Nowadays, according to the interests in the environmental infinity for the housing complex, there are various studies going on for setting general ideas and plans of them. And in some of the leading places are applied by the infinity of the natural environment. So, by this study, I analyzed the classification and the system of the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater and then suggested the problems about these and the studies for the generalization of the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater based on my real investigation of the center of infiltrated facilities for the rainwater in the Kiheung, Sangal Kum Hwa Village designed and builded by the Korea Housing Corporation for building housing complex with the infinity of the natural environment. I grasped the realities based on subject investigations and designs and found out the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater in the subject. Those are the porous concretes, pebbles and cobbles. The problems in the subject are supervision of these places and a shoddy and fault constructions by the ignorance and lack of recognition for the construction. These will be solved by reconsidering of the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater. The system of the infiltration is that the rainwater of the top of the building flows into the brook in the subject through the field of the subject. There must be going to be leading studies on the effect of these facilities and influence on the environment for the generalization of the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater of natural environment.
This purpose of this study is to identify and conceptualize difficulty of abstract experiencing human rights process conducted in caretaker workers of the disabled residential facilities by utilizing multidimensional scaling. Focused on the caretaker workers of the disabled residential facilities in Busan, gathering a declarative sentence from caretaker workers, have classified index card. Based on this result, this study suggested a number of practical implications which can be used to reduce difficulty of human rights process conducted in the caretaker workers of the disabled residential facilities.

The megalopolis citizens are reevaluating the expectant value and the perception of leisure aceording to increasing the level of their incomes, The leisure of citizens is increasing in the aspect of quantity and quality of life nowadays In the site planning of leisure, the concrete understanding about people's choice of a leisure site will be the most important thing, not only for the aspect of improvement of the quality of life but also efficiencies of the land use The purposes of chi study are firstly, to find out the factors which are influenced on a choice of Outdoor leisure facilities in neighbourhood unit and to Compare the Characteristics Of Choice models between the three metropolitan areas, secondly, to predict a limitation of use areal according to the change of a needed time based on the metropolitan's standard choice model For the choice model establishment this research used Logit Model which has been used in the field of the traffic, the tourism and the economics. This research made the results which find out the influencing variables with needed times, the accessibility and the percentage of facilities. The lindtations of use areas come out the results which are predicted according to the change of needed times as a most influencing factors. The range of each preferred leisure facility is about 956 meter distant in the neighbourhood park about 644 meter distant in the pocket park about 604 meter distant in the recreation center, about 628 meter distant in the tennis court about 974 meter distant in the private hob by facility and about 528 meter distant in the library from the apartment unit The recreation center and the library are nearer facilities than the other facilities. But these facilities are surveyed to be more or less influenced by an interesting progran, a context of events and the level of useful facilities, etc.
The objective of this study is to activate dining facilities by integrating the factors of space marketing. In this study, It extracts the factors of space marketing applied in the real space on the basis of precedent studies. The selection standard of precedent studies focused on the planning and strategy of space marketing conducted after 2000, and 28 factors in total 16 precedent studies were extracted. We extracted only the factors of space marketing which is applicable to dining facilities by merging and reestablishing them. The extracted 12 factors included. In this way, we conducted a survey on the factors of space marketing as well as utilization and satisfaction considered to be needed for the activation of dining facilities based on H university dining facility in Seoul. Accordingly, I collected a total of 215 copies and analyzed them by SPSS program. According to the result, it indicated that there were many students who primarily used the outside dining facilities rather than university dining facilities regarding the utilization of university dining facilities, and unsatisfactory factors included the design and size of the entrance, quality of the serving space, quality and noise of the dining space, other facilities, size and quality of the rest space and drinking fountain, snack bar, and cafe regarding the satisfaction of each space. It also indicated that the factors which influent the image of university dinning facilities the most included the marketing factors considered to activate university dining facilities such as spatial factors, sensuous factors, and environment friendly factors in order. Therefore, we can consider the interacting operation system that students primarily decorate, improve and use the spaces of the outside dining facilities and other university dining facilities. In conclusion, it's need to consider activating university dining facilities which have been responsible for only basic parts by integrating the marketing factors in common with the outside dining facilities.
Nowadays, public rental apartments' community facilities emphasize only their quantity aspect without considering residents' characteristics, leading their installation regulations to be based on only the number of households, which is problematic. As a result, in many cases, residents, after moving in, alter the facility usage or remodel the facilities for their use. Hereby, this study conducted focus group interviews with public rental apartments' residents as to find out space conditions of and improvement demands for the community facilities. Two public rental apartment complexes in Seoul and Gyeongi-do which were built after 2007 were selected for this study. As for the survey method, workshop panel was employed. Four people in each age class of infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors were formed into one group, and a total of 40 people in 10 groups were surveyed. The survey was continuously conducted from February to March in 2009. The study findings can be summarized as follows. 1) Among community facilities, there were more satisfactory outdoor facilities than satisfactory indoor facilities. Residents expressed satisfaction with the facilities linked with natural environment. The causes of unsatisfactory facilities were mostly poor management. 2) The facilities demanded by the residents included ones relevant to study, exercise, and hobbies. As public rental apartments are resided mostly by low-income families, study and hobby activities bring them cost problems. Therefore, it is needed that the apartment complexes support diverse such activities 3) As for facilities demanded for usage alteration, a residents' meeting room accounted for the most popular opinions. As it was used only once a week, its usage was very low. It should be opened to the residents and allowed to be used in various ways. 4) As for demands of changing spatial characteristics, outdoor exercise facilities accounted for the most opinions. Although they were installed in most cases, they were damaged and poorly managed, therefore being in need of improvement in operation and management. In order to maximally utilize public rental apartments' community facilities, facility planning in consideration of various age groups from residents' viewpoint and sustainable systematic management are required.
This study examined the factors which have influence on the welfare facilities for the elderly and analyzes their efficiency. It investigated theoretical studies and preceding studies and divided the efficiency evaluation factors into input and output factors. Input factors included budget, the number of workers and clients and facility area and output factors were operation management, the number of clients, profitability and welfare for the elderly. To sum up the analysis results of evaluation factors of welfare facilities for the elderly, the analysis of relative importance of input showed that budget was most important. As a result of analyzing the relative importance among detailed items, balance sheet and professional manpower were highest. Input factors by facility types showed that the budget for utility facilities and living facilities were highest. In output factors, utility facilities and living facilities were highest in management systematization and welfare for the elderly, respectively. In efficiency evaluation, utility facilities for the elderly showed 100% of efficiency in CCR and BCC models. In welfare facilities for the elderly, while CCR model showed 100% of efficiency in facility types A, C, D, and F, the efficiency was low in facility B (79.89%), E (77.14%), and G (80.72%). In BCC model, facility E was low as 78.69%. In efficiency comparison between utility facilities and living facilities for the elderly welfare, the efficiency of utility facilities for the elderly welfare was higher. Therefore, this study investigated the efficiency of welfare facilities for the elderly as its main purpose and presented policy suggestions based on the research results as the alternative.
The aims of this study are to present the basic data of a school facilities complex and to analyze the necessity of a school facilities complex, school facilities characteristics and program characteristics. In the study, there can be found an analysis of the present conditions of the school facilities complex by literature research and the analysis of school facilities characteristics and program characteristics by case study. The results of this study are as follows: First, the elementary school facilities are mixed with the gym, swimming pool, culture center and convenient facility(parking lot). Second, the school facilities complex is not connected with the number of elementary school students. As the number of elementary school students decrease, it is possible to apply the generated surplus space of the school facilities to the community facility. Third, the school facilities complex is not connected to the reliance ratio of local finance. It is necessary for the central government to provide active financial and to build a financial support model. Fourth, most of the time, the entrance of the facility complex is divided from the entrance of the school facility. Fifth, the programs of many school facility complexes are composed of swimming and physical fitness programs.
Industrial paradigm change and awareness change based on development of transportation and communication technology, many idle facilities had been occurred. These idle facilities become the factor which hinder image and environment of the surroundings. In recent years, social, cultural and economic value of idle facilities has been acknowledged and is regarded as an object of rehabilitation as part of urban problem solving. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of recycling design in the exhibition space used as a domestic idle facility and to utilize it as a basic data for creating an exhibition space using idle facilities in the future. The scope of the study was selected from 8 cases which were reproduced as exhibition space within the last 10 years mainly in Seoul and metropolitan area. It is analyzed by five characteristics of historicity, symbolism, preservability, connectivity, and placeness that are analyzed by the characteristics of rehabilitaion design. The conclusion is as follows. First, idle facilities can be divided into idle industrial facilities and idle non - industrial facilities. Second, the analysis of the characteristics of rehabilitaion design of idle facilities showed that the symbolism was much higher than other rehabilitaion design characteristics. Third, as a result of comparative analysis between idle industrial facility exhibition space and idle non - industrial facility exhibition space, historicity, preservability, and connectivity were high in the idle industrial facility exhibition space. In the exhibition space of idle non-industrial facilities, symbolism and placeness were high.
In Korea, the relevant laws and regulations for fire safety in buildings have been revised. Since 2011, Performance-based Design has been conducted for large-scale or high-rise buildings. However, the Korea's performance-based design is still at a level where life safety evaluation using fire and evacuation simulation tools is compared with existing methods. Although related studies have been conducted continuously for the mandatory performance-based design, the fact that it is relatively unsatisfactory for design and construction of fire-fighting facilities as it mainly focuses on administrative and institutional improvement measures or computer simulation. This study collected 91 performance-based design documents that were carried out nationwide at the initial stage of implementation until 2016 to analyze the status of performance-based design of fire-fighting facilities. As a result, fire-fighting facilities, except for fire extinguish system facilities, were not properly designed for performance. Furthermore, the designers found that if corresponding facilities or higher-level equipment with upgraded performance is additionally installed, the performance-based design fared well compared to the existing the prescriptive-based design.
