거창(居昌) 황산(黃山)마을 전통주거의 형성과정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Formational Process of Traditional House in Hwangsan Village at Geochang)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the formational process of traditional house in old village that is the base of development on rural area. The method of this research is to use the family genealogy of the clan society village in the analysis of building times, and constructed with investigation by the residents. The results of this research are described as follows. 1. At the first period of settlement in the middle time of 18C, the small relative family was located at nearby of each other. They were divided three group. The first entered man is B-group. 2. At the period of 19C, the family was enlarged by the descendants. But at that time, the house was constructed by small type. And some tiled roof houses were built by A-group part at under area of the village. And the construction of village boundary was nearly completed. 3. At the early period of 20C, the great houses were constructed by C-group part at the upper area of the village. 4. At the late period of 20C, there were not changed largely. But small change was occurred by the divided of site. Except two house, every houses were changed to tiled roof house. The residents have continued the strong preservation mind of environment for 300 years. The family genealogy was very useful to analyze the formational process of traditional house in the clan society village.

공적 가족사업역사 아카이브 구축을 위한 기초 연구 (A Study on the Implementation of Official Family-related Service History Archives in Korea)

  • This study aims to provide basic resources for the construction of the archives on the official family service history in Korea. The study collected records of family policies and official family service from 1948 to 2019 and thereafter attempted to classify the official family service. In addition, experts were consulted to diagnose compliance with research contents and directions, investigate priorities of the family policies, and provide opinions on the elements of each process of archiving. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were five areas of concern to be considered in the process of establishing an archive of official family services: concept, scope, collection, arrangement, preservation, and utilization. Second, the findings suggest which processes are critical to developing a sustainable and systematic archive system for the official family service history. The construction of the archives will provide a platform for understanding the contents of integrated family policies and inform the direction of future family policies in Korea. In addition, these archives will be an important factor in building a solid Korean national identity.

가족상담사의 전문직 정체성 및 발달 연구: 근거이론접근을 중심으로 (A study on professional identity and development in family counselors - Focusing on grounded theory approach -)

  • Objectives: This study is designed to explore and understand what professional identity and professional development are like in family counselors. Method: This study to achieve its purpose, collected data through in-depth interview with fifteen(15) family counselors through grounded theory approach. Results: Major research findings can be summarized as follows. 176 concepts were drawn through open coding, again classified into 47 categories and finally into 18 subcategories. Through selective coding, 'growing as an expert in family counseling through continuous exertions for growth' appeared as core category. Through this process, the types of professional development in family counselors were classified into job pursuing type, self achieving type, self understanding type, and volunteering type. Through process analysis, family counselors' professional development could be divided into three steps with the course of time: step of immersion, self-understanding and acceptance, and integration. Based on this, the hypothetical relations in four areas: personal area, family area, interpersonal area, and vocational area were summarized in statements. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it attempted to establish a theory to explain the professional identity, development and influence factors shown in family counselors. It also provides those who hope to grow as expert in family counseling with long-term visions and implications for family counselor training and supervision. In this study, the suggestions on the tasks to check and solve the factors for improving and supporting the foundations of family counselors' professional identities by highlighting the family counselors own identify that is different from other counselors are expected to be used as primary data for preparing laws and regulations related to family counseling in the future.

  • 최근 가족 기업에 대한 원활한 가업승계를 위해 교육, 컨설팅, 우수 기업 발굴 및 포상, 세제 지원 등 장수기업으로 지속성장 지원을 하고 있다. 이러한 기업의 성공적인 가업승계는 기술 경쟁력 유지 및 향상, 안정적 고용유지, 장기적 투자와 신규 일자리 창출 등의 긍정적 효과를 유발한다. 그러나 우리나라는 아직까지 가족지배기업에 대한 개념이 생소하기 때문에 가족지배 기업에 대한 연구도 미비한 수준이지만 가족지배기업은 국가 경제에서 차지하는 비중이 매우 높기 때문에 우리나라의 가족지배기업에 대한 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소상공인을 중심으로 하는 가족기업에 대한 승계과정 컨설팅 만족도에 대해 실증적 연구를 진행하였고 그 차이에 대해 분석하였다.

  • This is to constitute strategic system and strategies for building family-friendly cultural change in workplace. For purpose, the reason and agent for change, the models and stages of change, the strategies for change process, and the barriers and facilitators of change are discussed. The strategic system is divided into two parts: planning and implementing. Planning includes need & resource assessment, and research & project office. Implementing includes program implementation, monitoring & feedback, communication, and barriers & facilitators. This study from literature review can be used preliminary test to the cultural change process of workplace.

장애인 부모를 가진 비장애 성인자녀의 성숙 변화 과정에 관한 연구 - 원가족 환경 경험을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Family-of-origin Environment and Change of during Their Grow-up Period of Adult Offsprings with Disabled Parents)

  • This study was focused on experience of adult offsprings with disabled parents, and thereby on the evaluation of their family-of-origin environment. Adult offsprings's experience and understanding of the evolution in terms of subjects were explored. This study reviewed the effects of the family-of-origin environment and the analysis of data based on qualititative research depending on Saiki Greig Hill theory. The summary of this is as follows; perception and attitudes about disables parents tended to strengthen the steps 'process of recognition about disabled parents', 'process of escape about disabled parents',' precess of integration about disabled parents'. The alternative programs of the strengthen the steps 'process of integration about disabled parents' should be developed government policy support according to age group, ADL(activity of daily life) support according to disability status and emotional support with a focused on health family support center, public health center, religion meeting. This study was to provided basic material needed to do further research on this issue by identifying the effects of family-of-origin environment on adult offsprings with disabled parents.

초등학생의 과시소비성향 및 자원절약행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Conspicuous Consumption and Resource-Saving Behavior in Primary School Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the level of conspicuous consumption and resource-saving behavior in primary school students, and to discover the factors that influence these behaviors most strongly. The research was conducted in 2011 using a written questionnaires that were completed by 500 primary school students residing in Seoul, South Korea. The data was analyzed using statistical methods, including frequency, percentiles, means, standard deviation, Cronbach's coefficient, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS 18.0. As a result of these analyses, the average level of conspicuous consumption was found to be 2.65 relatively rational score. Next, it was shown that the conspicuous consumption of respondents differed significantly based on variables, such as allowances, family income, socialization process in childhood, family cohesion, and parental child rearing method. Finally, the greatest influences on respondent's resource-saving behavior was seen to be the child's socialization process in childhood, family cohesion, parental child rearing method, and conspicuous consumption. These variables must therefore all be considered when teaching primary school students and encouraging them to assume rational resource-saving habits in their daily lives.

저소득 여성 한부모가족 사례관리 실천 경험 연구 (Experimental Study on Low-income Single-Parent Family Case Management)

  • This paper analyzed the experience of case management experts and single mothers in managing the cases, as the useful approach for family enrichment of a low-income single parent family. The analysis included five case managements and interview with three case management experts for single-parent families. Four of the five cases have been in progress at present. According to the analysis, the main appeals for single-parent families were economy and basic life, physical and mental health, family and social relationships, and child care and education. Furthermore, the interview with the case management experts identified the difficulty in managing single-parent family cases, especially those cases with complicated demands and problems, barriers to expert management, and required support for family enrichment. Finally, this paper analyzed the implementation process of case management for single-parent families in a specific area, meaning that the results of this paper do not represent all single-parent families. Moreover, the analyzed reports were specific to the case management implementation process. Thus, the contents, which were not recorded in the reports, were not fully reflected, and the in-depth analysis of multilateral aspects was restricted.

Family of Origin Influences on Anxiety, Open Communication, and Relationship Satisfaction -A Test of Bowenian theory of Anxiety as a Mediator in the Intergenerational Transmission

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of anxiety in mediating the influence of family of origin characteristics on subsequent relationship processes. Using Bowenian theory as a foundation, this study examined the causal relationships among gender, religion, family of origin-fusion, intimacy, intimidation, personal-trait-anxiety, couple open communication and relationship satisfaction. Results of the path analysis indicated that: (a) gender, religion, family of origin-fusion, and family of origin-intimidation were directly related to personal-trait-anxiety, (b) personal-trait-anxiety was directly related to couple open communication and not related to relationship satisfaction, (c) couple open communication was directly related to relationship satisfaction, and (d) family of origin factors were not directly related to couple open communication and relationship satisfaction; rather, as it was expected, indirect associations, through the mediation of anxiety, were found. The results generally support Bowen's intergenerational process theory, which asserts that anxiety is the mediator of the process. Limitations of the current study and suggestions for further research were discussed.

비즈니스 프로세스 패밀리 모델을 위한 가변성 분석 방법 (Variability Analysis Approach for Business Process Family Models)

  • 오늘날 대부분의 기업들은 외부상황에 신속하게 비즈니스를 바꿀 수 있도록 하는 온디맨드 비즈니스 (On-demand business)를 구현하기 위해 IT 시스템의 유연성을 필요로 한다. 서비스 지향 아키텍처(Service Oriented Architecture: SOA)는 온디맨드 운영환경에서의 비즈니스 유연성을 가능하게 하는 인프라스트럭처 (infrastructure)를 제공한다. 오늘날의 이러한 요구사항을 충족시키기 위하여 SOA 애플리케이션 개발에 맞게 비즈니스 프로세스의 유연성을 확보하고 재사용을 증진시키기 위한 접근법이 필요하다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인 방법의 가변성 분석 기법을 사용하여 비즈니스 프로세스 패밀리 (family)에서 나타날 수 있는 가변성을 분석하고 이를 명시적으로 비즈니스 프로세스 패밀리 모델 (Business Process Family Model: BPFM)로 표현하는 방법을 제시한다. 또한 이 방법의 사용을 지원하기 위해 개발한 도구에 대해 설명한다. 이는 BPFM을 모델링하고 BPFM으로부터 가변성 결정과 가지치기 과정을 거쳐 자동 비즈니스 프로세스 모델 (Business Process Model: BPM)을 생성하는 기능들을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 비즈니스 프로세스 패밀리의 가변성 분석을 통하여 비즈니스와 이를 지원하는 IT 시스템은 비즈니스 환경의 변화에 신속하게 대응할 수 있게 된다.
