 인한 문제점을 해결하고자 하였다. 실험 결과로는 초콜릿 filling의 수분 함량은 대조군인 설탕군에 비해 타카토스+커피박 군에서 유의적으로 높은 값을 나타내었다. 퍼짐성도 수분 함량과 유사한 결과를 나타내었다. 초콜릿 filling의 색도는 타카토스를 함유한 군이 다른 군들에 비해 유의적인 차이를 보였는데 명도는 설탕군과 자일로스군보다 유의적으로 낮은 값을 나타내었고, 적색도인 a값과 황색도인 b값은 설탕군에 비해 유의적으로 높은 값을 보였다. 당도는 모든 군에서 약 34-35%를 나타내었나, 당도는 커피박첨가에 관계없이 설탕군이 자일로스나 타가토스군에 비해 유의적으로 낮았다. 관능검사에서 타가토스군이 향, 단맛, 이물질감, 전체적인 기호도 4가지 검사 항목에서 높은 점수를 받았다. 전체적인 기호도는 자일로즈군, 타가토스군의 순으로 높은 점수를 받았다. 마지막으로 젊은 여성을 대상으로 60 g의 쉘초콜렛을 섭취한 후 0, 1, 2시간에 혈당변화를 조사하였을 때 타가토스군과 타가토스+커피박군에서 혈당 증가 폭이 가장 낮게 나왔다. 본 연구 결과 타가토스를 감미료로 사용한 쉘 초콜릿 filling이 수분함량, 퍼짐성, 전체적 기호도 및 혈당변화에서 가장 좋은 값을 나타내었음을 알 수 있었다. 타가토스는 섭취하였을 때 열량과 당지수가 낮으므로, 대체 감미료로 타가토스를 사용해 쉘 초콜릿 filling을 제조하여 쉘 초콜릿으로 제품화 한다면, 비만이나 당뇨병 환자들에게 혈당의 큰 상승 없이 쉘 초콜릿을 섭취할 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Experimental Study of Sloshing Load on LNG Tanks for Unrestricted Filling Operation

  • This paper presents a numerical and experimental study of sloshing loads on liquefied natural gas (LNG) vessels. Conventional LNG carriers with membrane-type cargo systems have filling restrictions from 10% to 70% of tank height. The main reason for such restrictions is high sloshing loads around these filling depths. However, intermediate filling depths cannot be avoided for most LNG vessels except the LNG carrier. This study attempted to design a membrane-type LNG tank with a modified lower-chamfer shape that allows all filling operations. First, numerical sloshing analysis was carried out to find an efficient height of the lower-chamfer that can reduce sloshing pressure at partially filled conditions. The numerical sloshing analysis program SHI-SLOSH was used for numerical simulation; this program is based on SOLA-VOF. The effectiveness of the newly designed tanks was validated by 1:50-scale three-dimensional tank tests. A total of three different tanks were tested: a conventional tank and two modified tanks. As test conditions, various filling depths and wave periods were considered, and the same test conditions were applied to the three tanks. During the test, slosh-induced dynamic pressures were measured around the corners of the tank wall. The measured pressure data were post-processed and the pressures of the three different tanks were statistically compared in several ways. Experimental results show that the modified tanks were quite effective in reducing sloshing loads at low filling conditions. This study demonstrated the possibility of all filling operations for LNG cargo containment systems.
