소셜미디어 이용 관광객의 윤리적 소비개념이 공정관광의 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 -윤리소비에 대한 위험지각을 조절변수로 하여- (The Influence of Tourist's Ethical Consumption Concept on Fair Tourism Attitude and Purchasing Intention of Fair Tourism on Tourism Social Media -Considering Risk Perception of Ethical Consumption as the Mediator-)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 관광 소셜미디어 환경에서 관광객의 윤리적 소비개념, 공정관광태도, 공정관광구매의도간의 관계분석 및 윤리적 소비에 대한 위험지각의 조절영향효과를 분석하였다. 검증결과로서 첫째, 관광객의 윤리적 소비개념은 공정관광에 대한 태도에 긍정적 영향요인으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 관광객의 윤리적 소비개념과 공정관광 구매의도간의 영향관계는 유의적이지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공정관광 태도는 공정관광 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향요인으로 검증되었다. 넷째, 관광 소셜미디어를 통한 공정관광 태도와 공정관광 구매의도간의 관계에 윤리적 소비에 대한 위험지각의 조절효과분석에서 재무적 위험지각의 효과는 유의미하지 않은 반면에 정보적 위험지각은 효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 관광 소셜미디어에서 공정관광 상품에 대한 정보제공의 중요성이다.

공정여행 경험에 대한 소비자인식 연구 (A Study on the Consumers' Perceptions of Fair Tourism Experiences)

  • Recently, interest in fair tourism and demand for this service has been steadily increasing. This study examined the tourists' perceptions of their fair tourism experiences. Phenomenological method was adopted as a qualitative research approach. Participants were nine adults who were interviewed in depth on their experiences of fair tourism. Data analysis led to the emergence of seven categories (sharing and volunteerism, environment and animal protection, tourism created together, communication and relationship, from consumption to experience, ethicality and fairness, contemplating life) and 21 subcategories. This research was a significant step in providing options to explore the improvement of ethical-tourism and may have implications for the future development of tourism. This study also has various implications for tour operators, consumers, and government. In future all stakeholders should make efforts to establish the tour culture which encourages consumers to consider the ethicality and fairness of their choices as tourists.

광역도보관광의 공정관광적 특성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Long Distance Trail regarding the characteristics of Fair Tourism)

  • In recent years, over 100 trails were created in Korea, and Jeju Olle and Jiri Mt. Doolle trail are the most familiar and successful trails in Korea. The research aimed to find relationship between fair tourism and long distance trails. In the first step, we investigated the concept of fair tourism, and deducted 8 key-words; 1)local participation 2)resource sharing 3)provision of unique social, cultural resources 4)sovereignty of local culture 5)small_scale, low impact, eco-friendly 6)sustainable infrastructure 7)revitalize local community 8)comprehensive accommodation of a diverse tourists. Through the analysis of 3 representative sites of long distance trails, we tried to find out the distinct characteristics of fair tourism of the selected sites with evaluating criteria that was provided by UNEP and related organizations. The finding of the study could contribute to defining concept of fair tourism, and by doing so, attribute in setting up a framework of designing and planning of long distance trail under the concept of fair tourism that diverse parties could co-benefit, including local community, local government and tourists.

바리스타의 윤리소비의식이 공정무역커피 판매에 미치는 영향 - 프랜차이즈 커피 전문점 바리스타를 중심으로 - (A Study on How Barista's Ethical-Consumption Consciousness Effects to Sale of Fair-Trading Coffee)

  • The coffee industry has grown very fast ever since international coffee brands were launched in the 1990's. Recently, consumers have begun to focus on coffee produced ethically. This phenomenon is due to ethical-consumption consciousness, which consists of three factors, emotional value, social value and function value. Most studies on this topic have focused on consumers who purchase fair-trade coffee. Thus, this study is novel in its focus on baristas who sell fairtrade coffee in their shops as well as differences from former studies. The three factors of ethical-consumption consciousness of baristas affected the sale of fair-trade coffee, except for the function value. Therefore, the sale of fair-trade coffee could be influenced by ethical-consumption consciousness of baristas. This study shows that education of baristas can promote the sale of fair-trade coffee. However, there are limitations as it only researched coffee brands ranked in the top 5, so further studies will be required in the future.

제주 세계자연유산 등재와 생태관광 (The Inscription of Jeju World Natural Heritage and Ecotourism in Jeju)

  • 본 연구는 2007년 '제주화산섬과 용암동굴'의 UNESCO 세계자연유산 등재와 거문오름 국제트레킹대회의 추진이 제주의 생태관광에 주는 의미를 분석하였다. 세계자연유산 등재와 거문오름 국제트레킹대회의 추진은 참여주체와 활용방향이라는 측면에서 제주세계자연유산을 활용한 제주 생태관광에 의미있는 변화를 야기하였는데, 첫째 참여주체의 측면에서 소규모 자생단체 및 개별중심에서 제주특별자치도가 적극 참여하는 계기를 제공하여 확대 발전하였다. 둘째 단순 자연경관중심 관광에서 지리관광이라는 테마관광으로 발전하는 계기가 되었다. 마지막으로 지역사회의 지역발전에 대한 참여의지를 고양시켰음을 지적하고 구체적 참여방법을 제시하였다.

환대관광산업 소규모기업 사회적 책임활동(CSR): 회사 홈페이지 커뮤니케이션 분석을 중심으로 (Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Small Enterprises in Hospitality and Tourism Industry)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to explore the CSR activities of small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry in South Korea. Since previous research on CSR activities has considerably focused on large enterprises whereas small enterprises have relatively less attention, this study aims to explore the characteristics of small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry and their CSR activities. Research design, data, and methodology - The population of interest for this study was social enterprises registered in Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency (2016), and it was used to verify the social enterprises which has a certification for social enterprises. From 1672 companies in total, the sampling frame was a database with 117 companies in hospitality and tourism industry. This study investigates social enterprises' CSR activities on the company's official websites (e.g., company reports, magazines, the news articles, and interviews). The websites of the selected enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry were analyzed for examining CSR activities by the quantitative content analysis. All of the CSR activities in small social enterprises were classified into six dimensions based on the stakeholder theory. Results - The findings of this study provide the characteristics of the 117 small social enterprises and their specific CSR initiatives. A total of eight main business lines were identified: 1) fair travel, 2) leisure/sports, 3) accommodation/camping, 4) medical tourism, 5) exhibitions/art events/cultural events, 6) leisure activities for vulnerable social groups, 7) Korean traditional culture, and 8) ecotourism/agricultural tourism. The CSR initiatives were classified into six dimensions: 1) environment, 2) employment, 3) multicultural families and vulnerable social groups, 4) local community, 5) economic prosperity, and 6) product. Conclusions - This study revealed the special CSR initiative examples of small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry. Small social enterprises participate in CSR activities mainly related to their own business lines. Moreover, these enterprises are more closely embedded in their local community development, job creation and education for local residents and vulnerable social groups, and traditional heritage preservation. The findings of this study provide theoretical and practical implications and they can contribute to enrich CSR with literature for small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry.

  • 본 연구는 지역기반형 창조산업 육성을 목표로 산업전시, 지역민 향토축제, 그리고 대국민 문화축제의 제시를 통해 새로운 모델을 제시하고 있는 2014제천한방바이오박람회를 대상으로 시장세분화 연구를 실시하였다. 국내 많은 지역개최 박람회와 차별화를 위한 노력으로 새로운 유형의 지자체 차원에서 활성화 방안을 제시하기 위한 세분시장별 특성의 파악과 확인을 위한 연구의 필요성이 제기된다. 따라서 본 연구는 한방바이오박람회 방문객을 대상으로 총 308부의 유효표본을 활용하여 최종분석을 실시하였다. 요인분석을 실시한 결과 박람회품질평가요인은 행사내용, 박람회상품, 홍보안내, 편의시설, 접근성 등 5개 요인으로 구분되었다. 또한 박람회 품질평가에 따른 군집분석을 실시하여 접근성 추구집단, 홍보성추구집단, 그리고 다 품질 추구집단으로 군집명을 명명하였으며, 시장세분화를 위한 인구통계 및 일반적 특성의 교차분석을 실시하여 궁극적으로 박람회 개최를 통해 지역 활성화를 위한 방안을 도모하고, 발전에 기여할 수 있는 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다.

의료분쟁조정위원회의 역할조정을 통한 국제진료 활성화 방안 (A Study on the Promotion of Medical Tourism Through the Role of Medical Dispute Resolution Committee)

  • In this study, the Commission proposed the mitigation of remedies by improving the role of medical disputes and preventing medical disputes. Medical disputes include a comprehensive description of medical malpractice, medical negligence, medical malpractice, and medical malpractice. Medical negligence refers to the neglect of medical care due to careless medical care in the treatment of patients, leading to patient injury and death. An inappropriate response in the process of international treatment could result in international trials and a decline in international credibility. In cases where medical disputes arise, health care is strictly necessary to determine the truth or absence of medical malpractice, and these expertise and experience are usually provided by emotion. With the neutral and objective emotions provided fairly and impartially, medical care expertise and experience can be fair, and the medical disputes can be resolved peacefully if the parties are trustworthy. The Health Care Dispute Mediation Committee should focus on enhancing the professionalism, objectivity, and reliability of medical care.

외식산업 서비스회복공정성 지각과 관계혜택, 관계만족 및 장기관계지향성간의 인과관계 연구 (The Causal Relationship between Perceived Service Recovery Justice, and Relationship Benefit, Relationship Satisfaction and Long-tenn Relationship Orientation)

  • 본 연구는 외식산업 고객을 대상으로 외식산업의 서비스회복 공정성이 관계혜택, 관계만족과 장기관계지향성에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 마케팅 경영전략 차원에서 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 목적을 갖고 연구하였다. 연구결과 서비스 회복 공정성의 절차, 상호작용, 분배공정성에 따른 관계혜택에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 관계혜택을 통해 고객만족을 극대화시켜 종국적으로는 장기적 우호고객으로 상호관계가 지속될 수 있음을 시사해 주었다. 이는 서비스기업들이 서비스와 관련된 목표를 정하고 여러 가지 노력에도 불구하고 서비스 실패는 다양한 내 외부적 요인에 의하여 빈번하게 발생하고 있으므로 이러한 서비스 실패에 적극적으로 대처하고 고객만족과 장기관계지향성을 유지하기 위하여 서비스 회복전략차원에서 공정한 관계혜택을 통한 적극적인 노력이 요구됨을 입증해 준 것이라 할 수 있다.

관광호텔 객실 공표 가격과 실거래 가격, 수용 가격과의 인구통계적 변수별 차이 - 대전지역 특급호텔 종사원을 중심으로 - (Differences of Rack Rate, Transaction Rate and Acceptability Rate by Demographic Variable in Tourist Hotels)

  • This study is to explore how the employees of tourist hotels perceive moderate room rates and price acceptance. Sampling was taken among employees for deluxe hotels at Yusong in Daejeon. A total of 150 samples were distributed and 124 valid samples were selected for this research. Answers were processed by SPSS 15.0 after data coding. The results of study are as follows; First, annual average sales price of hotel rooms is \99,223, and the rack rates take up 49.7% of the transaction rates. Second, the rack rates which many employees think moderate are in the range of $50.09{\sim}75.13%(\100,000{\sim}150,000)$ of the rack rates. Third, many employees consider $40.07{\sim}50.09%(\80,000{\sim}100,000)$ of the rack rates as the moderate acceptability rates. Finally, the differences of fair rates by age and annual income were noticeable. These hotels ought to narrow the gap between rack rates and transaction rates. This study has a meaning to draw up a new plan for the room rate policy.
