Regarding to multiple comparison problem (MCP) of k normal population variances, we suggest a Bayesian method for calculating posterior probabilities for various hypotheses of equality among population variances. This leads to a simple method for obtaining pairwise comparisons of variances in a statistical experiment with a partition on the parameter space induced by equality and inequality relationships among the variances. The method is derived from the fact that certain features of the hierarchical nonparametric family of Dirichlet process priors, in general, make it amenable to solving the MCP and estimating the posterior probabilities by means of posterior simulation, the Gibbs sampling. Two examples are illustrated for the method. For these examples, the method is straightforward for specifying distributionally and to implement computationally, with output readily adapted for required comparison.

This study is an evaluation research which examines the effectiveness of the Marriage Enrichment Program for Middle-Aged Couples(MEPM), This program focuses on the marital dyadic relationship as a family life education The MEPM was developed to strengthen the marital relationships and to improve the potential for individuals and couples. For the effectiveness of the study the author conducted previous survey research with a literature review. The Marriage Enrichment Program was delivered to eight middle-aged couples at Hotel Hilton in Kyung Joo on June 5-6 1995. Through statistical analysis the effectiveness of the MEPM was significant in the areas of couple communication problem solving ability sexual relationship accptance for the value differences and mutual respect. The study also found that changes in thinking is much slower than learning for the new skills and knowledge.

The relationships of parenting beliefs, parental satisfaction, and child rearing stress were examined in a sample 400 parents who have 3-7 aged children. Parents completed three kinds of questionnaires such as parenting beliefs scale, parental satisfaction scale, and child rearing stress scale. Data analysis was by mean, percentile, t-test, oneway-ANOVA, pearson correlation, and multiple regression. The major findings of this study were as follow; First there was a significant difference between parenting beliefs and child rearing stress. Second, there was a significant difference between parental satisfaction and child rearing stress. Third, conflict of parental role in parental satisfaction and problem solving in parent beliefs was the most predicting variables in child rearing stress.

The attachment representation of 40 36- to 52-month-old upper-middle class children was analyzed in relation to their attachment security and mother-child interaction behaviors. Instruments were the Attachment Story Completion Task(Bretherton, Ridgeway, & Cassidy, 1990), the Attachment Q-set, and the Vocabulary test of the K-WIPPSI. Mother-child interaction behaviors were observed at home during semi-structured problem-solving situations. The Attachment Story Completion Task classified Korean preshoolers from these upper-middle class families as securely attached to their mothers. Girls' representation of their attachment relationship was more secure than boys. Preschoolers' attachment representation was significantly related to vocabulary ability. Attachment security correlated positively with preschool children's attachment representation. Mother-child interaction behaviors related significantly to preschool children's attachment representation.

본 연구는 배우자 직업 유무가 한국인부부와 국제결혼부부의 결혼만족도에 대한 영향요인과 관련변인인 부부공평성과 부부갈등이 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향을 비교분석하여 행복한 결혼의 지속에 대한 대안을 제시하는 것이 목적이며, 추후 연구에서는 국제결혼한 부부의 경우 한국에서 안정적인 직업을 갖추고 생활할 수 있도록 국제부부를 위한 중장기적인 정책 대안도 연계시켜 구체적인 연구를 진행할 필요가 있다. 연구결과 집단별 배우자 직업유무에 따른 결혼만족도는 국제결혼 부부 여자 집단에서 가장 높게 나타났으며, 본국에 일정액의 송금을 하는 경우 결혼만족도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 부부공평성의 경우 국제결혼부부 여자집단의 평균이 가장 높게 나타남으로 가장 공평치 않음이 나타났으며, 집단별 부부갈등 대처방법은 본인 갈등개입의 경우 국제결혼부부 남자가 가장 높게 나타났다. 본인 순종 점수는 국제결혼부부 여자가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 성역할태도와 의사소통은 성역할 태도의 경우 의사소통에서 집단 간 차이가 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 배우자의 직업 유무, 의사소통, 배우자의 갈등개입, 본인의 긍정적 문제해결, 갈등에서 본인후퇴, 배우자 학력, 심리정서 공평성으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 남성 폭력행위자의 부부갈등 대처전략이 아내폭력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 전국 가정폭력상담소14개소에서 가정폭력 문제로 상담을 받기 시작한 남성 폭력행위자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 회수한 설문지 121부 모두를 본 연구의 분석에 사용하였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실행한 결과, 남성 폭력행위자의 부부갈등 대처전략은 심리적 신체적 아내폭력에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나서, 문제해결 대처전략을 사용하지 않을수록 심리적 폭력의 빈도가 유의미하게 증가했으며, 회피대처 전략을 사용할수록 신체적 폭력의 빈도가 유의미하게 증가했다. 또한 결혼만족도가 낮을수록 심리적 신체적 아내폭력의 빈도가 증가하고, 적대감이 높을수록, 음주문제 정도가 심각할수록 심리적 아내폭력의 빈도가 증가하는 것으로 밝혀져서, 결혼만족도, 적대감, 음주문제 정도가 아내폭력에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인임을 규명하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 부부갈등 대처전략이 아내폭력의 발생에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 행위자 대상의 치료프로그램에서 적극적으로 다루어져야 할 주제임을 보여 주는 것이라 할 수 있다. 또한 가정폭력 문제의 개입에서 행위자의 음주문제를 포함한 정신건강 증진과 전반적인 결혼의 질 향상을 포함하는 포괄적인 개입이 이루어질 필요성이 있음을 제시한 것이라 할 수 있다.

NPF Islamic banking needs to be resolved because it affects banking performance in terms of income and the quality of its productive assets. This study aims to solve problems of non-performing financing and assess and analyze whether the implementation of the Islamic Humanity model can reduce the problem of financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri Indonesia. The study uses qualitative method with Miles and Huberman approach for analizing data through four steps which are; (a) data collection (b) data reduction (c) data display, and (d) conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study found non performing financing can be reduced with using a new approach namely the Islamic Humanity Approach, which is an interaction between several aspects, namely (a) spiritual aspects, (b) economic aspects, (c) social aspects, and (d) justice aspects. The Islamic humanity model carried out in problem-solving activities at Bank Syariah Mandiri Indonesia includes a friendly approach, communication and deliberation in a family, respect for people, empathy, the concept of justice, and the concept of prayer. Islamic humanity approach shows success in reducing non-performing financing. The research concluded Islamic humanity as a new approach to reduce non-performing financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri Indonesia and it can be implemented to all Islamic banking in Indonesia.

In this paper, we introduce a new iterative method for finding a common element of the set of solutions for mixed equilibrium problem, the set of solutions of the variational inequality for a ${\beta}$inverse-strongly monotone mapping and the set of fixed points of a family of finitely nonexpansive mappings in a real Hilbert space by using the viscosity and Ces$\`{a}$ro mean approximation method. We prove that the sequence converges strongly to a common element of the above three sets under some mind conditions. Our results improve and extend the corresponding results of Kumam and Katchang [A viscosity of extragradient approximation method for finding equilibrium problems, variational inequalities and fixed point problems for nonexpansive mapping, Nonlinear Analysis: Hybrid Systems, 3(2009), 475-86], Peng and Yao [Strong convergence theorems of iterative scheme based on the extragradient method for mixed equilibrium problems and fixed point problems, Mathematical and Computer Modelling, 49(2009), 1816-828], Shimizu and Takahashi [Strong convergence to common fixed points of families of nonexpansive mappings, Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, 211(1) (1997), 71-83] and some authors.

Purpose: Residents in deteriorated residential areas of Seoul have suffered from parking shortage problem. Since it is almost impossible to supply new parking, it is critical to find a way to efficiently utilize existing parking spaces. This study proposes utilizing unused parking spaces in apartment complexes so that residents in multi-unit or multi-family houses can share those parking spaces. Method: Spatial scope of this research is limited to multiplex-clustered neighborhood and apartment complex in Seoul. To identify the nature of parking problem, we reviewed current parking situations in residential areas and policies from the Seoul Metropolitan Government. To understand the amount of parking spaces required to solve parking shortages in multiplex-clustered neighborhoods, this study analyzed car ownership per household and available parking spaces in old residential areas. Then we were able to apprehend the amount of parking spaces that could be used for residents in aged multiplex-clustered areas. Result: Our analysis shows a great potential to utilize surplus parking spaces from apartment complexes for solving parking problems in multiplex-clustered neighborhoods.

Cop protein is the transcription repressor protein in rolling circle replication plasmid. With antisense RNA, Cop protein controls the copy number of plasmid. Cop family proteins have been found in various plasmids. Among Cop family proteins, Cop studied in this paper consists of 55 amino acids (Mw. 6,400), and was known to have trimer structure. Since no structural facts are elucidated, we have carried out preliminary experiments aimed at the elucidation of its three dimensional structure. The secondary structure of Cop is studied by CD and NMR. To solve the aggregation of Cop at high concentration, we tested various detergents and salts. The addition of detergents and salts could not solve the aggregation problem. However, we found that concentration is important in solving the aggregation problem. We knew that 0.18mM in 50mM potassium phosphate without any other ingredients is maximum concentration not to aggregate. Wa also investigated the pH dependence of Cop protein, and knew that Cop protein is more stable in acid state. At various temperatures, 15N-1H HSQC spectra were measured in order to find the optimal experimental condition. To enhance the peak resolution, 3D NOESY-HSQC spectrum is acquired. Since there are NOE peaks in the NH-NH region, we knew that Cop protein has $\alpha$-helical content, which was also confirmed by CD.
