The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of management of the healthy family field practicum and to present suggestions for its improvement. For this purpose, a preliminary investigation, survey, data analysis, interview as secondary source, and final data analysis were processed as research methods. The subjects of this study were the 42 supervisors in the centers which oversee the field practicum experience and the 12 supervisors in the centers which do not oversee the field practicum experience. 3 supervisors were interviewed to inquire about the reformation of field instruction in Healthy Family Support Centers. Analysis was made of the general characteristics of the above-mentioned 54 supervisors, including sex, age, academic background, certificate of qualification, class of position, and length of career related to the healthy family program. The environment of the field practice, such as the numbers of students supervised, time of field practice, practice hours, and so on, was examined in the centers which oversee the field practicum experience. The actual condition of operation investigated was divided into the preparatory stage, the early stage, the midterm stage, and the end stage. Research was conducted on the improvement of the field practicum, including the proper number of students supervised, adequate practice hours, interaction with universities or colleges, obstacles to the field practicum, and of practicum. The possibility and preparation of a further field practicum was conducted for 12 Healthy Family Support Centers, by inquiring about (a) the reasons for not overseeing the field practicum experience and (b) the needs of universities or colleges for a field practicum. The 54 supervisors surveyed suggested a particular need for improvement in human resources, the space of field instruction, system of field practicum, length of practice hours, orientation for students etc. This study investigated the actual conditions and suggested improvements of the field practicum in Healthy Family Support Centers. Therefore, its results should be meaningfully used to develop the Field Practicum for the Healthy Family and to conduct further studies.

In social welfare arena field practicum has been an essential instrument and method for social work students to get socialized to the social work professional. However, to whom involve in the actual field practicum-universities(or colleges), institutes - have some difficulties. On the base of community welfare is a clinical approach in this times. To strengthen community welfare policy, the beginning of community welfare committee is such a good opportunity to tackle the problems of the field practicum. This study suggest that the problem of the field training are 1) a guidance of an individual social work institute, 2) the lack of social work institute, 3) the absence of the trainee's sense of values, 4) the bad conditions of the field practicum for social work students in undergraduate courses at the university(or college), and 5) the lack of professionalism for supervisors. This study makes the following social work suggestions to vitalize field practicum in community welfare. It is more likely important to 1) make the law of the field practicum for undergraduate social work courses, 2) make the coordinated programs of the field practicum for undergraduate social work course in community welfare, 3) enlarge the opportunity that a field specialist take further education, 4) support and carry of supervisor reeducation, 5) make the program development of trainee's personal experiences in social work values, and 6) social work professors make a practice in the social work field.

본 연구의 목적은 보다 효과적인 실습교육체계 개선방안을 모색하기 위해 사회복지실습지도 현황과 학생들의 실습스트레스 및 대처를 파악하고, 실습지도에 따른 스트레스의 차이를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 2012년에 사회복지현장실습을 경험하고 수업을 수강한 서울 및 경기북부 4개 대학교 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 202개 설문분석 결과, 실습생은 전문지식과 기술 부족, 실습환경, 실습업무부담 영역의 순으로 높은 스트레스를 보고하였고, 스트레스 대처전략에 있어서는 문제해결중심, 사회적지지 추구, 회피중심 전략 순으로 활용하였다. 실습경험에 따른 실습스트레스의 차이에 있어서는 현장체험 유무, 봉사시간, 실습사전교육 참여 유무에 따라, 그리고 슈퍼비전의 정기성과 빈도, 전공 만족도, 실습 및 슈퍼비전 만족도에 따라 차이를 보였다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 실습교육체계 개선방안을 제시하였다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the participation attitude of students toward pre-clinical practicums, their satisfaction with the practicums and related stress, and to investigate the influential factors for their participation attitude to practicums. Methods : The subjects in this study were three different groups of students who took pre-clinical practicums at different times. One group of students who entered college in 2008 took a practicum in December, 2009, and another group of students who entered college in 2009 took a practicum in June, 2010. The third group of students who entered college in 2010 took a practicum in June, 2011. Results : 1. As for participation attitude, the students who completed a practicum before they underwent field training in the second semester of their sophomore year got a higher mark of 3.44(p<0.05). 2 Concerning the operation of practicum, they felt a lot of stress when they took a practicum before they underwent field training in the first semester of their sophomore year and when they had no dental experience(p<0.001). 3. Regarding satisfaction with practicum, they scored higher when they took a practicum before they underwent field training in the second semester of their sophomore year(p<0.05). And the students who were more gratified with dental experience expressed better satisfaction(p<0.001). 4. As to the influential factors for the participation attitude of the students, those who were more satisfied with the content of practicum, the operation of practicum and evaluation took a more positive participation attitude(p<0.001). More stress about the operation of practicum and more stress about evaluation exerted a greater negative influence on participation attitude(p<0.05). Conclusions : Given the findings of the study, a pre-clinical practicum should be offered before field training is provided in the second semester of the sophomore year in order to ensure the efficiency of education, and a wide variety of information should be offered so that students could gain dental experience before they take a practicum.

본 연구에서는 예비 사서교사를 대상으로 반구조화된 심층면담을 통해 현행 교육실습에 대한 전반적인 인식을 조사하고 교육실습 제도의 개선안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 교육실습에 참여한 예비 사서교사 33명(사범대학 6명, 교직이수 16명, 교육대학원 11명)을 대상으로 면담자료를 수집하고 질적 분석 기법과 함께 텍스트 네트워크 분석 방법을 혼합한 연구 방법을 적용하였다. 연구 결과, 예비 사서교사는 교육실습을 통해 다양한 현장의 경험을 예비할 수 있고, 향후 학교 현장에서 마주칠 상황에 대처할 수 있는 역량을 배양할 수 있다고 생각하고 있었으며, 질적 탐구를 통해 학교현장실습 전반에 대한 인식과 학교현장실습 과정에 대한 인식, 교육봉사활동에 대한 인식을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 현행 교육실습의 문제를 개선하기 위해 학교현장실습 기간의 확대, 시기의 분산, 상시실습 체계의 구축, 현장교사와 지속적인 논의, 체계적인 학교현장실습 프로그램의 개발 등을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 사이버대학교 사회복지현장실습교육의 현황과 개선방향에 대한 탐색적 연구이다. 연구를 위해 사이버대학교에서 사회복지현장실습교육을 지도한 11명의 교수를 대상으로 질적조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 사회복지현장실습교육의 현황을 학생, 학교, 실습기관, 제도로 나누어 살펴보았고, 사회복지현장실습교육의 질 제고를 위한 방안으로 학생의 노력, 학교의 노력, 실습기관의 노력, 한국사회복지사협회의 노력, 제도적 정비, 사회복지실습지도교수의 노력 등으로 개선방안을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 학생, 학교, 실습기관 등은 사회복지현장실습교육의 중요성을 인식하고 체계적인 교육, 일관성 있는 교육을 위해 노력해야 한다. 또한 사회복지사가 단순한 자격을 가진 직업인이 아니며, 철학과 가치와 이념을 지닌 전문가임을 되새겨야 한다. 사회복지현장실습교육의 개선방향은 다음과 같다. 학교는 사회복지교육과정을 구성할 때, 현장 감각을 높일 수 있는 현실적인 교육과정과 교수법을 갖추어야 한다. 학생은 사회복지사가 미래를 위한 막연한 투자의 일환으로 자격을 취득하는 것이 아니라 인간을 위한 최상의 복지 서비스가 무엇인지를 생각하며 사회복지사로서의 소명을 다하고 클라이언트에게 전문적 도움을 줄 수 있는 전문가적 역량을 갖추어야 할 것이다. 기관은 학생들이 예비사회복지사로서 생생한 사회복지현장을 경험을 하며 이론과 실천을 통합할 수 있는 장을 마련해야 할 것이다. 대한민국은 현재 100만 사회복지사 시대를 눈앞에 두고 있다. 현 시점에서 우리나라 사회복지의 빛나는 미래를 열기 위해 예비사회복지사인 학생, 사회복지인을 양성하는 대학교, 실천현장을 경험할 수 있는 실습기관, 제도를 구축하는 정부가 함께 내실 있는 사회복지현장 실습교육이 될수 있도록 공동의 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 사회복지현장실습 관련 요인이 사회복지전공학생들의 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴봄으로써 사회복지전공학생의 역량강화를 위한 사회복지현장실습교육의 발전 방향을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 이를 위해 경상남도 G지역과 J지역 대학에서 사회복지전공 대학생 중 사회복지현장실습을 이수한 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 우선 사회복지현장실습을 이수한 학생들의 임파워먼트 정도는 3.71점으로 보통보다 높게 나타났다. 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 사회복지현장실습 관련 요인을 실습생 개인 요인, 실습기관 요인, 학교요인으로 구분하여 각 영역별 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 실습생 개인요인에서는 실습수행도(${\beta}=.123$, t=2.405, p<.05), 실습기관 요인에서는 실습슈퍼바이저 만족도(${\beta}=.176$, t=2.446, p<.05), 학교 요인에서는 실습수업 만족도(${\beta}=.284$, t=5.061, p<.001) 등이 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 실습생 개인 요인, 실습기관 요인, 학교 요인을 모두 고려할 경우 임파워먼트에 영향을 주는 요인은 실습수업내용 만족도(${\beta}=.257$, t=4.495, p<.001)가 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 이를 통해 사회복지전공 학생들의 임파워먼트를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

Objective: The study was conducted by the Association of Korean College of Nursing in order to survey and analyze the current state of clinical practicum for adult health nursing at four-year nursing college in Korea and to suggest improvements in the contents and methods of clinical practicum and its future direction. Method: Data were collected using a survey by mail from July to November 2004 using a structured questionnaire on the general state of clinical practicum for adult health nursing. The questionnaires were sent to 53 nursing colleges throughout the country, and 47 recovered questionnaires were analyzed. Results: The number of credits for adult health nursing practicum was 7~10(average range), and various nursing fields were used in clinical practicum. The number of students per team was 5~6 at general wards and 3~4 at intensive care units. Students also experienced practicum during daytime and in the evening. Clinical practicum for adult health nursing was led by full-time professors and field practicum directors. In clinical practicum for adult health nursing, almost every college evaluated students' attitude, skills, leadership, etc. in various forms. Conclusions: It is urgent to develope a standardized evaluation tool for clinical practicum.

In order to improve the quality of student teachers' practicum, this study analysed the current situation of student teachers' field practice in child care centers. The study also assessed the practicum implementation case of H Cyber University. First, this research examined the characteristics of practicum implementation in universities. Second, a variety of strategies based on a blended model, on/off-line lectures, professor-student interaction, university-daycare centers collaboration, e-mentoring, and student teachers' portfolios that reduce the problems of student teachers' training, were explored. Finally, the practicum implementation case that adopted these factors was assessed. The results from this case study implied that student teachers' practicums based on a blended model can be an alternative method for problem-solving in existing student teachers' training in universities.

본 연구는 사회복지 현장실습 대학생들을 대상으로 이들이 인식하는 실습생으로서의 권리를 살펴보고자 하였으며 특히 학습권 및 노동권 관점에서 이를 탐색해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 초점집단 인터뷰(FGI) 방법을 활용하였으며 총 19명의 실습생이 참여하였다. 분석결과 사회복지 현장실습 참여 학생의 권리인식은 총 5개의 범주 및 18개의 하위범주로 도출되었다. 연구결과 첫째, 학교 및 실습기관은 실습생의 권리에 대한 인식이 부재하거나 미흡하였다. 둘째, 실습참여 학생들은 실습 현장에서 훈련생이자 노동자로서의 이중적 지위와 역할을 담당하고 있었으며 이로 인한 혼란을 느끼고 있었다. 셋째, 실습생들은 훈련생으로서 적절한 지도와 교육을 받지 못해 어려움을 경험하고 있었다. 넷째, 실습생들은 현장에서 실질적인 노동력을 제공하고 있음에도 불구하고 합당한 보상 및 안전문제 노출시 제대로 된 보호를 받지 못해 불안함과 부당함을 느끼고 있었다. 다섯째, 학생들은 실습생의 권리보호에 대한 인식 및 제도 개선을 위한 실습기관 및 학교의 적극적인 노력을 요구하고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 현장실습 학생들의 권리보호를 위한 개선방안을 논의하고 실습교육 향상을 위한 대안을 제시하였다.
