In this paper, we have proposed a methodology which can test and evaluate on system level in development phase of command guided missile system. Test and evaluation play a significant role in the development of weapon system, providing the means for determining to what extent the weapon system satisfies its requirements, whether it functions normally in the operational environment. In case of command guided missile having seeker, the missile communications link provides data to allow the missile to fly an efficient trajectory toward target. Therefore, it is very important to test and evaluate for data link between missile and radar on whole system aspect. we introduce the concept and devices for system level test and evaluation of command guided missile system.

In this paper, we study the various impacts of connecting distributed generation (DG) to the distribution network. The comprehensive evaluation index system (CEIS) of four hierarchies is established, considering economy, reliability and voltage quality, and the calculation methods of different indexes are presented. This paper puts forward an improved triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy process (ITFNAHP) to weight the second level indexes (SLI) and the third level indexes (TLI), and calculates the variation coefficient to weight the fourth level indexes (FLI). We calculate the comprehensive weight coefficients based on the weight coefficients of the SLI, TLI and FLI, and then calculate the comprehensive evaluation of satisfaction (CES) of different access schemes. On the basis of the IEEE 33-bus example system, simulations of the calculation methods and the comprehensive evaluation method are carried out under different DG access schemes according to the same total investment cost and the same permeability, respectively, and the simulation results are analyzed and discussed.

오늘날 교육현장에서 이루어지는 거의 모든 교육활동은 입시준비와 관련되어있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 그러나 실제 교육현장에서 이루어져야 할 것은 입시준비를 위한 평가가 아니라 진정한 의미의 학업성취도의 평가분석인 것이다. 본 연구에서는 학생들의 수준을 미리 결정한 후 학습을 진행하게 하는 방법을 지향하고, 학습한 후 학생 스스로가 평가를 통해 자신의 학습 성취도를 평가하고, 다양한 평가분석을 통해 자신의 수준에 맞는 하위 과정의 학습으로 진행하기 위한 방법을 모색하고자 한다. 이에 따라 평가 본래의 목적에 맞게 학습자의 학습 곤란 및 결손을 적절한 시기에 밝혀주고 이를 교정하고 보충할 수 있는 진단평가와 함께 주어진 학습 과제에 대하여 어느 정도로 학습목표를 달성하였는가를 평가할 수 있는 형성평가로 크게 나누어서 각 평가 유형에 따른 적절한 피드백과 함께 상호 작용을 강화할 수 있도록 다양한 분석정보를 제공하는 학습자 중심의 평가 시스템을 구현하고자 한다

Climate change is one of the most discussed issues in international for a today. Evaluating the effect of climate change at a regional level and setting up an appropriate policy to address the issues associated with climate change require a proper evaluation process on the climate change and adaptation projects already implemented. Although various evaluation approaches to climate change adaptation programs have been proposed, it is rare to find a proper systematic approach to evaluating the reliability of those climate change adaptation programs. In the current situation regarding the system to evaluate climate change adaptation programs, the purpose of this study is to suggest a theoretical and standardized evaluation system on the reliability of climate change adaptation schemes. The new approach suggested in this paper will be appropriate when requiring a confidence level for adaptation programs that are specially localized and categorized. Using various quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods with the inherent reality mechanism, we provide a conceptual framework to measure the reliability of climate change adaptation programs with a flexible adjustment process. With the proposed framework, it is possible to provide the level of confidence on the results collected from the evaluation systems and construct a standardized, system-wide assessment procedure toward climate change adaptation policies. By applying this approach based on scientific evidence on the reliability of climate change adaptation policies, appropriate and efficient climate change adaptation programs will be properly designed for and implemented in Korea.

This paper suggests an evaluation of risk level for damage of marine accidents in SRRs. Qualitative analyses in words is sometimes priorior to quantative analyses in numeric symbols. This paper intoduces a concept of fuzzy theory with the plenty of related literature riview and AHP in the Korean SRRs of RCC and RSC. The methodology of this paper is maxㆍmin composition of fuzzy extensive principle, defuzzifiation is centroid of gravity methods. At the result, the evaluation of risk level is especially over Serous for smarine accident of Taean, Gunsan, Mokpo, Yosu, Tongyoung, Busan SRR. This paper recommends that many Resale Vessels and Equipments need to the reduction of risk level about those.

The noise inside a naval vessel is very important in considering the need for hearing protection, improving the working environment and maintaining good communications for crews living on board a naval vessel. The indoor noise of a ship usually is specified by the A-weighted sound pressure level, but other evaluating parameters are required to reflect human senses more effectively. This paper uses additional noise indices related to room acoustics, such as NR(noise rating), NC(noise criterion), RC(room criterion), PSIL(preferred speech interference level) and loudness level to evaluate the noise inside cabins on a naval vessel. Using these psychological noise indices, allowable limit of noise level in cabins is suggested through psycho-acoustic evaluation for the noise in cabins.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of quality property of hospital information system, the quality level, and its effects. The participants were 730 employees who are using hospital information system in hospitals. In order to analyze the relationship, the quality property regulates the consideration of user's taste and the state of user's favor for the design of hospital information system, and the quality level regulates user's convenience and properness. The main results from this study can be summarized as follows, First, the perception of quality property for hospital information system showed few significance level between occupation, but revealed significance level between position. The evaluation of quality level showed significance level depending on the occupation and position. Second, quality property which generally affects to the quality level of the hospital information system were different between types of occupation and quality factor.

차세대 지능형 교통시스템은 육상교통 환경에서 차로구분 수준의 위치결정을 요구하며, 이는 위성항법시스템을 활용하는 것이 가장 효과적이다. 위성항법 기반 정밀위치결정 시스템에서 차로구분 성능의 동적환경 평가가 동반되어야 하며, 이를 위한 평가 시스템 구성이 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 위성항법시스템 기반 차로구분 정밀위치 결정 사용자 시스템의 평가를 위한 성능지표 선정, 평가 장비 구성, 기준장비 신뢰성 확보 방안, 평가 구간, 평가 시나리오/조건 선정 등 시험 평가 방안에 대해 설명하였다. 그리고 설명한 성능 평가 시스템을 실제 시스템에 적용한 사례를 다루었으며 평가 시스템적용을 위해 개발한 성능 평가 툴에 대해 설명하였다. 실제 시험 평가 구간 주행을 수행하여 수집한 데이터를 바탕으로 수치적 성능 평가를 하였으며, 실제 주행 궤적과 주행영상 비교를 통해 실제 차로 구분 성능 평가를 수행하여 차로구분 정밀위치결정 사용자 시스템의 평가 결과를 도출하고 분석하였다.

This paper is to propose an evaluation model of quality system using the concept from the evaluation method of each stage in QFD(Quality Function Deployment). The data of the performance level and weights for the quality system and the job on quality loop in each enterprise has been obtained from the 8 experts who are in charge of quality system construction. Here, the weights were computed by means of the eigenvector method. In this paper, we can acquire the evaluated score for the present level of the quality system. This method will help to manage and improve the quality system. We show the efficiency of this method by illustrating case studies.
