Development of forest garden for city dwellers utilizing green space within urban area is nowadays highly regarded as a means to invigorate city and to raise living standard for city dwellers. Thus, development of forest garden has become pressing and important agenda for city governments. Promoting forest garden to solve many environmental and social issues city governments face today requires evaluation criteria to determine whether target green space is suitable to serve as forest garden. In this respect, we believe that evaluation of values of forest garden from previous studies can serve as foundation for developing evaluation index for forest garden. Thus, we aimed to develop evaluation criteria for values of forest garden. First, various evaluation criteria collected from previous studies were assessed by expert groups. Then, the result was studied through AHP technique and we developed evaluation criteria for forest garden based on such result. Especially, evaluation criteria were divided into main and sub-levels for more detailed and precise evaluation system.

This study intended to provide basic materials for establishing a diversity of plans for assisting childcare centers, by examining differences between self-evaluation and professional evaluation in childcare centers with less than 21 children. Data were collected from 7 childcare centers to measure evaluation in five categories of accreditation. Significant differences were found between self-evaluation and professional evaluation in "child care curriculum" and in "interaction between teachers and children." These results point up the handicap of heavy dependence on self-evaluation as it leads to self-assistance, with limited access to new ideas. On the other hand, "circuit assistance" where a consortium of 2~3 different childcare centers advise and assist each other could effectively stimulate a more professional outlook.

This study was performed to model the effects of ego strength, stress coping styles, fear of negative evaluation, and the effects these concepts have upon children's peer relationships. Data were collected from 580 fifth and six graders in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. In summary, the results indicated the following. Firstly, there were significant correlations between ego strength, stress coping styles, fear of negative evaluation, and peer relationships. Secondly, the ego strength of children was found to have direct influences upon their stress coping styles, fear of negative evaluation and peer relationships. Thirdly, out of stress coping styles of children affected by ego strength, only the negative coping style was found to significantly influence the fear of negative evaluation and peer relationships. Fourth, the fear of negative evaluation on the part of children was affected by ego strength and negative stress coping styles, and in particular, negative stress coping styles influenced peer relationships through the anxiety induced from interpersonal relationships.

This scoping review was conducted to identify the trends of cost-effectiveness studies on treatment of Korean medicine after rotator cuff surgery and indicators used in those studies. In researching stage, "patients after rotator cuff surgery", "cost-effectiveness evaluation" and "treatment of Korean medicine" were set as the keywords in "Pubmed", "Google scholar" and Korean databases (RISS, OASIS, KCI). There were no studies containing all three keywords, and after searching separately for "cost-effectiveness evaluation" and "treatment of Korean medicine", each 7 studies were reviewed. The indicators used in the study were identified such as study design, characteristics of subjects, outcome measurement and others. This study identified the need for cost-effectiveness evaluation on the treatment of Korean medicine after rotator cuff surgery. We expect that those indicators will be used to implement other studies afterwards.

Purpose : This study aimed to systematically review the correlation between hand dexterity and cognitive function in the elderly, and summarize various evaluation tests and results analysis methods for manual dexterity tests applied to this population. Methods : We searched published studies in the Korean Studies Information Service System and PubMed databases from January 2013 to March 2023. The main keywords used were "dexterity," "fine motor," "elderly," "cognitive function," and "correlation." A total of 10 studies were selected for analysis from the 1,524 searched articles. The included studies consisted of a cohort study, a longitudinal study, and eight cross-sectional studies which were analyzed for patients, intervention, comparison, and outcomes. Results : Analyzing the qualitative level of 10 studies, 8 articles (80%) were non-randomized two-group studies that provided level II evidence whereas the remaining 2 studies (20%) were non-randomized single-group studies (level III evidence). Therefore, these results indicated that the level of evidence in this field is generally high. The Purdue pegboard test was the most commonly used evaluation test for manual dexterity, and velocity speed was the most frequently employed analysis method. Results indicated that there were significant differences in manual dexterity test between the normal elderly, those with mild cognitive impairment, or dementia. Conclusions : These results can be used as a basis for selecting dexterity test evaluation items and methods to analyze it in the elderly while screening for cognitive impairment. In addition, this study highlights potential areas for future research on the development of manual dexterity evaluation tools and techniques for analysis and the need for more reliable and valid methods for assessing cognitive function in the elderly.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to define various concepts, features, and scopes by examining various previous studies on AI services that are completely different from existing services. It also examines the limitations of existing service quality evaluation methods and studies the characteristics by combining them with various cases of new AI services. And this is to derive and propose quality evaluation attributes of AI service. Methods: The concept and characteristics of artificial intelligence were derived through research and analysis of various previous studies related to artificial intelligence. The key characteristics and quality evaluation items were derived through the KJ method and matching based on the keywords and characteristics derived from previous studies and various cases. Results: Based on the review of various previous studies on the quality of artificial intelligence services, this study presents the main characteristics and quality evaluation items of new artificial intelligence services, which are completely different from existing service quality evaluations. Conclusion: The quality measurement model of AI service is very useful when planning and developing AI-based new products or services because it can accurately evaluate the requirements of consumers using the services of the new AI era. In addition, consumers can be recommended a customized service according to the situation or taste, and can be provided with a customized service based on this.

In the $21^{st}$ century of digital information society, design is changing from an analog era that focuses on logical and rational knowledge to a new paradigm of an era focused on sensible communications that can react fast. Design becomes to fulfill sensible needs; moreover, full efforts are being made in the academic research of sensibility evaluation for the conceptualization, quantization, and visualization of design sensibilities based on the measurement and evaluation of sensibility. This study provides insight into a sensibility evaluation method to understand the global user's sensibility in the fashion design field. As for research methods, first, measurement methods of physical, psychological, and physiological reactions to design sensibility were examined through written research on sensibility evaluation in both domestic and overseas research. Next, studies on sensibility during the past 15 years from 2000 to 2014 in the field of domestic fashion design were analyzed to grasp research trends in sensibility evaluation methods; subsequently, suitable sensibility evaluation methods for current fashion design were discussed. As a result of the study, it was shown that most sensibility evaluation studies in the field of domestic fashion design are based on surveys using sensibility terms. However, it requires the process of translating among different terms in different lingual cultures and within the limits of a uniformed evaluation. In this regard, recent cases of overseas design studies have been applying new methods to measure physiological reactions such as eye tracking methods combined with IT. The analysis of multilateral sensibility evaluation methods in this study have significant meaning for use as basic data to establish a planning for an evaluation scale to measure the sensibility of global consumers towards modern fashion design more quantitatively.

본 논문에서는 정보화 투자에 대한 성과평가를 통해 공공부문의 정보화 예산투자에 대한 타당성과 효과성 측정 방안, 그리고 투자대비 효과의 적합성을 제고 할 수 있는 계량적 평가모델을 제시하였다. 즉, 전자정부 과제로 추진된 정부전자문서유통센터 구축사업을 대상으로 정보화 투자에 대한 명확한 성과목표를 설정하고 사전평가 및 사후평가를 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 핵심성과지표(KPI)를 개발하여 계량적 평가모델을 이용한 현장검증 연구방식으로 성과평가 결과를 도출하였다.

For the comfortable housing life, comfortable and pleasant urban environment should be created for the people living in house and in city. There are lots of environmental conditions in city affecting house and life. Also most of all the noise pollution have been become major factor that makes people's life uncomfortable. Recently soundscape researches have been performed to create comfortable urban environment and various studies on the evaluation of urban environmental sounds are now undergoing. This study aimed to analyse the subjective characteristics through the subjective evaluation to the sounds measured with physical parameters and eventually to find out alternative evaluation method for urban environmental sounds. Adjectives applied to previous studies were used for the subjective evaluation and sound sources recorded in specific places were presented with picture at the same time. As a result, new physical parameters such as Lmax, Unbiased Annoyance, G, N and EmT have a feasibility to evaluation of urban environment sounds in terms of acoustic comfort.

In this paper, we propose a reliability evaluation method considering the momentary interruptions of power distribution systems. The results of research are concentrated on two parts. One is the analytic and probabilistic reliability evaluation of power distribution system considering the momentary interruptions and the other is the reliability cost evaluation that unifies the cost of sustained and momentary interruptions. This proposed reliability cost evaluation methodology is also divided into the analytic and probabilistic approach and the time sequential Monte Carlo method is used for the probabilistic method. The proposed methods are tested using the modified RBTS (Roy Billinton Test System) form and historical reliability data of KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation) system. Through the case studies, it is verified that the proposed reliability evaluation and its cost/worth assessment methodologies can be applied to the actual reliability studies.
