Despite their wide application of some traditional project management techniques like the Program Evaluation and Review Technique, they lack of learning, one of important factors in many disciplines today, due to a static view for project progression. This study proposes a framework for estimation by loaming based on a Linear Bayesian approach. As a project Progresses, we sequentially observe the durations of completed activities. By reflecting this newly available information to update the distribution of remaining activity durations and thus project duration, we can implement a decision support system that updates e.g., the expected project completion time as well as the probabilities of completing the project within the due bate and by a certain date. By implementing such customized system, project manager can be aware of changing project status more effectively and better revise resource allocation plans.

The purpose is this study is to investigate the children's, parents's, teachers consciousness to the use of calculator in mathematics loaming and to analyze the effect of the problem solving and computation ability. The results obtained by this research are as follows： (1) Most adults using calculator by computation tool. but they believed that if children use calculator, computation abilities might be reduced. (2) By using the calculator, We can do the followings ： \circled1 to expand the computational ability from written computation to both mental computation and computational estimation, \circled2 to reinforce the problem solving abilities, \circled3 to obtain the interest and the curios on mathematics loaming. Therefore, we must endeavor actively for the broad usage of calculator in the mathematics class

We propose the intelligent tutoring system for the mobile english learning. The proposed system is based on the item response theory to analyze the level of learner. We define the types of item, teaching method and item disposition according to contents modeling. The system estimates the learner level and it gives the learning contents, the evaluation results, and feedback. The system gives those by inference engine which consists of learner's level estimation value, method diagnostic value and disposition diagnostic value.

This paper describes a new structure re create a pseudo Gaussian function network (PGFN). The activation function of hidden layer does not necessarily have to be symmetric with respect to center. To give the flexibility of the network, the deviation of pseudo Gaussian function is changed according to a direction of given input. This property helps that given function can be described effectively with a minimum number of center by PGFN, The distribution of deviation is represented by level set method and also the loaming of deviation is adjusted based on it. To demonstrate the performance of the proposed network, general problem of function estimation is treated here. The representation problem of continuous functions defined over two-dimensional input space is solved.

이동 인터넷 환경에서 보안성과 급증하는 서비스 요구를 효율적으로 제어하기 위해 AAAv6기반 Diameter 기술이 사용자 인증에 사용되고 있다. 그러나 Diameter에서 제공하는 기본적인 인증기법은 로밍 서비스나 인터넷 전송 과정에서 보안성이 떨어지는 단점을 가지고 있어 EAP-MD5와 같은 암호알고리즘과 결합하여 사용자 인증처리를 수행한다. 이러한 사용자 인증처리를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 AAAv6 환경을 구성하고 있는 AAA attendent, AAAv, AAAb, AAAh, HA 서버들의 성능 충족 방안이 필요하다. 따라서, 이 논문에서는 도메인간의 이동성을 가지는 AAAv6 인증 모델중의 하나인 EAP-MD5기반의 운영 모델을 설계하고 실험을 통하여 사용자 인증 기능을 수행하는 각 서버의 최적 성능지표를 산출하고 이를 이용하여 AAAv6의 사용자 인증 처리를 최적화 시킬 수 있는 지표들을 제시한다.

인터넷 상의 웹기반교육은 시$.$공간을 초월하여 많은 학습자들에게 관련 정보와 지식을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 웹 기반교육에서는 학습자의 학습진행상태를 단지 시험을 통해서만 확인 할 수 있는 문제가 있다. 본 논문은 웹기반교육에서 학습자의 학습 과정에 문제가 있는지를 검사하고, 문제가 있는 학생들을 발견할 수 있는 웹 모니터링 기법을 소개한다. 그 기법에서 본 논문은 이전 학을 단위들에 대한 학습자의 학습시간과 형성평가점수들에 기초하여 다음에 진행할 학습 단위에 대한 학습 시간을 예측할 수 있는 학습 시간 예측 모델을 제안한다. 이 기법은 교수자에게 학습자의 학습진행상태를 제공한다. 이 방법은 만약 학습자가 예측학습시간을 초과하였을 경우에는 자동으로 경고 메시지를 보내어 학습자가 다시 학습 과정에 잘 임하도록 독려하는데 이용될 수 있다. 학습시간 예측모델을 이용한 웹 모니터링에 관한 사례 연구를 통해 측정한 결과, 학습진행상태가 원만하지 않는 학습자의 대부분은 형성평가 점수가 저조하였다. 또한, 그들은 학습진행상태가 원만하지 않는 자신의 학습 습관을 그대로 유지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
