Recently medical service environment, the clinical information exchange which contribute to medical safety, promotion of service quality and patient's convenience, efficiency of medical procedures and medical management is essential medical service model. But, practical exchange of clinical information which variation of information level, absence of standardization system, build of heterogeneous information systems is difficult in each medical institute. In this paper, We analyzed the related technical standardizations and the models of clinical information exchange. So, we designed the clinical information exchange system based on the ideal lazy response model which is aimed at vitalizations the exchange of clinical information under domestic law environment. In case of exchange the clinical information, we separate CDA document flow from metadata flow. As a experimental result we acquired 24% improved performance compared with existed system based on the lazy response model.

Mechanical ventilation is usually the treatment of choice for severe respiratory failure associated with trauma. However, in case of severe hypoxia, mechanical ventilation may not be sufficient for gas exchange in lungs. Patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) undergo difficulties in oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange. Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) is the ideal therapeutic option for those patients with severe traumatic injuries. ECMO allows lungs to reserve their functions and decreases further lung injuries while increasing survival rate at the same time. We report two cases of patients with traumatic ARDS and Multiple Organ Failure including compromised heart function. The preservation of lung function was successful using ECMO therapy.

The ideal Brayton cycle has been analyzed with the heat exchange processes between the working fluid and the heat source and the sink while their heat capacity rates are constant. The power fo the cycle can be expressed in terms of a temperature of the cycle and the heat capacity rate of the working fluid. There exists an optimum power condition where the heat capacity rate of the working fluid has a value between those of the heat source and the heat sink, and the cycle efficiency is determined by the inlet temperatures of the heat source and the sink.

This study is presenting the method for an effective data transmission in MAGLEV which is now tested and intends to provide for an intelligent operation of signal system in future. To exchange a lot of information, it is ideal to adopt a digital system and a micro-based system is essential for these purposes. FSK modulation and HDLC protocol are adopted on this study and information line assembly which is used as the information exchange, as the speech communication, and as the detection of speed and position is constructed in one unit. Actually this study is produced academic achievements of the data transmission system of MAGLEV train and an advanced method of intelligent operation in future railway system.

EAP provides authentication for each entity based on IEEE Std 802.1x Wireless lAN and RADIUS/DIAMETER protocol, and it uses certificate, dual scheme(e.g., password and token) with the authentication method. The password-based authentication scheme for authenticated key exchange is the most widely-used user authentication method due to various advantages, such as human-memorable simplicity, convenience, mobility, A specific hardware device is also unnecessary, This paper discusses user authentication via public networks and proposes the Split Password-based Authenticated Key Exchange (SPAKE), which is ideal for both authenticating users and exchanging session keys when using a subsequent secure communication over untrusted network, And then we provides EAP authentication framework EAP-SPAKE by using it.

Password-based authenticated group key exchange protocols provide a group of user, communicating over a public(insecure) channel and holding a common human-memorable password, with a session key to be used to construct secure multicast sessions for data integrity and confidentiality. In this paper, we present a password-based authenticated group key exchange protocol and prove the security in the random oracle model and the ideal cipher model under the intractability of the decisional Diffie-Hellman(DH) problem and computational DH problem. The protocol is scalable, i.e. constant round and with O(1) exponentiations per user, and provides forward secrecy.

This article explores the causes of why there are many international exchange festivals and events regarding South Korea in Kyushu, Japan. It can be explained as follows. Firstly, Kyushu is the closest region to South Korea and there are many transport links between the two places. Secondly, Kyushu has many rich historical sites relating to Korea which would be ideal themes for international exchange festivals and events. Thirdly, Kyushu has the highest number of sister city connection with South Korea in Japan. This means that it is easy to hold international exchange festivals and events with the sister city. Tsushima city in Nagasaki prefecture is thought to best encompass all of the above criteria. Therefore, it would seem that Tsushima city is especially eager to hold international exchange festivals and events with South Korea as a means of meeting the regional development strategy.

Exchange-coupled cluster of transition-metal ions are relevant to many different scientific areas, ranging from chemistry to solid-state physics, biology, material science and has been the subject of much research in recent years(1,2). Single crystal EPR spectroscopy works as a very effective tool for the measurement of J values for small exchange interactions. This makes EPR technique very suitable for detection of weak exchange coupling transmitted over long distances via extended atomic and melecular bridges. Large polyoxometallates (3) may provide ideal structural environments for the study of interactions between paramagnetic ions. The detailed nature of magnetic interaction (positive sign and magnitude of J~0.006 $cm^{-1}$ /) was clearly determined for di-copper(II) system by single crystal EPR spectroscopy (4). The single-triplet (S-T) transitions are forbidden by different symmetries of the wave functions. However, when the singlet ground state is mixed into triplet states, the S-T transitions can be allowed and observed as weak lines. These weak S-T lines are positioned symmetrically with respect to the main transitions in the distance equals to 2J from the center of the spectrum. This lines allow one to determine the J-value with very high accuracy when │J│ ＜ hv 0.32 $cm^{-1}$ /. Unfortunately, the S-T transitions in the single crystal were detected by EPR method only in a few complexes until now. We have measured single-triplet transition lines for several magnetically coupled cluster systems and determined their J values accurately. The temperature dependency of J was studied by monitoring the changes in S-T.

Multi-criteria stock selection is a critical issue for effective investment since the improper stock investment might cause many problems affecting investors negatively. Investors need a range of financial indicators while they are choosing the optimal set of stocks to invest. This study aims to rank the stock of agriculture companies indexed on the Vietnam Stock Exchange Market. The data of 13 agriculture companies during the 2016-2019 periods was analyzed by analytical hierarchy process (AHP) integrated with grey relational analysis (GRA), multi-objective optimization ratio analysis (MOORA), and technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). The AHP method is employed to determine the weights of the proposed financial ratios, and GRA, TOPSIS, and MOORA approaches are used to obtain final ranking. The results indicated that HSL is the top stock with the highest rank and GRA, MOORA, and TOPSIS rankings have strong correlation values between 0.78-1. The findings suggest that the integrated model could be implemented effectively to specific analysis of industries such as oil and gas, textiles, food, and electronics in future research. Further, other techniques like COPRAS, KEMIRA, and EDAS could be employed to evaluate the financial performance of other companies to solve investment problems.

This paper examines 'an active nihilism' in Suk-je Sung's novels in detail. The focus of this study is formed from the critical mind in a critical perspective that in Korean novels before and after 2000s, characters who embody 'problematic individuals' of $Luk{\acute{a}}cs$ have disappeared and those close to 'active nihilists' has become the mainstream. The most representative example of this phenomenon is Suk-je Sung's novels. 'Active nihilists' in his novels are described as 'ascetics' who mastered various spheres such as 'billiard', 'baduk gambling', 'alcohol', 'dance', and 'book collecting', and so on. In the sense that they reject the transcendental conditions of the modern world and live in the space and time of play in which they can display their passion and potentiality to the maximum, they beings jumping over the 'reality principle'. Also, what they want to repeat is not the endless exchange of labor and capital according to the capitalist system of exchange but rather the repeated existence of their power and passion. This 'anthropology of power and passion' is 'active nihilism' which could be expressed as the 'subject of creating new value' and 'Dionysian affirmation' by Nietzsche. Suk-je Sung's novels sharply prove the stylistic essence of 'a novel' which has to create its own form every time, constantly renewing the narrative style of the past ideal model. In this respect, they are very problematic and his innovation of a form draws the attention. Further, this will certainly be the important object of research in the diachronic dimension of contemporary Korean novel.
