Among them, for realizing alternative light weight It is a part of the automobile module system that has achieved the technological development before the breakthrough in the injection molding process in the press process. Door module PNL was the subject of research. The door module PNL is expected to cause warpage before the mold production due to the thin and flat product characteristics and fiber orientation characteristic of the material. In this paper, CAE analysis and reverse correction tool Design. CAE analysis to obtain the results of weld line position, bending position and deformation value Through the correction tool, think3, the original product was modified before the mold production to improve the completeness of the parts. In fiber orientation, the position and size of the cooling channel in the mold, the position and size of the gate, Temperature, pressure, time, and work environment. Compared with the result of CAE analysis, the product that was reverse-corrected by Think3 was manufactured, and injection molding was performed. Injection molding products were tested 24 hours later. 3.5 mm to 7.0 mm, and under the fixed condition, the deviation was from 1.1 mm to 1.5 mm.   • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the quality characteristics of gluten-free frying pre-mix with insoluble dietary fiber powder (IDFP) from Chinese cabbage by-product. Methods: Frying powder mix was prepared with 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 or 2.0% IDFP. Fried powder mix only whit brown rice powder was used as a control. Spreadability, pick-up ratio and color of batter, texture, moisture and oil contents, oil absorption and sensory evaluation of fried sweet potato were determined. Results: L and a-values of batter decreased with increasing amount of IDFP, whereas b-value increased with IDFP addition. Hardness and crispiness of fried sweet potato increased with IDFP addition until 1.5%. Moisture content of fried sweet potato increased with higher IDFP addition whereas oil content and oil absorption decreased with increasing amount of IDFP. Sensory evaluation of fried sweet potato showed the best results in the 0.5% of IDFP addition group. Conclusion: Overall preference of IDFP samples was significantly higher than that of control. Based on the study, the optimal amount of IDFP for gluten-free fried powder mix was determined to be 0.5-1.5%.

알로에 베라 겔 가공부산물로서의 섬유질 분획의 성분 및 물리화학적 특성 (Physicochemical Properties of Fibrous Material Fraction from By-product of Aloe vera Gel Processing)

  • The fibrous material fraction as a by-product from the commercial aloe vera gel processing was obtained and freeze dried. The physicochemical characteristics such as the proximate composition, crystalline/surface structures and several physical functionalities including the water holding capacity (WHC), swelling capacity (SW), oil holding capacity (OHC), emulsion/foam properties and viscosity properties of this powdered sample (100 mesh) were investigated and analyzed by comparison with commercial $\alpha$-cellulose as a reference sample. The total dietary fiber content of powdered sample was very high as much as 87.5%, and the insoluble dietary and soluble dietary fiber content ratios were 77.6 and 22.4%, respectively. The FT-IR spectrum of powdered sample showed a typical polysaccharide property and exhibited a x-ray diffraction pattern for cellulose III and IV like structure. SW (8.24${\pm}$0.15 mL/g), WHC(6.40${\pm}$0.19 g water/g solid) and OHC(10.32${\pm}$0.29 g oil/g solid) of freeze dried aloe cellulose were about 3.3, 1.4 and 2 times higher than those of commercial $\alpha$-cellulose, respectively. Aloe cellulose (~2%, w/v) alone had no foam capacity while improved the foam stability of protein solution (1% albumin+0.5% $CaCl_{2}$) by factor of 300%. Emulsion capacity of 2%(w/v) aloe cellulose was about 70% level of 0.5%(w/v) xanthan gum, but its emulsion stability was about 1.2 times higher than that of xanthan gum. Also, aloe cellulose containing CMC (carboxyl methyl cellulose) of 0.3%(w/v) showed a very good dispersity. Aloe cellulose dispersion of above 1%(w/v) exhibited higher pseudoplasticity and concentration dependence than those of $\alpha$-cellulose dispersion, indicating the viscosity properties for new potential usage such as an excellent thickening agent.

  • A process control system has been developed for measurement and characterization of the nanofiber web qualities. The nano-fiber information system (NAFIS) developed consists of a measurement device and an analysis algorithm, which are a microscope-laser sensor fusion system and a process information system, respectively. It has been found that NAFIS is so successful in detecting irregularities of pore and diameter that the resulting product has been quitely under control even at the high production rate. Pore distribution, fiber diameter and mass uniformity have been readily measured and analyzed by integrating the non-contact measurement technology and the random function-based time domain signal/image processing algorithm. Qualifies of the nano-fiber webs have been revealed in a way that the statistical parameters for the characteristics above are calculated and stored in a certain interval along with the time-specific information. Quality matrix, scale of homogeneity is easily obtained through the easy-to-use GUI information. Finally, ANFIS has been evaluated both for the real-time measurement and analysis, and for the process monitoring.

Functionality and Application of Dietary Fiber in Meat Products

  • Dietary fiber naturally present in various sources of cereals, legumes, fruits and vegetables plays a physiological role in human health, such as lowering cholesterol and blood pressure, improving blood glucose control in diabetes, helping with weight loss and management, and reducing cancer risk. In addition, dietary fibers have has been added as a functional food ingredient to food products to provide water-holding capacity, viscosity, gel-forming ability, and fat-binding capacity to food products. These beneficial characteristics of dietary fiber components can improve the image of meat products to be healthy and functional food products. This article reviews the concept and current definition of dietary fibers in food products along with their health benefits and functional characteristics. Dietary fibers from different sources like cereals, legumes, fruits, and vegetables and soluble dietary fibers have been applied as functional ingredients to various types of meat products, such as beef patties, ground beef and pork, pork and chicken sausages, meatballs, and jerky etc. Based on the application of dietary fibers to different types of meat products, possible future characteristics in selecting appropriate dietary fiber ingredients and their proper incorporation are explored to develop and produce healthy and functional meat products with high dietary fiber contents.

Football match intelligent editing system based on deep learning

  • Football (soccer) is one of the most popular sports in the world. A huge number of people watch live football matches by TV or Internet. A football match takes 90 minutes, but viewers may only want to watch a few highlights to save their time. As far as we know, there is no such a product that can be put into use to achieve intelligent highlight extraction from live football matches. In this paper, we propose an intelligent editing system for live football matches. Our system can automatically extract a series of highlights, such as goal, shoot, corner kick, red yellow card and the appearance of star players, from the live stream of a football match. Our system has been integrated into live streaming platforms during the 2018 FIFA World Cup and performed fairly well.

나트륨계 알칼리 활성화제를 사용한 친환경 알카리활성 슬래그 섬유보강콘크리트 보의 휨성능 평가 (Evaluation of Flexural Performance of Eco-Friendly Alkali-Activated Slag Fiber Reinforced Concrete Beams Using Sodium Activator)

  • 이 연구에서는 산업부산물인 알카리활성 슬래그와 알칼리 활성화제 (물유리, 수산화나트륨)에 강섬유를 사용하였으며, 이를 철근콘크리트 보에 적용하여 휨성능 평가를 하였다. 주요변수는 알칼리 활성화제의 혼입비율 및 강섬유를 혼입으로 총 8개의 실험체를 제작하였으며, 재료 및 구조성능 평가를 위한 실험을 수행한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 친환경 알카리활성 슬래그 섬유보강콘크리트를 사용한 철근콘크리트 보는 전반적으로 휨 또는 휨-전단에 의하여 파괴되었다. 그리고 수산화나트륨의 몰 증가와 강섬유를 보강한 결과 최대내력이 15.8~25.9% 증가한 값이 나타났으며, 연성 또한 높게 나타났다. 친환경 알카리활성 슬래그 섬유보강콘크리트는 기존의 콘크리트를 대체할 수 있는 기초연구로서 향후 건설소재 및 재료분야에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료되며, 이러한 특성을 바탕으로 콘크리트 2차 제품 생산과 구조부재를 PC화하여 활용할 경우 생산성 향상, 공기단축 등 효율이 상승될 것으로 보인다.

  • 터널현장의 숏크리트 시공에 사용되는 강섬유 보강 숏크리트는 강섬유의 강성이 크고 중량이 무거워 숏크리트 시공상 어려움이 있으며, 강섬유의 부식과 높은 반발률 등이 개선사항으로 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 강섬유 보강 숏크리트의 단점을 개선하기 위하여 폴리아미드섬유를 혼입한 숏크리트를 제안하고, 현장 적용성 평가를 위하여 시험시공 결과를 제시하였으며, 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 폴리아미드섬유 보강 숏크리트의 역학적 성능은 국내의 터널관련 설계기준을 만족하며, 기존 강섬유 보강 숏크리트와 동등 수준의 역학적 성능을 나타내었다. 2) 폴리아미드섬유 보강 숏크리트는 강섬유 보강 숏크리트에 비해 시공시 반발률이 저감되어 시공성 뿐만 아니라 경제성, 품질, 친환경성 측면에서 우수한 숏크리트라 할 수 있다.

서울.경기지역 성인의 식이섬유 보충용 제품의 섭취 현황과 소비자 만족도 (Status of Consumption and Consumer Satisfaction of Dietary Fiber Supplements among Adults Living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province)

  • The aim of this study was to evaluate the status of consumption and consumer satisfaction of dietary fiber supplements. The survey was conducted using a self-recorded questionnaire developed to meet the purpose of this study. The characteristics of the subjects who have taken dietary fiber supplements in the past are as follows: distributions of socioeconomic variables showed that the highest-ranked group(the group that reported the highest consumption of dietary fiber supplements) was professionals with a college degree or higher degree. In addition, the highest-ranked group were the most healthy, nonsmokers and reported drinking habits of '1~2 times/week'. Regarding the health status of those surveyed, digestive disease and constipation were the most common complaints. The majority responded with 'health concerns' to the question that asked the reason for their purchase of the dietary fiber supplements. Three major places respondents could find dietary fiber supplements were 'through the internet', 'the market', 'the pharmacy' in descending order. The compositions of dietary fiber products varied. 'konjac', 'cellulose', 'psyllium husks' were the most popular components consumed by the subjects. The average duration of product consumption was less than one month. In terms of satisfaction levels(satisfaction was ranked from 1 to 5), 'taste' and 'type' scored the highest in satisfaction levels while 'price' ranked the lowest. When subjects were asked about self-awareness regarding the physiological efficacy of dietary fiber supplements, the responses were positive in 'bowel movement' and 'weight loss'. Further research is required to improve the quality of dietary fiber supplements in order to assist consumers in selecting the appropriate products.

알로에 베라 유래 식이섬유의 In Vitro 및 In Vivo 생리기능 특성 (In Vitro and In Vivo Physiological Characteristics of Dietary Fiber from By-product of Aloe vera Gel Processing)

  • A fiber fraction (Aloe cellulose), the by-product obtained from Aloe vera gel processing was freeze dried and investigated for in vitro glucose/ bile acid retarding effects of powdered sample (100 mesh) comparing with commercial $\alpha$-cellulose as a reference sample. We also examined the effectiveness of physiological functionality such as the antiobesity and anti-constipation on Sprague-Dawley (SD) rat. The Aloe cellulose powders during in vitro dialysis experiment for 2 hours exhibited the glucose and bile acid retarding index of 20.32-35.2% and 53.13-28.30%, respectively. Especially, freeze dried aloe cellulose showed the 2.5 and 1.2-6 times higher effect on in vitro glucose and bile acid retardation than those of $\alpha$-cellulose. These relatively good retarding effects on glucose and bile acid diffusion suggest a potential of preventing from diabetes and arteriosclerosis of some extent. Also, the results from animal experiments on SD rats fed a high-fat diet for 4 weeks suggested that Aloe cellulose might be used as a novel dietary fiber showing an effective anti-obesity and anti-constipation effect.
