제품의 분리 공정의 특성을 고려한 제품의 복잡도 평가 (Evaluation of the Product Complexity Considering the Disassemblability)

  • In this study, the product complexity is evaluated quantitatively considering the disassembly process of the product. To evaluate complexity of the product, we analyze the characteristics of the product and the disassembly process. And we determine factors, which influence on the complexity of the product in the main-disassembly and sub-disassembly. Considering each characteristics of part and subassembly. Evaluations criteria of complexity are determined. Using evaluation criteria of the complexity can be determined the complexity grade of the product, and then we show the total complexity of the product considering the disassembly process.

  • In this paper, the complexity of the product is evaluated quantitatively regarding to access of assembly tools and handling of part. To evaluate the complexity of the product, we grasped factors that could influence on the complexity of the product with access and handling, and then we determined the criteria of comparison for each complexity factor. The criteria compare the complexities of product alternatives on each access and handling.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the demographics and general clothing buying behavior according to clothing shopping orientation of female workers. A questionnaire was developed to measure clothing shopping orientation, fashion information sources, stores selection criteria, clothing purchasing frequency of a year, purchasing expenditure of clothing, the demographics. The questionnaire was administered to 775 female teacher in Chonnam. The data was analyzed using percentage, frequency, mean, factor analysis, Cluster Analysis, x 1_test and ANOVA, Duncan test. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The female teachers were classified into four groups by the cluster analysis; indifferent shopping group, rational shopping group, conspicuous shopping group, recreational shopping group. 2. In the case of purchasing motives, significant differences were found according to shopping orientation subdivision in four factors. 3. The evaluation criteria of product were significantly different depending on shopping orientation subdivision in practical attribute, socio-psychological attribute, and aesthetic attribute. 4. The significant differences were found according to shopping orientation subdivision in general clothing purchasing behavior(purchasing price range of clothing, clothing purchasing frequency of a year, method of payment, number of stores visited, experience of buying in the import brand)

Development of Evaluation Criteria for Forest Education Using the CIPP Model

  • The objective of this study was to develop evaluation criteria for forest education using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model. To this end, we designed a survey based on expert advice and content analysis of previous studies on the CIPP model and forest education. The survey was conducted on 393 forest education specialists, and Cronbach's α coefficient was set as 0.6 or higher to verify reliability and validity, and to determine reliability by factor. Eventually, 52 out of 57 evaluation items were extracted, and the evaluation indexes were selected through factor analysis as follows: four evaluation indexes for the context dimension, namely "Clarity of goal setting," "Developing conditions for education," "Meeting of requirements," and "Institutional drive"; three evaluation indexes for the input dimension, namely "Acquisition of education infrastructure," "Establishment of operational support," and "Adequacy of assigned manpower"; four evaluation indexes for the process dimension, which were "Adequacy of budget allocation," "Expertise of forest education instructors," "Diversity of programs," and "Public-private academic partnership"; and five evaluation indexes for the product dimension, namely "Effectiveness of perception change," "Influence over the society," "Continuity of improvement in evaluation," "Continuity of education," and "Verification of the effects of education."

완구제품에 함유된 유해물질 및 관리방안에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Toys Assessment of Harmful Substances and Control)

  • This study is to investigate and compare domestic hazardous toys with harmful substances with foreign toys so that we can find out management criteria for in cognitive infants. Actually, commercially used toys have been collected and tested to find out more effective management standard. it is tried to produce evaluation criteria of environmentally harmful substance but variety of product is needed for overcoming actual barrier due to lot of difficulty huge cost, time, objectiveness. Therefore, This study does not cover all the above. Establishment of evaluation criteria for product harmfulness made by Government or Local government should be continued to improve. Foreign reference material for toy product in Europe, USA, Japan have been investigated and domestic product have been collected and tested for containing heavy metals, formaldehyde, phthalate in the study. All the test have been made in accordance with KSM ISO 2124 to measure heavy metal transfer into body. Toy product used for the study have been purchased in the real market and some of them contains harmful elements with over standard. Post management system such as RAPEX to control periodically should be established for plastic toy with low quality product.

사이버쇼핑 이용자의 의류쇼핑성향에 따른 의류제품 평가기준과 구매의도 (Clothing Evaluation Criteria and Purchase Intention based on Consumers′ Clothing Shopping Orientation in Cyber Shopping)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out clothing evaluation criteria and purchase intention according to consumers' shopping orientation and demographic factors when they shop online. The subjects were 240 men and women living in the metropolitan area. For data analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, t-test, Duncan test and descriptive statistics were conducted. The results are as follows: 1. Important clothing evaluation criteria were considered in order of price, style, fit, size and product guarantee etc. Purchase intention was showed more highly when products are related to low involvement than high involvement. 2. Consumers with high hedonic and utilitarian shopping orientation considered clothing evaluation criteria more importantly but showed low level of purchase intention in cyber shopping. And consumers with low hedonic and utilitarian shopping orientation considered clothing evaluation criteria less importantly but showed high level of purchase intention in cyber shopping. 3. There were significant differences in evaluation criteria and purchase intention according to demographic variables. Especially women considered evaluation criteria more importantly and had higher level of purchase intention than men.

제품디자인의 퍼지가중평가방법 개발 (Fuzzy-Weighted Evaluation Method of Product Design)

  • 디자인된 결과가 얼마나 만족스럽게 디자인되었는지에 대한 평가는 디자인과정에 있어 필수적인 단계이다. 하지만 디자인 평가는 다른 부분에 비해 무시되어 온 측면이 있고, 또한 보통 디자이너의 주관적인 판단에 의하여 이루어졌기 때문에, 체계적인 방법론의 개발에 있어서는 별다른 관심을 얻지 못하였다. 본 연구에서는 퍼지이론과 다기준의사결정모델을 적용한 디자인 평가방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 두 개의 단계로 구성되어지는데, 첫 번째 단계는 디자인 평가기준의 상대적 중요도를 구하는 단계이고, 두 번째 단계는 각 기준에 대한 디자인 점수를 부여하고 그 점수를 통합하는 단계이다. 디자인 평가기준들의 상대적 중요도를 나타내는 가중치를 구하기 위하여 분석계층과정이 적용되었고, 각 기준들에 대한 제품의 디자인 점수를 구하기 위해서는 퍼지이론이 적용되었다. 본 연구에서 제안된 방법을 제품의 디자인 평가에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

AHP 기법을 이용한 멀티미디어 저작도구 평가 및 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation & Selection of Multimedia Authoring Tools using the AHP)

  • This study addresses the evaluation criteria of multimedia authoring tools(MATs), the way which decision-maker can exclude outlier matrix from group using the concept of the compatibility index, and how AHP can be applied to the selection of MATs in a group decision-making environment. The AHP technique allows an evaluator to quantify the relative importance of elements at each hierarchy and to calculate the composite relative weights for each product(i.e. MATs). This decision process allows setting to priority of the MATs based on the AHP. The results indicated that technical ability of MATs was the most significant factor in affecting their decision, trailed by managerial efficiency and vendor support. To the experts, multimedia data support was the less important than development interface. Also, the results indicated that product A(0.510) was their first choice, trailed by product C(0.286) and B(0.204). Assessing the composite relative weights revealed that expert group's members were consistent with the rankings of decision variables(evaluation criteria variables) statistically in selecting their MATs. Therefore, we believed that expert group's members have achieved sufficient agreement to permit the use of geometric mean to average the group's preference without obscuring the differences of individual opinions.

발명교육 프로그램 평가준거 개발을 위한 기초 연구 (Basic research for development of evaluation criteria for invention education program)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 발명교육을 운영하는 다양한 교육기관에서 발명교육 프로그램을 설계하고 준비할 때 활용할 수 있는 기초적 평가준거를 제시하여 발명교육의 효과와 효율성을 높이기 위함이다. 이에 따른 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발명교육 프로그램의 단계는 '계획(Planning), 준비(Preparation), 과정(Process), 산출(Product)'의 4단계로 '4P 단계'로 명명하였다. 둘째, 발명교육 프로그램의 계획 단계 평가 영역은 '목표 설정, 요구 분석', 교육과정 설계'이다. 준비 단계 평가 영역은 '발명교육 프로그램 개발, 인적 자원 확보, 물적 자원 확보'이다. 과정 단계 평가 영역은 '프로그램 운영, 프로그램 관리, 학습자 관리'이다. 산출 단계 평가 영역은 '교육 실적, 성취 결과, 교육 평가'이다. 이상의 발명교육 프로그램 평가준거는 발명교육 프로그램의 질을 제고하고 관리할 수 있는 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 다양한 발명교육 기관에서의 환류와 관계 전문가들의 타당화 과정을 통한 조정과정을 거쳐 최종적으로 발명교육 프로그램의 평가준거를 개발하는데 기초 자료가 될 것으로 판단된다.
