유지관리 분야는 다른 단계에 비해서 법과 제도가 미비하고, 관계기관 및 건축주가 이에 대한 대비가 충분하지 못하여 건축물의 수명이 물리적인 수명에 훨씬 미치지 못하는 경우가 많이 발생하고 있다. 또한 건설제단계의 Life-cycle을 고려하면 전체 공용수명 중 유지관리단계가 전체의 $70\%$가량을 점유하고 있어서 건설산업의 합리화를 위에서 유지관리에 대한 관리체계의 정립이 필요하다. 그리고 현재 운용 중인 유지관리 시스템은 주로 하자발생시 이를 처리하는 하자대응시스템으로 운영되고 있으며, 다른 단계와의 정보 공유는 낮은 수준에서 이루어지고 있다. 공동주택을 비롯한 건축물과 관련된 우리나라의 기존 제도, 법규 및 정책 등은 신규 건설시장에 초점이 맞추어져 있어서, 기존 시설물을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 체계는 아직 제대로 정비되어 있지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공공시설물의 효율적인 $운영\cdot관리\cdot활용$을 위하여 공공시설물 유지관리 체계의 현황을 분석하여 시스템의 구축방향을 제시하며, 나아가 정부주도로 구축되고 있는 건설정보 시스템을 구축에 대응하여, 현행 유지관리 정보시스템의 발전방향과 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between psychological wellbeing of social welfare facility workers and their organizational commitment. The subjects of this study were 230 social welfare facility workers in OO city, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea. Analysis was conducted using the SPSS program, including frequency analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis, and regression analysis on the causal relationship between variables. The results of the study showed that the psychological wellbeing of social welfare facility workers had a meaningful effect on their emotional commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment. These results confirmed that the higher the psychological wellbeing of social welfare facility workers, the higher the sub-factors of organizational commitment, such as emotional, continuous, normative commitment, resulting in positive effects on the achievement of goals and values that are pursued by the welfare facilities. This study aims to become foundational data for the improvement of working conditions to improve psychological wellbeing of social welfare facility workers to increase organizational commitment.

Currently the forest area is 6,370,000 hectare (ha) which occupies 63.7% in Korea. The forest has good functions such as production of forest products, conservation of national land, prevention of disasters, etc. However constructing houses near the forest area make bad situation like illegal waste incineration by resident. So research subject is forest fire caused by waste incineration place including facility. And this study was conducted about statistical analysis and research analysis of the 100 waste incineration places including facilities at the country town. Statistical analysis shows that March is 27% which percentage is the highest number of forest fire in 10 years' average. The number of forest fire caused by waste incineration is 45 which is the third highest number in the fire statistic. The distance between waste incineration place including facility and forest area is 30m, 40m and 50m. That 40m (36%) is the most common distance from forest area. The types of waste incineration are ground (62%), the temporary facility made with oil drum can (35%) and other made with steel sheet, concrete, etc. The result of this study is that government and local government must conduct the improvement measure to reduce illegal incineration such as waste pickup area made with rain and wind proof type installed near residence, expenses for waste treatment, enlightenment and training, etc. Also considering their age and income are needed for realistic improvement.

Purpose: In this study, we would like to make a technical proposal to solve the odor problem in pig houses. Through this, we would like to suggest an effective way to reduce the odor generated in the pig house as a solution to civil complaints. Research design, data and methodology: Conduct direct visits to pig farms where many civil complaints about bad odor occur, and identify the problems of each farm. Identify elements related to odor control, such as structure, facility, equipment, odor management method, and ventilation type. Through this, the technology to be applied to reduce odor and the solution to the odor problem are presented. Results: The results of major improvements are as follows: 1. Improvement of the structure of the barn or composting shed to an airtight type 2. Improvement of the pig manure treatment structure using the slope inside the barn 3. Establishment of ventilation and cooling systems 4. Automation of the mist spray system. Conclusions: As a result, as practical measures, sealing of facilities using winch curtains, construction of air conditioning systems using negative pressure ventilation, and management systems using AIoT systems were presented. It is judged that this study can be helpful in determining the grievances caused by civil complaints of tenant livestock farms and the direction of facility improvement in the future.

본 연구는 중소도시에서 산재되어 있는 상수도 관망관리를 위하여 GIS의 적용시 개선되어져야 할 중요한 문제점을 파악하여 그 방안을 도출하기 위한 것으로 제천시의 관망도를 중심으로 분석 정리하였다. 이를 위하여 현재의 상수도 업무를 중심으로 관련분야와의 연계방안과 그 모형을 도출하였으며, 기 설치되어 운영하고 있는 상수도 시설물 관리시스템과의 비교를 통하여 문제점을 찾아 그 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 그 연구결과로 GIS에 의한 상수도관망관리시스템 구축에서는 관망시설정보, 누수방지시설정보, 조건에 따른 관망해석의 정보뿐만 아니라 수치지형정보, 도면전산화정보, 관련 수용가별 정보 등과의 연계를 통한 개발적용이 이루어질 때에 더욱 많은 효과를 기대할 수 있었다.

This study investigates the results of planning high school facility in accordance with the scope of the 7th educational curriculum by employing user satisfaction methodology. A high school in On-Yang, built recently to fulfill the objective of the curriculum was investigated in detail. Structured interview survey on both students and teachers were done while observation of the entire facility was carried out at the same time. Based on analysis of the interview and the observation, questions were developed, and subsequently questionnaire surveys, focused on how satisfied the students were regarding the school facility and what improvements could be made, were completed. The findings suggest that the degree of variation in planning class room should be employed considerably, as well as the efficiency of route among the facility blocks. Aspects of the other planning factors such as storey height, location of doors and windows, and equipments regarding the purpose of class room are additionally discussed.

The verification and improvement of the measurement uncertainty have beenperformed in the altitude test facility for small gas turbine engines, which was built atthe Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) in October 1999. This test is performedwith a single spool turbojet engine at several flight conditions. This paper discussesthe evaluation and validation process for the measurement uncertainty improvements usedin the altitude test facility. The evaluation process, defined as tests before the facilitymodification, shows that the major contnbutors to the measurement uncertainty are theflow meter discharge coefficient, the inlet static and total pressures, the cell pressureand the fuel flow rate. The measurement uncertainty is focused on the primary parametersof the engine performance such as airflow rate, thrust and specific fuel consumption (SFC).The validation process, defined as tests after the facility modification, shows that themeasurement uncertainty, in seal level condition, is tmproved to the acceptable level throughthe facility modification. In altitude test conditions, the measurement uncertainties arenot improved as much as the uncertainty in sea level condition.

GIS는 복잡하고 다양한 시설물의 공간정보를 체계적, 과학적으로 관리하는데 유용하여, 최근에는 정보와 통신기술의 급속한 발전에 힘입어 모바일 GIS로 추세가 확산되고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 모바일 GIS 기술은 각종 시설물의 유지관리에는 도입되고 있으나, 현장성 및 이동성이 요구되는 시설물 DB구축에는 사용이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 여러 가지 시설물중 도로시설물을 대상으로, DB구축 작업공정을 분석하여 모바일 GIS를 활용한 개선된 작업공정을 도출하였다. 그리고, 실험을 통해 기존방법 및 개선된 방법에 의한 도로시설물 DB구축 과정을 비교 분석함으로써, 모바일 GIS를 활용하여 도로시설물 DB구축의 효율성을 향상시키고자 하였다.

We present in this paper an optimal stocking policy for a repairable inventory system under reliability improvement. For this purpose we illustrate commercial flight lines with a large number of planes. This model is supported by a central repair facility. For modeling the nonstationary M/M/s system we implemented SIMAN for computing the time dependent number of units in the repair facility with any number of units. In this model we provide the required inventory level at each location. 1y month. for various levels of associated stock-out risk.

우리나라의 상업스포츠시설은 선진 국가에 비견해 볼 때 아직도 미흡한 점이 많으며, 여러 가지 해결해야 할 시설경영적 사회제도적 문제점을 지니고 있다. 상업스포츠시설의 발전을 위해서는 시설경영 능력을 제고하고 사회제도적 자원을 확대해야 한다. 첫째, 시설경영능력을 제고하기 위해서는 지도자 처우개선 및 고용확대, 경영 마케팅 능력 강화, 서비스품질 및 고객만족 향상, 시설의 현대화에 노력을 집중시켜야 한다. 둘째, 사회제도적 지원 확대를 위해서는 전문인력 양성 배치의 강화, 스포츠시설 규제완화 제도개선, 조세 금융 지원 확대, 스포츠시설업 정보망 구축 등에 많은 노력을 기울여야 한다. 결국, 상업스포츠시설업 주체는 시설경영 능력 향상을 위한 혁신적 노력을 기울여야 하며, 정부나 지자체에서는 상업스포츠시설이 발전할 수 있는 최적의 사회환경을 만들어 주어야 할 것이다.
