Foreign scholars pointed out that the root of the Korean economic crash was A Study on Corporate Social Responsibility and Moral Management due to the government's excessive regulations, the harmful effects of government finance, and the high-cost political structure. Despite the need to ease the rigidity of governmental finance and various regulations and operate the financial system through autonomous market mechanisms, it was argued that various bribes, express fees, and collusive lobbying funds were inevitably generated due to discretionary acts of bureaucrats with licenses and permits, complicated administrative procedures and systems, and regulatory changes in government policies. In fact, in developing countries, corruption was a necessary evil for economic development and was seen as a lubricant in economic management. The purpose of this study is to study the social responsibility and corporate ethics of chaebol. First: consider the problems of large corporations. Second, We will consider the direction and policy of corporate ethics. Whenever Information leak case had been happened, even though IT Infra systems were reinforced, those cases of kind were not decreased. It meant that the causes are not only the fault of IT, but also other things. So that the information leak cases should have been studied by the interdisciplinary way. There was a point of view for the Business Ethics which needed to be studied in the interdisciplinary way. Financial Information Leak Case of three representative Card Companies in Korea which is happened in 2014 was a case which was composed by many problems. These were bad circumstances, half-educated, lower salary, and the most of all, the C-Levels' ignorance of the law. By studying the CLD: Causal Loop Diagram of Business Ethics and those mentioned factors, few meanings were discovered. Firstly, this case was not a accident, but a predeterminate issue at all, because of the structural unethical corruption. Secondly, main reason of this case was not only criminals who leaked information, but also managers, especially CEO who didn't obey the law, forced that to employees. Thirdly, although those companies had moral guide and did CSR activities, it was not help to protect this information leak case. This study shows that the important thing was not the action for showing, but effective action to management for sustainability.

This research was conducted from the perspective of student management focusing on such central topic as realization of research ethics on the basis of research ethics case study model. In this study, improvement method for research ethics education through means of application of DEVAC System, which is a paper plagiarism detection system, and survey on current status of research ethics in college education and degree of consciousness thereof were explored. Through these investigations, a topic relating to establishment of the foundation in order to foster consciousness of research ethics in the college education was established as the primary purpose of this study. To accomplish the purpose of this study, firstly, actual situation of paper plagiarism committed by the college students and their consciousness were surveyed. Secondly, the research ethics education was examined through means of applying DEVAC paper plagiarism detection system. The results from investigations revealed the followings: First, 424 students (65.43%) who participated in this research and survey on the fact of paper plagiarism had experience of report plagiarism, and the result of investigation showed that 49.3% of students among those who had experience of paper plagiarism committed report plagiarism more than three times in a semester. And, 34.1% of participants showed a positive response to the use of a paper plagiarism detection system in the college, and results from the investigation displayed that the creative education (39.0%) marked the highest scores as in the educational method to reinforce the research ethics. Second, the results from examination of paper plagiarism having applied DEVAC system indicated that use of this system can be an alternative to prevent paper plagiarism from students. It is realized through this study that there is a necessity in various respects to build up the foundation which will enable individual students to improve their consciousness to such a degree so as to make them clearly recognize the fact that plagiarism is criminal act.

Ethics refers to the principles of right and wrong that can be used by individuals acting as free moral agents to make choices to guide their behavior. Information technology has presented our human mankind not only prosperity but also harms. This is why moral aspects should be addressed in the application of information system. First, a transforming tendency of international economy will be observed. Second, many issues regarding ethics and behavioral courses will be discussed. And a trend of information technology and five moral models will be examined. Third, traditional morals of Koreans and attitudes of Westerners about information technology will be analyzed. Fourth, it will be also discussed how private firms understand ethics and culture in the context of information handling. It is suggested that individuals who use information technology cultivate efficient and effective ethical principles contributing to public good in the society. For this purpose, the government should establish relevant legal devices.

This study investigated the effect of the level of ethics in food manufacturing of agricultural products processing companies on food safety and product trust. In general, a company's food manufacturing ethics is complex, includes social responsibility, and has a potential impact on stakeholders. The main implications summarized based on the analysis results are the expansion of the HACCP application of the agricultural product processing system, the production of safe agri-food that fulfills social responsibilities with an ethical awareness, including entrepreneurial awareness, from raw materials to processing, packaging, and distribution from a long-term perspective. It was found that it was necessary to secure product trust and to provide education, consulting and management on ethical awareness.

Objectives : A study was designed to evaluate the classes of humanities and social sciences in the dental hygiene curriculum. Methods : Data were collected through online received from 69 dental hygiene institutions from May to August, 2011. Categorized are introduction to dental hygiene, dental hygiene management of dental clinic, medical health law, and ethics, patient psychology, others(communication, behavioral science, administration). The data were analyzed by a descriptive analyses and $x^2$-test. Results : As a result of evaluate the classes of humanities and social sciences in the dental hygiene education, 51.4% of a newly-established in between 2000 and 2006 found 2~3 courses. Credits of 4~7 was 82.4% that was found by 2~3 courses. Numbers of courses showed no differences by educational system. In college, 77.8% was in introduction to dental hygiene, dental hygiene management of dental clinic, medical health law. In university, 70.1% was in introduction to dental hygiene, dental hygiene management of dental clinic, medical health law. Ethics and patient psychology was respectively 10.8% in less than 2000, was respectively 4.7% in between 2000 and 2006, was respectively 12.5%, 3.8%. 45.5% that found ethics was in more than 2007. In college, ethics was found in the 1th~2nd(61.5%). In university, ethics was found in the 3rd~4th(85.7%). Conclusions : It should increase the number of courses of humanities and social sciences. Also, It should activate the education a dental hygienist as a professional in the future.

This study aims to draw up comprehensive ethical management practices so that companies can be reborn as high-quality companies not only at the level of management efficiency but also at the level of corporate integrity. -The main focus of in this study is as follows: To curb corrupt practices in the corporate sector, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring function and accountability system of audits (internal audits, full-time audits, audit committees, external audits). In order for these system improvements to be made reliably, it is necessary to periodically measure and evaluate employee satisfaction with the overall personnel system.

Background: In this study, state-owned medical institutes, industrial accident hospitals, veteran hospitals, and private medical clinics including 16 university medical institutes in the Seoul metropolitan area were selected to examine the causality of ethical management, positive psychological capital, and organizational effectiveness. Methods: The study analyzed 1,056 valid questionnaires to which a total of 1,325 nurses, medical technicians, doctors, and administrative staff in 34 healthcare organizations answered over two months from June to August 2015. The study also utilized a 'structural equation model,' and a 'hierarchical linear model' to conduct the analysis. Results: It was first found that ethical leadership, ethical management systems, and organizational ethics values, which are the three factors of ethical management, had significant influence on organizational commitment, and behavior. These are the three factors of employee organizational effectiveness. Second, ethical management, ethical leadership, ethical management systems, and organizational ethics values had significant influence on positive psychological capital. Third, positive psychological capital had significant influence on organizational commitment, turnover intention, and organizational citizenship behavior. Positive psychological capital presented an indirect effect on the relationship between the ethical management and organizational effectiveness of employees. The effect of positive psychological capital consisting of self-efficacy, hope, resilience, and optimism was confirmed in the healthcare organizations. Fourth, in relations among ethical management variables, ethical leadership showed a significant impact on ethical management systems, which had significant impacts on organizational ethics values, which had significant impacts on ethical leadership.

Hwang's scandal give us opportunity to aware about the research ethics, but that can not be established firmly in researcher or the researcher communities. This study analyse the case of research misconduct in order to establish research ethics that was appeared in Assembly hearing process for the candidate of the minister of education(MOE) in July 9, 2014. Based on the analytic results, this study is proposed that provide the institutions to promote responsible conduct of research, implement the research ethics education to all researchers and improve the laboratory culture and evaluation system. This study has the limitations because a single case study. The study is expected to have interest in research ethics and to be up to empirical generalizations through quantitative research.

Purpose: This study is to review and analyze orientation and strategy of the East Asian Journal of Business Economics and all of the published articles of 2013 to 2020 and to investigate the previous publication system and process in order to enhance the general quality of EAJBE. Research design, data and methodology: This paper applied a case study method and analyzed the previous published articles and system including homepage of East Asian Journal of Business Economics. Results: This journal strives to be the most globalized than other domestic journals in the field of management/economy, and since its inception in 2013, all the papers is written in English, and more than 40% of the contributors are overseas contributors, so it is developed by global strategies in a different direction from other domestic journals. Conclusions: The EAJBE provides the full text of the contributors' research ethics regulations to the online system, and mandates researchers to submit a pledge from the stage of the contribution. The journal provides clear criteria such as self-plagiarism and duplicates publication, and specifies the copyright agreement and submission application twice, and guides the contributors and the reviewers to use the system in advance.
