In order to maintain and evaluate the adequate humidity and temperature of a museum, the data of these should be periodically monitored and accumulated. For this purpose, We have designed the interpretation method of charts of the widely used thermo hydrorecorder at the museum, and developed the computer-based program (name of the program : HATH interpretation program). This method is as follows;The recording of thermo hydrorecorder(model ; Sato R-704) Input a through scanner (UMAX type), and was transformed into numerical value and was processed the statistics by HATH interpretation program. Output can be present the numerical value and the graph which are classified by a day, a month, and a year. By this method, the humidity and temperature data which were taken from 12points in the exhibition case, storage and outdoor of the Ho-Am art Museum in 1995 were processed. At the results, its ability for fast processing, management and analysis of the data was proved to be excellent.

This article surveys the meaning and history of fashion museum exhibitions to understand the characteristics that make a fashion museum exhibition special. It explores dress museology and fashion museology in theory, and practice across a range of international case studies that include the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, Mode Museum in Antwerp, and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. In particular, it examines how curatorial intervention has developed the interpretation and display techniques of dress within the context of the museum or gallery as well as how fashion has made museums accessible to diverse audiences. For a specific case study, we review the types and roles of fashion exhibitions organized by the Simone Handbag Museum, Seoul. It is the first handbag-centered fashion museum in the world as well as one of the most representative local fashion museums. The museum collection includes fashionable western handbags from rare specimens of the $15^{th}$ century to the latest bags of the $21^{st}$ century, and presents a history of changing fashion cycles and the major socio-cultural shifts that have profoundly affected women's lives in public spaces. Exhibitions show the perspective to a range of curatorial methodologies and show the innovative approaches towards collections and displays with broader fashion issues such as gender, materialism and technology. The article is to help encourage further scholar discourse between fashion museum exhibitions and fashion museology.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to establish MICE(meeting, incentive, convention, exhibition) marketing strategies in Busan Metropolitan by examining its satisfaction level. Surveys were conducted for participants of 10 cases of Meetings, Incentive, Conventions and Exhibition in Busan Metropolitan. A time series analysis was performed by its data from 2002 to 2008. Research findings showed that accomodations, facilities and MICE operation were highly scored, while connected tour, shopping, easy access to airport, and interpretation were scored relatively low. Especially connected tour was scored very low. Therefore, we should concentrate on tourism attractions and tourism information services to improve visitors satisfactions. Second, we should develop shopping items to improve satisfactions of MICE visitors. Since this study only targeted the 10 MICEs they cannot represent the entire MICEs in Busan and absolute comparison was difficult because of different content and size of each MICE, which could be the limitation of this study.

Based on a follow-up study on critical fashion's strategies for object appropriation, this study aims to understand the appropriation of art as a social or cultural phenomenon influencing modern fashion, as well as to analyze and comprehend how to specifically approach the appropriation of critical fashion's letters through the appropriated interpretation. To explain the theoretical background of critical fashion's appropriated interpretation, it examined the related literature and data. Moreover, a fashion book-based literature review and a case study were conducted using sources, such as exhibition books, exhibited works, news, fashion magazines, and fashion sites, to examine letter appropriation strategies. In the critical fashion, the appropriation of subversive letters subverts meanings by providing experiences different from those based on real images of letters, which are displaceable. The appropriation of such subversive letters to challenge the value of modernism aims to subvert social value by bringing and relocating existing objects while focusing on their external forms. The appropriation of referential letters focuses on delineating the distance between the subjects who quote something and the quoted something and reprograms the existing letter objects with an introspective and reflective attitude. In other words, critical fashion designers can effectively express their messages through the appropriation of letters, such as graffiti and typography, which are manifestations of challenge or resistance. Appropriating letters as a creative action pursues unmarginalized humans who possess their existence.

The science museum in the past satisfied visitors only by interacting them with simple objects and exhibition, while one in modern times was requested to meet the need of visitors in their engagement in educational programs. To meet the visitors' need, the science museum made efforts to train, educate, and assign docents so that they can interact with visitors and serve the educational purpose of visitation. In this study, we analyzed the strengths and weakness of docent training programs from science museums/science centers nationally and internationally, to make implication on how to design a docent training and professional program. Programs from four national and four international science centers/museums were selected as a sample for analysis. Their docent training programs were compared with the data of surveys and interviews and emails from docents and docent managers/evaluators. Artifacts and documents of the docent training programs were also collected and used to construct the validity in analyzing the data, resulting in the well-developed docent training program as the critical one for enriching science museum education. The results included; First, we need to recruit and train docents who interact visitors directly but they need to be differentiated from regular volunteers for promoting science museum education for the purpose of popularization of science. Additionally, Second, we need to develop and run docent training program where docents can experience 'informal learning' exhibition interpreting strategies through the real field from mentoring from the experienced/senior docents beyond 'formal learning' exhibition content. Third, we need to equip docents with skills to make scientific literacy possible at science museum-such as experiencing scientific ethics through scientific inquiry-which happens limited at school education.

This paper describes research on mental commit robot that seeks a different direction from industrial robot, and that is not so rigidly dependent on objective measures such as accuracy and speed. The main goal of this research is to explore a new area in robotics, with an emphasis on human-robot interaction. In the previous research, we categories robots into four categories in terms of appearance. Then, we introduced a cat robot and a seal robot, and evaluated them by interviewing many people. The results showed that physical interaction improved subjective evaluation. Moreover, a priori knowledge of a subject has much influence into subjective interpretation and evaluation of mental commit robot. In this paper, 133 subjects evaluated the seal robot, Paro by questionnaires in an exhibition at the National Museum of Science and Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. This paper reports the results of statistical analysis of evaluation data.

This study seeks some ways to improve archives exhibitions by comparing with museum exhibitions. For this purpose, this study overviews the present state of domestic archives exhibitions and extracts some features compared to museum exhibitions. And it suggests some improvement ways for archives exhibitions especially based on comparative analysis of the special exhibitions held by National Archives of Korea and National Folk Museum of Korea in memory of the 60th anniversary of National Foundation. It derived some ways to facilitate archives exhibitions hereafter, they were targeting distinctive customers for each area, communicating proper message for the theme and target of exhibitions, orienting theme-typed exhibitions, reflecting customers' feedback, exhibition educational services' invigorating, neutral interpretation of modern archives, and offering material on life and cultural history in priority.

This paper describes research on mental commit robot that seeks a different direction from industrial robot, and that is not so rigidly dependent on objective measures such as accuracy and speed. Mental commit robots provide psychological, physiological, and social effects to human beings through physical interaction. In the previous research, we categorized robots into four categories in terms of appearance. Then, we introduced a cat robot and a seal robot, and evaluated them by interviewing many people. The results showed that physical interaction improved subjective evaluation. Moreover, a priori knowledge of a subject has much influence into subjective interpretation and evaluation of mental commit robot. In this paper, 95 subjects evaluated the seal robot, Paro by questionnaires in an exhibition at the Japan cultural institute in Rome, Italy for 4 days from June 25th to 28th, 2003. This paper reports the results of statistical analysis of evaluation data.

Throughout the history of architecture, sometimes the main focus of design was determined by a particular visual representation method, and other times a particular form of visual representation method was required by perception of a particular architectural issue or an architectural form or idea. That is why the visual representation method of architects becomes an important means of reading the flow of idea and thinking behind architecture. This study is an investigation on the relation between architectural thinking and visual representation method expressed through the conceptual drawings by avant-garde architects of the 1970s and 80s, a period of the emergence of postmodernism. Rather than proving the objective reality regarded important by traditional architectural drawing, attempts are made to express the design concept in which the project has its base. Such interpretation and explanation regarding the concept become the main interest of the drawing. It is not that the architecture itself was not expressed in the contents, but it may not be the main subject of expression in the drawing. The value of architectural drawing recovers its value as an art work in itself, as a means of communication, and as an important conceptual tool in the design process. It can be seen that the visual representation method in postmodern architectural drawings is breaking free of the traditional objective depiction of matter and is changing and developing as a design tool of the architect.

In 21 century, we entered the multiculture society. Multi cultural society became a trend. It is known that 65.5 percents of Koreans find difficuty in using foreign languages. The need for intellignet and machine translation is increasing rapidly. This paper suggests a translation system which is mainly using in MICE industry. There are many applications provide translation, however, using multuple translayion appication is rare. We provide untact service which can import many application tools to provide a better service.
