The purposes of this study were to find the correlation of family abuse experience, social maladaptation, ego resilience and daily life satisfaction in university students, and to explore the mediating role between ego resilience between family abuse experience, social maladaptation and daily life satisfaction. The subjects were 265 university students. The data were analyzed with frequency, Pearson's correlation and structural equation modeling by SPSS and AMOS. Instruments were Bradburn(1969)'s The Structure of Psychological Well-being, Olson and Barnes(1982)' Quality of Life, Straus(1988)'s CTSPC(Parent-Child Conflict Tactics Scales), Shin(2001)'s social maladaptation of Korean General Health, and Block and Kremen(1996)'s ego resilience. The major findings were as follows; Family abuse experience and social maladaptation were negatively correlated with ego resilience and daily life satisfaction. Ego resilience was positively correlated with daily life satisfaction. Ego resilience mediated the effects of family abuse experience, social maladaptation and daily life satisfaction. Family abuse experience and social maladaptation negatively influenced ego resilience and daily life satisfaction. Ego resilience positively influenced daily life satisfaction. Thus special education program and counseling should be provided to increase university students' daily life satisfaction through in order to built ego resilience.
The purpose of this study was to examine the cases of the head family's costume culture and to apply them to field experience education of adolescent's home economics subject. To examine costume culture, women in the two head families in the Hampyeong area, Jeollanam-do were interviewed. The findings had unique shroud making and custom in the Mo's head family of Hampyeong. Also it was found that the eldest daughters-in-law of the Lee's of Hampyeong have horizontally exchanged the information of the head family's costume with village women of the same family. They have initiated their costume culture directly through their daughters and it had the great influence on after-ages. The Spot experience program for adolescent to experience the head family's costume culture and life culture consisted of four subjects:(l)Educating the head family's traditional living culture including etiquette training, (2)head family village walk, (3)experiencing the head family's clothes life including natural dyeing and sewing, and (4)a field trip of Hampyeong Local Life Culture Museum. For a model experience of the head family's costume and life culture, three families with middle and high schoolers participated in 8- hour experience learning program.

To examine the effect of learning program to experience the family head's costume culture, youth and their parents who participated in the program were asked open-ended questions, which included the content validity of experience learning, impressive experience, model experience level(difficulty), and expected effect after a model experience. As a result, their responses were found positive.
The purposes of this study were to find correlation between family abuse experience, family stress, social support, family resiliency and happiness in university students, and to explore the mediating role of social support and family resiliency between family abuse experience, family stress and happiness. The subjects were 295 university students. The data were analyzed by means of frequency analysis, Pearson's correlation and structural equation modeling with SPSS and AMOS. Instruments were Lee's(2010) Happiness Scale for university students, Strauss'(1988) CTSP(Parent-Child Conflict Tactics Scale), McCubbin's(1981) FILE(Family Inventory of Life Events and Changes), Yu's(2004) Family resiliency of Family Health Scale and Park's(1985) Social Support Scale. The major findings were as follows; Family abuse experience was positively correlated with family stress and negatively correlated with social support, family resiliency and happiness. Family stress was negatively correlated with family resiliency. Social support and family resiliency were positively correlated with happiness. Family abuse experience positively influenced family stress and negatively influenced social support and family resiliency. Social support positively influenced family resiliency and happiness. Family stress negatively influenced family resiliency. Family resiliency positively influenced happiness. Thus education program and counseling should be provided to increase happiness and family resiliency, and social support should be provide to increase the quality of life for university students.
The purposes of this study were to identify the factors that affect the life satisfaction of unmarried one-person households and to examine how these factors influence this population. This study targeted 308 unmarried one-person households. The results found the following: one-person households without marriage experience had higher levels of job stress than one-person households with marriage experience, and the level of differentiation of family projections was lower; the overall level of life satisfaction was higher in one-person households without marriage experience than in one-person households with marriage experience; in one-person households without marriage experience, higher life satisfaction correlated with higher levels of self-integration, family projection processes, and family retirement differentiation, and lower job stress, which was correlated with higher self-control ability, higher evaluation and higher material support; and life satisfaction was found to be higher in unmarried one-person households that received more information and had a lower age, lower job stress, and higher monthly income. This study contributes to the literature in that it explores how marital experience interacts with demographic variables, occupational factors, psychological factors, and social support factors and consequently affects the life satisfaction of unmarried one-person households.
The purpose of study was to improve the quality of the Family Welfare Service in Korea. For the purpose, this study consists of these main subjects. A analysis about the experience and satisfaction of the family life welfare services. And a analysis about the Needs of family life welfare services. The data was collected from 407 low-income families experienced of family life welfare service. The results are as follows They experienced more less $40\%$ of the family life welfare service. It appeared family life welfare service in Korea was still not 'for the family' but 'of the family'. The most of the them experienced or family lire welfare service did not satisfy about services. They hoped to set the family lire welfare services about housing, elderly-care, child-care, job opportunity.
The purpose of this study was to examine the general characteristics and the variety of family life experiences related to the life satisfaction of multicultural families with school-aged children. Data were drawn from the first wave of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey conducted in 2010 and developed by the National Youth Policy Institute. Further, the sample for this study consisted of 95 multicultural families who met the requirements. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, the t -test, analysis of variance, and multiple regression using SPSS ver. 18.0. The main results showed that family life experiences that were made up of 5 domains, specifically time, leisure, household economy, health, and child education had a broad range of levels. In addition, family life experiences differed according to the general characteristics of multicultural families with school-aged children, such as mother's employment status, number of children, father's employment status and education level, and family composition. Lastly, their life satisfaction was significantly predicted by the father's employment status and health, children's age, children's education, and leisure in the order of significance. These findings suggested the need to expand the social intervention range for multicultural families with school-aged children, particularly in terms of family leisure and children's school life adaptation.
This study grasps the living condition of Single-Parent-Family, and compares Single-Parent-Family with Dual-Parent-Family to analyze necessary factors to enjoy the happier life. The data from '2009 the Korean Time Use Survey' and '2010 the National Survey of Korean Families(NSKF)' are used for this study. ANOVA, Duncan test, Correlation Analysis(SPSS for windows, Ver. 18.0) are used for statistical method. Here are the results of this study. First, distribution of living-time-usage of the Single-Parent-Family is different from that of Dual-Parent-Family. Second, the difference in the amount of leisure time, time distribution, and the content of activity was observed based on the gender of Single-Parent-Family. Third, there is a difference in family leisure activity time among Dual-Parent-Family, Mother-Single-Parent-Family, and Father-Single-Parent-Family in holidays. Fourth, there is a clear difference between Dual-Parent-Family and Single-Parent-Family, after looking at life satisfaction degree in work-family-leisure life experience.
The purpose of this study was to examine the experience of retirement and how life satisfaction after retirement differs depending on the individual, family, and social characteristics of middle-aged and elderly Korean men and the experience of retirement. Data were drawn from the first wave of the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing (KLoSA). The sample consisted of 278 retired middle-aged and elderly Korean men aged between 45 and 64. The results showed that middle-aged and elderly Korean retirees' reasons for retirement differed depending on their health satisfaction. In addition, their retirement satisfaction varied according to their education, health satisfaction, economic satisfaction, and reasons for retirement. Regarding their life satisfaction, it was predicted by their age and satisfaction with health status, economic situation, marriage, and relationship with their children.
본 연구에서는 노인들의 관광경험이 삶에 질에 미치는 영향관계를 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 알아보았다. 연구의 조사대상은 제주지역에 거주하는 65세 이상으로 총 209부의 설문 내용이 분석에 활용되었다. 연구 결과, 관광경험은 '가족', '사회', '건강', '심리적', '물질적', '여가' 삶의 영역 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한, '가족', '건강', '심리적', '여가' 삶의 영역에 만족은 전반적인 삶의 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, '사회', '물질적' 삶의 영역 만족은 전반적 삶의 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
