  • The purpose of this study is to show inherent and differentiated beauty by designing costume knitwear using Dancho patterns representing peculiar beauty, thus expressing free and convenient knitwear in the modern sense for women with the image of reasonableness and elegance, proposing knit design using high-class materials for satisfying the demand for the highest. With regard to expression technique of works, I selected computer Jacquard method to indicate effective comparison effect of expression material and made expression with $12{\sim}14$ gauge as base by using computer knitting machine. Through above-mentioned research process and design using Knit CAD system, I obtained following conclusion. First, it is possible to express variously and widely traditional patterns by making the most of the beauty of the orient and by recomposing the patterns of plant patterns representing "feminine image". Second, it is possible to widely represent the sense you can feel from knit by expressing variously diversity of knit structure and Jacquard knitting structure and gauge. Finally, it is possible to express designs more freely and imaginably by using computer Knit CAD system instead of actual knitting of various knit expression technique and materials application.

  • The gene encoding MPB83 from Mycobacterium bovis Vallee111 chromosomal DNA was amplified by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique, and the PCR product was approximately 600bp DNA segment. Using T-A cloning technique, the PCR product was cloned into pGEM-T vector and the cloning plasmid pGEM-T-83 was constructed successfully. pGEM-T-83 and pET28a(+) were digested by BamHI and EcoRI double enzymes. The purified MPB83 gene was subcloned into the expression vector pET28a(+), and the prokaryotic expression vector pET28a-83 was constructed. Plasmid containing pET28a-83 was transformed into competence Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3). The bacterium was induced by isopropyl-$\beta$-D-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG) and its lysates were loaded directly onto sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), approximately 26 kDa exogenous protein was observed on the SDS-PAGE. The protein was analyzed using Western-blotting. The results indicated that the protein was of antigenic activity of M. bovis. The results were expected to lay foundation for further studies on the subunit vaccine and DNA vaccine of MPB83 gene in their prevention against bovine tuberculosis.

  • The main goal of extended data expression is to develop a data structure suitable for common problems in ubiquitous environments. The greatest feature of this method is that the attribute values can be represented with probability. The next feature is that each event in the training data has a weight value that represents its importance. After this data structure has been developed, an algorithm has been devised that can learn it. In the meantime, this algorithm has been applied to various problems in various fields to obtain good results. This paper first introduces the extended data expression technique, UChoo, and rule refinement method, which are the theoretical basis. Next, this paper introduces some examples of application areas such as rule refinement, missing data processing, BEWS problem, and ensemble system.

  • Park Jung-hoon started his acting career in movie since undergraduate year at Chungang University, Drama and Cinema school, and till now he is a very active and nationally beloved actor in Korea. However, to this day there isn't any study about him, so this study might be the right time to take a look at his acting style again. This report will find and review his distinctive patterns in acting, and roughly assess the character expression from character, Dong-chul, in the movie, My Dear Desperado; which has been evaluated as the best movie to show the inner side of character. His acting pattern is segmented by 3 parts; Park Jung-hoon style comical acting, expression of macho side of masculinity, and subtle inner emotion expression acting. Then his acting technique is analyzed from character Dong-chul in the movie, My Dear Desperado, which he acted out change in character from low-class nonsense gangster to a good-hearted man flawlessly. In addition this report will try to find his acting technique that made impossible distance between the characters possible. This study hopes to start and continue other studies that discuss many movie actors' and actresses' different character expression method and their training technique, also wish many actors and actresses could find helpful in their acting training.

  • This paper describes comparison and analysis of methodology which enables us in order to search the projection technique of optimum for projection in the plane. For this methodology, we applies the high-dimensional facial motion capture data respectively in linear and nonlinear projection techniques. The one core element of the methodology is to applies the high-dimensional facial expression data of frame unit in PCA where is a linear projection technique and Isomap, MDS, CCA, Sammon's Mapping and LLE where are a nonlinear projection techniques. And another is to find out the methodology which distributes in this low-dimensional space, and analyze the result last. For this goal, we calculate the distance between the high-dimensional facial expression frame data of existing. And we distribute it in two-dimensional plane space to maintain the distance relationship between the high-dimensional facial expression frame data of existing like that from the condition which applies linear and nonlinear projection techniques. When comparing the facial expression data which distribute in two-dimensional space and the data of existing, we find out the projection technique to maintain the relationship of distance between the frame data like that in condition of optimum. Finally, this paper compare linear and nonlinear projection techniques to projection high-dimensional facial expression data in low-dimensional space and analyze it. And we find out the projection technique of optimum from it.

  • Oct-4 is a maternally expressed octamer-binding protein encoded by the murine Oct-4 gene. It is present in unfertilized oocytes, but also in the inner cell mass and in primordial germ cells. In addition, Oct-4 is the first transcrition factor described that is specific for the blastocysts stage bovine embryos. The spatial and temporal expression patterns were further determined using Immunohistochemistry. With this technique Oct-4 protein expression is detected in the oocyte, in the blastocyst. After pregnancy Oct-4 expression is restricted ovary and placental tissue. Therefore Oct-4 is a transcription factor that is specifically expressed in cells participating in the pregnancy of Korean native cattle. These result suggest that Oct-4 localization and expression may contribute to the defects in the developmental normal seen in Korean native cattle.

  • Historically, garments have been spontaneously made with human instinct in order to warm and decorate the body using textiles that have been made and used by various peoples in different cultures. Contemporary garments have been used as a means of warming as well as express individual personality and a desire to pursue beauty. They have a unique formativeness and a symbolic nature according to cultural phenomena that reflect a cultural outcome that expresses contemporary thinking and ideology as well as their aesthetic consciousness. This study globally promotes Chinese opera mask culture and proposes the possibility of creative thinking through the introduction of Chinese opera mask elements into contemporary fashion, expressing them as patchworks. In order to endow artistic value (required in contemporary fashion) this study creates works by analyzing and applying a formative sense seen in patchwork techniques and the characteristics of Chinese opera masks; in addition, it sought the possibility of new expressions in garment designs. The results obtained from the research involve the following. First, the introduction of the traditional patchwork technique to contemporary garments may be a dynamic theme of garment expression and exceed stereotypical ideas that enable the creation of designs attuned to the globalization era. Second, it was possible to pursue independent formativeness which is in harmony with a modern sense through the restructuring of the harmony of colors and practical characteristics found in patchworks. Third, it was possible to demonstrate their artistry and unique effect in the expression of contemporary garments by the expression of the analyzed results of characteristic patterns of Chinese opera masks with a patchwork technique in creating works. Results show that it is necessary to conduct research into a patchwork technique that applies diverse materials as a new method to develop contemporary garment design also as a creative design. In addition, if the analyzed results of the characteristic patterns of Chinese opera masks can be expressed with a patchwork technique, they may be able to exhibit a genuine effect along with the artistry of expression in contemporary garments; thereby, relevant follow-up research should be further continued.
