Recently the 3D modeling techniques were developed rapidly due to rapid development of computer vision, computer graphics with the excellent performance of hardware. With the advent of a variety of 3D contents, 3D modeling technology becomes more in demand and it's quality is increased. 3D face models can be applied widely to such contents with high usability. In this paper, a 3D face modeling is attempted from a given single 2D frontal face image. To achieve the goal, we thereafter the feature points using AAM are extracted from the input frontal face image. With the extracted feature points we deform the 3D general model by 2-pass mesh warping, and also the depth extraction based on intensity values is attempted to. Throughout those processes, a universal 3D face modeling method with less expense and less restrictions to application environment was implemented and it's validity was shown through experiments.

The avionics industry has recently adopted an open architecture to increase software portability and reduce the development schedule and cost associated with changing hardware equipment. This paper presents a data modeling method compliant with FACE, a widely used open avionics architecture. A FACE data model is designed and implemented to output data from VOR/ILS avionics equipment. A FACE Conformance Test Suite (CTS) program is utilised to verify that the data model meets FACE standards. The proposed data modeling method is expected to improve the development schedule and cost associated with modifying communication methods and ICDs (Interface Control Documents).
In this paper, we propose 3d face modeling using two orthogonal views of 2D face images and automatically facial feature extraction. Th proposed technique consists of 2 parts, personalization of 3d face model and texture mapping.

A procedure has been developed so that a die-face for stamping automobile outer panels can be design and modelled efficiently. The procedure is composed of four parts each of which corresponds to modeling major components of a die-face, i.e. tipped product, blankholder, draw beads, and step draw. The modeling techniques developed specifically for die-face design enable a designer to generate the shape of a die-face quickly with the minimum input, and the resulting models can be used in FEM analysis and NC tool path generation. This will lead to the reductions in lead time and manhours required for the design and manufacture of the stamping dies.

3D modeling of the human body is an integral part of computer graphics. Among them, several studies have been conducted on hair modeling, but there are generally few studies that effectively implement hair and face modeling simultaneously. This study has the originality of providing users with customized face modeling and hair modeling that is different from previous studies. For realistic hair styling, We design and realize hair segmentation using FCN, and we select the most appropriate model through comparing PSPNet, DeepLab V3+, and MobileNet. In this study, we use the open dataset named Figaro1k. Through the analysis of iteration and epoch parameters, we reach the optimized values of them. In addition, we experiment external parameters about the location of the camera, the color of the lighting, and the presence or absence of accessories. And the environmental analysis factors of the avatar maker were set and solutions to problems derived during the analysis process were presented.
Since COVID-19, the education industry has shifted many of its activities to non-face-to-face channels, and many programs are still being conducted in non-face-to-face channels during the endemic. This study aims to analyze the quality factors affecting user satisfaction of synchronous and asynchronous channels operated non-face-to-face and compare the differences between the two channels. For this purpose, we analyzed the reviews of graduate students of the same content in the synchronous and asynchronous channels at H University in Seoul, Korea. The non-face-to-face learning quality factors derived through topic modeling are educational system quality, content quality, instructor quality, and expectation confirmation, and their effects on user satisfaction were empirically analyzed through survey responses related to these quality factors. The results showed that all of the quality factors had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, and there were significant differences in satisfaction factors between the two channels. This study is significant in that it suggests that improving the content itself for synchronous channels and improving the convenience of the program operation system for asynchronous channels is effective in improving user satisfaction.
In this paper, the method which searchs a character of face and transforms it by FACS(Facial Action Coding System) for face modeling is suggested. FACS has a function to build an expression of face to AUs(Action Units) and make various face expressions. The system performs to find accurate Action Units of sample face and use setted AUs. Consequently it carries out the coefficient for transforming face model by 2D AUs matching.
This research aims to suggest web-based 3D face modeling system for hairline modification surgery. As public interests in beauty regarding face escalate with era of wide persoanl mobile smart iCT devices, need for medical information system is urgent and increasing demand. This research attempted to build 3D facing modeling library deploying conventional technology and proprietary software available. Implications from the our experiment found that problems and requirement for developing new web based standard. We suggest new system from our experiment and literature review regarding relevant technologies. Main features of our suggested systems is based on studies regarding hair loss treatment such as medical science, beauty studies and information technology. This system processes input images of 2D frontal and profile pictures of face into 3D face modeling with mesh-data. The mesh data is compatible with web standard technology including SVG and Canvas Tag supported natively by HTML5.

This paper presents a 3D face modeling method using a CCD camera and a projector (LCD projector or Slide projector). The camera faces the human face and the projector casts white stripe patterns on the human face. The 3D shape of the face is extracted from spatial and temporal locations of the white stripe patterns on a series of image frames. The proposed method employs region segmentation and multi-beam techniques for efficient 3D modeling of hair region and faster 3D scanning respectively. In the proposed method, each image is segmented into face, hair, and shadow regions, which are independently processed to obtain the optimum results for each region. The multi-beam method, which uses a number of equally spaced stripe patterns, reduces the total number of image frames and consequently the overall data acquisition time. Light beam calibration is adopted for efficient light plane measurement, which is not influenced by the direction (vertical or horizontal) of the stripe patterns. Experimental results show that the proposed method provides a favorable 3D face modeling results, including the hair region.
1. Objectives Recently there have been studied the trials to take out the characteristics of Sasangin's face. 3 dimensional modeling is essential to find out sasangin's face. So the studies of standard face model and face type are necessary. 2. Methods I have reviewed the researches of standard facial modeling and facial type in the inside and outside of the country. 3. Results and Conclusions The Facial Definition Parameters are a very complex set of parameters defined by MPEG-4. It has defineds set of 84 feature points and 68 Facial Animation Parameters. Face type has been researched to divide into male and female, or the westerns and the orientals, or sasangin(Taeyangin, Taeumin, Soyangin, Soeumin).
