The purpose of this study is to show inherent and differentiated beauty by designing costume knitwear using Dancho patterns representing peculiar beauty, thus expressing free and convenient knitwear in the modern sense for women with the image of reasonableness and elegance, proposing knit design using high-class materials for satisfying the demand for the highest. With regard to expression technique of works, I selected computer Jacquard method to indicate effective comparison effect of expression material and made expression with $12{\sim}14$ gauge as base by using computer knitting machine. Through above-mentioned research process and design using Knit CAD system, I obtained following conclusion. First, it is possible to express variously and widely traditional patterns by making the most of the beauty of the orient and by recomposing the patterns of plant patterns representing "feminine image". Second, it is possible to widely represent the sense you can feel from knit by expressing variously diversity of knit structure and Jacquard knitting structure and gauge. Finally, it is possible to express designs more freely and imaginably by using computer Knit CAD system instead of actual knitting of various knit expression technique and materials application.

The gene encoding MPB83 from Mycobacterium bovis Vallee111 chromosomal DNA was amplified by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique, and the PCR product was approximately 600bp DNA segment. Using T-A cloning technique, the PCR product was cloned into pGEM-T vector and the cloning plasmid pGEM-T-83 was constructed successfully. pGEM-T-83 and pET28a(+) were digested by BamHI and EcoRI double enzymes. The purified MPB83 gene was subcloned into the expression vector pET28a(+), and the prokaryotic expression vector pET28a-83 was constructed. Plasmid containing pET28a-83 was transformed into competence Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3). The bacterium was induced by isopropyl-$\beta$-D-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG) and its lysates were loaded directly onto sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), approximately 26 kDa exogenous protein was observed on the SDS-PAGE. The protein was analyzed using Western-blotting. The results indicated that the protein was of antigenic activity of M. bovis. The results were expected to lay foundation for further studies on the subunit vaccine and DNA vaccine of MPB83 gene in their prevention against bovine tuberculosis.

확장된 데이터 표현의 주요 목표는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 일반적인 문제에 적합한 데이터 구조를 개발하는 것이다. 이 방법의 가장 큰 특징은 속성 값을 확률로 표현할 수 있다는 것이다. 다음 특성은 훈련 데이터의 각 이벤트가 중요도를 나타내는 가중치 값을 갖도록 한다는 것이다. 데이터 구조가 개발된 후에 이를 학습할 수 있는 알고리즘이 고안된다. 그 동안 이 알고리즘은 여러 분야에서 여러 문제에 적용하여 좋은 결과를 산출해 왔다. 본 논문은 먼저 데이터 표현 기법인 UChoo를 소개하고 이론적인 배경이 되는 규칙 개선 문제를 소개한다. 그리고 규칙 개선, 손실 데이터 처리, BEWS 문제, 앙상블 시스템과 같은 응용 분야의 예를 소개한다.

박중훈은 중앙대학교 연극영화과에 진학 후 바로 영화 현장에 뛰어들어 현재까지 영화계에서 왕성하게 활동하고 있는 명실상부한 국민 배우이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 그에 대한 연구는 거의 찾아 볼 수 없는 상황이기 때문에 그의 연기를 이쯤에서 재조명해볼 필요가 있다고 여겼다. 본고에서는 그의 연기에서 독특한 몇 가지 패턴을 찾아내고, 내면적 연기가 가장 잘 되었다고 평가되는 영화 <내 깡패 같은 애인>에서 동철 역을 중심으로 인물 표현 방식의 개략적인 경향을 분석해보았다. 그의 연기 패턴은 크게 박중훈식 코믹연기, 마초적 남성성의 표현연기, 잘 드러내지 않는 내면의 연기로 구분하였고, 영화 <내 깡패 같은 애인>에서 동철 역의 인물 표현 방식은 엉터리 삼류 깡패 역할부터 착한 내면을 지닌 남성으로 변화되는 캐릭터를 완벽하게 소화해 내는 그의 연기 기술을 분석해보았다. 아울러 불가능한 거리감을 가능하게 만드는 그만의 연기 기술도 찾아내 보고자 했다. 본 연구를 시작으로 많은 영화배우들의 다양한 인물 표현 방식 연구와 그들의 훈련법에 대한 지속적인 연구를 하고 싶으며, 이를 통해 많은 배우들의 연기 훈련에 있어서 조금이나마 도움이 되었으면 좋겠다.

본 논문은 고차원 얼굴 모션 캡처 데이터를 선형 및 비선형 투영 기법에 각각 적용하고, 이를 2차원 평면으로 투영하기 위한 최적의 방법론에 대한 것이다. 본 방법의 핵심 요소는 프레임 단위의 고차원 얼굴 표정 데이터를 선형 투영 기법인 PCA와 비선형 투영 기법인 Isomap, MDS, CCA, Sammon's Mapping, LLE 등에 적용하고 이를 저차원 공간에 분포시키는 방법론 및 그 결과를 비교 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 먼저 기존의 고차원 얼굴 표정 프레임 데이터들 사이의 거리를 구하고, 선형 및 비선형 투영 기법들을 적용한 상태에서 기존의 데이터들 사이의 거리 관계를 유지하면서 저차원인 2차원 평면 공간에 분포시키는 것이다. 그리고 2차원 공간에 분포된 얼굴 표정 데이터가 원형 데이터와 비교 했을 때, 최적의 상태로 프레임 데이터들 사이의 거리 관계를 유지하고 있는 투영 기법을 찾는다. 결국 본 논문에서는 고차원 얼굴 표정 데이터를 저차원 공간에 투영하기 위한 선형 및 비선형 투영 기법들을 비교 분석하고, 각각에서 최적의 투영 기법을 찾아낸다.

This paper proposes an algorithm for risk situation recognition using facial expression. The proposed method recognitions the surprise and fear expression among human's various emotional expression for recognizing dangerous situation. The proposed method firstly extracts the facial region using Harr-like technique from input, detects eye region and lip region from the extracted face. And then, the method applies Uniform LBP to each region, detects facial expression, and recognizes dangerous situation. The proposed method is evaluated for MUCT database image and web cam input. The proposed method produces good results of facial expression and discriminates dangerous situation well and the average recognition rate is 91.05%.

The Purpose of this study was to find in the art the basis of originality appeared on the fashion design and investigating the erotic expression appeared on the ornaments how art surrealism, pop art, post moderninism-formularize in the modern fashion. This study about the expression of eroticism and modren costume, through the source of pictures contained in art books and mode magazine and documents investingation has resulted as follows: First, the formality and contents that related art and fashion shows us a various aspect. That based on modeled characteristic and various technique of the art. Second, the expression of eroticism in fashion expressed differently in style, material and expression method that is more strongly, sometimes metaphorically with spirit of the time's. Third, the expression of eroticism in fashion whether direct way or symbolic way has appeared as partial exposure of the body. It is appearing to the course that can display individuality of each person over the taboo of the part and the previous limitation of fashion.

Contemporary architecture is developing aspects of variety design. In spite of elevation is important section to express main concepts, it difficults to limit because it decisions inclusively elements. This thesis is on way to understand variety and dimness expression of architecture. The scope of this thesis is the analysis of Korean single housing. The components of elevation are mass, roof, shape of windows, materials, shape of floor plan. The analised types of expression are rationallity, technique, tradition of types of expression, the latter is harmony, revolution in the opposite direction of types of expression. The types of expression in elevation of Korean single housing have characteristic components. Elevation has important a matter on design process, I extect to reflect result of thesis to housing plan.

Oct-4 is a maternally expressed octamer-binding protein encoded by the murine Oct-4 gene. It is present in unfertilized oocytes, but also in the inner cell mass and in primordial germ cells. In addition, Oct-4 is the first transcrition factor described that is specific for the blastocysts stage bovine embryos. The spatial and temporal expression patterns were further determined using Immunohistochemistry. With this technique Oct-4 protein expression is detected in the oocyte, in the blastocyst. After pregnancy Oct-4 expression is restricted ovary and placental tissue. Therefore Oct-4 is a transcription factor that is specifically expressed in cells participating in the pregnancy of Korean native cattle. These result suggest that Oct-4 localization and expression may contribute to the defects in the developmental normal seen in Korean native cattle.

Historically, garments have been spontaneously made with human instinct in order to warm and decorate the body using textiles that have been made and used by various peoples in different cultures. Contemporary garments have been used as a means of warming as well as express individual personality and a desire to pursue beauty. They have a unique formativeness and a symbolic nature according to cultural phenomena that reflect a cultural outcome that expresses contemporary thinking and ideology as well as their aesthetic consciousness. This study globally promotes Chinese opera mask culture and proposes the possibility of creative thinking through the introduction of Chinese opera mask elements into contemporary fashion, expressing them as patchworks. In order to endow artistic value (required in contemporary fashion) this study creates works by analyzing and applying a formative sense seen in patchwork techniques and the characteristics of Chinese opera masks; in addition, it sought the possibility of new expressions in garment designs. The results obtained from the research involve the following. First, the introduction of the traditional patchwork technique to contemporary garments may be a dynamic theme of garment expression and exceed stereotypical ideas that enable the creation of designs attuned to the globalization era. Second, it was possible to pursue independent formativeness which is in harmony with a modern sense through the restructuring of the harmony of colors and practical characteristics found in patchworks. Third, it was possible to demonstrate their artistry and unique effect in the expression of contemporary garments by the expression of the analyzed results of characteristic patterns of Chinese opera masks with a patchwork technique in creating works. Results show that it is necessary to conduct research into a patchwork technique that applies diverse materials as a new method to develop contemporary garment design also as a creative design. In addition, if the analyzed results of the characteristic patterns of Chinese opera masks can be expressed with a patchwork technique, they may be able to exhibit a genuine effect along with the artistry of expression in contemporary garments; thereby, relevant follow-up research should be further continued.
