수도 양적 형질의 유전에 관한 연구 제 6 보. 이면교잡에 의한 주요형질의 유전분석 (Studies on the Inheritance of Quantitative Characters in Rice Ⅵ. Differences of Degree of Heterosis and Gene Distributions for Several Agronomic Characters of Rice in 9-parent Diallel Cross $F_1$ and $F_2$)

  • 수도 9개 품종을 이용하여 이면교잡에 의한 36개 조합의 F$_1$ 및 F$_2$세대에서 간장, 수장, 수수에 관여하는 잡종강세 정도와 유전자분포상태를 검정하였던 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 간장의 잡종강세 정도는 F$_2$세대보다는 F$_1$세대에서 크고, SR7796-9, SR7796-44품종이 교배친으로 되어 있는 조합에서는 간장이 긴 쪽으로 현저한 Heterobeltiosis를 나타낸 조합이 많았다. 2. 수장에 있어서도 Heterosis와 Heterobeltiosis의 정도는 F$_1$세대에서 F$_2$세대보다 크고, ZLAYN, Arborio 품종이 교친으로 되어 있는 조합에서 수장이 긴 쪽으로 Heterobeltiosis를 나타낸 조합이 많았다. 3. 수수에 있어서도 F$_1$세대의 Heterosis 정도가 F$_2$세대보다 현저히 높았고, IR 747B$_2$-6, SR8234-17, SR8772-29품종이 교배친으로 되어있는 조합에서 Heterobeltiosis가 나타난 조합이 많았다. 4. 간장은 F$_1$, F$_2$세대 모두 불완전우성을 나타내었으며, 장간은 단간에 비하여 우성을 나타내었으나IR747B$_2$-6는 단간이 우성을 나타내었다. 5. 수장은 세대에서 불완전우성을 나타내었으며 품종에 따라 우열의 정도가 달랐다. 6. 수수에 있어서도 F$_1$, F$_2$세대 모두 불완전우성을 나타내었고, 대체적으로 수수가 적은 것이 많은 것에 비하여 우성이었다.

Genetic Evaluation of F1, F2 and F3 Crosses of Hariana with Friesian, Brown Swiss and Jersey

  • Data on the first lactation performance traits of $F_1$, $F_2$ and $F_3$ crosses covering the period from 1972 to 1995 of a total of 803 dairy cows of three genetic grades maintained at Livestock Production Research Farm, Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar were analysed. Three genetic grades were 1/2 Friesian + 1/2 Hariana (FH), 1/2 Friesian + 1/4 Brown Swiss and 1/4 Hariana (FBH) and 1/2 Friesian+ 1/4 Jersey + 1/4 Hariana (FJH). Age at first calving increased by 7% and 8% in $F_2$ and $F_3$, respectively, over the $F_1$ in FH. The reduction in age at first calving at $F_2$ and $F_3$ levels by 2-7% over the $F_1$ was observed in FBH and FJH. The lactation milk yield of $F_1$, $F_2$ and $F_3$ crosses was $1,943{\pm}100.3$, $2202{\pm}120.5$ and $1,925{\pm}123.2kg$ in FH; $2,014{\pm}76.7$, $2,264{\pm}91.5$ and $2,096{\pm}123.9kg$ in FBH and $2,005{\pm}87.0$, $2,414{\pm}94.4$ and $2,093{\pm}121.1kg$ in FJH, respectively. The lactation milk yield improved by 12-20% in $F_2$ crosses in various genetic grades. The performance of $F_1$ was, however, maintained in FH $F_3$ crosses, it improved by 4% in FBH and FJH $F_3$ crosses. The lactation lengths and calving intervals were nearly the same for $F_1$, $F_2$ and $F_3$ crosses in FH while lactation lengths and calving intervals were reduced by 3-11% in $F_2$ and $F_3$ crosses in FBH and FJH genetic grades. The milk yield/day of lactation length and milk yield/day of calving interval increased by 16-35% in $F_2$ and 2-14% in $F_3$ over the $F_1$ in various genetic grades. It is recommended that a sufficiently large effective population size of these three genetic grades be maintained by inter se matings and rigorous selection of sires so for developing a genetic base population for new breed development.

18F-Florbetaben 주사 시 Activity 손실과 통증 감소를 위한 방법 (Method to Reduce the Activity Loss and Pain when Injecting 18F-Florbetaben)

  • $^{18}F-Florbetaben$은 베타아밀로이드 병리를 확인하여 인지 장애 및 의심 환자에게 보조적 진단으로 사용되고 있다. 지질 친화성의 특성과 에탄올이 첨가된 약제의 특성상 주사 후 3-way Set에 잔량과 주사 시 환자의 통증이 관심의 대상이 된다. 본 연구는 효과적인 방사성의약품의 주사와 환자 케어 및 우수한 영상을 위함이다. 내원환자 70명을 대상으로 하였고, 환자들에게 평균 $259{\pm}74MBq$$^{18}F-FDG$ (20명), $^{18}F-FP-CIT$ (20명), $^{18}F-Florbetaben$ (30명)을 3-way Set으로 주사(Reflusing 2회, Reflusing 3회 이상)를 하여 주사 후 잔량을 측정하였고, $^{18}F-Florbetaben$ 주사 시 사용되는 3-way Set와 Heparin Cap의 효율적인 주사방법을 알아보기 위해서 주사 후 잔량을 측정하여 SPSS 12.0 ANOVA, t-test 통계분석을 통하여 잔량을 비교분석 하였다. 그리고 $^{18}F-Florbetaben$의 통증 유발 성분의 에탄올 양을 측정하기 위하여 Gas Chromatography로 추가 분석을 실시해보았다. Reflusing 2회 시 $^{18}F-FDG$: 1.48 MBq (0.04 mCi), $^{18}F-FP-CIT$: 7.4 MBq (0.2 mCi), $^{18}F-Florbetaben$: 32.6 MBq (0.88 mCi)의 잔량이 측정 되었고 Reflusing 3회 이상 시 $^{18}F-FDG$: 1.85 MBq (0.05 mCi), $^{18}F-FP-CIT$: 3.7 MBq (0.10 mCi), $^{18}F-Florbetaben$: 36.3 MBq(0.98 mCi)의 잔량이 측정 되었다. 다중 비교결과 Reflusing 2회 시 잔량이 유의미한 차이가 있었고(P < 0.05), 3회 이상 시 $^{18}F-Florbetaben$$^{18}F-FDG$, $^{18}F-FP-CIT$는 잔량의 유의미한 차이가 있었으며(P < 0.05), $^{18}F-FDG$$^{18}F-FP-CIT$는 유의미한 차이가 없었다(P > 0.05). $^{18}F-Florbetaben$ 주사 후 잔량은 3-way Set: 32.6 MBq (0.88 mCi), 36.3 MBq (0.98 mCi)였고 Heparin Cap: 7.03 MBq (0.19 mCi)으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다(P < 0.05). Gas Chromatography 분석결과 에탄올: 207665 ppm, 아세톤: 377.4 ppm으로 나타났다. $^{18}F-Florbetaben$$^{18}F-FDG$$^{18}F-FP-CIT$에 비해 주사 후 잔량이 많았고, 통증을 유발하는 에탄올 성분의 수치가 높게 나타났다. 주사 시 3-way Set 방식보다는 Heparin Cap을 사용함이 잔량 감소에 더 효과적이었다. 그리고 주사 시 환자의 통증 완화를 위해서 천천히 주사함을 권고한다.

봉독 추출물(Fl, F3)의 랫드에 대한 단회 및 4주 반복 피하 투여 독성시험 (Single and Four-Week Subcutaneous Toxicity Studies of a Bee Venom Extracts (F1, F3) In Rats)

  • This study was performed to evaluate single and repeated-dose toxicities of Bee Venom Extracts (F1, F3) in Spraque-Dawley. F1 was injected subcutaneously to rat at dose levels of 0, 0.0002, 0.002, 0.02 mg/kg/day for single-dose toxicity study and repeated-dose toxicity study. F3 was injected subcutaneously to rat at dose level of 0, 0.003, 0.03, 0.3 mg/kg/day for single-dose toxicity study and repeated-dose toxicity study. In both studies, there were no dose related changes in mortality, clinical sign, body weight change, food and water consumption, opthalmoscopy, organ weights, urine analysis, biochemical examination, and hematological findings of all animals treated with Bee Venom (F1, F3). Gross and histopathological findings revealed no evidence of specific toxicity related to Bee Venom (F1, F3). These results suggest that the subcutaneous NOEL (No Observed Effect Level) of Bee Venom (F1, F3) may be over F1 -0.02 mg/kg, F3-0.3 mg/kg.

BJT 베이스 분산저항의 1/f 잡음특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on 1/f Noise Characteristics of the Base Spreading Resistance for BJT)

  • BiCMOS 공정으로 제조된 바이폴라 트랜지스터의 베이스 분산저항 ${\gamma}_{bb}$에서 발생되는 1/f 잡음을 실험 적으로 분석하였다. 공통컬렉터 잡음등가회로의 해석으로부터 $g_m^{-1}-{\gamma}_{bb}-R_B$값이 매우 작을 때는 출력측에서의 1/f 잡음은 순수하게 ${\gamma}_{bb}$에서 발생되는 잡음임을 실험을 통해서 확인할 수 있었다. $S^{1/f}_{Irbb}=K_fI_b{^{A_1}}/f$에서 $A_f=2,\;K_f{\simeq}5{\times}10^{-9}$를 얻었다. 그리고 Hooge상수 ${\alpha}$ 값은 ${\sim}10^{-3}$ 범위로 추출되었다.

  • $\alpha$-Methylpyridine유도체1(a∼f)는 n-BuLi과의 반응에서 $\alpha$-methylenylpyridinium 염 3(a∼f)을 형성한다. 3(a∼f)와 $Me_3SiCl$$Me_2SiClCH(SiMe_3)CH_2tBu$반응에서 생성물 4(a∼f) 와 5(a∼f)을 형성한다. 화합물 4(a∼f)에 있는 규소원자와 결합된 methylene기의 수소원자는 화합물 4(a∼f)의 $CH_3$기 보다 n-BuLi과의 반응성이 큰 것으로 확인되었다.

  • This study was designed with the purpose to analyze the factor structure of family life events and to clear the influence of related variables on family life events. The frequence of experienced events and the degree of importance of events which were the constituent components of family life events was estimated by the 650 married woman in Kangju. The results were as follows: 1. 15 factors of family life events derived by factor analysis: F.1「Expenditure and economic loss」, F.2「Growth and change of children」, F.3「Change of family structure」, F.4「Family's change」, F.5「Change of life level」, F.6「Family's social problem」, F.7「Need of care」, F.8「Family's health」, F.9「Marital relationship」, F.10「Family's social damage」, F.11「Breach with acquaintance」, F.12「Financial difficulties」F.13「Husband's problem」, F.14「Housewives' social activity」, F.15「Kinship's support」. 2. There frequence of experienced family life events such as expenditure and economic loss and breach with acquaintance was highest. 3. The degree of importance about experienced family life events such as growth and change of children was highest. 4. Age, family life cycle have significantly differenced on the degree of importance and the frequence of experienced events. 5. Education's level, family size, income, housewives' employment and family structure have differently differenced on the degree of importance and the frequence of experienced events according event factor.

High Yielding [18F]Fluorination Method by Fine Control of the Base

  • New [$^{18}F$]F-fluorination methods using a minimized amount of precursor has been developed by controlling the base concentration. In the first method, pre-conditioning of the anion exchange cartridge with $K_2CO_3$ solution or water was carried out. The trapped [$^{18}F$]fluoride on the cartridge was then eluted by KOMs or KOTf solution. [$^{18}F$]F-Fluorination could be performed without additional base. In the second method, the QMA cartridge was preconditioned with KOMs solutions. Trapped [$^{18}F$]fluoride on the QMA was then eluted with KOMs and additional base, such as KOH, $K_2CO_3$, and $KHCO_3$, was added into the reaction vessel. Method 1 showed a [$^{18}F$]F-incorporation yield of 20.9% for [$^{18}F$]FLT synthesis with 5 mg of precursor. Unlike method 1, a [$^{18}F$]F-incorporation yield of 91.4% was achieved from the same amount of precursor in method 2.

  • Let f be a nonconstant meromorphic function of hyper order strictly less than 1, and let c be a nonzero finite complex number such that f(z + c) ≢ f(z). We prove that if ∆cf = f(z + c) - f(z) and f share 0, ∞ CM and 1 IM, then ∆cf = f. Our result generalizes and greatly improves the related results.
