전문사서 양성을 위한 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반의 문헌정보학 현장실습 교육과정 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on National Competency Standards-based Curriculum Design of the Practical Training Courses in Library and Information Science)

  • 본 연구는 문헌정보학 전공 현장실습의 만족도 영향요인을 파악하고 현장실습교육 구성요인으로서 적합한 NCS 능력단위를 도출하여, 국가직무능력표준(NCS)과 연계된 문헌정보학 현장실습 교육과정 모델을 설계하고 NCS 기반의 문헌정보학 실습교육 내용의 기준 및 지침을 구체화하는 목적을 갖고 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 추진 현황 특히 문헌정보학 전공분야 NCS 현황을 분석하였고, 둘째, 문헌정보학 전공학생의 현장실습 만족도 조사를 통해 현장실습의 영향요인을 도출하였고, 실습기관인 도서관 현장에서의 NCS와 연계된 현장실습 구성요인의 중요도 및 활용도 평가를 진행하였으며, 셋째, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 조사결과 등을 통해 국가직무능력표준(NCS)이 실제 도서관 현장의 업무와 적절하게 부합되는 방향으로 NCS와 연계된 문헌정보학 실습교육과정 모델을 설계하였고, 넷째, NCS를 기반으로 문헌정보학 실습교육 내용의 기준 및 지침을 구체화하여 현장실습 실습생에게 요구되는 현장실습 교육지침서를 제안하였다.

한방 의료행위의 개념과 그 한계 - 법령과 판례를 중심으로 - (The Concept of Practice of Korean Medicine and the Limitations - Focusing on Legislations and Precedents -)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to suggest how to interpret the 'practice of Korean Medicine', differentiating it from 'medical practice'. Methods : I analyze the legislations and precedents regarding the practice of Korean Medicine. Results : The Korean Medicine and Pharmaceutics Promotion Act defines 'practice of Korean Medicine' and it clearly differentiates it from the definition of 'medical practice'. However, the scope of this definition is somewhat restricting and it can violate doctors of Korean Medicine's right to equality and their academic freedom. Thus, the application of this definition of the 'practice of Korean Medicine' should be limited to the field of research and development. Meanwhile, criteria of distinguishing 'practice of Korean Medicine' from 'medical practice', which used to make a sharp distinction between Medicine and Korean Medicine by rigorously applying their academic standards, are now focusing more on protecting and improving health of the people. Discussions & Conclusions : I suppose that the distinction between the 'practice of Korean Medicine' and 'medical practice' will be more focused on public health rather than the academic stance of those two medical fields. Meanwhile, in accordance with dualistic medical system, the mutual usage of medical equipment in the area of 'treatment' should be limited while it should be allowed in the area of 'diagnosis' if it satisfies requirements suggested by the Constitutional Court.

응급구조과 학생의 구급차동승실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Influencing factors on satisfaction in ambulance ride practice of paramedic students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide an appropriate direction for effective field practice program by analyzing the influencing factors on satisfaction in ambulance ride practice of paramedic students in Korea. Methods: This study analyzed of 180 paramedic students from 20th to 30th september, 2019. The collected data were analyzed with MedCalc 18.1.0 program. Results: The results of the satisfaction of ambulance riding practice according to the degree of procedure practice are as follows. Satisfaction was high in all groups except the practice time. The lowest satisfaction rate was seen in the category of'There were many cases of applying theories learned at college'within the variable of practice environment(2.82±0.82). The factors affecting the satisfaction of ambulance riding practice were the nurse (β=-0.1472, p=.024) and emergency medical technician(β=-0.3318, p=.002) according to the ambulance worker qualification paramedic, and the practice score (β=0.0048, p<.001). Conclusions: For effective ambulance riding practice, it is necessary to be able to select the practice place where many cases can be experienced, the appropriate selection of the practice leader, and the degree of procedure practice.

임상 실습을 중심으로한 치기공(학)과 교육 실태조사 (A Study on the education status in department of Dental Technology (Focusing on the Dental Laboratory practice education))

  • Purpose: This study set out to propose plans for more efficient and effective clinical practice by investigating the current state of clinical practice in the field of dental technology and thus provide basic data to develop pre- and post-education programs for clinical practice. Methods: The subjects include dental technicians at dental technical laboratories that were appointed as the place of clinical practice by the Department of Dental Technology of G University. The survey period spanned from December 22, 2014 to January 20, 2015. Total 250 questionnaires were distributed to them, and 190(76.0%) were returned. After excluding 23 whose answers were uncertain or seemed to lack reliability, total 167(66.8%) were used in final analysis. Results: 1. The most frequent practice the student did during clinical practice was articulator attachment, which was followed by pin operation or model making, one's own task and practice, sand and crow sculpturing, burying, casting, and grinding. 2. In case of going through the entire process, porcelain had the most students at 39(23.4%), being followed by crown & bridge at 28(16.8%), clinical model at 23(13.8%), full denture at 17(10.2%), and partial denture at 17(10.2%) in the order. 3. Of the students, 59.8%(30.5% for reinforced basic practice; 29.3% for intensive practice education) said that intensive practice education should be reinforced in school; and 22.3% said that intensive theory and practice education was needed, which indicates that 82.6% voiced their opinion of reinforcing education around practice. 4. The students felt that they lacked diligence, passion, and theoretical knowledge somewhat and were relatively good at clinical adaptation and operational skills. Conclusion: The findings show that the students felt an absolute lack of practice education as the school education was focused on theory and national exams in the field of dental technology, thus raising a need to reinforce practice education. Of all the respondents, 62.9% said there was a need to improve the current education with a focus on jobs. In future, education of dental technology should work to bring up able dental technicians that can perform in clinical dental technology right after graduation by reinforcing job-based practice education.

간호대학생의 외과병동 실습 경험 (Student Nurses' Experiences in nursing Practice of Surgical Ward)

  • The purpose of this study was to describe and understand experiences of surgical ward practice in nursing students. The interview data were collected from 9 nursing students and analyzed by using descriptive phenomenology of Colazzi. The procedural steps was that described the phenomenon of interest, collected participants' descriptions of the phenomenon, extracted the meaning of significant statement, organized the meaning into them clusters, wrote exhaustive descriptions and then incorporated data into categories. The essential meanings of surgical ward practice experiences of nursing students were as following; 'Permission of direct nursing practice', 'Professionality of nursing domain', 'Serving as a stepping stone of patients' nursing', and 'Sense of achievement to participating nursing'. The results of this study would provide for basic data of surgical ward practice program and have important implication for understanding field practice in nursing. So would contribute to develop nursing practice curriculum.

창의·인성교육의 현장 실천도 및 효과성에 관한 교사들의 인식 분석 (A Study on Analysis of Teachers' Recognition on Field Practice and Effectiveness of Creativity and Character Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers' recognition on field practice and effectiveness of creativity and character education. This study used post tests to examine the effects of teacher training for creativity and character education on 451 teachers. The results were as follows. Firstly, the average in satisfaction of teacher training for creativity and character education was 4.65 for elementary teachers and 4.35 for secondary teachers in summer, and 4.55 for elementary teachers and 4.42 for secondary teachers in winter. Secondly, effectiveness of teacher training on creativity and character education was showed highly as more than 4.0 and was higher in winter than in summer. Thirdly, in the case of field practice and effectiveness of teacher training for creativity and character education, the average of elementary teachers(3,66) was higher in respect of educational environment than that of secondary teachers(3.20) and the averages of elementary teachers and secondary teachers were 3.85 and 3.42 in respect of subject activity, respectively. In practising creativity and character education, it was analyzed that both elementary(ave. 3.89) and secondary(ave. 3.84) teachers went through some difficulties for curriculum reconstruction, development of instructional model, program development, and human and physical supports.

가소성그라우트의 배합특성 및 현장 적용성 평가 (Evaluation of Field Application for the mix properties of the thixotropic grout)

  • 최근 환경에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 지반보강 재료의 친환경성이 강조되며, 이에 따라 각종 지반주입 재료가 개발되고 있으나 건설현장에서는 대부분 물유리계 재료가 활용되고 있다. 또한 최근 선진국에서는 물유리계 지반 주입재의 단점인 내구성 문제를 해결하기 위하여 여러 가지 공법을 개발하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 그라우트 재료의 문제점을 향상시키기 위하여 친환경적인 무기계 가소성그라우팅 재료에 대한 실내 시험을 통해 그라우팅 재료의 공학적 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 실내시험에서는 그라우팅 재료의 사용량에 따른 점성, 가소성, 압축강도 및 환경영향평가에 대한 검토를 수행하여 최적 배합에 대한 범위를 설정하고, 설정된 배합의 현장적용을 통해 기존의 그라우팅 재료보다 경제적, 공학적으로 우수한 그라우트 재료에 대하여 평가하고자 한다.

간호대학생의 임상실습 교과의 교내실습 경험연구: 정신간호학 실습을 중심으로 (A Study on the Experience of Nursing Student's Clinical Education in School Practice: Focused on Psychiatric Nursing Practice)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 정신간호학실습에 대한 교내실습 경험을 탐색하기 위한 질적 연구이다. 연구대상자는 강원도 소재 일 대학교에서 정신간호를 실습하는 3학년 학생 62명으로, 자료수집 기간은 2020.08.03.~08.20까지였다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi의 방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 1) 현장경험에 대한 아쉬움 2) 배움을 통한 성취 3) 미래 간호사 역할에 대한 두려움 4) 과제 작성에 대한 부담감 5) 임상 긴장감으로부터 자유로움 6) 타 부서와의 협력의 중요성의 6가지 범주가 도출되었다. 교내실습 평가에서는 즉각적 피드백과 자세한 설명, 간접 체험의 내용이 긍정적으로 평가되었다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 교내실습의 효과적 운영을 위해서는 시뮬레이션 실습을 포함하여, 간접 체험실습, 온라인/비대면 실습, 대면실습 등의 다양한 콘텐츠가 적절히 활용되어 임상실습과의 격차를 줄이는 효율적 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. 더불어 정신간호학 실습 교육에서는 치료적 의사소통 및 환청 중재와 같은 실무의 격차를 줄이기 위한 다각적 노력이 더욱 필요함을 제언하는 바이다.

농업용수 시험지구의 물관리 특성 조사.분석 (Study on Characteristics of Water Management in Agricultural Experimental Site.)

  • Agricultural water for rice growing is the important factor of water resources in Korea. so, it is imperative to know the practice of water management in paddy field. The experimental site has been operated in order to investigate water management practice and water supply discharge since 2001. There are 8 irrigation areas which are observed the water supply discharge in this site. We have investigate the water management practice in this site and we know that the practical date of rice growing stages and the date for calculating the water demand in paddy field. So, There is much differences between the calculated water demand and practical water supply. We could reduce the differences by calculating the water demand using the practical date of rice growing stages.

한국 전문간호사제도의 현황과 활성화 전략 (Current Status and Vitalizing Strategies of Advanced Practice Nurses in Korea)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to provide information on the developmental process and current status of Advanced Practice Nurses (APN) and to suggest ways for activating APN roles in Korea. Methods: We reviewed literatures to explore domestic and international trends related to the roles, practice settings, scope of practice, regulatory policies, and political environment of APN. Results: Interest in the APN role has been gaining ground worldwide. While the roles of APN in the USA, Taiwan and Japan have been changed in terms of legislation and institutional regulations, the role of APN in 12 fields except for APN in home care has not been legislated since qualification was specified in Korean Medical Law. Many problems were found in vitalizing APN roles: absence of legal regulations on the scope of practice or health insurance coverage for APN, increase the number of medical support staffs who are not qualified, and a disagreement regarding the qualification field and practical field. Conclusion: This study presents snapshots and vitalizing strategies of practice, and regulation for APN to develop their unique roles in Korea. The tasks and duties of APN should be identified specifically to fulfill their roles. In terms of national health insurance policy APN's Nursing care should be reimbursed just as nursing care of APN in home care.
