본 연구는 일반 성인 남성을 대상으로 걷기운동이 근기능의 변화에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 주4회 8주간 속보 트레이닝 참여에 따른 하지근력의 최대 힘효율과 평균 파워의 변화를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, $60^{\circ}/sec$의 최대 힘효율, 평균파워는 신근과 굴근에서 유의한 상호작용이 나타났으며, 8주 전후 트레이닝은 최대 힘효율, 평균파워는 증가하였다. 둘째, $120^{\circ}/sec$의 최대 힘효율, 평균파워는 신근과 굴근에서 유의한 상호작용이 나타났으며, 8주 전후 트레이닝은 최대 힘효율, 평균파워는 증가하였다. 셋째, $180^{\circ}/sec$의 최대 힘효율, 평균파워는 신근과 굴근에서 유의한 상호작용이 나타났으며, 8주 전후 트레이닝은 최대 힘효율, 평균파워는 증가하였다. 결론적으로 걷기 운동은 등속성 근기능의 굴근과 신근의 개선에 긍정적으로 작용하였다. 본 연구자는 차후 연구에서는 다양한 부하와 계획을 등속성 근기능의 평가가 필요하리라 사료된다.

The main functions of university are research, teaching and social service. University would be developed only when all three functions are organically interacted. In this view, Korean universities have relatively weak in their social service function. On the other hand, Philippines universities are more developed than Korean universities. Taking the university to the people, rather than bringing the people to the university, is the goal of extension education in the Philippines university. The techniques of extension have bees consultation, demonstration, short courses, and correspondence of distance education. Especially in the Philippines, some agricultural universities have their own extension services besides those sponsored by the government. Since it is thought to be closest to the ideal system for bringing about agricultural development, and even though Philippines system has brought about many outstanding results, it would be very difficult to follow this pattern in Korea. Before we try to follow Philippines experience, we can not avoid the criticism on our preset extension education programs that they are usually poor organized, money oriented and routinizied. In order to improve the university`s extension function, universities should provide and develop various programs to meet the community`s educational demands positively and should, in the long run, open its facilities to the community to become a center of lifelong education.

In this paper, by introducing three parameters A, B and ${\lambda}$, and estimating the weight coefficient, we give a new extension of Hardy-Hilbert's inequality with a best constant factor, involving the Beta function. As applications, we consider its equivalent inequality.

Since 1997, Korean government changed the status of extension educators from central government staff to county/city government staff for the sake of democratization and localization, regardless of opposition of academic society of extension professionals. Localization of extension educators followed by government restructuring in Korea, resulted various problems, such as 1) Decreased morale and number of extension educators, thus weakening the extension educational function, 2) Weakened linkages between national and local extension offices, 3) Less opportunity for in-service edition of extension educators, 4) Weakened linkages between agricultural research and extension, etc. During the last 30 years, extension services have helped Korean farmers in achieving self sufficiency of rice and year around supply of green vegetables by diffusion of vinyl house technology. Various problems after three years of localization of extension educators were discussed between announcer of radio KBS and a professor of extension in an interview format, and it was concluded that national efforts should be needed to restore morale of extension educators to continually achieve the national goals of food production, balanced national development and preservation of environment, at the same time to meet increasing needs of farmers.

Recently several authors have extended the Gamma function, Beta function, the hypergeometric function, and the confluent hypergeometric function by using their integral representations and provided many interesting properties of their extended functions. Here we aim at giving further extensions of the abovementioned extended functions and investigating various formulas for the further extended functions in a systematic manner. Moreover, our extension of the Beta function is shown to be applied to Statistics and also our extensions find some connections with other special functions and polynomials such as Laguerre polynomials, Macdonald and Whittaker functions.

본 논문에서는 최근의 디지털논리시스템의 함수구성시에 도입되고 있는 그래프이론에 바탕을 둔 새로운 형태의 데이터구조 형태인 모서리값 확장 그래프를 추출하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 수학적 배경으로는 리터럴 함수와 리드 뮬러 확장에 대해 논의하였으며, 본 논문의 근간인 모서리 확장 그래프의 도출에 대해 논의하였다. 또한, 모서리 확장 그래프로부터 임의의 m치 n변수의 축약된 함수구성을 도출하는 알고리즘을 제안하였으며 이를 예에 적용하여 그 타당성을 보였다. 제안된 알고리즘의 규칙성을 고려하여 동일부분을 모듈화함으로써 일반성을 가짐을 보였다.

After late 1980s, new approach is needed for satisfying with people's various information needs and better quality of life on Korean extension service. The United States began modern extension service at first and has influenced many countries. Cooperative extension service has helped people practically by searching into people's problem and developing various channel to diffuse. Cooperative extension adopts changes in extension service environment and puts them to use. Based on the extension service in the United States, following recommendations were suggested; 1) carrying out extension service to meet the changing needs of people, 2) strengthening the extension function of agricultural Colleges, 3) review of cooperative agricultural research and extension, 4) developing programs and management, 5) accumulation agricultural information and utilizing them.

The purposes of the study were to identify the present status of the agricultural extension services in Korea and its surrounding environment, and to search the desirable ways of improvement under the serious restructuring period occurred by the nation-wide localization, globalization and development of information technology. Agricultural extension services have made great accomplishment in the education for rural people and agricultural technology diffusion, but agricultural extension service system no longer well fits in the changed environment. Agricultural extension services in Korea should restructure the system, function and methods in order to cope with the changing technology and rural society. The objectives of the extension services should be clear and simplified so that the extension workers can understand their role and duty more clearly. The local governments should encourage the extension workers to carry out their services diligently and with the pride. Also, the extension workers should change their mind to fit in the changing world and should improve their capability for their services.
